Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of casting coolers, and in particular to a cooler used for casting equipment. Background Art
[0002] With the continuous development of casting technology, the requirements for cooling systems are also increasing. The new casting equipment cooler adopts a closed circulation water circuit design and realizes the circulation flow and temperature regulation of the coolant through intelligent control. The cooler can not only quickly reduce the temperature of the casting and improve the cooling efficiency, but also ensure the continuous low temperature of the coolant through the synergy of the cooling fan and the cooling grille. When the coolant temperature is too high, the system will automatically adjust the flow path and mix the low-temperature coolant to quickly cool it down. This cooler, with its high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection characteristics, provides an ideal cooling solution for the casting industry and promotes the continuous advancement and green development of casting technology.
[0003] The invention with authorization announcement number CN210146951U in the prior art is named as follows: A cooler for accelerated cooling of a casting sand box, comprising a cooling box, a liquid nitrogen box fixedly connected to the lower surface of the cooling box, and a pressure relief pipe connected to the upper surface of the liquid nitrogen box. In the present invention, by providing a cooling box, a liquid nitrogen box, a pressure relief pipe and a pressure relief valve, the liquid with heat passes through the first S-shaped condenser tube, the second S-shaped condenser tube and the third S-shaped condenser tube in sequence through the feed port. Since the third S-shaped condenser tube passes through the liquid nitrogen box, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen box will evaporate when encountering heat, and the evaporation will absorb heat, so it can As the hot liquid in the third S-shaped condenser is cooled, the air pressure in the liquid nitrogen box will increase. When the air pressure reaches a certain value, the pressure relief valve will automatically open, thereby reducing the pressure in the liquid nitrogen box. Although this patent uses a liquid nitrogen box to cool the hot liquid passing through the condenser and achieves an efficient cooling effect, there is a potential problem. Since the liquid may contain impurities, these impurities are likely to adhere to the inner wall of the condenser to form scale and other substances during long-term use. This may not only affect the cooling efficiency, but may also cause blockage of the condenser, thereby affecting the normal operation of the entire cooling system. Summary of the invention

[0026] The following will be combined with the embodiments of the present invention to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0027] Example 1
[0028] like Figure 1~Figure 5As shown, this embodiment proposes a cooler for casting equipment, including a cooling box body 1, a cooling fan 4 is installed on the cooling box body 1, two symmetrically arranged cooling grilles 6 are fixedly provided on the cooling box body 1, a condenser 25 is provided inside the cooling box body 1, one end of the condenser 25 is connected to a water inlet pipe 2, and the other end of the condenser 25 is connected to a water outlet pipe 3, one end of the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3 are both extended out of the cooling box body 1, two symmetrically arranged guide pipes 29 are fixedly nested on the cooling box body 1, and through the arrangement of structures such as a temperature sensing probe 10 and a water storage tank, during the cooling process During the casting process, since the cooling liquid flowing in the condenser 25 is in a circulating state, the casting is cooled, so the temperature of the cooling liquid will increase accordingly. When the temperature sensor 10 arranged inside the upper water guide tank 7 detects that the temperature is too high, the two motors 9 are started at the same time and drive the two baffles 30 to rotate ninety degrees. At this time, the cooling liquid flowing into the upper water guide tank 7 no longer circulates through the riser 8, but directly flows into the water storage tank and is neutralized with the cooling liquid stored in the water storage tank. The cooling liquid stored in the water storage tank flows out through the lower water guide tank 28, thereby achieving the effect of improving the cooling efficiency.
[0029] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, one end of the two flow guide pipes 29 is connected to the condenser 25, and the other ends of the two flow guide pipes 29 extend out of the cooling box body 1. The upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28 are fixedly connected to the cooling box body 1 by bolts.
[0030] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, the upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28 are arranged symmetrically, one end of one guide pipe 29 is connected to the upper water guide box 7, and the other guide pipe 29 is connected to the lower water guide box 28. The bottom of the upper water guide box 7 and the top of the lower water guide box 28 are connected to the vertical pipe 8, and the upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28 are connected to the drainage box 5 through the curved pipe 11.
[0031] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, a temperature probe 10 is installed on the upper water guide box 7, and one side of the upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28 are fixedly connected with a pad by bolts, and a servo motor 9 is installed on one side of the two pads. The output end of the servo motor 9 is fixedly connected to a coaxially arranged rotating shaft through a coupling, and baffles 30 are fixedly connected to the outer circumferences of the two rotating shafts. The two rotating shafts are rotatably installed in the upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28 respectively, and the two baffles 30 are respectively located in the upper water guide box 7 and the lower water guide box 28, and the two motors 9 are electrically connected to the temperature probe 10.
