Abstract

The application discloses a physical separation switch based on pressure spring control stroke, which comprises a shell with a cavity and a switch through hole, a jack piece, a pin piece and an insulating base are sequentially packaged in the shell, and the bottom of the insulating base is packaged by a bottom plate; the jack piece comprises a jack packaged on a jack fixing plate, a pressure spring is arranged in the jack, and a wire connecting groove is arranged on the inner side of the jack; the pin piece comprises a pin fixed on a pin fixing plate and matched with the jack, and a contact is arranged on the pin; a button provided with a reset spring penetrates through the jack piece, the pin piece and the insulating base, and extends out of the shell from the switch through hole; the reset spring is packaged between the pin piece and the insulating base, a lower step matched with the pin piece is arranged on the button, and an upper step matched with a limiting hole of the shell is arranged on the button. The application can not only ensure that the switch is turned on and turned off within a certain stroke, but also has reliable contact, and the elastic contact greatly improves the mechanical life of the physical switch.
