Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a manifold solenoid valve and its seat comprising a solenoid valve assembly consisting of multiple solenoid valves. Background Technology

[0002] A solenoid valve assembly formed by combining multiple solenoid valves is called a solenoid valve manifold or manifold solenoid valve. As described in Patent Document 1, each solenoid valve has a valve body (main valve block) with a valve core shaft (main valve shaft) that is provided with a switching flow path, and a solenoid block installed on the main valve block.

[0003] In solenoid valve manifolds, there exist split-type solenoid valves where the solenoid valve and the base block (valve seat) housing the solenoid valve are combined into a single solenoid valve unit. Patent Document 2 discloses a split-type manifold solenoid valve. The solenoid valve unit is assembled and mounted or fastened to a support member called a DIN rail by screws.

[0004] Solenoid valves are available in single-sole valves (with one solenoid embedded in a solenoid block) and double-sole valves (with two solenoids embedded in a solenoid block). In a single-sole valve, the main valve shaft is driven by one solenoid; if the drive signal to the solenoid is stopped, the main valve shaft returns to its original position by a restoring force composed of spring force or air pressure. In a double-sole valve, even if the drive signal to one solenoid is stopped, the main valve shaft remains in its original state until a drive signal is applied to the other solenoid. Patent Document 1 discloses a double-sole valve.

[0005] In manifold solenoid valves, there are two wiring specifications: a positive common type where the positive side terminal of the coil is used as a common terminal, and a negative common type where the negative side terminal of the coil is used as a common terminal.

[0006] To apply drive signals to each solenoid from an external controller, cables are connected to the wiring block of the manifold solenoid valve. Each valve seat has a base plate mounted on it, and printed wiring on the base plate includes output wiring for sending drive signals to the solenoid and connection wiring for sending drive signals to adjacent base plates.

[0007] The plug-in connector, also known as a relay connector, is mounted on the base block. When the solenoid valve is mounted on the valve seat, the pins of the connection terminals on the solenoid valve are inserted into the relay connector. Patent Document 3 discloses a stacked manifold solenoid valve in which multiple manifold bases, i.e., valve seats, are joined together and used. In order to connect the connection terminals of each connection wiring to the input terminals of the substrates provided on other adjacent base blocks, the adjacent substrates are connected by connector components, and the connection wiring of adjacent substrates is connected.

[0013] The technical problem that the invention aims to solve

[0014] When assembling a stacked manifold solenoid valve, as is currently done, by mounting a base plate with an auxiliary connector onto the valve seat and electrically connecting the relay connector to the auxiliary connector, a base plate and an auxiliary connector are required as other components. Therefore, the number of components in the manifold solenoid valve increases.

[0015] The purpose of this invention is to provide a manifold solenoid valve and valve seat that can reduce the number of components.

[0016] Technical solutions for solving the problem

[0017] The manifold solenoid valve of the present invention has at least one solenoid valve unit, the solenoid valve unit comprising a solenoid valve having at least one solenoid and a valve seat mounting the solenoid valve, wherein the manifold solenoid valve comprises: a base plate having a plurality of output terminals electrically connected to the terminals of the solenoid; a base plate connector disposed on the base plate and forming a base plate assembly by combination with the base plate; a plurality of input terminals disposed at intervals on the base plate assembly; a plurality of connection terminals disposed at intervals on the base plate assembly and connected to the input terminals of adjacent other base plate assemblies; an output wiring disposed on the base plate assembly and connecting the output terminals to the input terminals; and a connection wiring disposed on the base plate assembly and connecting the connection terminals to the input terminals, wherein a plurality of output pins that are inserted into pin insertion holes formed in the valve seat and forming the output terminals are disposed on the base plate assembly.

[0018] The valve seats of the present invention are respectively mounted on solenoid valves having at least one solenoid, and abut against each other to form a manifold solenoid valve. Each valve seat comprises: a valve seat body having a solenoid valve mounting surface, a pin insertion hole, and a substrate mounting hole extending in the width direction; a substrate assembly having a substrate and a substrate connector disposed on the substrate and mounted in the substrate mounting hole, the substrate having a plurality of output terminals electrically connected to the terminals of the solenoid; a plurality of input terminals spaced apart from each other on the substrate assembly; a plurality of connection terminals spaced apart from each other on the substrate assembly and connected to the input terminals disposed on adjacent substrate assemblies; output wiring disposed on the substrate assembly and connecting the output terminals to the input terminals; and connection wiring disposed on the substrate assembly and connecting the connection terminals to the input terminals, wherein a plurality of output pins inserted into the pin insertion hole to form the output terminals are disposed on the substrate assembly.

