Abstract

This invention provides an electronic hi-hat and a method for operating the electronic hi-hat, which improves the tactile feedback during striking. Since the edge (20c) of the lower frame (20) is formed as a flat plate, the outer edge of the lower frame (20) can be made lightweight. Therefore, even if the upper cymbal (3) being struck contacts the lower frame (20), the weight of the outer edge of the lower frame (20) is less likely to hinder the shaking (displacement caused by striking) of the upper cymbal (3). Therefore, the tactile feedback when striking the upper cymbal (3) can be reduced, thus improving the tactile feedback during striking.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to an electric hi-hat and a method of operating the electric hi-hat, and particularly to an electric hi-hat and a method of operating the electric hi-hat that can improve the tactile sensation during striking. Background Technology

[0002] An electronic hi-hat is known, comprising: a bottom cymbal mounted to a first lever in a rocking manner; and a top cymbal mounted to a second lever that moves up and down relative to the first lever in a rocking manner. In this type of electronic hi-hat, playing is performed by moving the second lever up and down, causing the top cymbal to contact or strike the bottom cymbal. During this playing, sometimes the top and bottom cymbals are rocked while in contact.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a technique in which a sliding tube 140 or a sliding diaphragm 212 is provided at the contact portion between the upper cymbal striking part 100 (upper cymbal) and the lower cymbal striking part 200 (lower cymbal). According to this technique, when the upper and lower cymbals are in contact and being shaken, the sliding tube 140 and the sliding diaphragm 212 can be used to smoothly shake each cymbal. Therefore, the tactile sensation during striking can be made close to that of an acoustic hi-hat cymbal.

[0005] [Patent Literature]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-208555 (e.g., paragraphs 0099, 0128, 0188, Figure 5, Figure 14) Summary of the Invention

[0007] [The problem the invention aims to solve]

[0008] However, in the prior art, to ensure strength (suppress breakage), the outer edge of the lower cymbal (lower frame) is formed with a relatively thick wall, and a sliding diaphragm 212 is mounted on this thick wall via a metal plate 210, thus increasing the weight of the outer edge of the lower cymbal (the contact portion with the upper cymbal). Sometimes, this increased weight of the lower cymbal results in a heavier feel when striking the upper cymbal, thus failing to adequately improve the feel during striking.

[0009] This invention was developed to address the aforementioned problems, and its purpose is to provide an electronic hi-hat that improves the tactile feedback during striking and a method for operating the electronic hi-hat.

[0010] [Technical means to solve the problem]

[0011] To achieve the aforementioned objective, the electronic hi-hat of the present invention includes: a lower cymbal mounted on a first lever in a rocking manner; and an upper cymbal disposed above the lower cymbal and mounted on a second lever that is vertically displaced relative to the first lever in a rocking manner; the lower cymbal includes: a first frame forming the skeleton of the lower cymbal; the first frame includes: a flat contact portion that contacts the upper cymbal when the upper cymbal is displaced.

[0012] The method for operating the electronic hi-hat of the present invention includes the following components: a lower cymbal mounted on a first lever in a rocking manner; and an upper cymbal disposed above the lower cymbal and mounted on a second lever in a rocking manner, wherein the second lever is vertically displaced relative to the first lever. In the method for operating the electronic hi-hat, the lower cymbal includes: a first frame forming the skeleton of the lower cymbal; the first frame includes a flat contact portion; and when the upper cymbal is displaced, the upper cymbal contacts the contact portion. [0059] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, referring to... Figure 1 The overall structure of the electronic hi-hat 1 will be explained. Figure 1 This is a cross-sectional view of an electronic cymbal 1 according to one embodiment. Furthermore, Figure 1 The figure shows a cross-section cut along a plane containing the axis of the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3. Furthermore, Figure 1 To simplify the accompanying drawings, a portion of the structure of the electronic hi-hat 1 is omitted, and only the main part is shown.

[0060] like Figure 1 As shown, the electronic hi-hat 1 includes a lower cymbal 2 and an upper cymbal 3 that moves up and down above the lower cymbal 2, forming an electronic percussion instrument that simulates the sound of a hi-hat cymbal.

