Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a carving tool, and more particularly to a carving machine used for carving plastic or rubber products, a main machine of the carving machine and a control method thereof. Background Art
[0002] There has never been a good way to carve patterns, text, and special symbols on the surface of plastic or rubber products, especially on the surface of tires. A relatively primitive method is that the operator uses a grinding tool or a carving knife to directly carve on the surface of the processed object, and directly carves the required pattern or pattern on the surface of the processed object. The tools used in this carving method are relatively simple, but they are also limited to the operating skills of the operator, so the patterns and patterns that can be carved are relatively simple and the precision is relatively low. On the other hand, a lot of fine particles will be generated during the grinding process. These fine particles will float in the air and not only pollute the environment, but also have a relatively large impact on the health of the operator. This method of manual carving using a grinding tool has a large error and is easy to cause greater damage to the processed objects, and the work efficiency is also very low, so it cannot be used by most people.
[0003] like Figure 1 As shown, Chinese utility model patent CN201366732Y discloses a tire carving machine, wherein the tire carving machine includes a transformer 1 and a cutter 2, the cutter 2 includes an operating handle housing 3, a switch and its driving mechanism, a metal knife seat and a tire carving metal blade 4. The metal knife seat includes a left half metal knife seat 5 and a right half metal knife seat 6. During operation, the tire carving metal blade 4 is installed in the mounting holes 130 of the left half metal knife seat 5 and the right half metal knife seat 6 of the metal knife seat. One output electrode of the transformer 1 is electrically connected to the left half metal knife seat 5 through the switch machine driving mechanism, and the other output electrode of the transformer 1 is electrically connected to the right half metal knife seat 6. The left half metal knife seat 5 and the right half metal knife seat 6 are electrically connected together through the carved metal blade 4, thereby forming a circuit. When the power of the transformer 1 is turned on, an appropriate force is applied to the metal knife seat to connect the metal contacts of the switch and its driving mechanism, and the engraved metal blade 4 is heated to cut or engrave a suitable pattern on the tire surface by thermal cutting.
[0004] This traditional engraving machine meets the operator's needs to engrave patterns and special patterns on the surface of tire products to a certain extent. However, this traditional engraving machine still has certain problems during use. First, the switch and its driving mechanism of this traditional engraving machine connect the circuit through metal contacts. However, during use, the metal contacts are point contacts when connecting the circuit, so the contact stroke is short, which can easily cause poor contact of the circuit. On the other hand, the metal contacts of the switch and its driving mechanism of the engraving machine are prone to sparking and heating when powered on, which not only affects the service life of the engraving machine, but also easily causes safety hazards.
[0005] Secondly, the tool holder of the conventional engraving machine is slidably mounted on the left half metal tool holder and the right half metal tool holder, so the relative position of the tool holder can be adjusted during use to adapt to the opening width of the tire cutting blade. However, the tool holder of the conventional engraving machine is easily detached from both ends of the left half metal tool holder and the right half metal tool holder during use and lost, thus causing great trouble to the user.
[0006] During use, the traditional engraving machine presses the metal tool holder to make the metal contacts of the switch and its drive device contact and connect. However, in actual work, it is difficult for the user to identify the working status of the engraving machine, that is, it is difficult for the user to know whether the engraving machine is in an electrically connected state during operation.
[0007] On the other hand, since the conventional engraving machine engraves or cuts the processed object in the form of thermal cutting, it is inevitable that the heated metal engraving blade will produce pungent gas when it comes into contact with the processed object during the processing, especially when the engraving machine is working for a long time, the temperature of the metal engraving blade of the engraving machine is high and a large amount of harmful gas or smoke is generated. Such gas and smoke not only block the operator's vision and affect normal operation, but also inhale such harmful gas and smoke for a long time, which will also have a certain impact on the user's body. [0072] With reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figures 2 to 5B An engraving machine according to the present invention is explained in the following description, wherein the engraving machine is used to engrave specific patterns, symbols, texts, etc. on the surface of products such as plastics or rubber. Preferably, the engraving machine is used to engrave the surface texture of the tires of automobiles or other vehicles.
[0073] according to Figure 2 As shown, the engraving machine includes a power adapter 10, an engraving machine host 20, and at least one engraving tool 30, wherein the engraving tool 30 is detachably mounted on the engraving machine host 20, and the engraving machine host 20 heats the engraving tool 30 under the power supply of the power adapter 10, so as to cut the processed object, such as a car tire, by the heated engraving tool 30. In other words, the engraving machine uses thermal cutting to engrave and process the processed object.
[0074] The power adapter device 10 is configured to provide suitable electric energy to the engraving machine host 20 to heat the engraving tool 30 installed on the engraving machine host 20. In detail, the power adapter device 10 provides low-voltage, high-current continuous electric energy to the engraving machine host 20 to maintain the engraving machine host 20 working for a long time. Accordingly, during the use of the power adapter device 10, the voltage and current output by the power adapter device 10 can be adjusted according to the actual situation of use. Preferably, the power adapter device 10 is a transformer, wherein the power adapter device 10 is electrically connected to a power supply device, such as a household power supply, and then the high-voltage electric energy is converted into low-voltage electric energy suitable for the engraving machine host 20 via the power adapter device 10.
[0075] The power adapter 10 has a power input terminal and a power output terminal, wherein the power adapter is electrically connected to a power source via the power input terminal, and the power output terminal is configured to electrically connect the engraving machine host 20 and the power adapter.
[0076] according to Figure 3As shown, the engraving machine host 20 includes a handheld housing 21, a carving tool head mounting assembly 22, a switch assembly 23, and a degassing device 24, wherein the handheld housing 21 has a accommodating space, which is used to accommodate and support the switch assembly 23 and the degassing device 24, and the carving tool head mounting assembly 22 is arranged to protrude from the upper front side of the handheld housing 21. The handheld housing 21 is suitable for an operator to hold and operate the handheld housing 21 to engrave and cut the processed objects. Preferably, the handheld housing 21 is an "L"-shaped handle, wherein the handheld housing 21 includes an upper end housing 211 and a lower end housing 212 extending downward from the upper end housing, wherein the upper end housing 211 forms the accommodating space, which is used to accommodate and support the switch assembly 23 and the degassing device 24. Correspondingly, the lower end shell 212 is a hand-held handle end suitable for an operator to hold, wherein the lower end shell 212 supports the upper end shell 211 so that the operator can operate while holding the lower end shell 212 .
[0077] The handheld housing 21 further includes a first housing 213 and a second housing 214, wherein the first housing 213 and the second housing 214 together form the accommodation space of the handheld housing 21. Preferably, the first housing 213 and the second housing 214 of the handheld housing 21 are symmetrically arranged together, and the switch assembly 23 is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the first housing 213 of the handheld housing 21.
[0078] The upper end shell 211 and the lower end shell 212 of the handheld shell 21 and the first shell 213 and the second shell 214 together constitute the shell of the engraving machine. The shell wraps the engraving machine host 20 inside, and the engraving machine host 20 is installed in the shell.
[0079] The upper end shell 211 of the hand-held shell 21 has a switch assembly opening 215 and an exhaust outlet 216, wherein the switch assembly opening 215 and the exhaust outlet 216 are formed at the front end of the upper end shell 211 of the hand-held shell 21, connecting the external environment to the accommodation space of the hand-held shell 21. The switch assembly opening 215 allows the switch assembly 23 to move between the accommodation space and the external environment. Preferably, the exhaust outlet 216 and the switch assembly opening 215 are connected to each other, and the exhaust outlet 216 is arranged above the switch assembly opening 215. Accordingly, the exhaust outlet 216 allows the gas generated by the degassing device 24 to be discharged from the accommodation space to the outside, or allows the degassing device 24 to extract gas from the external environment. In other words, the exhaust outlet 216 corresponds to the corresponding position of the degassing device 24 in the accommodation space of the hand-held shell 21, so that the degassing device 24 can extract air or blow air outward through the exhaust outlet 216.