[0019] Invention Effects

[0020] The base plate assembly mounted on the valve seat is formed by a base plate and a base plate connector. The base plate has multiple input terminals, and the base plate connector has multiple connection terminals. Output terminals, connected to the terminals of a solenoid via a relay connector, are connected to the input terminals through output wiring. The output terminals are formed by output pins, which are plug-in components. By mounting the base plate assembly on the valve seat, the output pins are inserted into the plug insertion holes of the valve seat, and the output pins are electrically connected to the solenoid terminals. Because the output pins, which are supported on the valve seat, are located on the base plate, the valve seat can be manufactured with a smaller number of components. Attached Figure Description

[0034] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 and Figure 2 The manifold solenoid valve 10 shown has a stacked solenoid valve assembly 12 formed by assembling four solenoid valve units 14. Each solenoid valve unit 14 has a valve seat 15 on which a solenoid valve 11 is mounted. The solenoid valve 11 has a main valve block 13a and a solenoid block 13b mounted on the main valve block 13a. The solenoid valve assembly 12 is formed by abutting the valve seats 15 of the solenoid valve units 14 together. Furthermore, Figure 1 and Figure 2 The number of solenoid valve units 14 constituting the solenoid valve assembly 12 is one example. The solenoid valve assembly 12 can be formed by any number of solenoid valve units 14, thereby assembling a manifold solenoid valve 10.

[0035] Piping blocks 16a and 16b abut against both ends of solenoid valve assembly 12, which is mounted on piping blocks 16a and 16b. Connector plates 19, each equipped with a supply port 18 and an exhaust port 17, are mounted on each piping block 16a and 16b. The supply port 18 is connected to an air supply source via piping (not shown). The exhaust port 17 is connected to an exhaust pipe (not shown) or a muffler, if required. If no exhaust pipe or muffler is needed, the exhaust port 17 may not be connected to any object. A cover member 19a, identical in shape to the connector plate 19, is detachably mounted on the surface of piping blocks 16a and 16b. Replacing the cover member 19a and connector plate 19 results in the supply port 18 and exhaust port 17 being mounted on the surface of piping blocks 16a and 16b.

[0036] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the valve seat 15 has a valve seat body 20 molded from resin into a generally rectangular shape, a connector plate 23 mounted on the valve seat body 20, and a relay connector 41 and a base plate assembly 42 mounted on the valve seat body 20. A solenoid valve mounting surface 21 is provided on the surface of the valve seat body 20, and a solenoid valve 11 is mounted on the solenoid valve mounting surface 21. A connector plate 23 with two output ports 22a and 22b is mounted on the front side of each valve seat body 20, and each output port 22a and 22b is connected to a pneumatic working device via piping.

[0037] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the valve seat body 20 has a supply hole 24 and two exhaust holes 25a and 25b. When multiple valve seats 15 are brought into contact, a supply passage is formed in the valve seat assembly through the multiple supply holes 24, a first exhaust flow path is formed through the multiple exhaust holes 25a, and a second exhaust flow path is formed through the multiple exhaust holes 25b. The supply passage is connected to the supply port 18, and each exhaust flow path is connected to the exhaust port 17.

[0038] like Figure 5 As shown, a supply connection hole 26 with an opening on the solenoid valve mounting surface 21 is provided on the valve seat body 20, and the supply connection hole 26 communicates with the supply hole 24. Two output connection holes 27a and 27b are provided on both sides of the supply connection hole 26, with output connection hole 27a communicating with output port 22a and output connection hole 27b communicating with output port 22b. An exhaust connection hole 28a is provided adjacent to the output connection hole 27a, and an exhaust connection hole 28b is provided adjacent to the output connection hole 27b. Each exhaust connection hole 28a and 28b communicates with the exhaust port 17 via exhaust holes 25a and 25b.

