[0024] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a connection structure to which the present invention is applied will be described.

[0025] <Implementation Method>

[0026] Figure 1 1 is a diagram showing a cross-sectional structure of a connection structure 100 according to an embodiment. The connection structure 100 includes a first member 110, a second member 120, a vibration reduction member 130, and a screw 140. Figure 1 In addition, also use Figures 2A to 7 to explain. Figure 2A as well as Figure 2B 2 is a diagram showing the first member 110 . Figure 3A as well as Figure 3B 2 is a diagram showing the second member 120 . FIG. 4A to FIG. 6 2 is a diagram showing the vibration reduction member 130 . Figure 7 1 is a diagram showing the screw 140 . Figure 2B Show Figure 2A The position of AA is the cross section viewed from AA in the Y direction. Figure 3B Show Figure 3A The position of BB is the cross section viewed from BB in the Y direction. Figure 6 Show Figure 4A The position of CC is the cross section viewed from CC in the Z direction.

[0027] The following is a description of the XYZ coordinate system. In addition, for convenience of explanation, the -Z direction side is referred to as the lower side or lower, and the +Z direction side is referred to as the upper side or upper, but this does not mean a general up-down relationship. In addition, the top view refers to the XY plane observation.

[0028] The connection structure 100 is a connection structure in which a first member 110 and a second member 120 that are arranged opposite to each other and can move relative to each other are connected using screws 140 via a vibration-damping member 130. Below, as an example, a method in which the second member 120 is fixed and the first member 110 can move (displace) in the 360-degree direction of the XY plane and the Z direction relative to the second member 120 is described. For example, it can be set as a structure that vibrates the first member 110 using a vibration element or the like. However, it can be that the first member 110 is fixed and the second member 120 can move, or it can be that the first member 110 and the second member 120 can move relatively and the first member 110 and the second member 120 can move together relative to other components.

[0029] The first member 110 has a screw boss 111, a screw hole 112, and a first contact portion 113. The first member 110 is made of resin, for example, and is a part of an integrally molded component. However, the first member 110 may be made of a material other than resin.

[0030] The threaded boss 111 is an example of a convex support portion, and the cylindrical lower portion 111A of approximately the lower half protrudes downward relative to the base 110A of the first member 110, and cooperates with the cylindrical portion 131 of the vibration-damping member 130. In addition, the cylindrical upper portion 111B of approximately the upper half of the threaded boss 111 protrudes upward relative to the base 110A. It should be noted that here, the manner in which the lower portion 111A of approximately the lower half of the threaded boss 111 protrudes downward from the base 110A is described, but the threaded boss 111 only needs to have a cylindrical portion protruding downward from a reference position such as the base 110A or facing downward, or the entire threaded boss 111 may protrude downward from the base 110A.

[0031] The screw hole 112 is provided from the lower end surface 111A1 of the lower portion 1114 toward the inside of the screw boss 111, and a screw groove is formed on the inner wall. The lower end surface 111A1 is an example of a protruding end of the convex support portion. Here, as an example, the screw hole 112 is provided from the inside of the lower portion 111A to the inside of the upper portion 111B.

[0032] The first contact portion 113 is an annular portion of the base 110A located around the lower portion 111A of the screw boss 111. The first contact portion 113 contacts the upper surface (an example of a first contact surface) of the flange portion 132 of the vibration damping member 130. The lower surface of the first contact portion 113 is flat.

[0033] The second member 120 has a cup portion 121, a second contact portion 122, and a through hole 123. The second member 120 is made of resin, for example, and is a part of an integrally molded component. However, the second member 120 may be made of a material other than resin.

[0034] The cup portion 121 is an example of a concave support portion. The cup portion 121 is composed of a cylindrical wall portion 121A and a bottom wall 121B protruding upward from the base portion 120A of the second member 120, and has a cylindrical recess 121C inside. The recess 121C is a portion surrounded by the wall portion 121A and the bottom wall 121B. The bottom wall 121B is an example of the bottom of the concave support portion. The inner peripheral surface of the wall portion 121A of the cup portion 121 is fitted with the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 131 of the vibration damping member 130.

