Internal and external pressure testing device for composite pipe

Abstract

A composite pipe internal and external pressure testing device comprises a composite pipe and a clamp used for clamping the composite pipe, and the clamp comprises a clamping seat and an outer pipe sleeve; the outer pipe sleeve is connected with an upper sealing cover provided with a first water inlet hole; inner connecting sleeves are connected to the side edges of the two clamping seats; the inner connecting sleeves of the two clamping seats are inserted into the two ends of the composite pipe correspondingly, and first sealing rings are connected between the inner connecting sleeves and the composite pipe. Threaded connecting sleeves are further connected to the clamping bases. The threaded connection sleeves of the two clamping seats are in threaded connection with the two ends of the outer pipe sleeve respectively; outer end covers are connected to the outer sides of the two clamping seats; and in the two outer end covers, one outer end cover is provided with a second water inlet hole. The composite pipe is clamped by adopting two end faces, and the internal and external pressure testing device for the composite pipe can test the internal pressure resistance or the external pressure resistance of the composite pipe according to requirements.
