[0032] The support plates 13a, 13b are L-shaped brackets that are fixed to the mounting plate 11, support the main body 16 of the casing 12, and guide the position adjustment of the casing 12 in the depth direction. In the present embodiment, the support plates 13a, 13b have two support plates, the upper-side support plate 13a and the lower-side support plate 13b. In the following description, the support plates 13 are referred to as the support plate 13 without particular distinction.

[0033] The support plate 13 has a fixing plate 13c that is fixed to the mounting plate 11, and a guide plate 13d that is perpendicular to the fixing plate 13c. The guide plate 13d of the support plate 13 passes through a hole provided in the mounting plate 11 from the shaft side. Furthermore, the fixing plate 13c of the support plate 13 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 from the shaft side by a threaded member that is not shown.

[0034] The screw head of the screw 14 faces the landing side, and the screw 14 passes through the threaded hole 11a and the threaded hole 16a. Furthermore, the screw 14 has an external thread portion that fixes the main body 16 of the casing 12 to the mounting plate 11 by engaging with the internal thread portions of the threaded hole 11a and the threaded hole 16a.

[0035] The screw 14 passes through the center of a spring 15a that is a first spring. The spring 15a is located between the mounting plate 11 and the main body 16 of the casing 12, and presses the main body 16 of the casing 12 from the shaft side to the landing side.

[0036] The panel 18 is a plate that covers the opening on the landing side of the main body 16, and is fixed to the threaded seat 17 of the casing 12 by the fixing screw 18c. Figure 3is a front view of the landing operation panel 10. The panel 18 is provided with an upper button 18a and a lower button 18b which are operated by a user or an operator. Above and below the upper button 18a and the lower button 18b of the panel 18, a threaded hole 18d is provided on the upper side, and a threaded hole 18e is provided on the lower side.

[0037] The threaded hole 18d and the threaded hole 18e are provided with an internal thread portion through which the fixing screw 18c is passed. [0038] As shown in Figure 4 , the threaded hole 11a and the threaded hole 16a provided in the mounting plate 11 and the main body 16 of the housing 12 are in an opposed position to the threaded hole 17c and the threaded hole 18d provided in the screw seat 17a of the housing 12 and the panel 18, respectively, where the threaded hole 11a and the threaded hole 16a are the threaded holes of the screw 14 as the first adjustment screw, and the threaded hole 17c and the threaded hole 18d are the threaded holes of the fixing screw 18c. Therefore, in the case where the fixing screw 18c is removed, the screw 14 can be operated by using the screwdriver 40 inserted from the threaded hole 17c and the threaded hole 18d.

[0039] Next, the mounting operation of the landing operation panel 10 in the present embodiment will be described.

[0040] The operator who mounts the landing operation panel 10 to the building wall 20 first fixes the mounting plate 11 to the hoistway side of the through-hole 20a provided in the building wall 20. Specifically, the operator covers the through-hole 20a from the hoistway side with the mounting plate 11, and fixes the mounting plate 11 to the building wall 20 around the through-hole 20a using anchor bolts.

[0041] Next, the operator fixes the support plate 13 to the mounting plate 11. Specifically, the guide plate 13d of the support plate 13 is inserted into the hole provided in the mounting plate 11 from the hoistway side, and the fixing plate 13c is threadedly fixed to the mounting plate 11.

[0042] Next, the operator inserts the housing 12 into the through-hole 20a from the landing side. At this time, the screw 14 is passed through the threaded hole 16a provided in the main body 16 of the housing 12 from the side which is the landing side at the time of installation, and the spring 15a is passed through the portion which protrudes toward the hoistway side, and then the housing 12 is inserted into the through-hole 20a.

[0043] Next, the worker fixes the housing 12 to the mounting plate 11 in a manner that the position of the housing 12 in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a is adjustable. Specifically, the worker passes the screw 14 through the threaded hole 11a of the mounting plate 11, and engages the external threaded portion of the screw 14 with the internal threaded portion of the threaded hole 11a using the screwdriver 40. At this time, the worker does not rotate the screw 14 until it no longer rotates, but adjusts the position of the housing 12 and temporarily fixes it so that the housing 12 slightly protrudes toward the landing side.

[0044] Then, the panel 18 is mounted to the temporarily fixed housing 12. Specifically, the threaded hole 18d of the panel 18 and the threaded hole 17c of the threaded seat 17a, and the threaded hole 18e of the panel 18 and the threaded hole 17d of the threaded seat 17b are overlapped, respectively, and the fixing screw 18c is passed through and fixed using the screwdriver 40.

[0045] After that, the worker continues the installation work of the elevator while the housing 12 is temporarily fixed. Then, after the building wall 20 is completed, the worker uses the screwdriver 40 to remove only the fixing screw 18c that passes through the threaded hole 18d and the threaded hole 17c and fixes the upper portion of the panel 18, among the fixing screws 18c that fix the panel 18.

[0046] Then, the worker inserts the screwdriver 40 into the threaded hole 18d and the threaded hole 17c, and operates the screw 14. Specifically, the screw 14 is rotated, the position of the housing 12 is adjusted toward the shaft side, and the housing 12 is set in the normal position. Then, the worker passes the fixing screw 18c through the threaded hole 18d and the threaded hole 17c again, and fixes the panel 18 using the screwdriver 40.