[0035] Here, the cup portion 121 is described as being composed of a cylindrical wall portion protruding upward from the base portion 120A, but the cup portion 121 may be of any shape as long as it has a cylindrical recess 121C. For example, the cup portion 121 may be a recess that is cylindrically recessed from the upper surface of a plate-like member that is thicker than the base portion 120A and extends parallel to the XY plane.

[0036] The second abutting portion 122 is an annular portion at the upper end of the cup portion 121. The second abutting portion 122 is opposed to the first abutting portion 113 of the first member 110. The upper surface of the second abutting portion 122 is flat. The second abutting portion 122 abuts against the lower surface (an example of a second abutting surface) of the flange portion 132 of the vibration damping member 130.

[0037] The through hole 123 of the second member 120 is a hole portion that penetrates the bottom 121B of the cup portion 121 in the up-down direction. The through hole 123 is circular in a plan view and is located at the center of the bottom 121B in a plan view. The through hole 123 provided in the center of the bottom wall 121B of the cup portion 121 is connected to the recess 121C and penetrates the cup portion 121 in the up-down direction. The opening diameter of the through hole 123 is smaller than the opening diameter of the upper recess 121C.

[0038] The vibration damping member 130 has a cylindrical portion 131, a flange portion 132, a rib 133, and a convex portion 134. The vibration damping member 130 is formed of an elastically deformable material, such as rubber (silicone rubber, etc.). The vibration damping member 130 is provided between the first member 110 and the second member 120, and functions as a buffer.

[0039] The cylindrical portion 131 is a cylindrical portion having a through hole 131A and an annular portion 131B that penetrate in the axial direction (Z direction). A flange portion 132 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 131, and ribs 133 are provided on the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface. The through hole 131A of the vibration damping member 130 penetrates the central portion of the cylindrical portion 131 of such a structure from the upper end to the lower end. The opening diameter of the through hole 131A in the central portion of the annular portion 131B is smaller than that of the upper end side of the cylindrical portion 131.

[0040] The flange 132 is an annular portion provided radially outward from the outer circumference of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 131. Here, the flange 132 is provided on the outer circumference of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 131, but the flange 132 may also be provided from the outer circumference below the upper end of the cylindrical portion 131 toward the radial outward.

[0041] The rib 133 is an example of a first vibration absorbing portion, and includes ribs 133A and 133B. The rib 133A is a ridge-shaped protrusion provided on the inner circumference of the cylindrical portion 131, and the rib 133B is a ridge-shaped protrusion provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion 131. The ribs 133A and 133B are extended in the axial direction (Z direction) of the cylindrical portion 131. Hereinafter, when the ribs 133A and 133B are not particularly distinguished, they are simply referred to as ribs 133.

[0042] Ribs 133A and 133B are as follows Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , the ribs 133A and 133B are alternately arranged at equal intervals in the inner circumference and the outer circumference along the circumference of the cylindrical portion 131. The ribs 133A and 133B are arranged in a manner that they are staggered with each other within the circumference of the cylindrical portion 131 so that the positions in the circumferential direction are different. Each rib 133 extends from the upper end to the lower end along the axial direction (Z direction) of the cylindrical portion 131. More specifically, the upper end of the rib 133B contacts the lower surface of the flange portion 132, and the lower end of the rib 133A contacts the upper surface of the annular portion 131B at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 131.

[0043] The plurality of ribs 133A protrude radially inwardly of the cylindrical portion 131 so as to abut against the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion 111A when the vibration damping member 130 is inserted into the lower portion 111A of the threaded boss 111. In addition, the plurality of ribs 133B protrude radially outwardly of the cylindrical portion 131 so as to abut against the inner peripheral surface of the cup portion 121 when the vibration damping member 130 is inserted into the cup portion 121. The ribs 133A and 133B absorb the vibration of the first member 110 relative to the second member 120 in the XY direction.

