[0026] The powder dispersion (sprayable composition) described in Patent Document 1 is prone to high viscosity and precipitation in the above-mentioned volatile substances, and has problems with redispersibility and stability during storage. For example, when using the powder dispersion (sprayable composition) to form a coating, it is known that there are problems such as reduced color development when used as makeup, and color deviation of the applied color each time it is used after static storage.
[0027] The present invention provides a film-forming composition which has improved color development when used as makeup when a film is formed by spraying with an electrostatic spray and does not change the coating color even when used after being left to stand.
[0028] The inventors added various ingredients when dispersing the powder in a volatile substance, and studied its redispersibility and usability. As a result, it was found that by formulating carboxylic acids with a specific structure, a loosely bound powder agglomerate (soft particle aggregate) can be formed. Although the agglomerate will form a precipitate, it will be destroyed by stirring, etc., and it is easy to redisperse, and a powder dispersion with excellent usability can be obtained. In addition, if the powder agglomerate is left standing, it will return to its original state, but it will be destroyed and redispersed by stirring, etc. In addition, it was found that if a film-forming composition obtained by formulating a polymer with fiber-forming ability in the powder dispersion is electrostatically sprayed, a film with improved makeup color development and no coating color change due to repeated use can be obtained.
[0029] The film-forming composition of the present invention forms a film composed of a deposit of fibers containing powder by electrostatic spraying, and the color rendering of the obtained film is improved, and even if it is used after being left to stand, the coating color does not change, and the stability is excellent. In addition, for the powder dispersion of the present invention, the powder in the dispersion forms a fluffy powder layer, which improves the redispersibility and usability.

[0045] The component (B) used in the present invention is one or more selected from hydroxycarboxylic acids and aromatic carboxylic acids having two or more carboxyl groups. It is believed that these specific carboxylic acids can form a fluffy powder layer (flocculation) for the powder dispersed in the component (C), making it easy to disperse. [0056] In order to make the dispersibility of the component (A) more stable, it is more preferred that the component (D) in the powder dispersion of the present invention contains at least a polymer having an SP value of 8.6 or more and containing no monomer unit of a polyglycerol structure.
[0057] That is, one embodiment of the present invention is a powder dispersion containing the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D):

[0060] (C) one or more volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones;
[0061] (D) A polymer having at least a monomer unit having an SP value of 8.6 or more and not containing a polyglycerol structure.
[0062] SP value is a solubility parameter. It is considered that when the component (D) polymer has a monomer unit with an SP value of 8.6 or more (excluding a monomer unit having a polyglycerol structure), the aggregation and precipitation of the component (A) hydrophilic powder in the component (C) (volatile substance) can be suppressed.
[0063] The component (D) polymer prevents the powder from agglomerating and settling in the powder dispersion by interacting with the component (A) powder, and is not the polymer having fiber-forming ability (E) described later which has fiber-forming ability when the powder dispersion is electrostatically sprayed.
[0064] In addition, the polymer as component (D) is preferably soluble or dispersible in ethanol.

[0068] Therefore, component (D) is more preferably a copolymer of one or more selected from acrylic copolymers, methacrylic copolymers, silicone copolymers and vinyl copolymers, and these copolymers have a monomer unit containing a structure selected from acrylamide, methacrylamide, N-acylalkyleneimine structure, betaine structure, polyethylene structure and polypropylene structure.

[0070] The content of component (D) in the powder dispersion of the present invention is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.2% by mass or more, and further preferably 0.5% by mass or more from the viewpoint of maintaining good dispersibility and dispersion stability of component (A) in the powder dispersion. In addition, from the viewpoint of maintaining good dispersibility and dispersion stability, it is preferably 20% by mass or less, more preferably 15% by mass or less, and further preferably 10% by mass or less. Specifically, it is preferably 0.1% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less, more preferably 0.2% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less, and further preferably 0.5% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less.

From the viewpoint of maintaining the above-mentioned dispersibility and dispersion stability well, the mass ratio (A / D) is more preferably 6 or more, further preferably 7 or more, further more preferably 8 or more, and is preferably 100 or less, more preferably 50 or less, and further preferably 40 or less. Specifically, it is preferably 6 or more and 100 or less, more preferably 7 or more and 50 or less, and further preferably 8 or more and 40 or less.