[0080] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 of the engraving machine is arranged at the front end position of the switch assembly 23, and forms an integrated structure with the switch assembly 23. When the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 is subjected to a backward driving force, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 drives the switch assembly 23 to move backward.
[0081] In detail, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 includes a fixed tool holder device 221 and a blade pressing device 222, wherein the blade pressing device 222 is movably and slidably arranged at the front end of the fixed tool holder device 221, that is, the end facing the outside. The fixed tool holder device 221 and the blade pressing device 222 are used to detachably fix the engraving tool 30. Further, the fixed tool holder device 221 includes a first fixed tool holder 2211 and a second fixed tool holder 2212, wherein the first fixed tool holder 2211 and the second fixed tool holder 2212 are fixed at the front end position of the switch assembly 23. A spacing gap 2213 is formed between the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212 of the fixed blade seat device 221, wherein the spacing gap insulates and separates the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212 to prevent the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212 from being directly short-circuited at the contacting parts through the engraving knife 30. It can be imagined by those skilled in the art that an insulating layer can be provided in the spacing gap 2213 between the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212 of the fixed blade seat device 221 to more stably separate the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212.
[0082] Preferably, the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the second fixed blade seat 2212 are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the switch assembly 23. It is worth mentioning that the fixed blade seat device 221 and the blade pressing device 222 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 are made of materials with good electrical conductivity, such as metal copper and iron. In other words, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 is a device with relatively low resistance, so that the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 will not generate too much heat under the action of current during use.
[0083] Correspondingly, the blade pressing device 222 includes a first blade pressing device 2221 and a second blade pressing device 2222, wherein the first blade pressing device 2221 is movably disposed at the front end of the first fixed blade holder 2211, and the second blade pressing device 2222 is movably disposed at the front end of the second fixed blade holder 2212. It is worth mentioning that the first blade pressing device 2221 and the second blade pressing device 2222 are arranged at intervals and separated from each other to avoid direct contact between the first blade pressing device 2221 and the second blade pressing device 2222 and a short circuit during use.
[0084] In the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the structures and functions of the first fixed tool seat 2211 and the second fixed tool seat 2212 of the fixed tool seat device 221 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 and the first pressing blade 2221 and the second pressing blade 2222 of the pressing blade device 222 are basically the same, and are roughly symmetrically arranged. Therefore, in the following description, taking the first fixed tool seat 2211 and the first pressing blade 2221 as an example, those skilled in the art can imagine that the second fixed tool seat 2212 and the second pressing blade 2222 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22.
[0085] The first blade pressing device 2221 is slidably disposed at the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211. In detail, the first blade pressing device 2221 can slide left and right at the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211 to adapt to the installation of carving knives 30 of different span sizes. The carving tool head mounting assembly 22 further includes two blade pressing fixing members 223 and at least two blade pressing positioning members 224, wherein the blade pressing fixing members 223 and the blade pressing positioning members 224 slidably dispose the blade pressing device 222 on the fixed blade seat device 221. Correspondingly, the first blade pressing device 222 has a blade pressing slot 22211, wherein the blade pressing slot 22211 allows the blade pressing fixture 223 and the blade pressing positioning member 224 to pass through, and allows the blade pressing fixture 223 and the blade pressing positioning member 224 to move left and right in the blade pressing slot 22211, so as to slidably set the first blade pressing device 222 at the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211. Preferably, the blade pressing slot 22211 is a strip-shaped through hole, and the strip-shaped through hole of the blade pressing slot 22211 allows the first blade pressing device 222 to slide left and right at the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211 under the limiting action of the blade pressing fixture 223 and the blade pressing positioning member 224.
[0086] The first pressing blade 2221 and the second pressing blade 2222 can slide movably in the left and right directions of the front end of the fixed blade seat device 221, so as to install the carving knives 30 of different width sizes. Accordingly, the pressing blade fixing member 223 movably fixes the first pressing blade 2221 to the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211, thereby preventing the first pressing blade 2221 from being separated from the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211. The pressing blade positioning member 224 is adjustably arranged on the first fixed blade seat 2211, and the carving knife 30 is detachably fixed between the first pressing blade 2221 and the first fixed blade seat 2211 by the pressing blade positioning member 224. Preferably, the pressing blade positioning member 224 is a positioning screw, and the carving knife 30 is fixed between the first pressing blade 2221 and the first fixed blade seat 2211 by rotating the pressing blade positioning member 224. Accordingly, when it is necessary to take out the carving knife 30, it is only necessary to rotate the pressing blade positioning member 224 in the reverse direction. Preferably, since the engraving knife 30 is installed on the inner side of the first blade pressing device 222, the blade pressing fixing member 223 is arranged on the outer side of the first fixed blade seat 2211, and the blade pressing positioning member 224 is arranged on the inner side of the first fixed blade seat 2211, so that the blade pressing positioning member 224 can stably clamp the engraving knife 30 between the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the first blade pressing 2221. Preferably, the blade pressing fixing member 223 is non-detachably arranged on the first fixed blade seat 2211, thereby preventing the first blade pressing 2221 from being separated from the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211. The blade pressing positioning member 224 is detachably arranged on the front end of the first fixed blade seat 2211, so as to conveniently install the engraving knife 30 between the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the first blade pressing 2221.
[0087] It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the blade pressing fixture 223 is arranged on the outside of the fixed blade holder device 221, so that the blade pressing devices 222 can obtain a larger relative distance, thereby installing the carving knives 30 of different width sizes. It is worth mentioning that one end of the blade pressing fixture 223 is fixed to the fixed blade holder device 221, and the other end of the blade pressing fixture 223 passes through the blade pressing slot 22211 of the blade pressing device 222 to movably fix the blade pressing device 222 to the front end of the fixed blade holder device 221, thereby preventing the blade pressing device 222 from slipping off the fixed blade holder device 221.
[0088] It is worth mentioning that there is a gap between the first blade pressing 2221 and the first fixed blade seat 2211 to facilitate the installation of the carving tool 30. In order to maintain the gap between the first blade pressing 2221 and the first fixed blade seat 2211, and to facilitate the installation of the carving tool 30 between the fixed blade seat device 221 and the blade pressing device 222, the carving tool head installation assembly 22 further includes two blade pressing support members 225, wherein the blade pressing support members 225 are respectively arranged between the first fixed blade seat 2211 and the first blade pressing 2221 and between the second fixed blade seat 2212 and the second blade pressing 2222, so as to support the gap between the blade pressing device 222 and the fixed blade seat device 221, thereby facilitating the installation of the carving tool 30. The blade pressing support 225 is an elastic device, which will be compressed when subjected to an appropriate pressure. In the extended state, the blade pressing support 225 gives the blade pressing device 222 an outward supporting force, so as to support the gap between the blade pressing device 222 and the fixed blade seat device 221, thereby facilitating the installation of the engraving knife 30. Preferably, the blade pressing support 225 is arranged in the middle of the fixed blade seat device 221 on one side facing the blade pressing device 222, and the blade pressing support 225 protrudes outward from the fixed blade seat device 221, so that the blade pressing support 225 provides an outward supporting force to the blade pressing device 222. More preferably, the blade pressing support 225 further includes a spring element 2251 and a ball 2252, wherein the spring element 2251 is arranged inside the fixed blade seat device 221, and supports the ball 2252 outward, so that the ball 2252 supports the blade pressing device 222 outward. Accordingly, the ball bearing 2252 is rotatably disposed outside the top end of the spring element 2251 so as to support the blade pressing device 222 and allow the blade pressing device 222 to slide left and right in the lateral direction.
