Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a 500kV compact power transmission line, in particular to a tool for entering an electric field of the 500kV compact power transmission line and a method for entering the electric field. Background Art
[0002] With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for electricity is also growing. In order to meet the needs of long-distance power transmission, it is urgent to develop ultra-high and ultra-high voltage power grids. At present, my country has formed a power transmission pattern dominated by ultra-high voltage grids and "two AC and two DC" ultra-high voltage. At the same time, for 500kV lines, the width of a single-circuit corridor is 55-60m, and the sum of two single-circuit corridors can reach 110-120m. The size of the above values is related to the design conditions such as the arrangement of conductors, tower shape and span. Therefore, if the same tower double-circuit is used instead of two single-circuit corridors, the corridor width can be reduced by half. If a compact same-tower multi-circuit form is used to erect ultra-high voltage lines, the investment cost of the line corridor will be reduced to a greater extent. However, compared with conventional lines, the live working space of the pole tower is narrow (the conductor spacing is nearly 70% of the conventional skeleton tower) and the induced voltage is high (it can reach more than 12% of the operating voltage). Live working faces a big problem: how to enter the electric field under the premise of ensuring safety. Summary of the invention

[0030] The method provided by the present invention for entering the lower electric field of a 500kV compact transmission line using the above-mentioned tool comprises the following steps:
[0031] (1) Tool assembly
[0032] The ground coordination personnel connect the wire hook with pulley to the upper end of the insulating ladder on the ground, and tie two insulating control ropes to the lower end of the insulating ladder;
[0033] (2) People climbing the tower
[0034] Three ground potential electricians and equipotential electricians carry insulated transfer ropes and pulleys to climb the tower. After reaching the designated location, they tie the double safety ropes. One ground potential electrician fixes the pulley just above the corresponding side phase conductor on the tower material.
[0035] (3) Transfer tools
[0036] The ground personnel and the tower operators cooperate with each other to connect the insulating transfer rope to the ladder head safety through the pulley on the wire hook. When lifting, the tools are first transferred to the middle cross arm position on the tower, and two ground potential personnel carry the two insulating control ropes to the tower respectively;
[0037] (4) Install the wire hook
[0038] The ground personnel use the insulating transfer rope to lift the tool to the level of the upper phase conductor. The ground personnel release the insulating transfer rope, and the conductor hook is locked on the conductor.
[0039] 5) Entering the electric field
[0040] The equipotential personnel stand on the insulating ladder and hang the double safety rope and backup protection rope at the same time. The ground potential operator close to the insulating ladder first lowers the ladder to a vertical position, and then the ground potential operator on the other side pulls it to the position close to the lower phase conductor, transfers the potential by grasping the conductor, and enters the strong electric field to perform live work;
[0041] (6) Exit the electric field

The ground potential personnel at the far end first lower the rope to a vertical position, and then the ground potential personnel at the near end pull the rope back to the tower body to exit the electric field.
[0043] (7) Demolition tools
[0044] The order is opposite to that of installing tools. First, the ground personnel tighten the transfer rope, open the wire hook safety, and cooperate with the workers on the tower to lower it to the middle crossbar, collect the two insulating control ropes, and then lower it to the ground.
[0045] (8) Personnel leaving the tower
[0046] The ground potential workers and equipotential workers go down the tower together, carrying the insulating transfer rope and pulley.
[0047] The present invention is aimed at entering the upper electric field of a 500kV compact transmission line, and adopts an insulating ladder with two ends respectively connected to an angle steel fixture and a conductor hook as a tool. One end of the tool hooks the conductor through the conductor hook. When the insulating ladder is fixed in a horizontal state, the other end is fixed to the tower material through the angle steel fixture. In this way, the equipotential operator can move from the tower body side along the insulating ladder to the vicinity of the conductor to enter the electric field for live work in a sitting position, which is safe and reliable. The angle steel fixture is hinged to the end of the insulating ladder through a universal joint and can swing back and forth, so that the angle steel fixture can be suitable for fixing tower bodies of different structures. When the operator enters the lower electric field, the tool used is the insulating ladder and the conductor hook with a pulley connected to one end of the insulating ladder. At the same time, the other end of the insulating ladder is connected to an insulating control rope, which is hung on the upper phase conductor through the conductor hook. The equipotential operator stands at the bottom of the insulating ladder, and the ground potential operator pulls the bottom of the insulating ladder to the lower phase conductor to grasp the conductor and enter the electric field for operation, which is safe and reliable. In short, when entering the upper electric field, due to the narrow space, the design of the tool allows the operator to enter the electric field in a sitting position, which is safe and reliable; when entering the lower electric field, the upper end of the tool is hung on the upper phase-changing conductor, and the operator stands at the bottom of the insulating ladder and enters the electric field in a swinging manner, which is safe and reliable. [0056] Combination Figures 1 to 3 As shown, the tool for entering the upper electric field of a 500kV compact transmission line disclosed in this embodiment includes an insulating ladder 1, an angle steel fixture 2 and a conductor hook 3. The angle steel fixture 2 and the conductor hook 3 are connected to both ends of the insulating ladder 1 respectively.