[0061] The lower cymbal 2 includes a lower frame 20 forming its skeleton, the lower frame 20 being supported on the main shaft 5 via a lower support member 4. Furthermore, Figure 1 In the diagram, the detailed cross-sectional structure of the lower support member 4 is omitted and is instead shown in shaded areas. The main shaft 5 is cylindrical and is configured to stand upright via a support (not shown). A generally cylindrical lower support member 4 is fixed to the upper end of the main shaft 5.

[0062] The lower support member 4 includes a large-diameter portion 40 fixed to the main shaft 5 and a small-diameter portion 41 formed on the upper surface of the large-diameter portion 40. The diameter of the small-diameter portion 41 is smaller than that of the large-diameter portion 40. A through hole 20a with a smaller diameter than the large-diameter portion 40 of the lower support member 4 is formed in the center of the lower frame 20, and the small-diameter portion 41 is inserted into the through hole 20a. As a result, the lower frame 20 can be rock-supported on the upper surface of the large-diameter portion 40 of the lower support member 4.

[0063] A rod 6 for moving the upper cymbal 3 up and down is inserted into the lower support member 4 and the main shaft 5. The rod 6 moves up and down on the inner circumference of the lower support member 4 and the main shaft 5 by operating a foot pedal (not shown).

[0064] A cylindrical member 7 is installed on the upper end of the rod 6, and an upper support member 8 is fixed on the lower end of the cylindrical member 7 to support the upper cymbal 3 in a swaying manner. The upper support member 8 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape, and the upper cymbal 3 is held in place by inserting the cylindrical member 7 into the through hole 31b formed in the head 31a of the upper cymbal 3 (described later).

[0065] The upper end of the upper support member 8 is formed in a mountain shape, and a valley-shaped groove is formed on the lower surface of the upper cymbal 3 (head 31a) to engage with the upper end of the mountain shape of the upper support member 8. As a result, the upper cymbal 3 can be supported on the upper support member 8 in a rocking manner.

[0066] In the cylindrical component 7, a washer 9, a pair of nuts 10, and a clutch 11 are sequentially installed in an overlapping manner with the upper cymbal 3. An external thread is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical component 7. By tightening the pair of nuts 10, the washer 9 of the elastic member is compressed, so that the upper cymbal 3 can be oscillatingly installed in the cylindrical component 7.

[0067] A clutch 11 is fixed to the upper end of the cylinder member 7. The cylinder member 7 (upper cymbal 3) is fixed to the rod 6 by tightening the wing bolt 12 from the side of the clutch 11 toward the rod 6. On the other hand, the relative position of the cylinder member 7 (upper cymbal 3) with respect to the rod 6 is adjusted by loosening the wing bolt 12. By depressing the pedal (not shown), the rod 6, in which the cylinder member 7 is fixed by the clutch 11, moves up and down, thereby causing the upper cymbal 3 to move up and down in conjunction with it (see reference). Figure 2 ).

[0068] The upper frame 30 constituting the skeleton of the upper cymbal 3 includes: a first upper frame 31, supported by an upper support member 8; and a second upper frame 32, for fixing the first upper frame 31, the upper surface of which is configured as a striking surface.

[0069] The first upper frame 31 includes a generally cylindrical head 31a formed at its central portion. A through hole 31b is formed in the head 31a, through which a cylindrical member 7 is inserted, as described above.

[0070] The flange portion 31c extends radially outward from the lower end of the head 31a in a flange-like shape. The cover portion 31d extends radially outward from the outer edge of the flange portion 31c, hanging downward on one side, and the lower surface of the second upper frame 32 is covered by the cover portion 31d.

[0071] The second upper frame 32 is formed as a disc with a through hole 32a in the center. The head 31a of the first upper frame 31 is inserted into the through hole 32a of the second upper frame 32. By screwing the flange portion 31c of the first upper frame 31 to the inner edge portion of the second upper frame 32 in the inserted state, and screwing the outer edge portion of the cover portion 31d to the lower surface of the second upper frame 32, an upper frame 30 in which the first upper frame 31 and the second upper frame 32 are integrally formed.

[0072] Electronic components, such as an impact sensor S1, are housed in the space between the cover 31d of the first upper frame 31 and the second upper frame 32. The impact sensor S1 is a piezoelectric element mounted on the lower surface of the second upper frame 32, and vibrations from impacts to the second upper frame 32 are detected by the impact sensor S1. The impact sensor S1 or the pressure sensor S2 (described later) is also considered. Figure 2 The detected impacts are converted into electrical signals and output to a sound source device (not shown). This generates a musical tone corresponding to the striking position of the cymbal 3.