[0089] The first pressing blade 2221 and the second pressing blade 2222 of the pressing blade device 222 respectively have at least one carving tool installation groove 2223, wherein the carving tool installation groove 2223 is adapted to the carving tool 30. Preferably, the carving tool installation groove 2223 is respectively formed on both inner sides of the first pressing blade 2221 and the second pressing blade 2222 of the pressing blade device 222. It is worth mentioning that the carving tool installation groove 2223 is an inclined groove inclined in the vertical direction, and its inclination angle is adapted to the inclination angle of the carving tool 30, so as to facilitate the installation of the carving tool 30 in the carving tool installation groove 2223.
[0090] It is worth mentioning that the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 can be electrically connected to the power adapter device 10. Specifically, the fixed tool seat device 221 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 is electrically connected to the power adapter device 10. Correspondingly, the first fixed tool seat 2211 and the second fixed tool seat 2212 of the fixed tool seat device 221 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 are respectively electrically connected to an electrode of the power adapter device 10. The first fixed tool seat 2211 and the second fixed tool seat 2212 of the fixed tool seat device 221 are separated from each other. When the engraving tool 30 is mounted on the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22, the engraving tool 30 is electrically connected to the first fixed tool seat 2211 and the second fixed tool seat 2212 of the fixed tool seat device 221, so that the power adapter device 10, the fixed tool seat 22 and the engraving tool 30 form an electrical circuit.
[0091] In order to prevent the heat of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 from being transferred to the inside of the handheld housing 21 during operation and to prevent the influence of the current on the switch assembly 23, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 further includes a blocking member 226, wherein the blocking member 226 is arranged between the fixed tool holder device 221 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 and the switch assembly 23. Preferably, the blocking member 226 is made of a material with good insulation performance, so that the blocking member 226 prevents the current in the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 from flowing to the switch assembly 23. On the other hand, the blocking member 226 can also block the heat generated by the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 and the engraving tool 30 during operation, so as to prevent the handheld housing 21 from being melted due to heat caused by long-term operation, and also to better protect the switch assembly 23.
[0092] like Figure 4 As shown, the switch assembly 23 is used to control the power on and off of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 and the degassing device 24, and to give a display signal when the switch assembly 23 is in the power on state. The switch assembly 23 includes a switch driving slide device 231 and a micro switch device 232, wherein the switch driving slide device 231 is used to connect the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 to the micro switch device 232. On the other hand, the switch driving slide device 231 is also used to drive the trigger state of the micro switch device 232, thereby controlling the power on and off of the engraving machine host 20 through the micro switch device 232.
[0093] In detail, the switch-driven slide device 231 includes a fixed slide 2311 and a movable slide 2312, wherein the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 are slidably arranged together. In other words, the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 of the switch-driven slide device 231 can slide and move relative to each other in the front-back direction. The movable slide 2312 of the switch-driven slide device 231 is used to fixedly connect the fixed blade holder device 221 and support the fixed blade holder device 221, and when the fixed blade holder device 221 is subjected to a backward pressure or driving force, the fixed blade holder device 221 connected to the movable slide 2312 of the switch-driven slide device 231 moves or slides backward.
[0094] Correspondingly, the movable slide 2312 of the switch-driven slide device 231 includes a fixed seat mounting portion 23121 and a slide connecting portion 23122, wherein the fixed seat mounting portion 23121 is formed by the slide connecting portion 23122 extending upward and forward in an integrated manner to form an upwardly inclined bracket structure so as to be fixedly connected to the fixed tool holder device 221. It is worth mentioning that the movable slide 2312 of the switch-driven slide device 231 has an obliquely upwardly inclined angle, which is convenient for the operator to push the engraving machine host 20 forward during use.
[0095] The fixed slide 2311 of the switch drive slide device 231 is slidably arranged on the upper end of the movable slide 2312. Accordingly, the switch drive slide device 231 further includes two slide positioning devices 2313, wherein the slide positioning devices 2313 are arranged to clamp the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 of the switch drive slide device 231 so that the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 are attached together. Accordingly, the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 of the switch drive slide device 231 respectively have two positioning through holes corresponding to the slide positioning devices 2313. It is worth mentioning that the positioning through hole at the front end of the movable slide 2312 and the positioning through hole at the rear end of the fixed slide 2311 are elongated holes, allowing the slide positioning device 2313 to move in the elongated positioning through holes. Since the front and rear ends of the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide of the switch driving slide device 231 are respectively provided with a long strip positioning through hole, after the fixed slide and the movable slide are clamped by the slide positioning device 2313, the fixed slide 2311 and the movable slide 2312 cannot move or rotate in the vertical direction, but can move relative to each other in the horizontal direction. Preferably, the slide positioning device 2313 is a detachable screw.
[0096] It is worth mentioning that the fixed slide 2311 of the switch driving slide device 231 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the hand-held housing 21, so that the switch assembly 23 is stably arranged in the accommodating space of the hand-held housing 21. In other words, the switch assembly 23 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the hand-held housing 21 by the fixed slide 2311 of the switch driving slide device 231, and the movable slide 2312 can slide relatively in the horizontal direction relative to the fixed slide 2311. Therefore, when a backward driving force is applied to the fixed tool holder device 221 of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22, the movable slide 2312 of the switch driving slide device 231 connected to the fixed tool holder device 221 moves backward under the action of the driving force.
[0097] The switch driving slide device 231 further includes a reset device 2314, wherein the reset device 2314 is arranged to be connected to the slide positioning device 2313, so that when the movable slide 2312 moves relative to the fixed slide 2311, the reset device 2314 drives the movable slide 2312 to reset. Preferably, the reset device 2314 is a spring device, wherein the reset device 2314 is in a stretched state under normal conditions, that is, the reset device 2314 is always stretched, and when the movable slide 2312 moves relative to the fixed slide 2311, the reset device 2314 pulls the slide positioning device 2313 connected to the movable slide 2312 to reset the movable slide.
[0098] like Figure 5A and Figure 5B As shown, when the movable slide 2312 of the switch driving slide device 231 moves relative to the fixed slide 2311, that is, the movable slide 2312 moves backward, the movable slide 2312 of the switch driving slide device 231 triggers the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 and puts it in an open state.
[0099] Correspondingly, the micro switch device 232 is arranged at the rear side of the switch driving slide device 231. Preferably, the micro switch device 232 is arranged on the support arm extending backward of the fixed slide 2311 of the switch driving slide device 231. The micro switch device 232 includes a micro switch trigger device 2321, wherein the position of the micro switch trigger device 2321 corresponds to the movable slide 2312 of the switch driving slide device 231. In other words, when the movable slide 2312 of the switch driving slide device 231 moves relative to the fixed slide 2311, that is, the movable slide 2312 moves backward, at this time, the end of the movable slide 2312 touches and pushes the micro switch trigger device 2321 of the micro switch device 232 backward, turning on the micro switch. Correspondingly, when the resetting device 2314 resets the movable slide 2312, the movable slide returns to its original position, and the end of the movable slide 2312 disengages from the micro-switch trigger device 2321 of the micro-switch device 232. At this time, the micro-switch device 232 is in a disconnected state.