[0039] The main valve block 13a has an input port communicating with the supply connection port 26, two output ports communicating with the respective output connection ports 27a and 27b, and two exhaust ports communicating with the exhaust connection ports 28a and 28b. These ports are not shown in the figure. A main valve shaft (not shown) is embedded within the main valve block 13a. The main valve shaft switches the flow path between a position where the supply connection port 26 of the valve seat 15 is connected to one output connection port 27a to supply compressed air to the output port 22a, and a position where the supply connection port 26 is connected to the other output connection port 27b to supply compressed air to the output port 22b. When the output connection port 27a is connected to the output port 22a, the output port 22b is connected to the exhaust connection port 28b. When the output connection port 27b is connected to the output port 22b, the output port 22a is connected to the exhaust connection port 28a.

[0040] The manifold solenoid valve 10 has two piping blocks 16a and 16b, allowing compressed air to be supplied from both supply ports 18 to the supply port 24. However, it is also possible to provide only one of the two piping blocks 16a and 16b. A cover part 23a, which is identical in shape to the connector plate 23, is detachably mounted on the surface of the main valve block 13a. If the cover part 23a and the connector plate 23 are replaced, the manifold solenoid valve 10 is configured such that the output ports 22a and 22b are mounted on the main valve block 13a.

[0041] At least one solenoid, i.e., a coil, is embedded within the solenoid block 13b. Pilot gas is supplied to the piston mounted on the main valve shaft via a drive signal supplied to the solenoid, driving the main valve shaft axially. Thus, the solenoid valve 11 is an indirect-operation type with a pilot solenoid valve. An exhaust port 31 for discharging the pilot gas supplied to the piston on the main valve shaft to the outside is provided in the valve seat body 20, and the exhaust port 31 communicates with the pilot port located in the main valve block 13a. In the case where the solenoid valve 11 is an externally piloted type, a pilot gas supply port 32 is provided in the valve seat 15 to supply pilot gas to the piston from the outside.

[0042] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, end block 33a is integrally formed with piping block 16a, and end block 33b is integrally formed with piping block 16b. The manifold solenoid valve 10 can be mounted on a support platform (not shown) by installing screws in the mounting holes 34 provided in each end block 33a and 33b. Furthermore, the manifold solenoid valve 10 can be mounted on a DIN rail (not shown) by fixing end blocks 33a and 33b to the DIN rail.

[0043] like Figure 1As shown, power supply block 35 is mounted on end block 33a. Power supply block 35 has a connector bracket 36 for connecting a cable to an external controller. Connectors (not shown) disposed on connector bracket 36 are electrically connected to solenoids embedded in each solenoid block 13b. Thus, a drive signal from the controller is applied to each solenoid, controlling the supply of compressed air to the pneumatic working equipment by switching the flow path of the main valve shaft.

[0044] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, the connector housing 37 is formed on the back side of the valve seat body 20 with an opening in the solenoid valve mounting surface 21. Furthermore, a substrate mounting hole 38 is formed in the valve seat body 20, and the substrate mounting hole 38 extends through the width direction of the valve seat body 20. When the relay connector 41 is mounted on the connector housing 37 and the solenoid valve 11 is disposed on the solenoid valve mounting surface 21 of the valve seat 15, the fitting portion 13c provided with the solenoid terminal engages with the relay connector 41.

[0045] The base plate assembly 42 is inserted into the base plate mounting hole 38 from one side and mounted on the valve seat body 20. The base plate assembly 42 includes a base plate 43 and a base plate connector 44, and the base plate assembly 42 is formed by the combination of the base plate 43 and the base plate connector 44. When the valve seats 15 on which the base plate assembly 42 is mounted are brought into side contact with each other, the base plate 43 is mounted on the base plate connector 44 of the adjacent other valve seats 15, and the input terminal provided on the base plate 43 is connected to the connection terminal of the adjacent other base plate connector 44. Thus, all base plate assemblies 42 are connected and the wiring provided on the base plate assemblies 42 is connected, so that the drive signal from the controller is applied to each solenoid.

