Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a battery pack and an electronic device and a vehicle including the battery pack, and more particularly, to a battery pack in which the number of components is reduced and energy density and manufacturing efficiency are improved. Background Art

[0002] Recently, with the rapid growth in demand for portable electronic products such as laptops, camcorders, and portable phones and the comprehensive development of electric vehicles, energy storage batteries, robots, satellites, etc., high-performance secondary batteries capable of repeated charge and discharge are being actively studied.

[0003] Currently commercialized secondary batteries include nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-zinc batteries, lithium secondary batteries, etc. Among them, compared with nickel-based secondary batteries, lithium secondary batteries are more prominent due to advantages such as free charging and discharging caused by substantially no memory effect, extremely low self-discharge rate, and high energy density.

[0004] Lithium secondary batteries mainly use lithium oxides and carbonaceous materials as positive electrode active materials and negative electrode active materials, respectively. In addition, lithium secondary batteries include an electrode assembly, in which a positive electrode plate coated with a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode plate coated with a negative electrode active material are arranged in a manner of inserting a separator therebetween, and an external component (i.e., a battery case) for sealingly accommodating the electrode assembly together with an electrolyte.

[0005] In addition, lithium secondary batteries may be divided into can-type secondary batteries in which an electrode assembly is embedded in a metal can and pouch-type secondary batteries in which an electrode assembly is embedded in a pouch made of an aluminum laminate sheet, according to the shapes of external components.

[0006] Among them, in the can type secondary battery, the metal can in which the electrode assembly is embedded may be manufactured in a cylindrical shape. A conventional battery module may include a module case for accommodating a plurality of secondary batteries and a bus bar configured to electrically connect the plurality of can type secondary batteries.

[0007] In addition, in the prior art, in order to manufacture a battery pack, a plurality of secondary batteries may be mainly included in a module housing. In addition, the module housing accommodating the plurality of secondary batteries is again mounted to a pack case, and then the pack case and the module housing are coupled, thereby manufacturing a battery pack.

[0008] However, if the battery pack includes both a module case and a pack housing, such a structure reduces the energy density of the battery pack, complicates the manufacturing process, and increases the manufacturing cost. Summary of the invention

[0009] Technical issues

[0010] The present disclosure is designed to solve the problems of the prior art, and thus the present disclosure aims to provide a battery pack in which the number of components is reduced and energy density and manufacturing efficiency are improved.

[0011] These and other objects and advantages of the present disclosure can be understood from the following detailed description and will become more apparent from the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. In addition, it will be easily understood that the objects and advantages of the present disclosure can be achieved by the means shown in the appended claims and their combinations.

[0018] In addition, the battery pack case may include a lower frame configured to accommodate the plurality of battery cells therein, and an upper frame coupled to the lower frame and located above the plurality of battery cells.

[0019] In addition, the battery pack may further include a plurality of bus bars mounted on the upper frame and configured to contact the electrode terminal of each of the plurality of battery cells, and the bus bars may include a plurality of conductive wires.

[0020] In addition, the upper frame may include a protruding portion protruding toward the electrode terminal of each of the plurality of battery cells to cover the electrode terminal.

[0021] In addition, the battery pack may further include a reinforcement member fixed to at least one of an inner lower surface, an inner upper surface, and an inner side surface of the battery pack case.

[0022] In addition, the reinforcement members may include:

[0023] a main body portion configured to extend toward the inner side surface; and

[0024] A bent portion is provided to each of both end portions of the main body portion and is configured to be bent to face and be joined to the inner side surface of the battery pack case.

[0025] In addition, the reinforcement members may include:

[0026] an accommodating groove formed by inwardly recessing a portion of the body portion so that a filler is filled therein; and

[0027] The coupling hole is formed by perforating a portion of the bent portion so that a filler is accommodated therein.

[0028] In addition, the reinforcing member may include a pair of plates respectively configured to extend in one direction and to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to form a space therebetween.

[0029] Each of the pair of plates may have an opening formed so that the inner space between the pair of plates communicates with the outside, and

[0030] The inner space between the pair of plates may be filled with a filler.

[0031] In addition, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device is also provided. The electronic device includes at least one battery pack.

[0032] Furthermore, in another aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle is also provided. The vehicle includes at least one battery pack.

