Bent wave metal filter element, method for manufacturing the same and filtering device

Abstract

The application provides a corrugated metal filter element and a preparation method and a filtering device, and relates to the technical fields of powder metallurgy materials and filtration. The corrugated metal filter element uses a corrugated metal sheet as a transition layer, and through specific connection modes between the corrugated metal sheet and the corrugated flexible filter material and between the corrugated metal sheet and the flange and the bottom plate, the connection of the corrugated flexible filter material and the corrugated metal sheet can be realized, and the connection of the corrugated metal sheet and the bottom plate and the flange can also be realized. The corrugated metal filter element has the characteristics of simple structure, high temperature resistance, high strength and the like, so that the sealing effect and the service life of the corrugated metal filter element are significantly improved. In addition, the filter layer body in the corrugated metal filter element can be butt-jointed, and the total length of the butt-jointed filter layer body can be up to about 9 meters, so that the application of the corrugated metal filter element is further expanded. The application also provides a preparation method of the corrugated metal filter element, and the process flow is short, the production efficiency is high, and the production cost is low.