[0046] The solenoid valve 11 is available in single-sole valve (with a single solenoid) and double-sole valve (with two solenoids). The manifold solenoid valve 10 is available in forms that include either a single-sole valve or a double-sole valve, or a combination of both. Furthermore, the wiring specifications for the manifold solenoid valve 10 include a positive common type (using the positive terminal of the solenoid, i.e., the coil, as a common terminal) and a negative common type (using the negative terminal as a common terminal).

[0047] Figure 8 This is a wiring diagram of the solenoid valve and the baseboard assembly when the wiring specification is positive common type. (A) indicates the case where the solenoid valve is a double solenoid valve, and (B) indicates the case where the solenoid valve is a single solenoid valve. On the other hand, Figure 9 This is a wiring diagram of the solenoid valve and the baseboard assembly when the wiring specification is a negative common valve. (A) indicates that the solenoid valve is a double solenoid valve, and (B) indicates that the solenoid valve is a single solenoid valve.

[0048] exist Figure 8 and Figure 9In the accompanying drawings, regarding the solenoid valve 11, a double solenoid valve is indicated by reference numeral 11a, and a single solenoid valve is indicated by reference numeral 11b. Regarding the relay connector 41, the positive common type is indicated by reference numeral 41a (first relay connector), and the negative common type is indicated by reference numeral 41b (second relay connector). Furthermore, regarding the base plate assembly 42, the base plate assembly 42 of the double solenoid valve is indicated by reference numeral 42a, and the base plate assembly 42 of the single solenoid valve is indicated by reference numeral 42b. Figure 8 and Figure 9 The diagram shows a schematic representation of the wiring pattern consisting of substrate 43 and substrate connector 44.

[0049] The double solenoid valve 11a has solenoid terminals on the positive and negative sides of the first solenoid SOL.A and the second solenoid SOL.B, for a total of four solenoid terminals. The single solenoid valve 11b has solenoid terminals on the positive and negative sides of a single solenoid SOL.A, for a total of two solenoid terminals.

[0050] The relay connectors 41a and 41b have four solenoid-side connection portions 1 to 4 that connect to the solenoid terminals.

[0051] like Figure 8 As shown in (A), the positive common type relay connector 41a connected to the double solenoid valve 11a has a first base plate side connection portion A connected to the solenoid side connection portion 2. This base plate side connection portion A is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (negative terminal) on one side of the first solenoid SOL.A via a first internal wiring. The relay connector 41a has a second base plate side connection portion B connected to the solenoid side connection portion 4. This base plate side connection portion B is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (negative terminal) on one side of the second solenoid SOL.B via a second internal wiring. The relay connector 41a has a common connection portion, namely the common base plate side connection portion COM (common connection portion COM), connected to the two solenoid side connection portions 1 and 3. This base plate side connection portion COM is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (positive side) on the other side of each of the first solenoid SOL.A and the second solenoid SOL.B via a third internal wiring.

[0052] like Figure 8 As shown in (B), when the relay connector 41a is connected to the single solenoid valve 11b, the solenoid terminal (negative side) on one side of the solenoid SOL.A is connected to the solenoid-side connection part 2, and the substrate-side connection part A is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (negative terminal) on one side of the solenoid SOL.A via internal wiring. The solenoid terminal (positive side) on the other side of the solenoid SOL.A is connected to the solenoid-side connection part 1, and the shared substrate-side connection part COM is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (positive side) on the other side of the solenoid SOL.A via internal wiring.

[0053] As a relay connector 41a connected to the single solenoid valve 11b, it does not require a substrate-side connection portion B and internal wiring connected thereto. Therefore, the relay connector 41a connected to the single solenoid valve 11b may or may not have a substrate-side connection portion B and internal wiring connected thereto.

[0054] like Figure 9 As shown in (A), the negative common type relay connector 41b connected to the double solenoid valve 11a has a first base plate side connection portion A connected to the solenoid side connection portion 1. This base plate side connection portion A is electrically connected to a solenoid terminal (positive terminal) on one side of the first solenoid SOL.A via a first internal wiring. The relay connector 41b has a second base plate side connection portion B connected to the solenoid side connection portion 3. This base plate side connection portion B is electrically connected to a solenoid terminal (positive terminal) on one side of the second solenoid SOL.B via a second internal wiring. The relay connector 41b has a common connection portion, namely a common base plate side connection portion COM, connected to the two solenoid side connection portions 2 and 4. This base plate side connection portion COM is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (negative side) on the other side of each of the first solenoid SOL.A and the second solenoid SOL.B via a third internal wiring.