[0032] In this embodiment, after the casting of the molten iron sand mold is completed, the sand mold is then connected to the cooler. Specifically, the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3 provided on the cooling box are respectively connected to the cooling water path on the sand mold. Subsequently, the water pump provided inside the cooling upper water guide box 7 is started. At this time, the coolant originally filled with the condenser pipe 25 and the riser 8 begins to circulate. The coolant is first introduced into the sand mold from the water outlet pipe 3, and then flows back into the cooler through the water inlet pipe 2, thereby achieving a cooling effect on the casting.
[0033] During the cooling process, the cooling fan 4 and the cooling grille 6 arranged inside the cooler will simultaneously dissipate the heat of the flowing coolant, thereby reducing the temperature of the coolant. When the temperature of the coolant is kept at a low level, the coolant flowing back from the sand mold will flow into the riser 8 through the upper water guide box 7, and then flow into the lower water guide box 28 again through the riser 8. Subsequently, the coolant flows into the condenser 25 through the lower water guide box 28, and then flows into the water outlet pipe 3 through the condenser 25, and is poured into the sand mold again, forming a closed loop to achieve circulating cooling.
[0034] Furthermore, when the temperature of the coolant rises and the casting inside the sand mold cannot be cooled efficiently, the temperature sensor 10 will detect that the coolant temperature is too high and send a signal to the two motors 9 at the same time. After the motor 9 is started, the baffle 30 is driven to rotate ninety degrees through the shaft. At this time, the baffle 30 inside the upper water guide box 7 will rotate to block the flow channel in the direction of the vertical pipe 8 and open the flow groove between the elbow 11, while the baffle 30 inside the lower water guide box 28 will rotate to block the flow channel from the vertical pipe 8 to the lower water guide box 28 and open the water storage tank. The flow groove between the lower water guide box 28 and the lower water guide box 28, so that the coolant no longer flows into the interior of the riser 8, but flows into the interior of the water storage tank through the elbow 11. Since the water storage tank stores coolant with a lower temperature, and the coolant has not been used to flow into the sand mold for cooling before, its temperature is relatively low. After the coolant originally used for cooling is mixed with the coolant in the water storage tank, the temperature will be lowered. Subsequently, the coolant in the water storage tank flows into the condenser 25 through the lower water guide box 28, and then is introduced into the interior of the sand mold through the water outlet pipe 3 to continue cooling the casting;
[0035] Among them, it should be noted that when the temperature sensor 10 detects that the coolant temperature is too high, it will send a signal to the control system. After receiving the signal, the control system will analyze and judge. If it is determined that the flow path of the coolant needs to be adjusted, it will generate a corresponding control instruction. This instruction will then be sent to the motor 9 driver, which is responsible for converting the control system's instructions into actions that can be executed by the motor 9. After receiving the instruction, the motor 9 driver will provide the corresponding electrical energy to drive the motor 9 to start working. The model of the temperature sensor 10 is WZP-187 / WZC-187.
[0036] It should be noted that a valve is provided in the condenser 25 of the cooler to ensure that the flow path of the coolant is effectively controlled. During the circulation process, the coolant in the condenser 25 must first pass through the upper water guide tank 7, and then choose to flow to the riser 8 or the water storage tank according to the temperature conditions. If the coolant temperature is moderate, it will flow to the riser 8. If the temperature is too high, it will flow into the water storage tank through the bend 11 and mix with the low-temperature coolant therein to lower the temperature. In either case, the coolant will eventually flow out through the lower water guide tank 28 and enter the condenser 25 again to form a complete circulation loop, and outlet valves are provided inside the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3. After use, the two valves need to be closed at the same time to prevent the coolant from flowing out. This cooling method improves the cooling efficiency. When the coolant temperature exceeds the set threshold, the system can respond quickly and quickly reduce the temperature of the cooling system by adding an additional water tank. This method of dynamically adjusting the cooling intensity enables the equipment to reach the ideal operating temperature more quickly, thereby improving the overall cooling efficiency. Secondly, the closed circulation system helps save energy and water resources.