[0072] One embodiment of the powder dispersion of the present invention is a powder dispersion containing, in addition to the above-mentioned components (A), (B) and (C), a component (E) of a polymer having fiber-forming ability. That is, one embodiment is a powder dispersion containing the following components (A), (B), (C) and (E):
[0073] (A) Powder;
[0074] (B) one or more selected from hydroxycarboxylic acids and aromatic carboxylic acids having two or more carboxyl groups;
[0075] (C) one or more volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones;
[0076] (E) A polymer having fiber-forming ability.
[0077] The powder dispersion is useful as a powder dispersion for skin, i.e., a skin cosmetic, and is particularly useful as a film-forming composition for forming a film composed of a deposit of fibers containing component (E) as a main component on the skin by electrostatic spraying. In addition, the electrostatic spraying method is preferably an electrostatic spinning method. In addition, the composition used in the electrostatic spraying may also be referred to as a "spraying composition" or a "spinning composition". "Spraying" includes not only the case of spitting out in a mist form, but also the case of applying an electric charge to extend the spitted liquid and spitting out in a fibrous form.
[0078] The component (E) used here is a polymer having fiber-forming ability, which is a substance that can be dissolved in the volatile substance of the component (C), and is a polymer having the ability to form fibers when subjected to electrostatic spraying. That is, it is a component that becomes a constituent component of the continuous fiber, and a polymer that becomes the main component of the fiber. Here, the so-called "dissolved" means that it is in a dispersed state at 20°C, and the dispersed state is observed to be uniform, preferably in a transparent or translucent state. Component (E) is a polymer other than component (D), and constitutes the main component of the continuous fiber.
[0079] As a polymer having fiber-forming ability, an appropriate polymer can be used according to the properties of the volatile substance of component (C). Specifically, polymers having fiber-forming ability can be roughly divided into water-soluble polymers and water-insoluble polymers. In this specification, the so-called "water-soluble polymer" refers to a polymer having the following properties: under an environment of 1 atmosphere and 23°C, after weighing 1g of the polymer, it is immersed in 10g of ion exchange water, and after 24 hours, more than 0.5g of the immersed polymer is dissolved in water. On the other hand, in this specification, the so-called "water-insoluble polymer" refers to a polymer having the following properties: under an environment of 1 atmosphere and 23°C, after weighing 1g of the polymer, it is immersed in 10g of ion exchange water, and after 24 hours, more than 0.5g of the immersed polymer is not dissolved.
[0080] Examples of water-soluble polymers having fiber-forming ability include: pullulan, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, poly-γ-glutamic acid, modified corn starch, β-glucan, oligosaccharide, heparin, keratan sulfate and other mucopolysaccharides; cellulose, pectin, xylan, lignin, glucomannan, galacturonic acid, psyllium seed gum, tamarind gum, gum arabic, tragacanth gum, soybean water-soluble polysaccharides, alginic acid, carrageenan, laminarin, agarose, fucoidan sulfate, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and other natural polymers; partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol (when a cross-linking agent is not used in combination), polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), polyethylene oxide, sodium polyacrylate and other synthetic polymers, etc. These water-soluble polymers may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these water-soluble polymers, from the viewpoint of easily manufacturing a film composed of a deposit of fibers containing powder by electrostatic spraying, it is preferred to use pullulan and partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyethylene oxide and other synthetic polymers. When polyethylene oxide is used as a water-soluble polymer, its number average molecular weight is preferably 50,000 to 3,000,000, more preferably 100,000 to 2,500,000.
[0081] On the other hand, examples of water-insoluble polymers capable of forming fibers include: fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol that can be insolubilized after forming a film composed of a deposit of fibers; partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol that can be cross-linked after the film is formed by using a cross-linking agent; and polyesters such as polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate, zein (the main component of zein), and polylactic acid (PLA); polyacrylonitrile resins; polyacrylic resins other than component (D) such as polymethacrylic resins; polystyrene resins, polyvinyl butyral resins, polyethylene terephthalate resins, polybutylene terephthalate resins, polyurethane resins, polyamide resins, polyimide resins, and polyamide-imide resins. These water-insoluble polymers can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

It is further preferred to contain polyvinyl butyral resin. It is even more preferred to contain polyvinyl butyral resin as the main component.