[0044] The convex portion 134 is an example of a second vibration absorbing portion, and is provided on the upper surface of the flange portion 132. As an example, four convex portions 134 are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the flange portion 132. The convex portion 134 is, as an example, a truncated cone-shaped protrusion. The convex portion 134 abuts against the first abutting portion 113 of the first member 110, and is located between the first abutting portion 113 of the first member 110 and the second abutting portion 122 of the second member 120 abutting against the lower surface of the flange portion 132, absorbing the vibration of the first member 110 relative to the second member 120 in the Z direction.

[0045] The vibration reduction member 130 as described above has the following features: Figure 1 The dimensions are such that a gap (clearance) is formed between the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 131 (the lower surface of the annular portion 131B) of the vibration damping member 130 and the upper surface 121B2 of the bottom wall 121B of the cup portion 121 when the connection structure 100 is assembled as shown. In other words, the length of the portion of the cylindrical portion 131 below the flange portion 132 in the Z direction may be shorter than the length of the wall portion 121A of the cup portion 121 in the Z direction.

[0046] In addition, the vibration damping member 130 having the above-mentioned structure can be manufactured by a mold in the form of drawing in the vertical direction. This is because there are no radially recessed concave portions on the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the vibration damping member 130. Therefore, the vibration damping member 130 can be easily manufactured by a mold in the form of drawing in the vertical direction with a simple structure that does not have a sliding mechanism in the horizontal direction.

[0047] The screw 140 has a threaded portion 141, a column portion 142, a disk portion 143, and a screw head 144. The front end of the screw 140 is located on the upper side (+Z direction side). The threaded portion 141 is a portion where a thread groove is formed in a spiral shape, and has a size that can be engaged while forming a thread groove on the wall surface of the screw hole 112 of the threaded boss 111 of the first member 110 when screwed in. The threaded portion 141 is an example of the front end side of the screw 140.

[0048] The column 142 is located closer to the screw head 144 than the threaded portion 141, and is a columnar portion whose diameter is thicker than the threaded portion 141 and thinner than the through hole 131A of the vibration damping member 130. No thread groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the column 142. In addition, the diameter of the column 142 is smaller than the opening diameter of the through hole 123 of the second member 120, and is configured in a manner that a gap is generated in the radial direction when the column 142 is inserted into the through hole 123, and can vibrate to the left and right. The screw 140 is an example of a stepped screw in which the column 142 thicker than the threaded portion 141 is integrally provided.

[0049] It should be noted that, although the column 142 is described as a part of the screw 140, the column 142 may be a separate body. That is, the structure may be as follows: the column 142 of the screw 140 has an outer diameter equal to that of the threaded portion 141, and a columnar section with a thread groove formed until the disk 143, as in a general screw, and a cylindrical metal member having a length in the Z direction and an outer diameter equal to that of the column 142 is inserted through the threaded portion 141 and the columnar section.

[0050] The disk 143 is disposed between the column 142 and the screw head 144 and has a larger diameter than the column 142 and the screw head 144 and extends radially outward from the column 142 and the screw head 144. The disk 143 has a larger diameter than the opening diameter of the through hole 123 at the lower end of the second member 120.

[0051] The screw head 144 is provided at a position on the side opposite to the threaded portion 141 of the screw 140. In other words, the screw head 144 is provided on the lower side of the disk portion 143. A cross-shaped or straight-shaped groove 144A is provided on the lower surface side of the screw head 144.

[0052] In order to assemble the connection structure 100, as an example, the vibration damping member 130 is first inserted into the lower portion 111A of the threaded boss 111 of the first member 110. In this state, the rib 133A contacts the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion 111A. Next, the second member 120 is moved closer to the lower side of the first member 110, the vibration damping member 130 is inserted into the cup portion 121, and the screw 140 is inserted into the through hole 123 from the lower side of the second member 120.