[0100] The micro switch device 232 is electrically connected to the power adapter device 10, and controls the power adapter device 10 to supply power to the engraving machine host 20. When the micro switch device 232 is in the on state, that is, when the micro switch trigger device 2321 of the micro switch device 232 is pushed, the micro switch device 232 controls the power adapter device 10 to supply power to the engraving machine host 20. On the contrary, when the micro switch device 232 is in the off state, that is, the micro switch trigger device 2321 of the micro switch device 232 is reset, the micro switch device 232 controls the power adapter device 10 to stop supplying power to the engraving machine host 20, and the engraving machine host 20 is in the off state.
[0101] It is worth mentioning that the switching of the on and off state of the switch assembly 23 of the engraving machine host 20 is realized by the switch driving slide device 231 of the switch assembly 23 acting on the micro switch device 232. In other words, the switching process of the on and off state of the switch assembly 23 of the engraving machine host 20 is realized by the change of the relative relationship between the positions of the switch driving slide device 231 and the micro switch device 232, and in the process of the change of the relative position relationship, the switch assembly 23 has no direct electrical contact, thereby avoiding the electric spark and heating caused by the electrical contact of the contacts, thereby effectively improving the service life of the engraving machine host 20, and at the same time, it is safer and more reliable during use. On the other hand, the switch assembly 23 of the engraving machine host 20 is realized by the micro switch trigger device 2321 of the micro switch device 232. Since the micro switch trigger device 2321 of the micro switch device 232 has a longer stroke when being triggered, the micro switch device 232 has a higher fault tolerance and is easier to trigger the power-on state.
[0102] like Figure 4 As shown, according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the degassing device 24 of the engraving machine host 20 is arranged inside the handheld housing 21, and the degassing device 24 is configured to remove or disperse the harmful gas and smoke generated by heating during the operation of the engraving machine. In this preferred embodiment, the degassing device 24 is a blowing device, that is, the degassing device 24 blows air outward from the inside of the handheld housing 21 to blow out the harmful gas and smoke generated during the operation of the engraving machine, so as to prevent these harmful gases and smoke from affecting the operator's vision, and also prevent the operator from inhaling these harmful gases and smoke, thereby protecting the operator's health.
[0103] In detail, the degassing device 24 of the engraving machine host 20 is fixedly arranged inside the handheld housing 21. Preferably, the degassing device 24 is arranged on the fixed slide 2311 of the switch drive slide device 231 of the switch assembly 23. Correspondingly, the fixed slide 2311 of the switch drive slide device 231 of the switch assembly 23 includes a degassing device mounting portion 23113, wherein the degassing device mounting portion 23113 is formed by a lateral extension of the side of the fixed slide 2311, and is used to support the degassing device 24 so that the degassing device 24 maintains a stable and balanced position. The degassing device 24 can be electrically connected to the power adapter device 10, and blow air outward under the function of the power adapter device 10. It is worth mentioning that the on and off states of the degassing device 24 are also realized by the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23. In other words, when the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 is in the on state, the degassing device 24 and the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 are simultaneously turned on, and the degassing device 24 and the engraving tool 30 are simultaneously in the on state. Correspondingly, when the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 is in the off state, the degassing device 24 and the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 are also simultaneously turned off.
[0104] The degassing device 24 includes a negative pressure generating device 241 and a gas exhaust device 242, wherein the negative pressure generating device 241 generates negative pressure inside the degassing device 24, and then exhausts the gas inside the degassing device 24 to the outside environment through the gas exhaust device 242. In other words, the negative pressure generating device 241 of the degassing device 24 absorbs the gas in the accommodation space inside the hand-held housing 21, and then exhausts it to the outside environment through the gas exhaust device 242.
[0105] The degassing device 24 has an exhaust outlet 243 and a gas inlet 244, wherein the exhaust outlet 241 corresponds to the exhaust outlet 216 of the hand-held housing 21 of the engraving machine host 20, that is, the gas exhausted by the degassing device 241 is blown to the external environment through the exhaust outlet 216. Preferably, the gas inlet 244 of the degassing device 24 is arranged at the lower end of the degassing device 24, so that the gas in the external environment enters the inside of the hand-held housing 21 from the switch assembly opening 215, and then is sucked into the inside of the degassing device 24 through the gas inlet 244, and is discharged to the external environment under the action of the gas exhaust device of the degassing device 247.
[0106] Preferably, the direction of the gas blown out by the degassing device 24 is roughly consistent with the direction of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22, so as to promptly dissipate the toxic gas and smoke generated by the engraving tool 30 during use. More preferably, the degassing device 24 is a turbo fan, that is, the rotation of the turbo fan forms an airflow through the exhaust outlet 216 of the handheld housing 21, thereby dispersing the gas generated outside the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 of the engraving machine host 20.
[0107] like Figure 4 As shown, the engraving machine host 20 further includes a working state prompting device 25, wherein the working state prompting device 25 is used to display whether the engraving machine host 20 is currently in working state. Since the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22 connected to the switch assembly 23 of the engraving machine host 20 can only turn on the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 when it is pressed, it is difficult for the operator to judge whether the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 is turned on during the pressing process. Therefore, the working state prompting device 25 is configured to prompt the working state of the engraving machine host 20. Preferably, the working state prompting device 25 is a signal indicator light. When the engraving machine host 20 is in working state, that is, when the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 of the engraving machine host 20 is turned on, the signal indicator light of the working state prompting device 25 is on to prompt the operator that the engraving machine host 20 is in the on state at this time. The working state prompting device 25 can be electrically connected to the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 and the power adapter device 10. When the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 is in the on state, the working state prompting device 25 displays a light under the function of the power adapter device 10. When the micro switch device 232 of the switch assembly 23 is in the off state, the working circuit of the working state prompting device 25 is blocked from current flowing in, and the light of the working state prompting device 25 is not on.
[0108] It is worth mentioning that, under normal working conditions, the on and off of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22, the degassing device 24 and the working status prompting device 25 of the engraving machine host 20 are all determined by the switch assembly 23, that is, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22, the degassing device 24 and the working status prompting device 25 of the engraving machine host 20 are simultaneously in the on state under normal working conditions, and are also simultaneously in the off state when disconnected. Preferably, the working status prompting device 25 is arranged on the handheld housing 21 of the engraving machine host 20. It can be imagined by those skilled in the art that the working status prompting device 25 can also be a sound prompting device, that is, when the switch assembly 23 is in the on state and the engraving machine host 20 is in the working state, the working status prompting device 25 emits a prompting sound to prompt the operator of the working state of the engraving machine host 20 at this time.
[0109] like Figure 6 As shown, according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the engraving machine provides engraving knives 30 of different shapes and types. Preferably, the engraving knives are U-shaped, and the engraving knives 30 include an engraving knives bottom 31 and two engraving knives connecting arms 32, wherein the engraving knives connecting arms 32 are formed by the engraving knives bottom 31 and extend upward and outward to form an integrated structure. The inclination angle of the engraving knives connecting arms 32 of the engraving knives 30 is adapted to the inclination angle of the engraving knives mounting groove 2223 of the blade pressing device 222 of the engraving knives head mounting assembly 22 of the engraving machine mainframe 20, so that the engraving knives 30 can be detachably mounted in the engraving knives mounting groove 2223.
[0110] It is worth mentioning that, according to different usage situations, the operator can choose to use different types and sizes of carving knives 30. Accordingly, according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the carving knife bottom 31 of the carving knife 30 can be arc-shaped or parallel straight-line-shaped, and the lengths of the carving knife bottom 31 of the carving knives 30 of different lengths are also different. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the carving knives 30 of different types and sizes are suitable for carving patterns or designs of different sizes and precisions.
