Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a tape dispenser. Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, a tape dispenser configured to be able to form a folded-back portion at the tip of a tape has been known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[0003] According to the conventional tape dispenser shown in Patent Document 1, the user can pinch the folded-back portion formed at the tip of the tape with a finger, so it is easy to pull the tape outward.

[0004] However, in the conventional tape dispenser, since the folded-back portion is formed by joining the adhesive surfaces of the tapes to each other, the effective area of the adhesive surface that can be attached to the object to be attached is substantially reduced.

[0005] In addition, in the conventional tape dispenser, when it is found that the folded-back portion becomes unnecessary or an obstacle after the tape is pulled out, it is necessary to perform an extra operation such as cutting the folded-back portion with scissors or a cutter separately.

[0006] Moreover, the conventional tape dispenser has a structure in which a movable holding portion disposed in a position closer to the front side than a fixed holding portion is movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the fixed holding portion. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure a movable area of the movable holding portion, and it is difficult to miniaturize.

[0052] Below, refer to Figures 1 to 17 An embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0053] This embodiment is applied to a tape dispenser D capable of holding a masking tape as the tape T.

[0054] The tape dispenser D includes: a tape dispenser main body A; a replacement part B that holds the tape T and is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the tape dispenser main body A; and a tape pusher C that is supported so as to be movable relative to the tape dispenser main body A, that is, to be able to linearly advance and retreat. The tape pusher C constitutes a tip portion separation unit that separates the tip end st of the tape T from the cutting portion 5.

[0055] The tape dispenser D of the present embodiment is a relatively small-sized tape dispenser with a front-to-back dimension of approximately 3 cm.

[0056] Hereinafter, each structure of the tape dispenser D will be described in detail.

[0057] <<With dispenser body A>>

[0058] The tape dispenser main body A includes: left and right side walls 1 and 2; a replacement part support shaft 3 as a tape support part installed between the left and right side walls 1 and 2; a holding part 4 installed between the left and right side walls 1 and 2 and temporarily bonding and holding the tape T pulled out from the tape body R; and a cutting part 5 installed between the left and right side walls 1 and 2 and having a knife 51 for cutting the tape T pulled out from the tape body R.

[0059] <The left and right side walls 1 and 2>

[0060] The left and right side walls 1 and 2 are paired and have substantially the same shape. The left and right side walls 1 and 2 are each formed in a substantially horizontal egg shape that tapers in the vertical dimension toward the front side.

[0061] The left and right side walls 1 and 2 include: a rear partial arc edge e1 that is partially arc-shaped in a side view; an upper straight edge e2 that is continuous with the rear partial arc edge e1 and extends forward to form the upper edge part; a lower straight edge e3 that is continuous with the rear partial arc edge e1 and extends forward to form the lower edge part; and a front partial arc edge e4 that is partially arc-shaped in a side view and connects the front ends of the upper straight edge e2 and the lower straight edge e3. And in the left and right side walls 1 and 2, the upper straight edge e2 and the lower straight edge e3 are formed in a shape that gradually approaches from the rear side to the front side.

[0062] The left side wall 1, as Figure 5 shown, has a plurality of concave portions 11 as engaging portions on the outer surface that form connection portions S capable of connecting to the tape core M. In this embodiment, the concave portions 11 are arranged in six positions. The six concave portions 11 are arranged at substantially equal distances with respect to the axis of the replacement part support shaft 3 so as to surround the axis. The adjacent concave portions 11 among the six concave portions 11 are arranged at equal intervals from each other.

[0063] At the rear edge of the left side wall 1, a plurality of anti-slip protrusions 12 that can be hooked on the user's finger are provided, that is, two are provided vertically.

[0064] On the inner surface of the left side wall 1, in order from the rear to the front, the replacement part support shaft 3, the holding part 4, and the cutting part 5 respectively protrude toward the right side wall 2. Around the replacement part support shaft 3 on the inner surface side of the left side wall 1, an annular recess 13 for arranging the left side plate m3 in the tape core M is formed.

