Segmented insulation downlead structure of insulated optical unit of OPGW and construction method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a segmented insulation lead-down structure of an insulation optical unit of OPGW, which comprises a metal strand removing tool, a framework and a protective sleeve. The metal strand removing tool is used for removing all the metal strands of a segment of OPGW led down along a tower, so that the led-down OPGW forms upper and lower stranding parts, and the part of the insulation optical unit between the upper and lower stranding parts is exposed. The outer side of the framework is provided with a channel for clamping the exposed part of the insulation optical unit between the upper and lower stranding parts. The protective sleeve wraps the framework, the lower end of the upper stranding part and the upper end of the lower stranding part. The framework has an insulation part and / or the protective sleeve has an insulation part. The application makes the leading-down process of OPGW safe and efficient, and completes the connection of the optical fiber network quickly and at low cost. In addition, the OPGW realizes segmented insulation and single-point grounding, effectively supports energy saving and consumption reduction of power lines and OPGW ice melting.
