Fully automated funnel viscosity and rheology measuring instrument and test method

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of viscosity and rheological property measuring devices and testing methods, and relates to a full-automatic funnel viscosity and rheological property measuring instrument and a testing method. The former comprises a viscosity testing mechanism, a rheological property testing mechanism and a bearing support. The viscosity testing mechanism comprises a conical funnel and a mud tank, a grouting pipe is communicated with the upper part of the conical funnel, and the outlet at the bottom of the conical funnel is fixed in the mud tank. The measuring instrument integrates the viscosity testing mechanism and the rheological property testing mechanism, has viscosity testing and rheological property testing functions, is compact in structure and function, is convenient to carry, can realize full-automatic repeated testing of conventional performance of drilling fluid, has consistent repeatability of operation, greatly saves personnel cost, reduces labor intensity, realizes automatic measurement through single-chip microcomputer control of the running state of the measuring instrument, and has strong popularization and application value.