[0073] The second upper frame 32 is shaped to slope gently downwards from the inner edge to the outer edge, and its upper surface is covered by a disc-shaped cover 33 along the shape. A through hole 33a is formed in the center of the cover 33, and the head 31a of the first upper frame 31 is inserted into the through hole 33a.

[0074] The material of the cover 33 (rubber in this embodiment) is softer than the material of the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32) (glass fiber reinforced resin in this embodiment), so the impact of hitting the second upper frame 32 is absorbed by the cover 33.

[0075] Next, refer to Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 The detailed structure of the electronic hi-hat 1 is explained. Figure 2 (a) is to Figure 1 Enlarged cross-sectional view of part IIa and part of the electronic hi-hat 1. Figure 2 (b) represents from Figure 2 A magnified cross-sectional view of the electronic cymbal 1 showing the state in which the upper cymbal 3 is closed, as shown in (a). Figure 3 (a) represents from Figure 2 (b) is a magnified cross-sectional view of the electronic hi-hat 1, showing the state of the cymbal 3 being struck. Figure 3 (b) indicates that the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 are from Figure 3 A magnified cross-sectional view of the electronic cymbal 1 in state (a) where the state exceeds the initial position displacement.

[0076] like Figure 2As shown, the pedal (not shown) that causes the upper cymbal 3 to move up and down is released from its depressed state. Figure 2 In state (a), the upper cymbal 3 is away from the lower cymbal 2, and this state is the open state. If the pedal is pressed down from the open state, the lower cymbal 3, which has shifted downwards, contacts the lower cymbal 2 and becomes the closed state. Figure 2 (the state of (b)).

[0077] Furthermore, the closed state of the upper cymbal 3, which accompanies the pressing of the pedal, is detected by a displacement sensor (not shown) that detects the amount of vertical displacement of the upper cymbal 3 accompanying the vertical movement of the lever 6, and its detection signal is also output to a sound source device (not shown). Thus, a musical tone corresponding to the playing that closes the upper cymbal 3 is generated.

[0078] Moreover, such as Figure 3 As shown, when the upper cymbal 3 is struck in the closed state (or when the upper cymbal 3 contacts the lower cymbal 2 due to displacement during striking), the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 shake in a state of mutual contact. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the structure is such that by making the shaking of the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 smooth, the tactile sensation during striking can be improved. This structure will be described below.

[0079] like Figure 2 As shown, the lower frame 20 of the electronic hi-hat 1 includes: a bowl portion 20b, which slopes gently upwards from the inner edge to the outer edge; and an edge portion 20c, which extends radially outward from the outer edge of the bowl portion 20b. These portions of the bowl portion 20b and the edge portion 20c are integrally formed continuously in the circumferential direction.

[0080] A ring-shaped cushioning material 21 is adhered to the upper surface of the edge portion 20c, and a ring-shaped resin film 22 is adhered to the upper surface of the cushioning material 21. The cushioning material 21 is formed using foamed resin, and the resin film 22 is formed using a material with a coefficient of friction lower than that of the cushioning material 21 (in this embodiment, it is a polyester fabric).

[0081] These cushioning materials 21 and resin films 22 are used to mitigate... Figure 2 The impact when the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 come into contact (collide), as shown, or used in... Figure 3 The shaking motion shown makes the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 slide smoothly.

[0082] The protrusion 32b protrudes downward toward the resin film 22 from the lower surface of the second upper frame 32 of the upper cymbal 3. When the upper cymbal 3 is displaced, the protrusion 32b contacts (collides) the edge portion 20c of the lower frame 20 via the buffer material 21 and the resin film 22.

[0083] The edge portion 20c is formed into a flat plate shape, thus making the outer edge of the lower frame 20 lighter. As a result, even if the upper cymbal 3 is struck and comes into contact with the lower frame 20, the weight of the lower frame 20 will not easily hinder the shaking of the upper cymbal 3 (displacement caused by the strike). Therefore, the tactile sensation when striking the upper cymbal 3 can be reduced, thereby improving the striking feel.