[0111] It is worth mentioning that the engraving tool 30 is made of a material with a relatively large resistance value, so that when the engraving tool 30 is electrically installed on the engraving machine host 20, the engraving tool 30 can generate relatively large heat when powered on, and the heat generated by the engraving tool 30 can be used to thermally cut the processed product.
[0112] Referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figure 7As shown, another variant implementation of the engraving machine according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in the following description, which is roughly the same as the basic structure of the engraving machine described in the first preferred embodiment, and the difference lies in the engraving machine host 20A of the engraving machine. In detail, the engraving machine host 20A includes a handheld housing 21A, a carving tool head mounting assembly 22A, a switch assembly 23A, and a degassing device 24A, wherein the structures of the handheld housing 21A, the carving tool head mounting assembly 22A and the switch assembly 23A of the engraving machine host 20A are the same as those described in the first preferred embodiment, and the difference lies in the degassing device 24A of the engraving machine host 20A. In the variant implementation of this preferred embodiment, the degassing device 24A is a negative pressure suction device, that is, the degassing device 24A absorbs the harmful gas and smoke generated at the front end of the carving tool head mounting assembly 22A of the engraving machine host 20A during normal operation, and then discharges them to the external environment.
[0113] The degassing device 24A includes a negative pressure generating device 241A and a gas exhaust device 242A, wherein the negative pressure generating device 241A can be conductively connected to the gas exhaust device 242A so that the gas absorbed by the negative pressure generating device 241A is discharged to the external environment through the gas exhaust device 242A. The negative pressure generating device 241A has a gas inlet 2411A and a gas outlet 2412A, wherein the gas inlet 2411A and the gas outlet 2412A are respectively arranged at the front and rear sides of the negative pressure generating device 241A. The gas in the external environment is sucked into the negative pressure generating device 241A from the gas inlet 2411A of the negative pressure generating device 241A, and then discharged to the gas exhaust device 242A through the gas outlet 2412A. The position of the gas outlet 2412A of the negative pressure generating device 241A corresponds to the exhaust outlet 216 of the hand-held housing 21A. Preferably, the gas exhaust device 242A is a hollow tubular structure, wherein one end of the gas exhaust device 242A is arranged to be connected to the gas outlet 2412A of the negative pressure generating device 241A, and the other end of the gas exhaust device 242A is guided by the handheld shell 21A to be arranged in the external environment, so that the harmful gas and smoke absorbed from the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22A are discharged to a position away from the operator, thereby avoiding the harmful gas and smoke generated during the processing from blocking the operator's line of sight and protecting the operator's health.
[0114] Preferably, the degassing device 24A is disposed in the accommodation space of the handheld housing 21A. Specifically, the negative pressure generating device 241A of the degassing device 24A is fixed to the fixed slide 2311 of the switch driving slide device 231 of the switch assembly 23A, so that the degassing device 24A is fixedly disposed inside the handheld housing 21A.
[0115] It is worth mentioning that the degassing device 24A can be electrically connected to the power adapter device 10, and the on and off of the degassing device 24A is determined by the switch component 23A of the engraving machine host 20A.
[0116] Referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figure 8 As shown, another variant implementation of the engraving machine according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in the following description, which is substantially the same as the basic structure of the engraving machine described in the first preferred embodiment, except that the engraving machine host 20B of the engraving machine. In detail, the engraving machine host 20B includes a handheld housing 21B, an engraving tool head mounting assembly 22B, a switch assembly 23B, and a degassing device 24B, wherein the structures of the handheld housing 21B, the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22B, and the switch assembly 23B of the engraving machine host 20B are the same as those described in the first preferred embodiment, except that the degassing device 24B of the engraving machine host 20B.
[0117] In this modified embodiment, the degassing device 24B is a negative pressure suction device, that is, the degassing device 24B absorbs the harmful gas and smoke generated at the front end of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22B of the engraving machine host 20B during normal operation, and then discharges them to the external environment. The degassing device 24B is arranged outside the handheld housing 21B, and preferably, the degassing device 24B is detachably arranged at the upper end of the handheld housing 21B.
[0118] The degassing device 24B includes a negative pressure generating device 241B and a gas exhaust device 242B, wherein the negative pressure generating device 241B can be conductively connected to the gas exhaust device 242B so that the gas absorbed by the negative pressure generating device 241B can be discharged to the external environment through the gas exhaust device 242B.
[0119] The negative pressure generating device 241B has a gas inlet 2411B and a gas outlet 2412B, wherein the gas inlet 2411B and the gas outlet 2412B are respectively arranged at the front and rear sides of the negative pressure generating device 241B. The gas generated at the front end of the engraving tool head mounting assembly 22B is sucked into the negative pressure generating device 241B from the gas inlet 2411B of the negative pressure generating device 241B, and then discharged to the gas discharge device 242B through the gas outlet 2412B. Accordingly, one end of the gas discharge device 242B of the degassing device 24B is detachably coupled to the gas outlet 2412B of the negative pressure generating device 241B, and the other end of the gas discharge device 242B is guided and arranged in the external environment to discharge harmful gases, smoke, etc. absorbed by the negative pressure to the external environment.
[0120] It is worth mentioning that the degassing device 24B can be electrically connected to the power adapter 10, and the on and off of the degassing device 24B is determined by the switch assembly 23B of the engraving machine host 20B. Correspondingly, the bottom end of the degassing device 24B includes two energized upper contacts, wherein the top position of the handheld housing 21B is correspondingly provided with two energized lower contacts, wherein the energized lower contacts are electrically connected to the power adapter 10. When the degassing device 24B is installed at the corresponding position of the handheld housing 21B, the energized upper contacts and the energized lower contacts are electrically connected together, so that the degassing device 24B can be electrically connected to the power adapter 10.
[0121] According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for engraving on a product, wherein the engraving method comprises the following steps:
[0122] (a) heating a carving blade 30 in contact with the article; and
[0123] (b) removing the gas generated by the engraving tool 30 when engraving the product.
[0124] It is worth mentioning that the product can be but is not limited to a plastic product or a rubber product.
[0125] Preferably, in the step (b), the gas generated by the engraving tool 30 when engraving the product is removed by generating an airflow in a region adjacent to the engraving tool 30. For example, in the step (b), the degassing device 24 may generate an airflow in the region of the engraving tool 30 to remove the gas generated by the engraving tool 30 when engraving the product.
[0126] like Fig. 9 and Fig. 13BAs shown, the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine is arranged at the front end of the switch assembly 53 and protrudes forward from the main body 511 of the housing 51. The tool head mounting assembly 52 is arranged to be detachably and electrically connected to the engraving tool 60, and the tool head mounting assembly 52 and the engraving tool 60 form an electrical circuit, thereby electrically heating the engraving tool 60.
[0127] The tool head mounting assembly 52 includes a tool seat 521 and a tool pressing device 522 disposed at the front end of the tool seat 521, wherein the tool pressing device 522 is slidably disposed in front of the tool seat 521 to accommodate the installation of carving knives 60 of different widths. The carving knives 60 are detachably disposed between the tool seat 521 and the tool pressing device 522, and an electrical circuit is formed by the tool seat 521 of the tool head mounting assembly 52 and the carving knives 60. The tool seat 521 includes a first tool seat 5211 and a second tool seat 5212 disposed at an interval, wherein the first tool seat 5211 and the second tool seat 5212 are electrically insulated, and the first tool seat 5211 and the second tool seat 5212 are electrically connected to a current conducting wire of a circuit respectively. The first blade holder 5211 and the second blade holder 5212 are also electrically connected to the two ends of the engraving tool 60, so that the engraving tool 60, the first blade holder 5211 and the second blade holder 5212 form an electrically powered circuit, and then the engraving tool 60 is electrically heated in the powered state. Preferably, the first blade holder 5211 and the second blade holder 5212 of the blade holder 521 are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the switch assembly 53.