[0033] Beneficial Effects

[0034] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the present disclosure includes a battery pack housing configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells so that the lower portion of each of the plurality of battery cells is joined to an inner surface thereof, the lower portions of the plurality of battery cells can be directly fixed to the battery pack housing without using a separate module housing, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing the number of parts, thereby increasing energy density and reducing manufacturing costs.

[0035] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, since a filler is added to the battery pack housing to surround the side of each of the plurality of battery cells, an electrical short circuit between the plurality of battery cells can be prevented. In addition, if a rupture or flame occurs at the side of the battery can due to any one of the plurality of battery cells being ignited due to an external impact or abnormal operation when the battery pack is used, the flame or high-temperature gas can be prevented from being transmitted to the plurality of battery cells adjacent to the ignited battery cell to cause thermal runaway or chain ignition. That is, the filler can play a role in blocking heat transfer between the plurality of battery cells.

[0036] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the present disclosure further includes a reinforcing member fixed to at least one of the inner lower surface, the inner upper surface, and the inner side surface of the battery pack housing, the battery pack housing can be effectively prevented from being deformed due to vibration or external impact. That is, the reinforcing member can prevent the battery pack housing from being deformed due to the weight of the plurality of battery cells. In particular, the reinforcing member can effectively prevent the battery pack housing from being bent in the up and down directions. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0068] Hereinafter, the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Before the description, it should be understood that the terms used in this specification and the appended claims should not be interpreted as limited to the general and dictionary meanings, but are interpreted based on the principle of allowing the inventor to properly define the terms to provide the best interpretation, based on the meaning and concept corresponding to the technical solution of the present disclosure.

[0069] Therefore, the descriptions presented herein are merely preferred examples and are only for illustrative purposes, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, it should be understood that other equivalent substitutions and modifications may be made thereto without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

[0070] Figure 1 Schematically shows a perspective view of a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 2Schematically illustrates an exploded perspective view of components of a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 1 , the X-axis direction is the right direction, the Y-axis direction is the rear direction, and the Z-axis direction is the upward direction.

[0071] Reference Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the battery pack 200 of the present disclosure may include a plurality of battery cells 100 and a battery pack housing 210 .

[0072] Here, the battery cell 100 may have a shape elongated to stand upright in the up-down direction. The electrode terminal may be provided to the upper portion of the battery cell 100.

[0073] Specifically, the battery cell 100 may be a cylindrical battery cell. The battery cell 100 may include a battery can 116 and an electrode assembly (not shown) accommodated in the battery can 116. The negative terminal 112 may be formed at the body of the battery can 116, and the positive terminal 111 may be formed at the battery top cover coupled to the upper portion of the battery can 116.

[0074] In addition, the plurality of battery cells 100 may be arranged in at least one direction. The plurality of battery cells 100 may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals. Figure 1 When viewed in the F direction, the plurality of battery cells 100 may be arranged in the front-to-rear direction and the left-to-right direction.

[0075] Meanwhile, the terms “up”, “down”, “front”, “rear”, “left” and “right” used in this specification to indicate directions may change depending on the position of the observer or the placement form of the object. However, in this specification, for ease of explanation, the directions of “up”, “down”, “front”, “rear”, “left” and “right” will be used distinguishably based on observation in the F direction.

[0076] In addition, the plurality of battery cells 100 may be arranged to be spaced apart by a distance of, for example, about 3 mm (millimeter). In addition, the plurality of battery cells 100 positioned in one column and the plurality of battery cells 100 positioned in another column may be arranged at different positions in the front-to-back direction. In addition, the plurality of battery cells 100 positioned in one column and the plurality of battery cells 100 positioned in another column may be arranged at different positions in the left-to-right direction. That is, the plurality of battery cells 100 may be considered to be arranged in a zigzag arrangement in the front, rear, left and right directions as a whole.

[0077] In addition, the battery pack case 210 may have an accommodation space for accommodating a plurality of battery cells 100. Figure 2 , the battery pack case 210 may have an inner space capable of accommodating the plurality of battery cells 100 therein.

[0078] Specifically, the battery pack housing 210 may include an inner upper wall, an inner side wall, and an inner lower wall. The lower portion of each of the plurality of battery cells 100 may be bonded to the upper surface of the lower wall. At this time, the lower portion of the battery cell 100 may be bonded to the inner bottom surface 214a of the battery pack housing 210 using an adhesive 230.

[0079] Specifically, the adhesive 230 may be an adhesive 230 that is cured after being injected into the battery pack housing 210. The adhesive 230 may have electrical insulation. The adhesive 230 may be glue or hot melt resin. For example, the adhesive 230 may include at least one of a polyamide resin, a polyimide resin, an epoxy resin, and an acrylic resin.