[0055] like Figure 9 As shown in (B), when the relay connector 41b is connected to the single solenoid valve 11b, the solenoid terminal (positive side) on one side of the solenoid SOL.A is connected to the solenoid-side connection part 1, and the substrate-side connection part A is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (positive terminal) on one side of the solenoid SOL.A via internal wiring. The solenoid terminal (negative side) on the other side of the solenoid SOL.A is connected to the solenoid-side connection part 2, and the shared substrate-side connection part COM is electrically connected to the solenoid terminal (negative side) on the other side of the solenoid SOL.A via internal wiring.

[0056] As a relay connector 41b connected to the single solenoid valve 11b, it does not require a substrate-side connection portion B and internal wiring connected thereto. That is, the relay connector 41b connected to the single solenoid valve 11b may or may not have a substrate-side connection portion B and internal wiring connected thereto.

[0057] like Figure 8 and Figure 9 As shown, the internal wiring structure of the repeater connector 41 differs in the positive common type 41a and the negative common type 41b. By preparing two different internal wiring structures, the resin parts of the two repeater connectors 41a and 41b can be shared, thereby allowing the repeater connectors 41a and 41b to be manufactured using a single resin molding mold.

[0058] like Figure 8 (A) Figure 9As shown in (A), the dual-wire substrate assembly 42a of the dual-solenoid valve 11a has a first output terminal SOL1 connected to a first substrate-side connection portion A of the relay connectors 41a and 41b, a second output terminal SOLb connected to a second substrate-side connection portion B, and a third output terminal SOLc as a common output terminal connected to a common substrate-side connection portion COM. These output terminals are provided at the ends of the substrate assembly 42a.

[0059] like Figure 8 (B) Figure 9 As shown in (B), the single-wire substrate assembly 42b of the single solenoid valve has a first output terminal SOLa connected to the first substrate-side connection portion A of the relay connectors 41a and 41b, and a second output terminal SOLc as a common output terminal connected to the common substrate-side connection portion COM. These output terminals are disposed at the ends of the substrate assembly 42b.

[0060] Multiple input terminals IN1 to INn are arranged in a straight line on the substrate 43 at certain intervals. A shared connection terminal INc is arranged adjacent to the nth input terminal INn on the substrate 43. The number of input terminals n is set according to the maximum number of solenoid valves 11 constituting a set of manifold solenoid valves 10. On one side of each substrate assembly 42a, 42b is a substrate connector 44. Multiple connection terminals OUT1 to OUTn are arranged in a straight line on the substrate connector 44 at certain intervals. A shared connection terminal OUTc is arranged adjacent to the nth connection terminal OUTn on the substrate connector 44. The number of connection terminals n is the same as the number of input terminals.

[0061] In the substrate assembly 42a of the dual-sonic valve 11a, the first output terminal SOLa is connected to the first input terminal IN1 via output wiring 46a, and the input terminal IN1 is connected to the first substrate-side connection portion A. The second output terminal SOLb is connected to the second input terminal IN2 via output wiring 46b, and the input terminal IN2 is connected to the second substrate-side connection portion B. The common output terminal SOLc is connected to the common input terminal INc and the common connection terminal OUTc via the dashed common connection wiring 46c. The first to the (n-2)th connection terminals OUT1 to OUTn-2 are respectively connected to the third and subsequent input terminals IN3 to INn via connection wiring 46d.

[0062] On the other hand, in the substrate assembly 42b of the single solenoid valve 11b, the first output terminal SOLa is connected to the first input terminal IN1 via output wiring 46a, and the input terminal IN1 is connected to the first substrate-side connection portion A. The common output terminal SOLc is connected to the common input terminal INc and the common connection terminal OUTc via the dashed common connection wiring 46c. The first to the (n-1)th connection terminals OUT1 to OUTn-1 are respectively connected to the second and subsequent input terminals IN2 to INn via connection wiring 46d. The connection terminals of each substrate assembly 42a and 42b are in contact with the input terminals of adjacent other substrate assemblies. Thus, the wiring patterns of substrate assemblies 42a and 42b are different.