[0128] It is worth mentioning that the tool holder 521 of the tool head mounting assembly 52 is made of a material with good conductivity, and the resistance of the tool holder 521 is smaller than that of the engraving tool 60, so that the engraving tool 60 generates high temperature when the engraving machine is in working state.
[0129] Correspondingly, the knife pressing device 522 further includes a first knife pressing blade 5221 and a second knife pressing blade 5222, wherein the first knife pressing blade 5221 is movably disposed at the front end of the first knife seat 5211 of the knife seat 521, and the second knife pressing blade 5222 is movably disposed at the front end of the second knife seat 5212 of the knife seat 521. The first knife pressing blade 5221 and the second knife pressing blade 5222 of the knife pressing device 522 are insulated from each other and spaced apart. One end of the engraving knife 60 is electrically and detachably fixed between the first knife pressing blade 5221 and the first knife seat 5211, and the other end of the engraving knife 60 is electrically and detachably fixed between the second knife pressing blade 5222 and the second knife seat 5212.
[0130] The tool head mounting assembly 52 further includes two limit bolts 523, wherein the limit bolts 523 are arranged on the tool seat 521 and the knife pressing device 522, and are used to limit the knife pressing device 522 to the front end position of the tool seat 521, and prevent the knife pressing device 522 from being separated from the front end of the tool seat 521, so as to effectively prevent the knife pressing device 522 from being lost due to the loosening of the knife pressing device 522. The limit bolts 523 are respectively arranged to limit the first knife pressing blade 5221 of the knife pressing device 522 to the first tool seat 5211, and to limit the second knife pressing blade 5222 of the shrink knife pressing device 522 to the second tool seat 5212. The tool head mounting assembly 52 further includes two fasteners 524, wherein the fasteners 524 are adjustable to fix the engraving knife 60 between the knife pressing device 522 and the tool seat 521 in a holding manner. The fastener 524 is adjustably arranged on the first blade pressing device 5221 and the first blade holder 5211, and is adjustably arranged on the second blade pressing device 5222 and the second blade holder 5212. Accordingly, in order to be suitable for installing the engraving tool 60 of different widths on the tool head mounting assembly 52, the first blade pressing device 5221 and the second blade pressing device 5222 of the knife pressing device 522 are respectively provided with a movable slide groove 5223, wherein the limit bolt 523 and the fastener 524 pass through the movable slide groove 5223 and are connected to the blade holder 521, and the limit bolt 523 limits the knife pressing device 522 to the blade holder 521, and the fastener 524 is operably fixed to fix the engraving tool 60 between the blade holder 521 and the knife pressing device 522.
[0131] Preferably, the movable slide groove 5223 is a long strip through hole, and the movable slide groove 5223 allows the first pressing blade 5221 and the second pressing blade 5222 of the pressing blade device 522 to slide around the limit bolt and the fastener 524 in the left and right direction of the front end of the knife seat 521 to adapt to the carving knives 60 of different widths. It can be understood that when the carving knives 60 with a smaller width need to be installed, the first pressing blade 5221 and the second pressing blade 5222 of the pressing blade device 522 are slid inwards, and conversely, when the carving knives 60 with a larger width need to be installed, the first pressing blade 5221 and the second pressing blade 5222 of the pressing blade device 522 are slid outwards.
[0132] As described above, the engraving tool 60 is arranged between the tool pressing device 522 and the tool holder 521 by the tool head mounting assembly 52 through the form of holding and fixing. Accordingly, the tool pressing device 522 of the tool head mounting assembly 52 further has at least two tool grooves 5224 for mounting the engraving tool 60, and the at least two tool grooves 5224 are formed on the first pressing blade 5221 and the second pressing blade 5222 of the tool pressing device 522 on the side facing the tool holder 521. It can be understood that the at least two tool grooves 5224 are through holes running through the upper and lower parts of the tool pressing device 522, and the tool groove 5224 is also provided with a tool groove opening on the side facing the tool holder 521. The length of the notch of the tool groove 5224 is equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the tool arm of the engraving tool 60, so that the engraving tool 60 can be clamped and fixed by the tool pressing device 522 and the tool holder 521. Preferably, in order to adapt to the carving knives 60 of different widths, the knife pressing device 522 is provided with two knife grooves 5224 of different notch lengths. It is worth mentioning that in the engraving machine of the present invention, in order to facilitate the installation of the carving knives 60 and prevent the carving knives 60 from slipping out of the knife groove 5224 of the knife pressing device 522, the carving knife arm is configured to be inclined upward. Therefore, the knife groove 5224 of the knife pressing device 522 is also configured to penetrate the knife pressing device 522 from the bottom and upward.
[0133] like Figures 11 to 12B As shown, the tool head mounting assembly 52 further includes a knife pressing support device 525, wherein the knife pressing support device 525 is arranged on the knife seat 521, and is used to support the knife pressing device 522 outwardly. As described above, the length of the notch of the knife groove 5224 is equal to or slightly less than the width of the knife arm of the engraving knife 60, and the engraving knife 60 is fixed by the supporting effect of the knife pressing device 522 and the knife seat 521, and is electrically connected to the first knife seat 5211 and the second knife seat 5212 of the knife seat 521. The knife pressing support device 525 is arranged on the knife seat 521, and has an outward supporting force for the knife pressing device 522. In particular, when the knife pressing device 522 is in a relaxed state, the knife pressing device 522 forms a gap with the knife seat 521 under the outward support of the knife pressing support device 525, so that the installation control of the engraving knife 60 is increased, thereby facilitating the installation of the engraving knife 60 into the knife groove 5224. On the other hand, when the engraving knife 60 is being disassembled, the knife pressing device 522 forms a gap with the knife seat 521 under the support of the knife pressing support device 525, so that the engraving knife 60 can be easily taken out of the knife groove 5224.
[0134] Preferably, the knife pressing support device 525 is an elastic support device, and during the installation process, the knife pressing support device 525 is pressed into the knife seat 521 by the squeezing action of the knife pressing device 522. Accordingly, the knife seat 521 is provided with a knife pressing support groove 5213 for installing the knife pressing support device 525, wherein the knife pressing support groove 5213 is arranged on the side facing the knife pressing device 522. The knife pressing support device 525 includes an elastic support member 5251 and a ball 5252 arranged at the upper end of the elastic support member 5251, wherein the ball 5252 can roll and support the knife pressing device 522 upward. It is worth mentioning that when the knife pressing device 522 slides on the knife seat 521, the ball 5252 of the knife pressing support device 525 supports the knife pressing device 522 upward, and as the knife pressing device 522 slides, the ball rolls on the upper end of the elastic support member 5251 without moving. It can be understood that the knife pressing support device 525 is arranged between the knife pressing device 522 and the knife seat 521 and is in a compressed state, and the ball 5252 of the knife pressing support device 525 is telescopically moved in the knife pressing support groove 5213.
[0135] like Figures 10 to 12B As shown, the blade mounting assembly 52 is arranged at the front end of the switch assembly 53, and the blade mounting assembly 52 protrudes outward from the housing 51. In order to avoid a short circuit between the first blade seat 5211 and the second blade seat 5212 of the blade seat 521 of the blade mounting assembly 52, and to prevent the blade mounting assembly 52 from generating excessive heat when powered on and affecting the switch assembly 53, the blade mounting assembly 52 further includes a gasket 526, wherein the gasket 526 is arranged between the blade seat 521 and the switch assembly 53. It is worth mentioning that the blade seat 521 of the blade mounting assembly 52 is installed on the gasket 526 at intervals, and the gasket 526 is made of an electrically insulating material. On the other hand, the gasket 526 also blocks the extra heat generated by the blade seat 521 when powered on, preventing the heat generated by the blade seat 521 from affecting the switch assembly 53.