[0065] In addition, in the recess 13, a convex portion 21 of the right side plate m2 when the tape core M is reversely installed left and right on the tape dispenser main body A is accommodated.

[0066] The right side wall 2, as Figure 4As shown, on the outer side surface at the rear, there are provided a plurality of convex portions 21 as engaging portions that constitute a connecting portion S capable of connecting to the tape core M. In this embodiment, the convex portions 21 are disposed at two positions. The convex portions 21 at the two positions are disposed at positions approximately equidistant from the axis of the replacement member support shaft 3. The convex portions 21 at the two positions are symmetrically disposed about the axis of the replacement member support shaft 3.

[0067] On the inner surface of the right side wall 2, there are successively provided from the rear to the front: a cylindrical support shaft support member 22 that is inserted into the hollow portion 31 of the replacement member support shaft 3 erected on the left side wall 1; a plate-shaped holding portion support member 23 that is inserted into the hollow portion 41 of the holding portion 4 erected on the left side wall 1; and a fitting recess (not shown) that can be fitted with the fitting protrusion 52 at the top end in the cutting portion 5 of the left side wall 1 erected.

[0068] When installing the replacement member B on the tape dispenser main body A, first, separate the left side wall 1 and the right side wall 2, and insert the replacement member support shaft 3 provided on the left side wall 1 into the shaft hole m11 of the replacement member B. Then, butt the left and right side walls 1 and 2 against each other, and engage the support shaft support member 22, the holding portion support member 23, and the fitting recess (not shown) provided on the right side wall 2 with the hollow portion 31 of the replacement member support shaft 3 provided on the left side wall 1, the hollow portion 41 of the holding portion 4, and the fitting protrusion 52. The replacement member B is held in a state where it can be used for the tape dispenser main body A. On the other hand, if the left and right side walls 1 and 2 are separated from each other, the replacement member B can be disassembled or another replacement member B can be replaced.

[0069] <Replacement member support shaft 3>

[0070] The replacement member support shaft 3 extends in the left-right direction. The replacement member support shaft 3 is cylindrical, and the support shaft support member 22 erected on the right side wall 2 is inserted into the internal hollow portion 31.

[0071] The replacement member support shaft 3 can support the replacement member B holding the tape body R in a rotatable manner, and the tape body R is formed by winding the tape T into a roll shape. That is, the replacement member support shaft 3 is inserted into the shaft hole m11 that penetrates in the left-right direction formed in the cylindrical portion m1 of the replacement member B.

[0072] <Holding portion 4>

[0073] The holding portion 4 extends in the left-right direction. The holding portion 4 is disposed at a position in front of the replacement member support shaft 3. The holding portion 4 is square tube-shaped, and the holding portion support member 23 erected on the right side wall 2 is inserted into the internal hollow portion 41.

[0074] The holding part 4 has a tape bonding part 42 on the upper end surface that can temporarily bond a part of the tape T pulled out from the tape body R. The tape bonding part 42 is composed of an inclined surface that gradually descends from the rear side to the front side in a side view. In addition, the tip of the knife 51 in the cutting part 5 is located on the imaginary extension line of the tape bonding part 42.

[0075] The front surface of the holding part 4 is an upright surface. The back surface of the holding part 4 is a curved surface that is recessed forward at the middle part in the vertical direction so as not to interfere with the replacement part B supported by the replacement part support shaft 3. The lower surface of the holding part 4 is an inclined surface that gradually descends from the front to the rear.

[0076] <Cutting part 5>

[0077] The cutting part 5 extends in the left - right direction and has a knife 51 at the upper end that can cut the tape T pulled out from the tape body R. The cutting part 5 is arranged at a position in front of the holding part 4. The cutting part 5 is in the shape of an upright plate. An engaging protrusion 52 that fits into an unillustrated engaging recess formed in the side wall 2 on the right side is provided at the extending end of the cutting part 5 extending from the side wall 1 on the left side.