[0063] like Figure 5 As shown, the relay connector 41 has a connector body 51, which is provided with solenoid-side connecting portions 1 to 4 for connection with solenoid terminals. Base plate-side connecting portions A, B, and COM are located on the opposite side of the solenoid-side connecting portions 1 to 4 and are provided on the base 52 of the connector body 51. The base 52 of the relay connector 41 is mounted to a mounting hole 53 provided on the valve seat body 20.

[0064] like Figure 5 and Figure 7 As shown, an end wall portion 54 is provided on the back side of the valve seat body 20. A through hole 55 is formed in the end wall portion 54, penetrating the end wall portion 54 and communicating with the outside of the valve seat body 20 through the connector housing portion 37. A locking recess 56 is formed in the valve seat body 20 opposite to the through hole 55. The relay connector 41 has an exposed claw 57 that inserts into the through hole 55 and a locking claw 58 that engages with the locking recess 56. Therefore, when the relay connector 41 is inserted into the connector housing portion 37 and the base 52 is installed in the mounting hole 53, the exposed claw 57 enters the through hole 55, and the locking claw 58 engages with the locking recess 56. This prevents the relay connector 41 from falling out of the connector housing portion 37, and the exposed claw 57, as part of the relay connector 41, protrudes from the through hole 55.

[0065] As described above, the solenoid valve 11 constituting the manifold solenoid valve 10 has two specifications: a double solenoid valve 11a and a single solenoid valve 11b. The wiring specifications of the manifold solenoid valve 10 include positive common type and negative common type. In addition, solenoid valves and manifold solenoid valves also have specifications such as waterproof and explosion-proof. The shape of the relay connector 41 sometimes varies depending on the specifications. By differentiating at least the shape, pattern, and color of the portion of the relay connector 41 exposed from the through hole 55 according to the specifications, the specifications of the solenoid valve 11 or the manifold solenoid valve 10 can be determined.

[0066] The relay connector 41 includes a positive common type relay connector 41a and a negative common type relay connector 41b. The baseboard assembly 42 includes a dual-wire baseboard assembly 42a and a single-wire baseboard assembly 42b. By combining any one of the two types of relay connectors 41a and 41b with any one of the two types of baseboard assemblies 42a and 42b, as shown in Table 1, the valve seat 15 is configured as any one of the following four specifications: a positive common type dual solenoid valve, a positive common type single solenoid valve, a negative common type dual solenoid valve, and a negative common type single solenoid valve.

[0067] [Table 1]

[0068]

[0069] As described above, in order to externally display which of the four specifications the solenoid valve 11 constituting the manifold solenoid valve 10 is, the positive common type relay connector 41a connected to the dual-wire substrate assembly 42a is colored green, and the positive common type relay connector 41a connected to the single-wire substrate assembly 42b is colored blue. Furthermore, the negative common type relay connector 41b connected to the dual-wire substrate assembly 42a is colored gray, and the negative common type relay connector 41b connected to the single-wire substrate assembly 42b is colored pink.

[0070] The four repeater connectors 41, distinguished by color, are colored using pigments contained in the resin material during their respective resin molding processes. As described above, by sharing the resin portions of the two repeater connectors 41a and 41b, a single resin molding mold can be used to manufacture the two repeater connectors 41a and 41b representing the four specifications, thus improving the manufacturing efficiency of the repeater connectors.

[0071] Furthermore, since the specifications of the valve seat 15 are displayed using the relay connector 41, there is no need to set markings or text on the valve seat to indicate the mold corresponding to each specification; the valve seat can be manufactured using a single molding die. This improves the manufacturing efficiency of the valve seat and the assembly efficiency of the manifold solenoid valve 10. The specifications displayed via the relay connector 41 are not limited to the number of solenoids in the solenoid valve 11 or the wiring specifications of the manifold solenoid valve 10. For example, the shape, function, performance, components used, and corresponding specifications of the manifold solenoid valve 10 or the solenoid valve 11 that can be mounted can also be displayed.

