A press-fitting device for an oil pump coupling disk

Abstract

The present invention discloses a press-fitting device for an oil pump connection disk. The press-fitting device includes: a fixing component, which is attached to the oil pump connection disk; and a holding component, which is connected to the fixing component. Among them, the fixing component includes a fixing frame, and the fixing frame presses on the outside of the oil pump connection disk. For the press-fitting device for an oil pump connection disk of the present invention, a fixing frame with a handle is adopted to fix the oil pump connection disk outside the oil pump, which can be completed with one hand without the assistance of others, thereby reducing the installation difficulty of the oil pump connection disk and improving work efficiency. A replaceable tooling press head is adopted to extrude the oil pump connection disk, and the corresponding type of press head can be replaced according to oil pump connection disks of different sizes, thereby improving the applicability of the device.

Claims

A press-fitting device for an oil pump connecting disc, characterized in that, the press-fitting device comprises: a fixing component, which fits with the oil pump connecting disc and positions the oil pump connecting disc; a holding component, which is connected to the top of the fixing component and can be held by one hand; wherein, the fixing component includes a fixing frame (2), and the fixing frame (2) presses on the outside of the oil pump connecting disc; the holding component includes a handle (1), the shape of the handle (1) is in a "C" shape, and both ends of the handle (1) are connected to the fixing frame (2); a tooling pressing head (4) is connected to the bottom of the fixing frame (2); the tooling pressing head (4) is made of nylon material, the tooling pressing head (4) fits with the bottom of the fixing frame (2), and their shapes match each other; magnetic sheets are installed inside both the tooling pressing head (4) and the fixing frame (2), and the two are attracted to each other through the magnetic sheets; during use, first place the fuel injection pump connecting disc at the front end of the fuel injection pump, then hold the handle by hand, press the fixing frame towards the fuel injection pump connecting disc, after the fuel injection pump connecting disc is pressed in place, fix it on the oil pump with bolts or nuts, and then use a tool to reach into the gap between the handle and the fixing frame to fix the bolts or nuts.

2. The press-fitting device for an oil pump connecting disc according to claim 1, characterized in that: the tooling pressing head (4) and the fixing frame (2) are connected by setting fixing bolts (3).

3. The press-fitting device for an oil pump connecting disc according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: a card slot is opened at the bottom of the tooling pressing head (4), and the card slot matches the shape of the connecting disc.

The press-fitting device for an oil pump connecting disc according to claim 3, characterized in that: a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged on one side of the fixing frame (2) facing the tooling pressing head (4), and the plurality of pressure sensors are arranged in a circumferential array at the bottom of the fixing frame (2).