[0078] On the back surface of the cutting part 5, upper and lower engaging recesses 53, 54 that are recessed in a mountain - shape are formed at two positions in the up - down direction. The upper and lower engaging recesses 53, 54 cooperate with the elastic engaging part 62 of the tape pushing part C to form a resistance part U described later.

[0079] <<Replacement part B>>

[0080] The replacement part B is composed of a tape core M and a tape body R that winds the tape T around the tape core M in a roll shape.

[0081] The tape core M holds the tape body R formed into a roll shape by winding the tape T. The tape core M is installed on the tape dispenser main body A for use.

[0082] The tape core M includes: a cylindrical part m1 that is provided at the central part and extends in the left - right direction; left and right paired side plates m3, m2 that are provided at the left and right end parts of the cylindrical part m1; and a connecting part S that is provided on the left and right side plates m3, m2 and can be connected to other tape cores M of the same shape.

[0083] As will be described in detail later, the tape core M of the present embodiment is configured to be connectable to other tape cores M of the same shape via the connecting part S.

[0084] <Cylindrical part m1>

[0085] The cylindrical portion m1 is in the shape of a cylinder penetrating in the left - right direction. That is, the cylindrical portion m1 has a shaft hole m11 into which the replacement part support shaft 3 is inserted. The tape core M is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the tape dispenser main body A by inserting the replacement part support shaft 3 provided on the tape dispenser main body A into the shaft hole m11 of the cylindrical portion m1.

[0086] <Left and right side plates m3, m2>

[0087] The left and right side plates m3, m2 are each in a substantially annular shape in side view, extending in a flange shape from the edge of the cylindrical portion m1.

[0088] <Connecting portion S>

[0089] The connecting portion S provided on the tape core M is used to connect to other tape cores M having the same structure. In this embodiment, since the connecting portion S is provided on the left and right side plates m3, m2 of the tape core M respectively, other tape cores M having the same structure can be connected to this tape core M separately on the left and right.

[0090] In other words, if a plurality of replacement parts B formed by winding the tape T around the tape core M are prepared, the plurality of replacement parts B can be connected in series in the lateral direction by using the connecting portion S.

[0091] The connecting portion S is provided on the left and right side plates m3, m2 respectively. More specifically, the connecting portion S is composed of a convex portion r1 provided on the right - hand side plate m2 which is one of the side plates and a engaging hole r2 provided on the left - hand side plate m3 which is the other side plate and capable of engaging with the convex portion r1.

[0092] The convex portion r1 provided on the right - hand side plate m2 of the tape core M is inserted into the engaging hole r2 provided on the left - hand side plate m3 of another tape core M having the same structure, whereby the two tape cores M, M can be connected to each other.

[0093] The engaging hole r2 provided on the left - hand side plate m3 of the tape core M is externally fitted to the convex portion r1 provided on the right - hand side plate m2 of another tape core M having the same structure, whereby the two tape cores M, M can be connected to each other.

[0094] First, the convex portion r1 provided on the right - hand side plate m2 will be described.

[0095] The convex portion r1 is in the shape of a cylinder. The convex portion r1 protrudes outward from the outer surface of the right - hand side plate m2. The convex portion r1 is arranged at multiple positions, that is, two positions. The two convex portions r1 are arranged at positions approximately equidistant from the axis of the cylindrical portion m1. The two convex portions r1 are arranged at positions approximately symmetric with respect to the axis of the cylindrical portion m1.

[0096] Next, the engaging hole r2 of the side plate m3 provided on the left side will be described.

[0097] The engaging hole r2 is a circular hole-shaped structure formed to be able to externally fit onto the cylindrical convex portion r1. The engaging hole r2 is a through hole that penetrates in the left-right direction. The engaging hole r2 is provided at multiple, i.e., six locations. The six engaging holes r2 are provided at positions that are approximately equidistant from the axis with respect to the axis so as to surround the axis of the cylindrical portion m1. The six engaging holes r2 are arranged at equal intervals from each other.

