Liquid coating apparatus and process for p-type tvs

Abstract

This invention discloses a liquid coating device and process for P-type TVs, comprising a main body, a clamp, and a dust collector. A fixing frame is mounted on the outer wall of the main body, and a first motor is mounted on the outer wall of the fixing frame. A conveyor belt is mounted around the output end of the first motor. A second fixing ring is connected to one end of a clamping rod via a cable. This invention achieves automatic unloading by installing the fixing and clamping devices. A rod at the bottom of the fixing device is inserted into a socket, and the bottom of the rod squeezes the cable, causing the clamping rod to retract. Simultaneously, the cable tightens and passes through a first and second pulley, causing a lifting rod to rise and a load-bearing plate to rise. The clamping plate at the bottom of the fixing device passes over both ends of the diode and then clamps the diode. A second motor rotates, moving the diode above a collection box. The cable passes through a third and fourth pulley, causing the clamping plate to rotate, thereby releasing the diode, which falls into the collection box, thus achieving automatic unloading.