[0080] Therefore, according to this construction of the present disclosure, since the present disclosure includes a battery pack housing 210, which is configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells 100 so that the lower portion of each of the plurality of battery cells 100 is joined to its inner surface, the lower portions of the plurality of battery cells 100 can be directly fixed to the battery pack housing 210 without using a separate module housing, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing the number of parts, thereby increasing energy density and reducing manufacturing costs.

[0081] Figure 3 FIG. 1 is a partial plan view schematically showing some components of a battery pack according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 4 To schematically illustrate the Figure 3 A vertical cross-sectional view of the battery pack taken along line CC'.

[0082] Reference Figure 3 and Figure 4 as well as Figure 2 A plurality of fixing protrusions P configured so that lower portions of the plurality of battery cells 100 are inserted therein may be provided to the inner bottom surface of the battery pack case 210. The fixing protrusions P may have a shape protruding from the inner surface of the battery pack case 210 toward the battery cells 100 (upward) to guide the installation positions of the plurality of battery cells 100.

[0083] That is, the fixing protrusion P may have a circular shape on a plane so as to surround the outer peripheral portion of the lower end of the battery cell 100. In addition, one battery cell 100 may be mounted inside the circular fixing protrusion P.

[0084] In addition, the adhesive 230 may be received in the fixing protrusion P. The adhesive 230 may be configured to bond a lower portion of each of the plurality of battery cells 100 and an inner surface of the fixing protrusion P to each other.

[0085] Therefore, according to this construction of the present disclosure, since the fixing protrusion P is set to the inner surface of the battery pack housing 210, multiple battery cells 100 can be easily placed in the correct position, and the bonding area between the inner surface of the battery pack housing 210 and the multiple battery cells 100 can also be increased, thereby effectively increasing the bonding force.

[0086] Furthermore, since the adhesive 230 can be accommodated in the fixing protrusion P, a small amount of the adhesive 230 can be used to fix the plurality of battery cells 100 without waste. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the battery pack 200 can be reduced.

[0087] Figure 5 The present invention is a perspective view schematically showing some components of a battery pack according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0088] Reference Figure 5 as well as Figure 2 , the battery pack case 210 of the battery pack 200 according to the present disclosure may further include a filler 240 added thereto. The filler 240 may be filled inside the battery pack case 210 so as not to cover the electrode terminals located at the upper portion of the battery cell 100. That is, the filler 240 may be filled inside the battery pack case 210 so as to surround the horizontal side of the battery cell 100.

[0089] In addition, the filler 240 may be a polymer resin configured to be cured after being added into the battery pack case 210. For example, the filler 240 may be an epoxy resin.

[0090] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the filler 240 is added to the battery pack housing 210 to surround the side of each of the plurality of battery cells 100, an electrical short circuit between the plurality of battery cells 100 can be prevented. In addition, if a rupture or flame occurs at the side of the battery can due to any one of the plurality of battery cells 100 being ignited due to an external impact or abnormal operation when the battery pack 200 is used, the flame or high-temperature gas can be prevented from being transmitted to the plurality of battery cells 100 adjacent to the ignited battery cell 100 to cause thermal runaway or chain ignition. That is, the filler 240 can play a role in blocking heat transfer between the plurality of battery cells 100.

[0091] At the same time, refer again Figure 1 and Figure 2 The battery pack housing 210 of the present disclosure may include a lower frame 214 and an upper frame 212. Specifically, the lower frame 214 may include a lower wall 214c for fixing a plurality of battery cells 100, and a side wall 214d extending upward from the outer periphery of the lower wall 214c, so that an accommodation space for accommodating a plurality of battery cells 100 is formed therein. The height of the side wall 214d corresponds to the height of the battery cell 100.

[0092] The plurality of battery cells 100 are fixed to the inner bottom surface 214a of the lower frame 214, that is, to the upper surface of the lower wall 214c. The filler 240 is placed in the lower frame 214 so that the filler 240 is inserted between the plurality of battery cells 100 fixed to the lower frame 214. The filler 240 is provided so as not to cover the positive terminal 111 and the negative terminal 112 provided at the upper end of the battery cell 110.

[0093] In addition, the upper frame 212 is coupled to the lower frame 214 filled with the filler 240. That is, the upper frame 212 may be coupled to the upper end of the side wall 214d of the lower frame 214. The upper frame 212 may be located at the upper portion of the plurality of battery cells 100.