[0083] Regarding the content of component (E) in the powder dispersion of the present invention, from the viewpoint of making the above-mentioned redispersibility and usability good, the viewpoint of the formation of the film composed of the deposit of the fiber containing the powder during electrostatic spraying, and the improvement of the color development of the formed film, it is preferably 1% by mass or more, more preferably 4% by mass or more, further preferably 5% by mass or more, and further more preferably 6% by mass or more. In addition, it is preferably 45% by mass or less, more preferably 35% by mass or less, further preferably 30% by mass or less, and further more preferably 20% by mass or less. Specifically, the content of component (E) is preferably 1% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less, more preferably 4% by mass or more and 35% by mass or less, further preferably 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less, and further more preferably 6% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less.
[0084] The mass ratio of the component (E) to the component (B) and the content ratio of the component (E) to the component (B) ((E) / (B)) in the powder dispersion of the present invention are preferably 1 to 150, more preferably 2 to 100, further preferably 3 to 80, and still further preferably 4 to 60, from the viewpoints of the above-mentioned redispersibility and usability, and from the viewpoint of forming a coating film uniformly supporting the powder.
[0085] In order to further stabilize the dispersibility of the component (A) in the powder dispersion, it is more preferred to mix the component (D) with a polymer having at least an SP value of 8.6 or more and containing no monomer unit of a polyglycerol structure.
[0086] The powder dispersion is useful as a powder dispersion for skin, that is, a skin cosmetic, and is particularly useful as a film-forming composition for forming a film composed of deposits of fibers containing powder on the skin by electrostatic spraying.

[0117] The powder dispersion of the present invention may further contain other ingredients in addition to the above-mentioned ingredients. Regarding other ingredients, in addition to the above-mentioned oil, for example, plasticizers for polymers having fiber-forming ability for component (E), surfactants, fragrances, insect repellents, antioxidants, stabilizers, preservatives, various vitamins, etc. may be mentioned.
[0118] When a powder dispersion containing components (A), (B), (C) and (E) is electrostatically sprayed onto an object to be coated, a coating composed of a deposit containing fibers can be formed on the surface.
[0119] That is, one embodiment of the present invention is a method for producing a film, wherein a film composed of a deposit containing fibers is formed on a surface of a film-forming object using a powder dispersion containing the following components (A), (B), (C) and (E),
[0120] (A) Powder;
[0121] (B) one or more selected from hydroxycarboxylic acids and aromatic carboxylic acids having two or more carboxyl groups;
[0122] (C) one or more volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones; and
[0123] (E) A polymer having fiber-forming ability.
[0124] In addition, it is preferred that (D) a polymer having at least a monomer unit having an SP value of 8.6 or more and not containing a polyglycerol structure is blended in the powder dispersion used in the production method.
[0125] Here, the film-forming object includes a substrate and skin. Therefore, one embodiment includes a method for producing a cosmetic film, characterized in that the powder dispersion is electrostatically sprayed directly onto the skin to form a cosmetic film composed of a fiber-containing deposit on the skin surface.
[0126] When the electrostatic spray method is performed, a film-forming composition having a viscosity at 25°C of preferably 1 mPa·s or more, more preferably 10 mPa·s or more, and further preferably 50 mPa·s or more is used. In addition, a film-forming composition having a viscosity at 25°C of preferably 5000 mPa·s or less, more preferably 2000 mPa·s or less, and further preferably 1500 mPa·s or less is used. The viscosity of the film-forming composition at 25°C is preferably 1 mPa·s or more and 5000 mPa·s or less, more preferably 10 mPa·s or more and 1500 mPa·s or less, and further preferably 50 mPa·s or more and 1200 mPa·s or less. By using a film-forming composition having a viscosity within this range, a porous film containing a powder, especially a porous film composed of a deposit of fibers containing a powder, can be smoothly formed by an electrostatic spray method. From the perspectives of uniform adhesion of the powder-containing film to the skin hillocks, skin grooves, and capillaries, as well as improvement in color development, stability of color development, and adhesion of the film, it is advantageous to form a porous film containing powder. The viscosity of the film-forming composition is measured at 25° C. using an E-type viscometer. For example, an E-type viscometer manufactured by Tokyo Keiki Co., Ltd. can be used. As a rotor at this time, rotor No. 43 can be used.