[0084] Furthermore, the term "flat" refers to the fact that the upper and lower surfaces of the edge 20c are parallel, which is the thickness ( Figure 2 The vertical dimension of the edge portion 20c is constant from its inner edge to its outer edge. Furthermore, "constant" means that the minimum and maximum thickness of the edge portion 20c are within ±30% of the average thickness from its inner edge to its outer edge. Thus, by not forming rib-like irregularities (gaps) on the upper surface of the edge portion 20c (the facing surface opposite to the upper cymbal 3), the flatness of the upper surface of the edge portion 20c, i.e., the flatness of the resin film 22, can be ensured. Therefore, it is possible to... Figure 3 The resin film 22 and the protrusion 32b slide smoothly as shown.

[0085] In this embodiment, the thickness of the edge portion 20c is set to 3 mm, but the thickness of the edge portion 20c is preferably set to be 0.5 times or more and 3 times or less than the thickness of the bowl portion 20b of the lower frame 20 (3 mm in this embodiment), and more preferably formed with a thickness of 2 mm or more and 4 mm or less. This suppresses the reduction (breakage) of the edge portion 20c's strength and makes the edge portion 20c lighter, thereby improving the striking feel.

[0086] In this case, conventional electronic hi-hats (e.g., Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-208555) have a structure in which a resin tube is embedded in the lower surface of a cover that covers the upper frame, and the tube contacts the lower cymbal when the upper cymbal shifts. With this structure, the number of parts increases, and sometimes the tube fails to properly contact the lower cymbal due to elastic deformation of the cover.

[0087] In contrast, this embodiment features a structure in which a protrusion 32b, integrally formed with the second upper frame 32, protrudes further below the lowest surface of the cover 33, and contacts the edge 20c of the lower frame 20 (via the cushioning material 21 and the resin film 22). This reduces the number of parts in the electronic cymbal 1. Furthermore, unlike the structure where a tube is embedded in the cover 33, the protrusion 32b is not affected by the elastic deformation of the cover 33. Therefore, the protrusion 32b can properly contact the resin film 22, effectively enabling sliding between the protrusion 32b and the resin film 22.

[0088] On the other hand, when the protrusion 32b is integrally formed with the second upper frame 32, the rigidity of the protrusion 32b is relatively high. Therefore, if, for example, the protrusion 32b directly contacts (collides with) the edge portion 20c, the impact becomes greater. Consequently, the impact sound during such contact becomes louder, or the flat edge portion 20c is more prone to breakage. Furthermore, in the event of… Figure 3 When the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 slide as shown, the protrusion 32b or the edge 20c is prone to wear.

[0089] In contrast, in this embodiment, a cushioning material 21, which is softer than the edge portion 20c, is laminated on the edge portion 20c, and a resin film 22 with a lower coefficient of friction than the cushioning material 21 is laminated on the cushioning material 21. Therefore, the cushioning material 21 can be used to mitigate... Figure 2 The impact of the lower cymbal 2 contacting (colliding) with the upper cymbal 3, as shown, can reduce the impact sound during contact, and even when the edge portion 20c is formed into a flat plate shape, damage to the edge portion 20c can be suppressed. Furthermore, in the event of... Figure 3 In the case of sliding of the lower cymbal 2 and the upper cymbal 3 as shown, the resin film 22 can be used to make the sliding smooth, thereby suppressing the wear of the protrusion 32b and the edge 20c.

[0090] That is, the structure of providing a buffer material 21 and a resin film 22 at the contact portion between the lower frame 20 and the second upper frame 32 becomes a particularly effective structure when the protrusion 32b integrally formed with the second upper frame 32 contacts the flat edge portion 20c.

[0091] The second upper frame 32 includes: a peripheral portion 32c, which is further peripherally than the protrusion 32b. Figure 2 The outer peripheral portion 32c extends from the right side of the outer peripheral portion 32c; a bent portion 32d bends downward from the outer edge of the outer peripheral portion 32c; and a protruding portion 32e extends outward from the lower end of the bent portion 32d, and these portions constitute the edge (outer edge) portion of the second upper frame 32. The outer peripheral portion 32c, the bent portion 32d, and the protruding portion 32e are integrally formed continuously in the circumferential direction.

[0092] A ring-shaped pressure sensor S2 is mounted on the upper surface of the protrusion 32e, and the pressure sensor S2 is covered by a cover 33. When the edge of the second upper frame 32 (cover 33) is struck, the pressure sensor S2 is pressed by the cover 33. Thus, the strike to the edge of the upper cymbal 3 is detected.