[0072] Since the exposed claw 57, located in the through-hole 55, can be visually confirmed from the outside, the specifications of the solenoid valve 11 and the wiring specifications of the manifold solenoid valve 10 can be identified from the outside based on the color of the exposed claw 57. Furthermore, when assembling the manifold solenoid valve 10, it is necessary to distinguish the type of relay connector 41 installed on the valve seat 15 according to the type of solenoid valve 11, but the type can be distinguished by color, thereby improving assembly efficiency.

[0073] like Figure 5 As shown, there is one exposed claw 57, and two engaging claws 58 are formed by two claws with a width smaller than that of the exposed claw 57. Furthermore, the width of the engaging claws 58 is smaller than the width of the through hole 55, therefore the engaging claws 58 do not engage with the through hole 55. Thus, by making the shapes of the exposed claws 57 and the engaging claws 58 different, it is possible to prevent incorrect installation of the relay connector 41 relative to the valve seat 15 when installing the relay connector 41, thereby improving installation operability.

[0074] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the through hole 55 has an outer engaging surface 55a that engages with the front end face of the exposed claw 57, and the engaging recess 56 has an inner engaging surface 56a that engages with the front end face of the engaging claw 58. Figure 5 As shown, the length L1 from the surface abutting the base 52 of the relay connector 41 in the valve seat body 20 to the outer engagement surface 55a is set to be smaller than the length L2 to the inner engagement surface 56a. Thus, the engagement positions of the relay connector 41 are different on the outer engagement surface 55a and the inner engagement surface 56a, thereby preventing misinstallation of the relay connector 41 relative to the valve seat 15.

[0075] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, one side of the valve seat 15 is a substrate insertion surface 15a, and the substrate assembly 42 is inserted into the substrate mounting hole 38 from the substrate insertion surface 15a side. Multiple input terminals are arranged in a straight line at certain intervals on the side of the substrate 43, and the input terminals are located on both the front and back surfaces of the substrate 43. Figure 5 and Figure 6 In the figure, one of the multiple input terminals located on both sides of the substrate 43 is marked with the reference numeral IN.

[0076] A substrate connector 44 mounted on another side of substrate 43 has a slit 60 for insertion of substrate 43 of adjacent other substrate assemblies 42. Connecting terminals are arranged linearly at intervals on the inner surface of the slit 60. Figure 5 and Figure 6In the figure, one of the multiple input terminals provided on the inner surface of the slit 60 is marked with the reference numeral OUT. When the substrate 43 of another substrate assembly 42 is inserted into the substrate connector 44 of one substrate assembly 42, each input terminal IN provided on the substrate 43 of the other substrate assembly 42 is connected to each connection terminal OUT of one substrate assembly 42.

[0077] Figure 10 (A) is a top view showing the state of two substrate assemblies 42 combined. On one substrate connector 44, multiple connection terminals OUT are arranged vertically and vertically, protruding from the slit 60. Input terminals IN are provided on both the front and back surfaces of substrate 43, and these input terminals IN are connected to the connection terminals OUT via connection wiring 46d. Therefore, when substrate 43 of another substrate assembly 42 is inserted into the slit 60 of substrate connector 44 of one substrate assembly 42, the connection terminals OUT and input terminals IN are connected.

[0078] Alternatively, the input terminal IN and the common input terminal INc can be disposed on the substrate connector 44, and the connection terminal OUT and the common connection terminal OUTc can be disposed on the substrate 43.

[0079] The aforementioned first output terminal SOLa, second output terminal SOLb, and third output terminal SOLc are disposed at the end of the substrate 43. Figure 11 As shown, the first output pin 61, the second output pin 62, and the third output pin 63, which are connected to conductors serving as each output terminal, are mounted on the back side of the substrate 43. Each output pin 61 to 63 protrudes from the back side of the substrate 43 and has an L-shape with an insertion portion 61a to 63a extending parallel to the substrate 43 in the width direction of the substrate assembly 42, thus forming an output terminal.

[0080] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, a pin support portion 64 is provided on the valve seat body 20, and three pin insertion holes 65 are provided on the pin support portion 64 corresponding to the three output pins 61 to 63. Therefore, when the substrate assembly 42 is mounted in the substrate mounting hole 38, each output pin 61 to 63 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 65.