[0127] The film-forming composition is sprayed directly onto the film-forming object, such as the part of the human skin where the powder is to be applied to make-up, by electrostatic spraying. In addition, the film-forming composition is sprayed or spit out onto the film-forming object, such as the surface of a resin substrate, by electrostatic spraying. The electrostatic spraying method includes the step of electrostatically spraying the film-forming composition onto the skin using an electrostatic spray device. The electrostatic spray device basically comprises: a container for storing the above-mentioned composition, a nozzle for spitting out the above-mentioned composition, a supply device for supplying the above-mentioned composition stored in the above-mentioned container to the above-mentioned nozzle, and a power source for applying voltage to the above-mentioned nozzle.
[0128] Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram showing the structure of an electrostatic spray device that is suitably used in the present invention. The electrostatic spray device 10 shown in the figure is equipped with a low-voltage power supply 11. The low-voltage power supply 11 can generate a voltage of several V to more than ten V. In order to improve the portability of the electrostatic spray device 10, the low-voltage power supply 11 is preferably composed of one or more batteries. As the battery, various batteries such as dry cells, rechargeable batteries, and storage batteries can be used. In addition, by using a battery as the low-voltage power supply 11, there is also an advantage that it can be easily replaced as needed. Instead of a battery, an AC adapter or the like can be used as the low-voltage power supply 11.
[0129] The electrostatic spray device 10 also includes a high voltage power supply 12. The high voltage power supply 12 is connected to the low voltage power supply 11 and includes a circuit (not shown) for boosting the voltage generated by the low voltage power supply 11 to a high voltage. The boost circuit is generally composed of transistors, capacitors, semiconductor elements, and the like.
[0130] The electrostatic spray device 10 is further provided with an auxiliary circuit 13. The auxiliary circuit 13 is between the above-mentioned low-voltage power supply 11 and the high-voltage power supply 12, and has the function of adjusting the voltage of the low-voltage power supply 11 so that the high-voltage power supply 12 can work stably. In addition, the auxiliary circuit 13 has the function of controlling the number of revolutions of the motor possessed by the micro gear pump 14 described later. The supply amount of the spray composition from the film-forming composition container 15 described later to the micro gear pump 14 is controlled by controlling the number of revolutions of the motor. A switch SW is installed between the auxiliary circuit 13 and the low-voltage power supply 11, and the electrostatic spray device 10 can be operated / stopped by turning on / off the switch SW. In addition, for the control of the supply and supply amount of the spray composition, as long as a pump is used, a piston pump can also be used in addition to the micro gear pump 14.
[0131] The electrostatic spray device 10 further includes a nozzle 16. The nozzle 16 is composed of various conductors represented by metal or non-conductors such as plastics, rubber, and ceramics, and is formed into a shape that can discharge the film-forming composition from its front end. A small space is formed in the nozzle 16 along the long side direction of the nozzle 16 to allow the film-forming composition to flow. The size of the cross section of the small space is represented by a diameter, preferably 100 μm or more and 1000 μm or less.
[0132] The nozzle 16 is connected to the micro gear pump 14 via a pipe 17. The pipe 17 may be a conductor or a non-conductor. In addition, the nozzle 16 is electrically connected to the high voltage power supply 12. Thus, a high voltage can be applied to the nozzle 16. In this case, in order to prevent a large current from flowing when the nozzle 16 directly touches the human body, the nozzle 16 is electrically connected to the high voltage power supply 12 via a current limiting resistor 19.
[0133] The micro gear pump 14 connected to the nozzle 16 via the pipe 17 has a function as a supply device for supplying the film-forming composition contained in the container 15 to the nozzle 16. The micro gear pump 14 receives power supply from the low voltage power supply 11 and operates. In addition, the micro gear pump 14 is configured to receive control from the auxiliary circuit 13 and supply a predetermined amount of the film-forming composition to the nozzle 16.
[0134] The micro gear pump 14 is connected to the container 15 via a flexible tube 18. The film-forming composition is stored in the container 15. The container 15 is preferably a replaceable cassette.
[0135] The electrostatic spray device 10 having the above structure can be used, for example, Figure 2 Use as shown. Figure 2 The electrostatic spray device 10 shown in the figure is a handheld electrostatic spray device 10 having a size that can be held in one hand. Figure 1 All components of the structure shown in the figure are housed in a cylindrical frame 20. A nozzle (not shown) is disposed at one end 10a in the long side direction of the frame 20. The nozzle is disposed in the frame 20 so that the blowing direction of the composition is consistent with the longitudinal direction of the frame 20 and is convex toward the skin side. By arranging so that the front end of the nozzle is convex toward the skin in the longitudinal direction of the frame 20, the film-forming composition is not easily attached to the frame, and a film can be stably formed.