[0093] The outer edge of the cover 33 folds downwards to cover the outer peripheral surface and lower surface of the protrusion 32e, and the inner edge of the folded portion is inserted between the protrusion 32b and the bent portion 32d of the second upper frame 32. Thus, the protrusion 32b not only serves to facilitate smooth sliding when in contact with the lower cymbal 2, but also serves to fix the outer edge of the cover 33.

[0094] Here, as described above, the protrusion 32b of the second upper frame 32 protrudes further downward than the lowest surface of the cover 33. When the upper cymbal 3 is closed, the protrusion 32b contacts the resin film 22. This contact position is set as the initial position P1 (refer to...). Figure 2 (b) of. For example Figure 3 As shown, if the upper cymbal 3 and the lower cymbal 2, when struck in the closed state, tilt downwards together, the contact position of the protrusion 32b slides to a position P2 that is closer to the inner edge of the resin film 22 than the initial position P1. This is because the fulcrum of the lower cymbal 2 and the fulcrum of the upper cymbal 3 are vertically separated.

[0095] Furthermore, depending on the striking force applied to the upper cymbal 3, when the lower cymbal 2 and upper cymbal 3, which have been tilted downwards, return to their initial state, sometimes... Figure 3 As shown in (b), it tilts upwards beyond the initial state. At this time, the contact position of the protrusion 32b slides to a position P3 that is closer to the outer edge of the resin film 22 than the initial position P1.

[0096] That is, when the upper cymbal 3 is shaken upon being struck in the closed state, the contact area R (a predetermined range) from the inner edge portion P2 to the outer edge portion P3 of the cymbal 2 (resin film 22) below the protrusion 32b makes contact. Furthermore, the edge portion 20c is formed into a flat plate shape over a wider range than the contact area R. Thus, by making the edge portion 20c flat across the entire contact area R that the upper cymbal 3 (protrusion 32b) may contact, weight is reduced, thereby effectively improving the tactile feel when striking the upper cymbal 3.

[0097] Moreover, in order to Figure 3 For the resin film 22 to slide smoothly (stablely) with the protrusion 32b as shown, it is preferable that the tip of the protrusion 32b always contacts the resin film 22. Therefore, in this embodiment, the edge portion 20c, the buffer material 21, and the resin film 22 are each formed as a flat plate (or film-shaped with respect to the resin film 22) extending in a direction orthogonal to the protrusion direction of the protrusion 32b. This allows the tip of the protrusion 32b to slide continuously on the upper surface of the resin film 22, thus ensuring smooth sliding.

[0098] An inner protrusion 20d protrudes upward from the upper surface of the lower frame 20, which is closer to the inner periphery than the edge portion 20c. The inner protrusion 20d is formed as a continuous ring around the entire circumference of the lower frame 20. Thus, the inner protrusion 20d can be used to reinforce the vicinity of the edge portion 20c. Furthermore, by forming the inner protrusion 20d near the edge portion 20c, deformation of the edge portion 20c due to heat shrinkage during molding of the resin lower frame 20 can be suppressed. By suppressing deformation of the edge portion 20c, the flatness of the upper surface of the edge portion 20c, i.e., the flatness of the resin film 22, can be ensured, thereby making... Figure 3 The resin film 22 and the protrusion 32b slide smoothly as shown.

[0099] The outer protrusion 20e protrudes upward from the outer edge of the edge portion 20c, and the outer protrusion 20e is formed in a ring shape along the outer peripheral surface of the cushioning material 21 and the resin film 22. Thus, the outer protrusion 20e can cover the outer peripheral surface of the cushioning material 21 and the resin film 22, thereby improving the creativity of the electronic hi-hat 1.

[0100] Furthermore, by forming an outer protrusion 20e on the outer edge portion of the edge portion 20c, the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e can completely surround the edge portion 20c in the circumferential direction. This more effectively suppresses deformation of the edge portion 20c caused by thermal shrinkage or the like.

[0101] Thus, in order to suppress deformation of the edge portion 20c, it is preferable to form the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e into continuous annular structures in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, if the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e are formed into continuous (gap-free) annular structures in the circumferential direction, then when the lower frame 20 deforms (bends) due to loads applied such as during impact, there may be no stress release point, and the deformation cannot be absorbed. As a result, stress concentrates at the front ends of the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e, causing cracking.