[0053] Then, the threaded portion 141 is inserted into the screw hole 112 of the threaded boss 111, and the threaded portion 141 is screwed into the screw hole 112 until the upper end surface 142A of the column portion 142 abuts against the lower end surface 111A1 of the threaded boss 111. In this way, the screw 140 is threadedly fastened to the screw hole 112. As the positional relationship of the threaded portion 141, the column portion 142 and the disk portion 143 in the Z direction, it is sufficient as long as the upper end surface 143A of the disk portion 143 abuts against the lower surface 121B1 of the bottom wall 121B of the second member 120 before the upper end surface 142A of the column portion 142 abuts against the lower end surface 111A1 of the threaded boss 111 when the threaded portion 141 is screwed into the screw hole 112. That is, the length of the column 142 in the Z direction may be set in advance so that the thickness (length) of the flange 132 of the damping member 130 in the Z direction is compressed and becomes thinner (shorter) than the initial thickness (length) when the upper end surface 142A of the column 142 abuts against the lower end surface 111A1 of the threaded boss 111 .

[0054] According to the positional relationship of each part, Figure 1When the connection structure 100 is assembled as shown, the flange 132 and the convex portion 134 of the vibration damping member 130 are sandwiched between the first abutting portion 113 of the first member 110 and the second abutting portion 122 of the second member 120 and pressed in the Z direction to be slightly flattened and have an initial elastic force. In addition, the rib 133A of the vibration damping member 130 is in abutment with the outer peripheral surface of the threaded boss 111, and the rib 133B of the vibration damping member 130 is in abutment with the inner peripheral surface of the cup portion 121, so that the ribs 133 of the vibration damping member 130 are in a state of having an initial elastic force. In addition, there is a gap between the lower end surface of the vibration damping member 130 and the upper surface 121B2 of the bottom wall 121B of the cup portion 121. Furthermore, there is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the column portion 142 of the screw 140 and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 123 , and the upper end surface 143A of the disk portion 143 abuts against the lower surface 121B1 of the bottom wall 121B.

[0055] In this way, when the connecting structure 100 is assembled and the force in the direction of displacement of the first component 110 relative to the second component 120 in the XY plane and the force pressing the first component 110 downward are not applied to the first component 110, the position of the first component 110 is the initial position that is balanced with the initial elastic force of the vibration-damping component 130 inside.

[0056] Therefore, when a force in a direction that causes the first member 110 to displace relative to the second member 120 in the XY plane is applied from the outside, the cylindrical portion 131 and the ribs 133A and 133B are further elastically deformed, so that the first member 110 is displaced relative to the second member 120 in the XY plane. The displacement amount of the first member 110 is the displacement amount caused by the elastic deformation of the cylindrical portion 131 and the ribs 133A and 133B between the outer peripheral surface of the threaded boss 111 and the inner peripheral surface of the wall portion 121A of the cup portion 121. The ribs 133A and 133B are arranged in a wavy shape on the inside and outside relative to the cylindrical portion 131 when viewed from above, so the ribs 133A and 133B are deformed in a radially flattened manner and displaced in the radial direction. In addition, at this time, the cylindrical portion 131 itself is also radially flattened and slightly contracted. In this way, the vibration damping member 130 is displaced in the radial direction, so that the first member 110 can be displaced in the XY plane relative to the second member 120. When the force displacing the first member 110 in the XY plane is released, the elastic deformation is restored by the elastic force of the ribs 133A and 133B and the cylindrical portion 131 , and the first member 110 returns to its initial position relative to the second member 120 .

[0057] In addition, when a force pressing downward relative to the second member 120 is applied to the first member 110, a force is applied to the convex portion 134 and the convex portion 134 is flattened in the up-down direction, and the flange portion 132 is deformed, so that the convex portion 134 and the flange portion 132 are deformed in a manner thinner than the total thickness (length in the Z direction) of the convex portion 134 and the flange portion 132 before deformation. The four convex portions 134 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the annular flange portion 132, so the flange portion 132 receives the downward force at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the periphery of the portion provided with the convex portion 134 is deformed in a manner that it becomes more downwardly square (thinner) relative to the portion where the convex portion 134 is not provided.

[0058] When the convex portion 134 and the flange portion 132 are deformed, the column portion 142 of the screw 140 is only inserted into the through hole 123 with clearance but not engaged. Therefore, the screw 140 can be displaced downward relative to the second member 120 together with the first member 110 .