[0136] When the electrostatic spray device 10 is in operation, the user (i.e., a person who wants to use electrostatic spray to form a film on the area of the skin where powder makeup is applied) holds the device 10 in his hand and points one end 10a of the device 10 equipped with a nozzle (not shown) toward the application area for electrostatic spraying. Figure 2 The electrostatic spray device 10 is shown in a state where one end 10a is directed toward the inner side of the user's forearm. In this state, the device 10 is turned on to perform the electrostatic spray method. When the device 10 is powered on, an electric field is generated between the nozzle and the skin. Figure 2 In the embodiment shown, a positive high voltage is applied to the nozzle, and the skin becomes the negative electrode. When an electric field is generated between the nozzle and the skin, the film-forming composition at the front end of the nozzle is polarized by electrostatic induction, and the front end portion becomes a cone, and the droplets of the charged film-forming composition are spit out into the air from the front end of the cone along the electric field toward the skin. The solvent, i.e., component (C), continues to evaporate from the charged film-forming composition spit out into the space, and the charge density on the surface of the film-forming composition becomes excessive, while repeatedly miniaturizing by using Coulomb repulsion, while expanding in the space, and reaching the skin. In this case, by appropriately adjusting the viscosity of the film-forming composition, the sprayed composition can be made to reach the application site in a droplet state. Alternatively, it can also be: during the period of spitting out into the space, the solvent, i.e., the volatile substance, is volatilized from the droplets, while the solute, i.e., the polymer having the ability to form a film, is solidified, while the potential difference is used to stretch and deform it to form fibers, and the fibers are deposited at the application site. For example, if the viscosity of the film-forming composition is increased, the composition can be easily deposited in the form of fibers on the application site. Thus, a porous film composed of a deposit of fibers containing powder is formed on the surface of the application site. A porous film composed of a deposit of fibers containing powder can also be formed by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the skin or adjusting the voltage applied to the nozzle.
[0137] When applying voltage to the nozzle in the electrostatic spray device, for example, an electrode is arranged inside the nozzle, or an electrode is arranged on a part of the nozzle. From the perspective of forming a fiber containing powder, the voltage applied to the nozzle is preferably 5 kV or more and 30 kV or less, more preferably 7 kV or more and 20 kV or less, and further preferably 8 kV or more and 16 kV or less. From the perspective of the formability of the fiber containing powder, the flow rate of the film-forming composition sprayed (ejected) from the nozzle is preferably 0.4 mL / h or more and 30 mL / h or less, more preferably 0.8 mL / h or more and 20 mL / h or less, and further preferably 1.2 mL / h or more and 15 mL / h or less. In addition, from the perspective of good fiber formation, the ratio (F / P) of the voltage P (kV) applied to the nozzle and the flow rate F (mL / h) of the film-forming composition ejected from the nozzle is preferably 0.06 or more and 1.2 or less, more preferably 0.1 to 1, and further preferably 0.2 to 0.8.
[0138] During the electrostatic spraying process, a high potential difference is generated between the nozzle and the skin. However, since the impedance is very large, the current flowing through the human body is extremely small. The inventors have confirmed that the current flowing through the human body during the electrostatic spraying process is several orders of magnitude smaller than the current flowing through the human body due to static electricity generated in daily life.
[0139] When a deposit of powder-containing fibers is formed by an electrostatic spray method, the thickness of the fibers, when expressed as an equivalent circular diameter, is preferably 10 nm or more, more preferably 50 nm or more. In addition, it is preferably 3000 nm or less, more preferably 1500 nm or less. The thickness of the fibers can be measured by, for example, observing them with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), magnifying them 10,000 times, removing defects (fiber blocks, fiber intersections, droplets) from the two-dimensional image, randomly selecting 10 fibers, drawing a line orthogonal to the long side direction of the fibers, and directly reading the minimum fiber diameter.