[0098] In this embodiment, the number of engaging holes r2 of the side plate m3 provided on the left side is set to be larger than the number of convex portions r1 of the side plate m2 provided on the right side. If the convex portions r1 and the engaging holes r2 of the tape core M are set in this way, it is easy to perform the operation of connecting the convex portion r1 of the tape core M to the engaging hole r2 of another tape core M.

[0099] That is, the user can operate in such a way that the convex portions r1 at two locations are fitted into any one of the six engaging holes r2, so that the tape core M can be connected to another tape core M by easily docking the convex portion r1 with the engaging hole r2 (an operation of docking them in a rough sense).

[0100] In addition, by making the number of convex portions r1 smaller than the number of engaging holes r2, it is possible to suppress the number of convex portions r1 that are likely to be conspicuous in shape and likely to damage the design, which helps to ensure a proper appearance of the entire tape core M.

[0101] Moreover, since the adjustment of the mold related to the formation of the convex portion r1 requires a relatively large amount of man-hours, by making the number of convex portions r1 smaller than the number of engaging holes r2, it helps to reduce the adjustment man-hours related to the mold adjustment.

[0102] In addition, as Figures 12 to 14 shown, the connecting portion S of the tape core M is configured to be able to be connected to the connecting portion S (concave portion 11 or convex portion 21) of the left and right side walls 1 and 2 in the tape dispenser main body A, which is the outer portion of the tape dispenser D.

[0103] Moreover, as Figures 15 to 17 shown, the connecting portion S (convex portion r1) of the tape core M is configured to be able to be connected to the connecting portion S (engaging hole k1) of the rotating plate K directly connected to the operation handle J of the tape rewinder E. In addition, the more specific structure of the tape rewinder E will be described in detail later.

[0104] <<Tape ejection portion C>>

[0105] The tape pushing portion C is supported so as to be able to move forward and backward relative to the tape dispenser body A. The tape pushing portion C is configured to be movable relative to the tape dispenser body A by the operation of the user, and to push the tape T in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape T.

[0106] The tape pushing portion C includes: an upper portion 6 which is formed with a pushing head 61 abutting against the adhesive surface nm side of the tape T at the upper end and extends in the vertical direction; and a lower portion 7 which extends obliquely backward and downward from the lower end of the upper portion 6. The tape pushing portion C is in a shape of "<" in side view by the upper portion 6 and the lower portion 7.

[0107] <Upper portion 6>

[0108] The upper portion 6 is integrally in a plate shape extending in the left-right direction and the vertical direction. The upper portion 6 includes: a pushing head 61 which is provided at the upper end and can contact the tape T; and an elastic engaging portion 62 which is provided in a cantilever shape with the lower end as a free end on the right side in front view at the middle portion in the vertical direction and has a locking convex portion 62a at the top end as the lower end which can be locked with the upper and lower locking concave portions 53, 54 in the cutting portion 5. The upper portion 6 is located in a gap sk extending in the vertical direction formed between the cutting portion 5 and the holding portion 4 and can be guided by the gap sk to move in the vertical direction.

[0109] The pushing head 61 is formed with a movement restricting portion 61a protruding forward at a position below the upper end. The movement restricting portion 61a engages with the upper portion of the cutting portion 5 when the tape pushing portion C is at the retracted position (Q), and can restrict the movement of the tape pushing portion C to a position lower than the retracted position (Q).

[0110] The elastic engaging portion 62 constitutes a resistance portion U that prevents the tape pushing portion C from moving to the pushing position (P) or the retracted position (Q) until a predetermined pressing force is applied. That is, the elastic engaging portion 62 selectively engages with either the upper locking concave portion 53 or the lower locking concave portion 54 provided above the cutting portion 5, and can hold the tape pushing portion C restrictively at the pushing position (P) and the retracted position (Q).

[0111] More specifically, when the tape pushing portion C is at the pushing position (P), the tape pushing portion C can be held at the pushing position (P) by the elastic engagement of the locking convex portion 62a of the elastic engaging portion 62 with the upper locking concave portion 53 in the cutting portion 5. In addition, when the tape pushing portion C is at the retracted position (Q), the tape pushing portion C can be held at the retracted position (Q) by the engagement of the locking convex portion 62a of the elastic engaging portion 62 with the lower locking concave portion 54 in the cutting portion 5.

