The present disclosure performs an electrochemical hydrogen charging treatment on at least one side of the zirconium alloy to obtain a first substrate to be welded having at least one hydrogen-charged surface, and then brazing the first substrate to be welded on the hydrogen-charged surface of the first substrate to be welded, thereby at least achieving the effect of being able to weld the zirconium alloy at a lower temperature, and being able to enhance the bonding strength of the zirconium alloy's welding interface, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the welded joint.