[0094] Figure 6 FIG. 1 is a partial plan view schematically showing some components of a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 6 In order to illustrate the electrical connection between the bus bar 250 and the plurality of battery cells 100 , only the bus bar 250 and the plurality of battery cells 100 are depicted, and other components are not shown.

[0095] Reference Figure 6 as well as Figure 2 , the battery pack 200 of the present disclosure may further include a plurality of bus bars 250. The bus bars 250 may be configured to establish electrical connections between the plurality of battery cells 100. The bus bars 250 may have a conductive metal. The bus bars 250 may include, for example, at least one of copper, nickel, and aluminum.

[0096] In addition, a plurality of bus bars 250 may be mounted on the upper frame 212. The bus bar 250 may be configured to contact an electrode terminal of each of the plurality of battery cells 100. For example, the bus bar 250 may include a body plate 251 extending along the plurality of battery cells 100 and a plurality of wires 252.

[0097] In addition, the upper frame 212 may include an exposure portion T2 that is perforated to expose upper portions of the plurality of battery cells 100 to the outside.

[0098] In addition, the body plate 251 and the wire 252 may be connected to each other. The wire 252 may contact the positive terminal 111 or the negative terminal 112 formed at the upper portion of the plurality of battery cells 100 through the exposed portion T2 of the upper frame 212. The bus bar 250 may electrically connect the plurality of battery cells 100 in series and / or in parallel.

[0099] In the battery cell 100 of the present disclosure, a pair of electrode terminals 111 and 112 are provided in the same direction. This structure can simplify the electrical connection. In addition, this structure can allow the surface of the battery cell 100 opposite to the electrode terminal 111 and the electrode terminal 112 to be directly connected to the cooling frame. As described above, the positive terminal 111 and the negative terminal 112 of the battery cell 100 applied in the present disclosure are arranged at one side of the battery cell 100. For example, if the battery cell 100 is a cylindrical battery cell, the peripheral area of the upper end of the battery can 116 serves as the negative terminal 112, and the battery top cover covering the top opening of the battery can 116 serves as the positive terminal 111. The peripheral area of the upper end of the battery can 116 can represent the upper surface of the crimping portion (crimping portion) of the battery top cover formed to fix the top opening of the battery can 116 and serve as the positive terminal 111.

[0100] Therefore, according to this configuration of the present disclosure, since the bus bar 250 includes a plurality of wires 252, the bus bar 250 can accurately contact the electrode terminals 111, 112 provided at the upper portion of the plurality of battery cells 100. That is, the bus bar 250 needs to be configured so as not to cause an electrical short circuit between the plurality of battery cells 100. However, if the distance between the positive terminal 111 and the negative terminal 112 of the plurality of battery cells 100 is extremely short, precise connection work is required between the bus bar 250 and the electrode terminals. Therefore, in the present disclosure, the bus bar 250 and the electrode terminals can be accurately connected via wires, thereby reducing the risk of explosion or ignition caused by an electrical short circuit.

[0101] In addition, the battery pack of the present disclosure may further include: Figure 1 and Figure 2 The upper cover 216 is shown in FIG. The upper cover 216 may prevent other conductors from contacting the bus bars 250 by covering the upper portions of the plurality of bus bars 250. The upper cover 216 may have a plate shape extending in a horizontal direction.

[0102] Figure 7 It is a partial plan view schematically showing some components of a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0103] Reference Figure 7 as well as Figure 2 and Figure 6 , the upper frame 212 of the battery pack housing 210 of the present disclosure may include a protruding portion K configured to cover a portion of the electrode terminal of each of the plurality of battery cells 100. That is, the protruding portion K may protrude to cover a portion of the positive terminal 111 and / or the negative terminal 112. The protruding portion K may have a shape that protrudes toward the electrode terminal inside the exposed portion T2.

[0104] For example, Figure 7 As shown in , one of the plurality of protrusions K may have a protruding shape so that a portion of the negative terminal 112 disposed at the upper portion of the battery cell 100 is not exposed upward. In addition, another of the plurality of protrusions K may have a protruding shape so that a portion of the negative terminal 112 disposed at the upper portion of the battery cell 100 is not exposed upward.