[0037] Example 2
[0038] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, based on the same concept as the above-mentioned embodiment 1, this embodiment further proposes that a rotating rod 13 is rotatably installed inside the drainage box 5, and a water wheel 12 is fixedly sleeved on the outer circumference of the rotating rod 13. One end of the rotating rod 13 extends out of the drainage box 5. One side of the vertical pipe 8 is fixedly connected to two symmetrically arranged support plates 22 by screws. The two support plates 22 are jointly rotatably installed with a rotating column 15. The rotating column 15 and the rotating rod 13 are jointly sleeved with a synchronous belt 14 through a synchronous wheel. Through the arrangement of the motor 9 and the water wheel 12 and other structures, the coolant passes through the curved When the pipe 11 flows into the water tank, it will drive the water wheel 12 and the rotating rod 13 to rotate at the same time. When the rotating rod 13 rotates, the rotating column 15, the gear 19 and the protrusion are driven to rotate through the synchronous belt 14. The protrusion pushes the inclined top block 21 by squeezing, thereby realizing the up and down vibration of the metal filter 23. The gear 19 drives the sealing door plate 18 to move upward through the rack 16, so that the drain groove is in an open state, and the scale and other impurities blocked on the filter are removed from the drain groove, thereby avoiding the condenser 25 The cooling effect will be reduced due to scale.
[0039] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, a gear 19 and a cam 20 are fixedly sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating column 15, a drainage groove is provided inside the vertical pipe 8, a guide bar 17 is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical pipe 8 by screws, a guide groove is provided inside the guide bar 17, a sealing door plate 18 is slidably connected inside the guide groove, the sealing door plate 18 cooperates with the drainage groove, a rack 16 is welded on the top of the sealing door plate 18, and the rack 16 is meshed with the gear 19.
[0040] like Figure 1~Figure 5As shown, two symmetrically arranged slide grooves 27 are provided inside the vertical pipe 8, and metal filter screens 23 are slidably mounted inside the two slide grooves 27. The bottom of the metal filter screen 23 and the bottom walls of the two slide grooves 27 are connected to two symmetrically arranged return springs 26.
[0041] like Figure 1~Figure 5 As shown, a connecting rod 24 is welded to the top of the metal filter 23, a straight groove is opened inside the vertical pipe 8, and a slanted top block 21 is slidably connected inside the straight groove. An outer end of the slanted top block 21 is symmetrically provided with inclined surfaces for cooperating with the cam 20, and both ends of the slanted top block 21 are inclined, and one end of the slanted top block 21 is slidably connected to the top of the connecting rod 24.
[0042] In this embodiment, when the coolant passes through the upper water guide box 7 and flows into the curved pipe 11 and enters the water storage tank, its flow process will drive the water wheel 12 to rotate, and then drive the rotating rod 13 to rotate together. During the rotation of the rotating rod 13, the rotating column 15 is rotated through the synchronous belt 14. The gear 19 and the cam 20 fixedly mounted on the rotating column 15 move with the rotation of the rotating column 15. The rotation of the cam 20 causes the inclined top block 21 to perform intermittent reciprocating motion, thereby pushing the inclined top block 21 to penetrate into the vertical pipe 8. When the inclined top block 21 is pushed, it will also press down the connecting rod 24 slidably connected to it, and the metal filter screen 23 at the bottom of the connecting rod 24 will also move accordingly. This mechanism, which is composed of the cam 20, the inclined top block 21, the connecting rod 24, the metal filter screen 23 and the reset spring 26, realizes the reciprocating up and down motion of the metal filter screen 23, and generates vibration under the action of the reset spring 26. The main function of the metal filter screen 23 is to intercept scale and other debris washed down from the wall of the condenser tube 25.
[0043] In addition, the counterclockwise rotation of the gear 19 also drives the meshing rack 16 to rise, and the sealing door plate 18 at the bottom of the rack 16 also moves upward. The sealing door plate 18 was originally used to close the drainage groove on the vertical pipe 8. When the sealing door plate 18 is lifted, the drainage groove is opened. Because the baffle 30 inside the lower water guide box 28 rotates and blocks the flow channel between the vertical pipe 8 and the lower water guide box 28, the coolant in the vertical pipe 8 and the scale and other debris intercepted by the metal filter 23 flow out through the open drainage groove under the push of the coolant, thereby achieving the automatic cleaning effect of the scale. In order to more effectively remove scale and other debris, the metal filter 23 is specially designed to be slightly tilted. This tilted design makes the lower side of the filter closer to the drainage groove, thereby ensuring that when the filter vibrates, the scale and debris can slide more smoothly into the drainage groove and then be discharged smoothly;
[0044] It should be noted that in order to ensure that the scale can be effectively removed, the operator can put an appropriate amount of acidic substance into the cooler, which can help soften and decompose the scale and make it easier to be washed off.
[0045] The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