[0112] <Lower portion 7>

[0113] The lower part 7 is in a plate shape that integrally extends obliquely downward and rearward from the lower end of the upper part 6.

[0114] The lower part 7 of the tape ejection part C has a pressed part 71 that is located below the holding part 4 in the tape dispenser main body A and can receive an upward pressing operation by the user. That is, by pressing the pressed part 71 of the tape ejection part C located at the retracted position (Q) upward with the user's finger, the tape ejection part C can move toward the ejection position (P) overcoming the resistance generated by the resistance part U.

[0115] In this process, the tape ejection part C ejects the tape T pulled out from the tape body R upward from below. And when the tape ejection part C reaches the ejection position (P), the top end st of the tape T leaves the cutting part 5 to the extent that the user's fingertip can enter, and it is easy for the user to pinch the top end st of the tape T with the finger.

[0116] The tape ejection part C is configured to be movable between the ejection position (P) on the tape track kd located between the tape body R and the cutting part 5 and the retracted position (Q) retracted from the tape track kd.

[0117] In this embodiment, the tape ejection part C is provided between the cutting part 5 and the holding part 4. In other words, the tape ejection part C is held by the cooperation of the cutting part 5 and the holding part 4 so as to be able to move up and down.

[0118] During the movement of the tape ejection part C from the retracted position (Q) to the ejection position (P), it can abut against the lower surface of the tape T, that is, the adhesive surface nm side, and eject the tape T upward.

[0119] In addition, in this embodiment, the tape ejection part C located at the ejection position (P) is configured to be able to automatically move in the direction of the retracted position (Q) along with the cutting operation of the tape T by the user. That is, if the user pinches the top end st of the tape T and pulls out a certain length of the tape T outward, that is, forward, and then, while keeping the tape T taut, lowers the tape T and performs the cutting operation with the knife 51, the tape ejection part C can be pushed down by the tape T and move toward the retracted position (Q).

[0120] A resistance part U is provided between the tape ejection part C located at the ejection position (P) and the tape dispenser main body A. Therefore, when the resistance part U receives a predetermined downward pressing force accompanying the cutting operation (the operation of lowering the tape T) by the above user, the tape ejection part C can move toward the retracted position (Q) overcoming the resistance generated by the resistance part U.

[0121] <<Tape rewinder E>>

[0122] A tape rewinder E having a structure in which a tape core M capable of connecting a replacement part B via a connecting part S will be described.

[0123] As Figures 15 to 17 shown, the tape rewinder E can rewind the tape TL pulled out from the manufactured tape body L onto the tape core M. The tape rewinder E holds the manufactured tape body L formed by winding the tape TL into a roll shape so as to be rotatable. In addition, the tape rewinder E is provided with an operation handle J that is rotated by a user. A rotating plate K that can rotate integrally with the operation handle J is provided at the base end portion of the operation handle J. The tape rewinder E can also mount the tape core M of the tape dispenser D on the rotating plate K.

[0124] That is, the tape rewinder E can rewind the tape TL pulled out from the manufactured tape body L onto the tape core M connected to the rotating plate K by the rotational operation of the operation handle J. After pulling out the tape TL from the manufactured tape body L, the tape rewinder E winds the tape TL again around the cylindrical portion m1 of the tape core M, whereby a part of the tape TL can be subdivided from the manufactured tape body L toward the tape core M side.

[0125] The tape rewinder E includes: a base body F that can take a holding posture (a) in which the tape core M can be held without coming off and a detachable posture (b) in which the tape core M can be detached from and attached to the rotating plate K; a tape body holding portion G that can support the manufactured tape body L so as to be rotatable relative to the base body F; an operation handle J that is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the base body F; a rotating plate K that rotates integrally with the operation handle J and is provided with a connecting portion S to which the tape core M can be connected; and a tape core M that is configured to be detachable from and attachable to the rotating plate K.