[0059] In this way, when a downward pressing force is applied to the first member 110, the first member 110 can be displaced relative to the second member 120. When the downward pressing force on the first member 110 is released, the elastic deformation of the convex portion 134 and the flange portion 132 is restored to its original state under the action of the elastic force, and the first member 110 returns to its initial position relative to the second member 120.

[0060] In the connection structure 100 as described above, the first member 110 and the second member 120 can be integrally formed, and the vibration-damping member 130 can be easily manufactured using a mold in the form of drawing in the up-down direction. To assemble the connection structure 100, as described above, the vibration-damping member 130 is embedded in the lower portion 111A of the lower side of the threaded boss 111 of the first member 110, the second member 120 is brought closer to the lower side of the first member 110 and the vibration-damping member 130 is embedded inside the cup portion 121, and the screw 140 is inserted into the through hole 123 from the lower side of the second member 120 and the threaded portion 141 is screwed into the screw hole 112. In this way, the connection structure 100 can be manufactured very easily.

[0061] Therefore, it is possible to provide a connection structure 100 that can be easily manufactured. In addition, when assembling the vibration damping member 130 to the first member 110 and the second member 120, it is possible to easily assemble by only moving in the up-down direction, so that it is easy to handle an automatic assembly machine that is difficult to handle in a structure that requires a manufacturing method including an action such as insertion from the lateral direction. Therefore, it is possible to reduce manufacturing costs.

[0062] Furthermore, the vibration damping member 130 has the ribs 130A and 130B and the protrusion 134 , and can therefore cope with lateral (direction in the XY plane) and longitudinal (Z direction) displacements of the first member 110 relative to the second member 120 , and can absorb lateral and longitudinal vibrations.

[0063] In addition, the ribs 133A and 133B are arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 131 so that the positions in the circumferential direction are different, so that they are easily elastically deformed in the radial direction, and can also be displaced in any direction in the XY plane of the first member 110, and can absorb vibrations, etc. In addition, the ribs 130A and 130B are arranged at equal intervals within the circumferential range of the cylindrical portion 131, so that the displacement in the lateral direction (direction in the XY plane) and the absorption of vibrations, etc. can be achieved in a balanced manner.

[0064] In addition, since the vibration damping member 130 has the convex portion 134 protruding from the upper surface of the flange portion 132, it is easy to elastically deform in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), can more reliably achieve displacement in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), and can absorb vibration in the longitudinal direction (Z direction).

[0065] In addition, the first component 110 has a threaded boss 111 formed with a screw hole 112, and a screw 140 is inserted into the through hole 123 of the second component 120, and the first component 110 and the second component 120 are assembled in a state where the flange portion 132 of the vibration-damping component 130 is clamped. Therefore, the flange portion 132 can be assembled in a state where it is flattened by a constant amount and can have an initial elastic force at an initial position.

[0066] Furthermore, when assembling the connection structure 100, the degree to which the flange portion 132 and the convex portion 134 of the vibration damping member 130 are crushed in the Z direction between the first abutting portion 113 and the second abutting portion 122 can be adjusted according to the position at which the upper end surface 142A of the column portion 142 of the screw 140 abuts against the lower end surface 111A1 of the screw boss 111. For example, the length of the column portion 142 in the Z direction can be changed to adjust the crushing degree, and the initial elastic force at the initial position of the vibration damping member 130 can be set to a desired value.

[0067] It should be noted that, in the above, the embodiment in which the vibration damping member 130 includes the ribs 133A and 133B has been described, but the vibration damping member 130 may include only one of the ribs 133A and 133B.

[0068] Furthermore, although the embodiment in which the convex portion 134 is provided on the upper surface of the flange portion 132 has been described, the convex portion 134 may be provided on the lower surface of the flange portion 132 .

[0069] As mentioned above, the connection structure of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention has been described, but the present invention is not limited to the specifically disclosed embodiment, and various deformations and changes can be made without departing from the technical scope of the patent.

[0070] It should be noted that the present international application claims priority based on Japanese patent application No. 2020-153251 filed on September 11, 2020, and the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