[0136] The switch assembly 53 is connected to the tool head mounting assembly 52 and the housing 51 of the engraving machine host 50. In other words, the switch assembly 53 is connected to the tool head mounting assembly 52 and holds the tool head mounting assembly outside the housing 51 of the engraving machine host 50. The switch assembly 53 is controllably electrically connected to the power adapter 40, and the switch assembly 53 controls the power adapter 40 to provide power to the engraving machine host 50.
[0137] The switch assembly 53 includes a switch driving device 531 and a micro switch device 532 for controlling the on and off of the circuit, wherein the switch driving device 531 is arranged to be fixed to the inner wall of the housing 51 of the engraving machine host 50, and is connected to the tool head mounting assembly 52. The micro switch device 532 is a control circuit switch understood by those skilled in the art, and the micro switch device 532 is adjustable to switch between a connected state and a disconnected state. It can be understood that when the micro switch device 532 is in the connected state, the power adapter device 40 controlled by the switch assembly 53 is allowed to provide power to the engraving machine host 50, on the contrary, when the micro switch device 532 is in the disconnected state, the power adapter device 40 controlled by the switch assembly is prevented from providing power to the engraving machine host 50. Preferably, the micro switch device 532 is arranged on the switch driving device 531 , and the switch driving device 531 is driven to trigger the micro switch device 532 , thereby adjusting the connection state of the micro switch device 532 .
[0138] like Fig.11 As shown, the switch driving device 531 of the switch assembly 53 includes a switch fixing bracket 5311 and an actuator 5312 that can slide relative to the switch fixing bracket 5311, wherein the actuator 5312 is arranged in the switch channel 5112 of the housing 51, and the actuator 5312 protrudes outward from the switch channel 5112 to the housing 51 of the engraving machine. One end of the actuator 5312 is arranged to be connected to the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50, and when the actuator 5312 is pushed by the tool head mounting assembly 52, it can move horizontally along the switch fixing bracket 5311. Correspondingly, the actuator 5312 includes a driving slide plate 53121 and a linkage portion 53122 extending obliquely upward from the driving slide plate, wherein the linkage portion 53122 of the actuator 5312 is configured to connect the blade mounting assembly 52 to the switch assembly 53, and the blade mounting assembly 52 pushes the actuator 5312 of the switch assembly 53 to move. The driving slide plate 53121 of the actuator 5312 is movably connected to the switch fixing bracket 5311, and the driving slide plate 53121 of the actuator 5312 is preferably a flat plate-shaped structure.
[0139] The switch fixing bracket 5311 is arranged on the inner wall of the first housing 513 of the housing 51 of the engraving machine mainframe 50, and the actuator 5312 and the degassing device 54 are connected by the switch fixing bracket 5311, so that the actuator 5312 and the degassing device 54 are kept stable inside the housing 51. The switch fixing bracket 5311 includes a mounting plate 53111 and an upper connecting arm 53112 and a lower connecting arm 53113 extending outward from the upper and lower ends of the mounting plate 53111, wherein the upper connecting arm 53112 is arranged to connect and support the degassing device 54, so that the degassing device 54 is kept stable inside the housing 51. The lower connecting arm 53113 is arranged to slidably connect the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312, and allow the driving slide 53121 to slide in the front-rear direction along the lower connecting arm 53113. Preferably, the switch fixing bracket 5311 is a "C"-shaped support structure. The driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312 and the lower connecting arm 53113 are attached together up and down, and preferably, the driving slide 53121 is arranged at the lower end of the lower connecting arm 53113. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection position of the driving slide 53121 and the lower connecting arm 53113 can be adjusted up and down without affecting the normal operation of the switch assembly.
[0140] The switch assembly 53 further includes a reset connection device 533, wherein the reset connection device 533 is configured to connect the switch fixing bracket 5311 to the actuator 5312, and drive the actuator 5312 to reset after the actuator 5312 is moved. The reset connection device 533 includes a reset connector 5331 and reset bolts 5332 connected to both ends of the reset connector 5331, wherein the reset bolts 5332 are configured to connect the actuator 5312 to the switch fixing bracket 5311. Correspondingly, the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 and the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312 are respectively provided with a positioning hole 5334 and a driving slot 5335 for connecting the reset bolt 5332, wherein the positioning hole 5334 fixes the reset bolt 5332 to the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 or the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312. Therefore, the aperture size of the positioning hole 5334 is adapted to the diameter size of the reset bolt 5332. The driving slot 5335 is a long strip-shaped slot, and the reset bolt 5332 is allowed to move in the driving slot 5335, so that the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 and the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312 are misaligned.
[0141] The positioning hole 5334 and the driving slot 5335 of the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 are arranged alternately with the positioning hole 5334 and the driving slot 5335 of the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312. That is, the positioning hole 5334 of the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 corresponds to the position of the driving slot 5335 of the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312 up and down. It is worth mentioning that the reset bolt 5332 is defined in the positioning hole 5334, that is, the reset bolt 5332 connected to the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch fixing bracket 5311 is fixed to the switch fixing bracket 5311, and the reset bolt 5332 connected to the driving slide 53121 of the actuator 5312 will move with the movement of the actuator 5312.
[0142] The micro switch device 532 is arranged on the switch fixing bracket 5311 of the switch driving device 531, and the actuator 5312 of the switch driving device 531 is driven to adjust the conduction state of the micro switch device 532. The micro switch device 532 includes a switch body 5321 and a switch trigger 5322 arranged on the switch body 5321, wherein the switch trigger 5322 is configured to operably trigger the switch body 5321. The switch body 5321 is controllably electrically connected to the power adapter 40, and the discharge of the power adapter 40 is controlled by the switch body 5321. It is worth mentioning that in the engraving machine described in the present invention, the connecting wires and wire terminals in the engraving machine host 50 are hidden, and the connection of the engraving machine host 50 is controlled by operating the switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532. That is to say, there will be no direct contact between the wire terminals during the on-off process of the switch, so the on state of the engraving machine host 50 is safer. Those skilled in the art can understand that the micro switch device 532 of the switch assembly 53 is driven by the actuator 5312 of the switch assembly 53 to realize the disconnection and connection of the switch. The longer the contact stroke of the micro switch device 532, the more stable the conduction state of the switch assembly 53. In other words, the micro switch device 532 of the switch assembly 53 enables the engraving machine host 50 to be better electrically connected to the power adapter device 40.
[0143] It is worth mentioning that the switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532 protrudes outward from the switch body 5321. The movement of the actuator 5312 of the switch driving device 531 triggers the switch trigger 5322, thereby controlling the power supply state of the power adapter device 40 through the switch body 5321 of the micro switch device 532. It can be understood that the switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532 is an elastic element, which will extend outward as the actuator 5312 is disengaged.
[0144] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the switch trigger 5322 of the micro-switch device 532 will activate the switch body 5321 when the knife is pressed to a certain degree, and the micro-switch device 532 will remain in the on state before the switch trigger is reset, thereby avoiding repeated power outages due to vibration or improper operation during use.