[0126] On the rotating plate K, at positions corresponding to two connecting portions, i.e., convex portions r1 provided on the tape core M, engaging holes k1 serving as connecting portions into which the two convex portions r1 can be externally fitted are provided. After the tape core M is attached to the rotating plate K via the connecting portion in a state where the base body F is in the detachable posture (b), the second base body member f2 in the unfolded posture (d) is changed to the use posture (c), whereby the base body F in the holding posture (a) can hold the tape core M so as to be rotatable integrally with the operation handle J.

[0127] The base body F includes: a first base body member f1 having one upright wall f11; a second base body member f2 having the other upright wall f21 and configured to be able to take a use posture (c) in which the other upright wall f21 is substantially parallel to the first base body member f1 and an unfolded posture (d) in which the other upright wall f21 is substantially parallel to a placement surface such as a top plate; and a locking mechanism N that can lock the second member in the use posture (c).

[0128] As described above, the tape dispenser D of the present embodiment includes: a replacement support shaft 3 as a tape body support portion, the replacement support shaft 3 being capable of rotatably supporting a tape body R formed by winding a tape T into a roll shape; a cutting portion 5 that cuts the tape T pulled out from the tape body R; and a holding portion 4 that temporarily adheres to and holds the tape T. Further, the tape dispenser D includes a tape pushing portion C that can push the tape T in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the tape T.

[0129] Therefore, it is possible to provide a tape dispenser D that makes it easy to pinch the tip portion st of the tape T.

[0130] That is to say, the tape pushing portion C can push the tape T pulled out from the tape body R in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the tape T. Therefore, the tip portion st of the tape T pushed out by the tape pushing portion C moves away from the cutting portion 5 and can take a cantilevered posture. Thus, the user can easily pinch the tip portion st of the tape T in the cantilevered posture with a finger.

[0131] In addition, since a folded portion is not formed by joining the adhesive surfaces of the tapes as in the conventional example, the effective area of the adhesive surface nm of the entire tape T is not substantially reduced, and the entire tape T can be used effectively.

[0132] Moreover, in the case of the tape dispenser of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to move the tape pushing portion C along the extending direction of the tape T. Therefore, it is easy to provide the tape pushing portion C while achieving miniaturization of the entire tape dispenser D. In other words, even if the entire tape dispenser D is miniaturized, by providing the tape pushing portion C, it is possible to easily hold the tip portion st of the tape T when pulling out the tape T.

[0133] The tape pushing portion C is provided between the cutting portion 5 and the holding portion 4. Therefore, the tape pushing portion C can appropriately move the tip portion st of the tape T away from the cutting portion 5.

[0134] The tape pushing portion C can abut against the adhesive surface nm side, which is the lower surface of the tape T, to push out the tape T. Therefore, it is possible to push out the tape T appropriately in a predetermined direction while bringing the tape pushing portion C into a state of being adhered to or in close contact with the tape T.

[0135] It includes: a tape dispenser main body A having a replacement support shaft 3, a cutting portion 5, and a holding portion 4 as a tape body support portion; and a tape pushing portion C supported so as to be capable of relative movement with respect to the tape dispenser main body A. Further, the tape pushing portion C has a pressed portion 71 located on the lower side of the tape dispenser main body A and capable of receiving an upward pressing operation by the user. Therefore, it is easy for the user to operate the tape pushing portion C from bottom to top.

[0136] The tape pushing part C is configured to be movable between a pushing position (P) on a tape track kd located between the tape body R and the cutting part 5 and a retracted position (Q) retracted from the tape track kd. Further, the tape pushing part C located at the pushing position (P) is configured to be automatically moved in the direction of the retracted position (Q) in accompaniment with a cutting operation of the tape T performed by the user. Therefore, the user using the tape dispenser D does not need to directly contact the tape pushing part C to return the tape pushing part C from the pushing position (P) to the retracted position (Q). That is to say, in accompaniment with an operation of newly pulling out and cutting the tape T performed by the user, the tape pushing part C located at the pushing position (P) can be automatically returned to the retracted position (Q).

