Lithium supplementing equipment by dry method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of battery technology, specifically providing a dry-process lithium replenishment equipment to address the high risk associated with existing lithium replenishment equipment. To this end, the dry-process lithium replenishment equipment of this invention includes a feeding device, a film processing roller mechanism, a first spraying mechanism, a second spraying mechanism, and a film composite roller mechanism. The film processing roller mechanism can form a first film and a second film from the negative electrode fibrous active material. The first and second spraying mechanisms can spray an adhesive and inert lithium powder onto the surfaces of the two films, which are then composited by the film composite roller mechanism to form a lithium-containing film. This configuration allows the lithium replenishment equipment of this invention to form a lithium-containing film from the negative electrode fibrous active material and inert lithium powder. In practical applications, the lithium-containing film is then adhered to the negative electrode current collector to form a lithium-replenishing electrode sheet. This results in low risk and high efficiency in lithium replenishment. The lithium powder layer is sandwiched between the two films, thus providing effective protection for the lithium powder layer.