[0105] For example, among the multiple wires 252 of the busbar 250, a protruding portion K that protrudes to cover a portion of the negative terminal 112 may be provided to a portion of the upper frame 212 adjacent to the wire 252 that needs to contact the positive terminal 111 so as to reduce the possibility of the wire 252 contacting the negative terminal 112.

[0106] On the contrary, among the plurality of wires 252 of the busbar 250, a protruding portion protruding to cover a portion of the positive terminal 111 may be provided to another portion of the upper frame 212 adjacent to the wire 252 that needs to contact the negative terminal 112 so as to reduce the possibility of the wire 252 contacting the positive terminal 111.

[0107] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the upper frame 212 includes the protruding portion K that protrudes toward the electrode terminal so as to cover a portion of the electrode terminal of each of the plurality of battery cells 100, the risk of electrical short circuit between the plurality of battery cells 100 can be effectively reduced during the work for connecting the bus bar 250 and the electrode terminal. Therefore, the manufacturing efficiency of the battery pack 200 can be increased and the occurrence of accidents during the manufacturing process can be effectively reduced.

[0108] Figure 8 The present invention is a plan view schematically showing some components of a battery pack according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0109] Reference Figure 8 as well as Figure 2 , the battery pack 200 of the present disclosure may further include a reinforcing member 220. Specifically, the reinforcing member 220 may be located inside the battery pack housing 210. The reinforcing member 220 may be fixed to the inner surface of the battery pack housing 210. Here, the reinforcing member 220 may be fixed to the battery pack housing 210 in various ways (e.g., by welding or bonding). The reinforcing member 220 may be a metal with excellent mechanical rigidity. For example, the reinforcing member 220 may be stainless steel, steel, or an aluminum alloy.

[0110] Specifically, the reinforcing member 220 may be fixed to at least one of the inner lower surface, the inner upper surface, and the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210. For example, the reinforcing member 220 may have a shape extending to cross the inside of the battery pack housing 210 in the left-right direction. The upper portion of the reinforcing member 220 may be fixed to the inner upper surface, and the lower portion of the reinforcing member 220 may be fixed to the inner lower surface.

[0111] In addition, the reinforcing member 220 may have a bending pattern B1. That is, the bending pattern B1 may be bent alternately in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the bending pattern B1 may increase the mechanical rigidity of the reinforcing member 220.

[0112] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the present disclosure further includes a reinforcing member 220 fixed to at least one of the inner lower surface, the inner upper surface, and the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210, the battery pack housing 210 can be effectively prevented from being deformed due to vibration or external impact. That is, the reinforcing member 220 can prevent the battery pack housing 210 from being deformed due to the weight of the plurality of battery cells 100. In particular, the reinforcing member 220 can effectively prevent the battery pack housing 210 from being bent in the up-and-down direction.

[0113] Therefore, damage to the pack case 210 caused by frequent deformation may be reduced, and the plurality of battery cells 100 mounted inside the pack case or internal components may be prevented from being damaged due to vibration or external impact.

[0114] In addition, in the present disclosure, the central portion of the battery case 210 is not mechanically fragile, so it is easy to implement a large-capacity battery pack 200 equipped with a large number of secondary batteries. Therefore, the energy density of the battery pack 200 can be increased and the manufacturing cost can be reduced by reducing the number of components.

[0115] In addition, refer again Figure 8 as well as Figure 2 , the reinforcing member 220 may include a main body portion 221 extending in one direction and a bent portion 223 provided at each of both ends of the main body portion 221. The bent portion 223 may be bent to face the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210. For example, Figure 8 As shown in FIG. 2 , the bent portion 223 provided at the left end of the main body portion 221 of the reinforcing member 220 may be bent forward. The bent portion 223 provided at the right end of the main body portion 221 may be bent backward. This reinforcing member 220 may suppress deformation of the battery pack case 210.

[0116] In addition, if Figure 5 and Figure 8 As shown in FIG, the bent portion 223 of the reinforcement member 220 may be bonded to the inner side surface of the pack case 210 through the filler 240. Therefore, the outer surface of the bent portion 223 and the inner side surface 214b of the pack case 210 may be bonded to each other.

[0117] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the reinforcing member 220 includes the main body portion 221 and the bent portion 223, which is provided at each of the two ends of the main body portion 221 so as to be bent to face the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210 and bonded to the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210 through the filler 240, the contact area between the reinforcing member 220 and the inner side surface 214b of the battery pack housing 210 can be effectively increased. Therefore, the fixing force of the reinforcing member 220 can be effectively increased. Therefore, in the present disclosure, by using a larger fixing force, the battery pack housing 210 can be prevented from being deformed due to an external impact.