[0137] A resistance part U is provided between the tape pushing part C located at the pushing position (P) and the tape dispenser main body A. Further, the resistance part U is configured such that the tape pushing part C can be moved in the direction of the retracted position (Q) when a predetermined pressing force in accompaniment with the cutting operation is applied. That is to say, the tape pushing part C does not move from the pushing position (P) to the retracted position (Q) only by its own weight due to the action of the resistance part U, and thus the top end part st of the tape T is appropriately held in a state easily pinched by the user. Further, in accompaniment with an operation of newly pulling out and cutting the tape performed by the user, the tape pushing part C located at the pushing position (P) can be automatically returned to the retracted position (Q) by the pressing force applied to the tape, and thus the user does not need to directly lower the tape pushing part C, and the complexity of the operation can be appropriately reduced.

[0138] The tape body R is wound around a tape core M having a cylindrical part m1 at the center, and a tape supporting part supports the tape core M holding the tape body R so as to be rotatable. Therefore, the tape core M can be appropriately rotated relative to the tape dispenser main body A, and the tape T can be appropriately pulled out. Further, by miniaturizing the tape core M mounted on the tape dispenser main body A, the entire tape dispenser D can be reasonably miniaturized.

[0139] In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.

[0140] The top end part separating unit only needs to separate the top end part of the tape from the cutting part, and the specific structure thereof is not limited to the above embodiments. The top end part separating unit may be, for example, the following structure.

[0141] Figure 18 and Figure 19The tape dispenser D shown has: a tape body support portion that can support a tape body R formed by winding a tape T into a roll shape so as to be rotatable; a cutting portion 5 that cuts the tape T pulled out from the tape body R; and a holding portion 4 that temporarily adheres to and holds the tape T. The cutting portion 5 is configured to be able to retract in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape T, that is, from an upper position to a lower position. That is, the tip leaving unit in the present embodiment can cause the cutting portion to retract in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape. Even with such a structure, since the cutting portion 5 retracts in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape T and is away from the tip of the tape T, it is easy for the user to pinch the tip st of the tape T.

[0142] In addition, Figure 20 and Figure 21 The tape dispenser D shown has: a replacement support shaft 3 as a tape body support portion that can support a tape body R formed by winding a tape T into a roll shape so as to be rotatable; a cutting portion 5 that cuts the tape T pulled out from the tape body R; and a holding portion 4' that temporarily adheres to and holds the tape T. This tape dispenser D is provided with a tape pushing portion C that can push the tape T in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape T. And, in this tape dispenser D, the tape pushing portion C is provided behind the cutting portion 5 and the holding portion 4'. Even with such a structure, the desired purpose can be achieved.

[0143] The type of tape can be applied to various types and is not limited to masking tape.

[0144] The tape body support portion is not limited to a member that supports a replacement. For example, it can also be a member that can directly support a tape body formed by winding a tape around an annular core material. In other words, the tape body supported by the tape body support portion may not be a tape body wound around a tape core as shown in the above embodiment.

[0145] The cutting portion only needs to be able to cut the tape pulled out from the tape body. For example, the material and form of the knife can of course apply an appropriate structure.

[0146] The holding portion only needs to be a member that temporarily adheres to and holds a part of the pulled-out tape, and the position where it is disposed can be appropriately selected. For example, the cutting portion and the holding portion can also be provided at adjacent positions, or the cutting portion can also serve as the holding portion.

[0147] The tape pushing portion only needs to be able to push the tape in a direction crossing the extending direction of the tape and is not limited to pushing in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the tape.

[0148] The tape pushing portion only needs to be supported so as to be able to perform a relative movement with respect to the tape dispenser main body. For example, it can also be supported so as to be able to rotate with respect to the tape dispenser main body.

[0149] It is not necessarily required to provide a resistance portion in the pushing-out portion. For example, it may also be configured to be movable from the pushing-out position to the retracted position by its own weight.

[0150] In addition, the specific structures of the respective portions are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