[0057] Metal connectors 11 are symmetrically fixed at both ends of the insulating ladder 1. The metal connectors include a ladder head cover and a connecting ear plate extending from the upper end thereof.
[0058] The length of the insulating ladder 1 can be spliced by standard sections and non-standard sections, and the standard sections and the standard sections and non-standard sections are connected and fixed by metal sleeves and bolts.
[0059] The metal connector 11 at the upper end is connected to a universal joint 4, and the universal joint 4 includes a ladder head connecting seat 41 and a clamp connecting seat 42 which are hinged to each other.
[0060] The ladder head connection seat 41 includes two clamping plates arranged in parallel along the width direction of the insulating flat ladder 1, and an upward convex arc portion is provided at the middle position of the upper side of the clamping plate in the length direction. The fixture connection seat 42 includes a U-shaped body with an opening facing upward and an arc-shaped hinged plate connected to the middle part of the lower side of its bottom plate. The arc-shaped hinged plate of the fixture connection seat 42 is inserted between the two clamping plates of the ladder head connection seat 41 and is hinged by a pin shaft, and the arc-shaped hinged plate can swing left and right around the pin shaft.
[0061] When the ladder head connecting seat 41 of the universal joint 4 is connected to the metal connecting head 11, the ear plate of the metal connecting head 11 is inserted between the two ear plates of the ladder head connecting seat 41 and then hinged by a pin shaft.
[0062] The angle steel fixture 2 includes a base plate 21 and hook arms 22 symmetrically connected to the two ends of its upper side. The base plate 21 is a long rectangular thick plate. The upper end of the hook arm 22 has a U-shaped hanging groove. The outer wall of the U-shaped hanging groove is connected to a bolt (not shown in the figure) extending into the groove. The two ends of the lower side of the base plate 21 are symmetrically connected to double ear plates.
[0063] When the angle steel fixture 2 is connected to the fixture connection seat 42 of the universal joint 4, the upper parts of the arms on both sides of the U-shaped body of the fixture connection seat 42 are inserted between the double ear plates on the lower side of the bottom plate of the angle steel fixture 2 and then hinged through a pin shaft. The angle steel fixture can swing back and forth around the pin shaft, so that the angle steel fixture can be suitable for fixing tower bodies with different structures.
[0064] The fixture connection seat 42 can swing left and right around the hinge pin between it and the ladder head connection seat 41, and the angle steel fixture 2 can swing forward and backward around the hinge pin between it and the fixture connection seat 42. Therefore, the orientation of the angle steel fixture 2 can be flexibly adjusted, so that the angle steel fixture can be suitable for fixing on tower materials with different structures.
[0065] After the angle steel fixture 2 is hooked on the angle steel or channel steel structure on the tower body through the U-shaped hanging groove thereon, it is locked and positioned through the bolts connected to the side wall of the U-shaped hanging groove to ensure the safety of the operation.
[0066] Combination Figure 1 and Figure 3 It can be seen that the metal connector 11 at the lower end of the insulating ladder 1 is connected to the wire hook 3. The wire hook 3 includes a hook 31 and a connecting plate 32. The two ends of the connecting plate 32 are placed on one side of the ear plates of the two metal connectors. The lower ends of the two hooks 31 have threaded heads. The lower ends of the two hooks pass through the mounting holes on the connecting plate and the ear plate and are locked by butterfly nuts, so that the hook 31 and the insulating ladder 1 are in a vertical state.
[0067] The steps for using the above-mentioned insulating ladder, angle steel fixture and conductor hook as tools to enter the upper electric field of the 500kV compact transmission line are as follows:
[0068] (1) Assembling tools on the ground
[0069] The ground coordination personnel connect the angle steel fixture and the wire hook to the two ends of the insulating ladder on the ground;
[0070] (2) People climbing the tower
[0071] The ground potential electrician and the equipotential electrician carry the insulating transfer rope and the pulley to climb the tower. After reaching the designated position, they tie the double safety ropes for the people, fix the pulley on the tower material above the corresponding upper phase conductor, and pass the insulating transfer rope around the pulley pulley.