[0145] like Fig.13A and Fig. 13B , shows a method for switching the on and off states of the switch assembly 53 of the engraving machine. As described above, the engraving machine has an on state and an off state that can be adjusted under the action of the switch assembly 53. When the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50 is pushed by the workpiece, the actuator 5312 of the switch drive device 531 of the switch assembly 53 connected to the tool head mounting assembly 52 moves inward in the switch channel 5112 of the housing 51 under the driving force of the tool head mounting assembly 52, and moves backward relative to the lower connecting arm 53113 of the switch drive device 531. The actuator 5312 of the switch drive device 531 is moved backward by the driving action of the tool head mounting assembly 52, and triggers the switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532. The switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532 is triggered, so that the switch component 53 is adjusted to a conducting state, thereby allowing the power adapter device 40 to provide power to the engraving machine host 50 .
[0146] When the switch assembly 53 is in the on state, the engraving machine host 50 is adjusted to the working state. At this time, the first knife seat 5211 and the second knife seat 5212 of the knife seat 521 of the knife head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50 are electrically connected to the power adapter 40. When the power adapter 40 is powered on, the knife head mounting assembly 52 is electrically connected to the engraving knife 60, and the engraving knife 60 is connected to the electrical circuit of the engraving machine. After use, the actuator 5322 of the switch driving device 531 of the switch assembly 53 returns to its original position under the traction of the reset connection device 533, and the switch trigger 5322 of the micro switch device 532 is also reset under the elastic action. The micro switch device 532 is in the off state, and the micro switch device 532 prevents the power adapter 40 from providing electrical energy to the engraving machine host 50.
[0147] according to Figures 10 to 13B The degassing device 54 of the engraving machine host 50 is arranged adjacent to the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine, and is configured to remove toxic gases and fumes generated by the engraving machine during the engraving process.
[0148] According to the engraving machine of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the degassing device 54 is implemented as a turbofan device that blows air outwards. The degassing device 54 is configured to blow air in the direction of the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine when in working condition, thereby dispersing the smoke and gas generated by the engraving tool 60 during the hot cutting process outwards.
[0149] In detail, the degassing device 54 is arranged on the switch fixing bracket 5311 of the switch driving device 531 of the switch assembly 53, and the degassing device 54 is electrically connected to the micro switch device 532 of the switch assembly 53, and the working state of the degassing device 54 is controlled by the micro switch device 532 of the switch assembly 53. The degassing device 54 includes a negative pressure generating device 541 and a gas exhaust device 542 connected to the negative pressure generating device 541, wherein the negative pressure generating device 541 generates negative pressure inside the degassing device 54, collects the gas inside the housing 51 of the engraving machine, and then the gas exhaust device 542 of the degassing device 54 exhausts the gas to the external environment. The degassing device 54 has an air inlet window 543 and an air outlet 544 formed on the gas exhaust device 542, wherein the negative pressure generating device 541 collects the gas inside the engraving machine host 50 through the air inlet window 543. The gas exhaust device 542 discharges the collected gas to the external environment through the gas outlet 544. It is worth mentioning that the gas outlet 544 of the degassing device 54 faces the direction of the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50, so that the degassing device 54 can directly blow the collected gas to the heated part of the engraving knife 60. It can be understood that the gas outlet 544 of the degassing device 54 corresponds to the ventilation window 5111 of the housing 51, so that the gas blown out by the degassing device 54 is directly blown to the tool head mounting assembly 52 without being blocked. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the ventilation window 5111 of the housing 51 and the switch channel 5112 connect the host space of the engraving machine host with the external environment. When the degassing device 54 is in operation, the gas in the external environment passes through the ventilation window 5111 and the switch channel 5112 to suck the air in the external environment from the negative pressure generating device 541 of the degassing device 54 into the host space, thereby forming an air cycle.
[0150] It is understandable that the degassing device 54 of the engraving machine has an adjustable blowing state and a disconnecting state. The blowing state and the static state of the degassing device 54 are controlled and adjusted by the switch assembly 53 of the engraving machine host 50, and the degassing device 54 is electrically connected to the switch assembly 53. Preferably, the blowing state of the degassing device 54 is synchronized with the conduction state of the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50. In detail, when the tool head mounting assembly 52 of the engraving machine host 50 drives the switch assembly 53 and makes it in the conduction state, the switch assembly 53 simultaneously controls and allows the power adapter device 40 to energize the tool head mounting assembly 52 and control the degassing device 54 to be in the blowing state. In other words, when the engraving tool 60 is installed in the tool head mounting assembly 52, the electric heating state of the engraving tool 60 is synchronized with the blowing state of the degassing device 54, so that the toxic gas and smoke generated by the engraving tool 60 can be removed in time. It is understandable that when the switch assembly 53 is in the off state, the switch assembly 53 simultaneously controls the power adapter 40 to stop supplying power to the cutter head mounting assembly 52 and controls the degassing device 54 to be in the off state. In short, the degassing device 54 is turned on and off synchronously with the cutter head mounting assembly 52.
[0151] like Fig.11 As shown, in order to facilitate observation of the working status of the engraving machine host 50, the engraving machine host 50 further includes a working status indicator 55, wherein the working status indicator 55 is configured to prompt the current working status of the engraving machine in real time. In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the working status indicator 55 of the engraving machine is implemented as an indicator light. Preferably, the working status indicator 55 is a light emitting diode, and when it is turned on, the working status indicator 55 lights up to prompt the operator. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the working status indicator 55 is configured to prompt the current working status of the engraving machine, and the working status indicator can also be implemented as a sound prompting device, or other prompting devices with an indication function.
[0152] The working state indicating device 55 is electrically connected to the micro switch device 532 of the switch assembly 53 of the engraving machine host 50, and the switch assembly 53 provides power to the working state indicating device 55 and controls the on-off state of the working state indicating device 55. Preferably, the on-off state of the working state indicating device 55 is synchronized with the on-off state of the tool head mounting assembly 52 and the degassing device 54 of the engraving machine host 50. It can be understood that when the engraving tool 60 connected to the engraving machine host 50 is heated in the working state, the degassing device 54 is also turned on and is in the blowing state to blow air in the direction of the tool head mounting assembly 52, and the light of the working state indicating device 55 is on at this time.
[0153] According to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the engraving knife 60 of the engraving machine has the same structure and function as the engraving knife 30 described in the first preferred embodiment.
[0154] Referring to the accompanying drawings of the invention Fig.14 Another implementation of the engraving machine according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in the following description, wherein the power adapter 40 and the engraving tool 60 of the engraving machine are the same as those in the second preferred embodiment, the difference lies in the engraving machine host 50A.
[0155] Specifically, the engraving machine host 50A includes a housing 51A, a cutter head mounting assembly 52A connected to the engraving cutter 60, a switch assembly 53A connected to the cutter head mounting assembly 52A and driven by the cutter head mounting assembly 52A, a degassing device 54A and a working state indicating device 55 for indicating the working state of the engraving machine. The housing 51A, the cutter head mounting assembly 52A, the switch assembly 53A, and the working state indicating device 55 of the engraving machine in the modified embodiment of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention have the same structure and function as the engraving machine host 50 described in the second preferred embodiment, and the difference lies in the degassing device 54A. The degassing device 54A is implemented as an exhaust device with an air suction function. The degassing device 54A is arranged on the switch fixing bracket 5311 of the switch driving device 531 of the switch assembly 53A, that is, it is arranged inside the housing 51A, and the gas and smoke generated at the cutter head mounting assembly 52A are absorbed by the degassing device 54A and discharged to the external environment. The degassing device 54A is electrically connected to the power adapter 40, and the power adapter 40 provides power to the degassing device 54A. The degassing device 54A is adjustable to have a working state and a disconnected state.
