A method and system for processing business traffic in a multi-CNI container network

Abstract

The present invention provides a method and system for processing service traffic in a multi-CNI container network, wherein the multi-CNI container network includes a first CNI network for carrying service management traffic and a second CNI network for carrying service data traffic, and the method includes the following steps: the first CNI network transmits the service management traffic generated by each container group to the kernel protocol stack on the host side of the multi-CNI container network through a first type of network card, and forwards the service management traffic according to a preset forwarding strategy; the second CNI network unloads the service data traffic generated by each container group to a DPU device through a second type of network card, and sends a flow table to the DPU device; the DPU device forwards the service data traffic using a pre-deployed traffic forwarding plane and flow table. The present invention can solve the problem of consuming a large amount of server CPU when processing traffic in a multi-CNI container network.