[0072] (3) Transfer tools
[0073] The ground support personnel and the tower operators cooperate with each other, tie the wire hook end of the insulating ladder with the insulating transfer rope and pull the tools to the tower;
[0074] (4) Install the wire hook
[0075] The ground potential operator and equipotential operator on the tower cooperate with each other, grab the angle steel fixture, lower the insulating transfer rope, and make the conductor hook the upper phase conductor;
[0076] (5) Install the angle steel fixture
[0077] When the insulating ladder is in a horizontal state, the angle steel fixture is fixed to the tower material by bolts. Figure 4 As shown;
[0078] (6) Entering the electric field
[0079] The equipotential operator puts on the backup safety rope, slowly approaches the conductor in a sitting position along the ladder, reaches a position about 0.4m away from the conductor, quickly reaches out to grab the conductor to form an equipotential, and fixes the double safety rope on the conductor, removes the backup safety rope, and starts live work;
[0080] (7) Exit the electric field
[0081] After completing the work, the equipotential operator sits back on the ladder, hangs the backup safety rope, removes the double safety belt at the end of the conductor, fixes the short safety belt on the ladder, holds the conductor with one hand and slowly exits the electric field in a sitting position. When the conductor is about 0.4m away, the hand quickly leaves the conductor and continues to slowly exit the strong electric field in a sitting position until it is put back to the tower.
[0082] (8) Demolition tools
[0083] The equipotential workers and ground potential workers cooperate with each other to remove the angle steel fixtures on the tower body, and cooperate with the ground workers to lift the tools and slowly lower them to the ground;
[0084] (9) Personnel leaving the tower
[0085] The equipotential workers and ground potential workers removed the pulley on the tower and carried the insulating transfer rope down the tower.
[0086] When this embodiment enters the lower electric field of the 500kV compact transmission line for live work, the tool is an insulated flat ladder 1 and a wire hook with a pulley. The soft ladder head disclosed in "Soft ladder head for equal potential power-off work and its application method (CN105429046A)" is used as the wire hook of this embodiment. Its structure is as follows: Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, it is connected to the upper end of the insulating ladder 1, and two insulating control ropes are connected and tied at the lower end of the insulating ladder, and the safety device of the wire hook is connected to the insulating control rope. After the tool is assembled, the specific steps of entering the lower electric field are as follows:
[0087] (1) People climbing the tower
[0088] Three ground potential electricians and equipotential electricians climbed the tower carrying insulated transfer ropes and pulleys. After reaching the appropriate position, they tied double personal safety ropes. A ground potential operator fixed the pulley at the appropriate position on the tower material. The fixed position of the pulley was directly above the side phase conductor.
[0089] (2) Transfer tools
[0090] The ground personnel and the tower operators cooperate with each other to connect the transfer rope to the ladder head safety through the pulley on the wire hook. When lifting, first transfer the tools to the middle cross arm position on the tower. Two ground potential personnel carry the two insulated control ropes to the tower positions respectively. Figure 8 shown.
[0091] (3) Install the wire hook
[0092] The ground personnel use the insulating transfer rope to lift the tools to the level of the conductor. The safety device of the conductor hook will automatically open under the force. The ground potential personnel close to the insulating ladder will pull the tail end of the ladder to the tower body with the insulating control rope and hang the ladder on the upper phase conductor in cooperation with the ground personnel. The ground personnel release the insulating transfer rope and the conductor hook safety device will automatically lock.
[0093] (4) Entering the electric field
[0094] The equipotential personnel stand on the insulated horizontal ladder and hang the double safety rope and the backup protection rope behind the person. The ground potential operator close to the ladder slowly lowers it to a vertical position, and then the ground potential operator on the other side pulls it to the vicinity of the lower phase conductor. By grasping the conductor, the potential is transferred and the person enters the strong electric field.
[0095] (5) Exit the electric field
[0096] After completing the task, the equipotential personnel will climb the insulating ladder, hang up the double safety rope and the backup protection rope behind them, and then exit the electric field in the opposite order of entering the electric field. The ground potential personnel at the far end will first be lowered to a vertical position, and then pulled back to the tower by the ground potential personnel at the near end to exit the electric field.
[0097] (6) Demolition tools
[0098] In contrast to the order of installing tools, the ground personnel first tighten the insulating control rope, open the safety device of the conductor hook, and cooperate with the workers on the tower to lower it to the middle crossbar, put away the two insulating control ropes, and then lower it to the ground.
[0099] (7) Personnel leaving the tower
[0100] The ground potential workers and equipotential workers go down the tower together, carrying the insulating transfer rope, pulley and insulating control rope.
[0101] The wire hook is equipped with a pulley. If the combination gap is insufficient, the hook can be pushed outward along the wire for a certain length, and then enter the strong electric field along the insulating ladder after ensuring the safety distance of the combination.
[0102] From the above steps of entering the lower electric field, it can be seen that the operator stands at the bottom and enters the electric field in a swinging manner, and the insulating flat ladder can be regarded as a swing ladder, and the operator enters the electric field as the ladder swings.