[0047] According to the above, it is possible to provide a landing operation panel 10 and a method of installing the landing operation panel 10, in which the position of the housing 12 in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a of the building wall 20 is adjustable regardless of the area and shape of the through-hole 20a. For example, even in the case where the landing operation panel 10 is installed in a through-hole 20a larger than the illustrated through-hole 20a, the worker can change the position of the support plate 13 by changing the position and size of the hole provided in the mounting plate 11.

[0048] Further, in the present embodiment, the spring 15a is provided between the mounting plate 11 and the housing 12. Therefore, during the adjustment of the position of the housing 12, even in the case where the housing 12 is moved excessively toward the shaft side, the housing 12 is moved again toward the landing side as long as the screw 14 is loosened.

[0049] Embodiment 2

[0050] In Embodiment 1, the support plate 13 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 and the position of the support plate 13 in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a cannot be adjusted. In the present embodiment, the support plate 13 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 in a manner that the position in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a can be adjusted. The use Figure 5 The structure of the present embodiment will be described focusing on the difference between the embodiments. Figure 5 is a side view of the landing operation panel 10 in which the main body 16 of the housing 12 is temporarily fixed in Embodiment 2. In addition, in Figure 5 , the threaded seat 17 and the panel 18 are omitted.

[0051] In Embodiment 1, the support plate 13 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 by a threaded member not shown. In the present embodiment, the support plate 13 is fixed by the adjustment screw 19 as a second adjustment screw in a manner that the position in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a can be adjusted.

[0052] In Embodiment 2, two support plates 13a, 13b are fixed to the mounting plate 11 by one adjustment screw 19 respectively. The adjustment screw 19 has a bolt 19a and a nut 19b.

[0053] The bolt 19a is fixed to the shaft side of the mounting plate 11 by welding and passes through a hole provided in the fixing plate 13c of the support plate 13. The nut 19b engages with the bolt 19a that has passed through the hole of the support plate 13 on the shaft side.

[0054] Further, the bolt 19a passes through the center of the spring 15b as a second spring. The spring 15b is located between the surface on the shaft side of the mounting plate 11 and the surface on the landing side of the fixing plate 13c of the support plate 13 and presses the fixing plate 13c of the support plate 13 from the landing side to the shaft side.

[0055] Next, the mounting operation of the support plate 13 in the mounting operation of the landing operation panel 10 in the present embodiment will be described.

[0056] After the mounting plate 11 is fixed to the through-hole 20a, the worker passes the spring 15b through the two bolts 19a fixed to the mounting plate 11 respectively.

[0057] Next, the worker passes the guide plate 13d of the support plates 13a, 13b through the hole provided in the mounting plate 11. Then, the worker passes the bolt 19a through the hole provided in the fixing plate 13c. Further, the worker fixes the support plate 13 to the mounting plate 11 by engaging the nut 19b with the bolt 19a.

[0058] In the case where the worker adjusts the position of the support plate 13 in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a, the adjustment is performed by rotating the nut 19b. The more the nut 19b is tightened, the more the support plate 13 moves to the landing side. Further, in the case where the nut 19b is loosened, the support plate 13 is pressed to the shaft side by the spring 15b, and thus moves to the shaft side.

[0059] According to the above, it is possible to adjust the position of the support plate 13 in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a. Thereby, it is possible to adjust the length of the guide plate 13d of the support plate 13 in accordance with the depth in the depth direction of the through-hole 20a.

[0060] The above describes the embodiments, but the present application is not limited to the present embodiments, and the following shows a modification.

[0061] In the embodiments 1 and 2, the first adjustment screw is the screw 14, and in the embodiment 2, the second adjustment screw is the adjustment screw 19 including the bolt 19a and the nut 19b, but is not limited thereto. For example, in order to solve the problem, it is also possible to make the first adjustment screw a bolt fixed to the landing side of the mounting plate 11 and passing through a hole provided in the main body 16 of the housing 12, and a nut engaged with the bolt on the landing side of the main body 16, instead of the screw 14.

[0062] In the embodiments, the spring 15a and the spring 15b pass through the center of the screw 14 and the bolt 19a, respectively, in order to efficiently transmit the pressing force of the spring 15a and the spring 15b. Therefore, the positions of the spring 15a and the spring 15b are not limited thereto, and can be located between the housing 12 and the mounting plate 11 or between the support plate 13 and the mounting plate 11, respectively.

[0063] In the embodiments, the support plate 13 is an L-shaped fitting, but in order to solve the problem, it is not limited thereto, and can be any member as long as it is a member that can be fixed to the mounting plate 11 in the mounting work of the landing operation panel 10, supports the housing 12, and guides the adjustment of the position of the housing 12 in the depth direction.

[0064] In the embodiments, the mounting plate 11 is a plate material fixed so as to cover the shaft side of the through-hole 20a, but in order to solve the problem, it is sufficient to cover at least a part of the through-hole 20a. This is because, in the case where the first adjustment screw is the screw 14, it is sufficient that a threaded hole 11a through which the screw 14 passes is provided at a position from which the screw 14 can be operated from the landing side, and even in the case where the first adjustment screw is a bolt and a nut, it is sufficient that the bolt can be fixed to the landing side.