[0102] In contrast, in this embodiment, the lower frame 20 is formed using fiber-reinforced resin (glass fiber reinforced resin in this embodiment). Therefore, even when the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e are formed in annular shape, breakage of the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e due to deformation (deflection) of the lower frame 20 can be suppressed.

[0103] Furthermore, the lower frame 20 is formed using fiber-reinforced resin, thus ensuring the strength of the edge portion 20c. Therefore, even when the edge portion 20c is formed as a flat plate (thin wall), damage to the edge portion 20c due to contact (collision) with the upper cymbal 3 can be suppressed. In other words, by using fiber-reinforced resin to form the lower frame 20, it is not necessary to use a metal plate at the contact portion with the upper cymbal 3 as in conventional electronic hi-hats (e.g., Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-208555), or to form the edge portion of the lower frame 20 as a flat plate (thin wall) without reinforcement such as ribs. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, lowering the manufacturing cost of the electronic hi-hat 1, and the weight increase of the lower frame 20 can be suppressed, improving the feel during striking.

[0104] The above description is based on the embodiments described, but the present invention is not limited to any of the embodiments described, and it is easy to deduce that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0105] In the described embodiment, the portion of the lower frame 20 located within the contact range R with the upper cymbal 3 is configured as a flat edge portion 20c, but this is not necessarily the case. For example, the lower frame 20 may be formed as a flat structure with a narrower range than the contact range R.

[0106] In the described embodiment, the case where the cushioning material 21 or resin film 22 is laminated at the edge portion 20c has been described, but it is not necessarily limited to this. For example, it is also possible to install other components such as metal plates at the edge portion 20c in addition to the cushioning material 21 or resin film 22. Moreover, it is also possible to omit the cushioning material 21 or resin film 22 and allow the edge portion 20c to directly contact the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32).

[0107] In the described embodiment, the protrusion 32b protruding toward the edge portion 20c is integrally formed with the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32), but this is not necessarily the case. For example, as with conventional electronic hi-hats, a resin tube may be embedded in the lower surface of the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32) or the cover 33, and the tube may contact the lower frame 20. Furthermore, a structure may be constructed in which the protrusion 32b does not contact the lower frame 20, but the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32) and the lower frame 20 are in surface contact with each other.

[0108] In the described embodiment, the upper frame 30 includes a first upper frame 31 and a second upper frame 32, but it is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the upper frame 30 may also be composed of one or more frames.

[0109] In the described embodiment, an inner protrusion 20d is provided on the inner periphery of the edge portion 20c of the lower frame 20, and an outer protrusion 20e is provided on the outer periphery of the edge portion 20c; however, this is not necessarily the case. For example, either or both of the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e may be omitted.

[0110] In the described embodiment, the inner protrusion 20d and the outer protrusion 20e are formed in a ring shape (continuously formed in the circumferential direction), but this is not a limitation. For example, the inner protrusion 20d or the outer protrusion 20e may be formed intermittently in the circumferential direction of the lower frame 20 (for example, the inner protrusion 20d is formed radially in a radially extending manner). With this structure, in the event that the lower frame 20 deforms (bends) due to loads such as impacts, a stress release point (absorbing the resulting deformation) can be created. Therefore, stress concentration on the inner protrusion 20d or the outer protrusion 20e can be suppressed, thereby suppressing the cracking of the inner protrusion 20d or the outer protrusion 20e.

[0111] In the described embodiment, the lower frame 20 and the upper frame 30 (the first upper frame 31 and the second upper frame 32) are each formed using glass fiber reinforced resin, but this is not a limitation. For example, fiber-reinforced resins reinforced with other fibers such as carbon fiber, or other synthetic resins without fibers (such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin or superengineering plastics) may also be used to form the frames. That is, the material constituting each frame is not limited to the described form.

[0112] In the described embodiment, the edge portion 20c, the cushioning material 21, and the resin film 22 are formed into a flat plate extending in a direction orthogonal to the protrusion direction of the protrusion 32b of the upper frame 30 (second upper frame 32), but this is not necessarily the case. For example, the edge portion 20c, the cushioning material 21, and / or the resin film 22 may be inclined relative to the direction orthogonal to the protrusion direction of the protrusion 32b.

[0113] In the described embodiment, the lower frame 20 is entirely formed using fiber-reinforced resin, but this is not a limitation. For example, it is also possible for only the edge portion 20c of the lower frame 20 to be formed using fiber-reinforced resin.