[0081] Figure 7This refers to one side 15b of the valve seat 15, which is the side opposite to the substrate insertion surface 15a. One end of the lead 66 is mounted to each pin insertion hole 65 from the side opposite to the pin insertion hole 65, and the other end of the lead 66 is mounted to the substrate-side connection portion of the relay connector 41. Thus, the output pin 61, which serves as the first output terminal, is connected to the first substrate-side connection portion A of the relay connector 41, the output pin 62, which serves as the second output terminal, is connected to the second substrate-side connection portion B, and the output pin 63, which serves as the third output terminal, is connected to the third substrate-side connection portion COM.

[0082] The base plate assembly 42b of the single solenoid valve can be in a form without the output pin 62, or the output pin 62 can be set virtually.

[0083] Figure 12 (A) indicates the side 15b of valve seat 15. Figure 12 (B) is Figure 12 (A) is a cross-sectional view along line 12B-12B. When the substrate assembly 42 is mounted in the substrate mounting hole 38, as shown... Figure 12 As shown in (B), the portion of the connecting terminal located on the side of the substrate 43 protrudes from the side 15b of the valve seat 15. The side of the substrate connector 44 is substantially flush with the substrate insertion surface 15a of the valve seat 15 and is exposed to the outside. When the sides of the valve seats 15 on which the substrate assemblies 42 are respectively mounted abut against each other, the substrate 43 of the other substrate assemblies is inserted into the slit 60 of one of the substrate connectors 44.

[0084] like Figure 5 and Figure 13 As shown, the surface of the substrate connector 44 is provided with multiple engaging protrusions 72a to 72c. Engaging protrusions 72a and 72c are linearly symmetrical L-shaped, while engaging protrusion 72b is T-shaped. (The text repeats itself here.) Figure 6 As shown, engaging protrusions 72a to 72c are also provided on the back of the substrate connector 44. (As shown...) Figure 5 As shown, the valve seat body 20 is provided with engaging claws 73, which engage with engaging protrusions 72a and 72c when the base plate assembly 42 is installed in the base plate mounting hole 38. By engaging the engaging claws 73 with the engaging protrusions 72a and 72c, the base plate assembly 42 is positioned and fixed in a predetermined position on the valve seat body 20.

[0085] like Figure 11 and Figure 13As shown, a substrate connector support surface 71 is provided on the valve seat 15, and a base contact surface 76 is provided on the engaging protrusions 72a to 72c. When the substrate assembly 42 is installed in the substrate mounting hole 38, the base contact surface 76 abuts against the substrate connector support surface 71 and is supported thereunder, and the substrate assembly 42 is positioned at a predetermined position on the valve seat body 20. In this way, the substrate assembly 42 is supported by the substrate connector 44 abutting against the valve seat 15.

[0086] like Figure 13 As shown, multiple protrusions 74a and 74b protrude from the side 15b onto the valve seat body 20. Protrusion 74a is quadrilateral, and protrusion 74b is L-shaped. On the valve seat body 20, corresponding to each protrusion 74a and 74b, recesses 75 are provided with openings in the substrate insertion surface 15a for insertion of protrusions 74 of adjacent substrate assemblies 42. Furthermore, the shape of the protrusion 74b corresponds to that of the engaging protrusion 72b and is inserted between the engaging protrusion 72b and the engaging claw 73. Thus, when the sides are brought into contact and the multiple valve seats 15 abut, adjacent valve seats 15 are in a state of protrusion engagement 74, and adjacent valve seats 15 are arranged in a predetermined positional relationship.

[0087] This invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from its spirit. The solenoid valve 11 may also be a direct-operation type, where the valve core is directly driven by a solenoid, rather than an indirect-operation type that uses a pilot solenoid valve to control pilot gas to drive the main valve shaft. Alternatively, a shut-off valve for stopping the supply of air to the individual solenoid valve 11, an air supply block for directly supplying air to the solenoid valve 11 individually, and an exhaust block for independently discharging air from the solenoid valve 11 may be provided between the solenoid valve 11 and the valve seat 15, thereby mounting the solenoid valve 11 on the valve seat in a manner that does not abut against the valve seat 15. Furthermore, the valve seat 15 may not be equipped with the solenoid valve 11, but instead with a plate that seals the supply connection hole 26, the output connection holes 27a, 27b, and the exhaust connection holes 28a, 28b.
