A method for rapid extraction of c-lignin by microwave and preparation of catechol monomer compounds by hydrogenolysis

By using a mixed solvent system of H2O-2-MeTHF and microwave heating technology, combined with hydrochloric acid catalysis, C-lignin was successfully separated and hydrogenated, solving the problem of the difficulty in separating C-type lignin and achieving efficient lignin structure preservation and highly selective preparation of catechol monomers.

Abstract

The application discloses a method for rapidly extracting C-lignin by microwave and preparing catechol monomer compounds by hydrogenolysis, and the method comprises the following steps: adding ball-milled stone chestnut raw materials, H2O / 2-MeTHF and hydrochloric acid into a microwave reaction kettle, sealing the microwave reaction kettle, heating to a specified temperature and keeping for a certain time, and then cooling; removing the solvent from the organic phase through filtration to obtain crude lignin; purifying the crude lignin to obtain C-type lignin; then adding the lignin into a hydrogenolysis reaction container, adding a catalyst and a solvent, heating, pressurizing, and stirring to make the lignin undergo hydrogenolysis reaction; after the reaction is completed, cooling and pressure relief are performed; filtering the solution obtained in the reaction, and taking the liquid part; removing the solvent to obtain lignin oil; the lignin oil comprises catechol compound monomers; and then performing silanization treatment. The chemical structure of the lignin obtained by the method is basically reserved, and in the hydrogenolysis process, propanol group catechol monomers can be obtained with high selectivity.