[0118] Fig. 9 FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view schematically showing a reinforcing member of a battery pack according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0119] Reference Fig. 9 , the reinforcing member 220A of the battery pack 200 according to another embodiment may have a receiving groove G1 and a first coupling hole G2. Specifically, the receiving groove G1 may be formed by inwardly recessing a portion of the body portion 221 so that the filler 240 is filled therein. For example, a plurality of receiving grooves G1 may be formed to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval on each of the upper and lower portions of the body portion 221.

[0120] In addition, the first coupling hole G2 may be formed at the outer surface of the bent portion 223. The first coupling hole G2 may be formed by perforating a portion of the bent portion 223 so that the filler 240 is partially accommodated therein. Fig. 9 As shown in FIG. 2 , two first coupling holes G2 may be formed in the outer surface of the bent portion 223 .

[0121] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the reinforcing member 220A includes the receiving groove G1 formed by inwardly recessing a portion of the main body portion 221 so that the filler 240 is filled therein and the first coupling hole G2 formed by perforating a portion of the bent portion 223 so that the filler 240 is accommodated therein, an appropriate amount of the filler 240 can be accommodated in the receiving groove G1 and the first coupling hole G2 of the reinforcing member 220A, thereby increasing its bonding ability with the inner upper surface and the inner side surface of the battery pack housing 210. Therefore, the durability of the battery pack 200 can be effectively improved.

[0122] In addition, the bent portion 223 may have a second coupling hole H2 that may be coupled to the side wall 214d of the pack case by bolting. A bolt hole (not shown) communicating with the second coupling hole H2 may be formed in the side wall 214d of the pack case.

[0123] Fig.10FIG. 4 is a perspective view schematically showing a reinforcing member of a battery pack according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0124] Reference Fig.10 According to another embodiment, the reinforcing member 220B of the battery pack 200 may include a pair of plates 225a and 225b extending in one direction and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to form an inner space. The filler 240 may be filled between the pair of plates 225a and 225b. Fig.10 As shown in FIG. 2 , the reinforcing member 220B may include a pair of plates 225 a , 225 b extending in the left-right direction. The pair of plates 225 a , 225 b are separated from each other by a predetermined interval, and the space S1 may be filled with the filler 240 .

[0125] Therefore, according to this configuration of the present disclosure, since the reinforcing member 220B includes a pair of plates 225a, 225b, a sufficient amount of filler 240 can be filled between the pair of plates 225a, 225b, thereby further increasing the rigidity of the reinforcing member 220B. In addition, the bonding force to each of the lower surface and the upper surface of the battery pack case 210 can be further increased by the reinforcing member 220B containing a sufficient amount of filler 240 therein.

[0126] In addition, in each of the pair of plates 225a, 225b, an opening P1 may be formed so that the internal space between the pair of plates 225a, 225b is communicated with the outside. The opening P1 may be formed to fill the separation space of the plurality of battery cells 100 with the filler 240. That is, the opening P1 may be formed at a position corresponding to the separation space of the plurality of battery cells 100 in the front-rear direction. Therefore, a portion of the filler 240 filled between the pair of plates 225a, 225b may flow out into the separation space of the plurality of battery cells 100 via the opening P1.

[0127] Therefore, according to such a configuration of the present disclosure, since the reinforcing member 220 includes a pair of plates 225a, 225b and the filler 240 is filled between the pair of plates, an appropriate amount of the filler 240 can be injected into the reinforcing member 220B, thereby effectively increasing the bonding force between the reinforcing member 220B and the inner surface of the battery pack case 210. Finally, the reinforcing member 220B can be coupled to the inner surface of the battery pack case 210 with a high fixing force, thereby effectively improving the durability of the battery pack.

[0128] Meanwhile, the battery pack 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include various devices (not shown) for controlling charging and discharging of the battery pack 200 , such as a BMS (Management System Module), a current sensor, a fuse, and the like.

[0129] Meanwhile, an electronic device (not shown) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least one battery pack 200 described above. The electronic device may further include a device housing (not shown) having an accommodation space for accommodating the battery pack 200 and a display unit through which a user can check the charging state of the battery pack 200.

[0130] In addition, the battery pack 200 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may be included in a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. That is, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present disclosure as described above may include the battery pack 200 including at least one battery pack 200 in the vehicle body.