[0140] In the fiber deposit, i.e., the film, formed by the electrostatic spraying method, component (A) is carried on the constituent fibers. The so-called "carrying component (A) on the fiber" means that a part or all of component (A) is contained or buried in the fiber. Regarding the content of component (A) in the film-forming composition, although it also depends on the affinity between the polymer having fiber-forming ability and component (A), if it is about 0.003% by mass and below 40% by mass, the constituent fibers have high adhesion to the skin, and a film carrying powder with excellent skin followability can be easily formed. On the other hand, if the content of component (A) in the film-forming composition exceeds 40% by mass, it is not easy to form a film carrying powder on the inner side of the constituent fibers. In this way, if a film carrying powder is formed on the fibers constituting the film, since the powder is covered by the fibers, there is a tendency for the film to be translucent, which is close to a natural appearance with a soft focus effect. In addition, because the persistence of adhesion is improved, the setting feeling of continuous makeup can be achieved. Furthermore, by applying a liquid agent described later, the effects of adhesion and uniformity of the makeup effect by the powder can be further enhanced.
[0141] As described above, when a powder composition containing component (A), component (B), component (C) and component (E) is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface of a film-forming object, such as a substrate such as a resin, component (C) is volatilized to form a film, i.e., a fiber sheet, composed of a deposit of fibers containing component (A), component (B) and component (E). The obtained fiber sheet can be used as a fiber sheet for skin application.
[0142] Therefore, one embodiment of the present invention is a fiber sheet comprising the following components (A), (B) and (E2):
[0143] (A) Powder;
[0144] (B) one or more selected from hydroxycarboxylic acids and aromatic carboxylic acids having two or more carboxyl groups;
[0145] (E2) Polymer constituting the fiber.
[0146] The thickness of the fibers constituting the fiber sheet is preferably 10 nm or more and 3000 nm or less in terms of equivalent circle diameter, and such a fiber sheet is particularly suitable as a fiber sheet for adhesive bonding.
[0147] (E2) The fiber-constituting polymer is the component (E), which is a polymer constituting the fiber skeleton.
[0148] Regarding the mass ratio (E2) / (A) of the polymer (E2) and component (A) constituting the fiber, from the viewpoint of stably forming a fiber-containing deposit formed by electrostatic spraying, improving the color rendering of the formed coating, and inhibiting makeup coming off, it is preferably from 1 to 60, more preferably from 2 to 40, further preferably from 3 to 30, and further more preferably from 4 to 20.
[0149] When the film-forming composition contains the component (D), the obtained fiber sheet also contains the component (D).
[0150] The above-mentioned fibers forming the coating will become infinitely long continuous fibers from the manufacturing principle, but preferably have a length of at least 100 times the thickness of the fiber. In this specification, a fiber having a length of more than 100 times the thickness of the fiber is defined as a "continuous fiber". Therefore, the coating manufactured by the electrostatic spray method is preferably a porous discontinuous coating composed of a deposit of continuous fibers. This form of coating is not only formed into an aggregate and used as a thin sheet, but also has the characteristics of being very soft, not easy to loosen even if shear force is applied to it, and has the advantages of excellent tracking of body movements. In addition, it also has the advantage that the coating can be easily and completely removed. In contrast, a continuous coating without pores is not easy to peel off, and has low sweat dissipation, so there is a possibility of stuffiness on the skin. In addition, for a porous discontinuous coating composed of a particle aggregate, in order to completely remove the coating, it is necessary to take actions such as applying friction to the entire coating, which is difficult to completely remove without damaging the skin.
[0151] In the electrostatic spraying step using the electrostatic spray device 10, as described above, because the skin is also charged, the film-forming composition that has become fibrous by electrostatic spraying volatilizes component (C) while components (A), (B) and (E) directly reach the skin in a charged state. Through the electrostatic spinning (electrospinning) technology, it is spit out as continuous fibers, forming a porous deposit on the skin and adhering to it. At this time, the powder is carried in the fiber in a state of maintaining high dispersibility, and the skin is coated and fixed in a manner that the fibers are spread over the skin texture of the skin surface and on the skin texture, so that the powder can be evenly attached and maintained on the skin surface.
[0152] As a result, it was found that: because the powder of component (A) forms a powder agglomerate (soft particle aggregate) loosely combined with component (B), it is destroyed by stirring and is easily redispersed into a state of primary particle powder, thereby greatly improving the color rendering of the makeup. Not only can the coloring power and hiding power be improved, but a beautiful makeup feeling can also be achieved. If the powder agglomerate is left to stand, it will return to its original state, but it can be destroyed and redispersed by stirring, so that the coating color does not change even when used repeatedly, and the performance is stable.
[0153] The distance between the nozzle and the skin depends on the voltage applied to the nozzle, but is preferably 50 mm to 150 mm from the viewpoint of being able to form a good coating all the time. The distance between the nozzle and the skin can be measured using a commonly used non-contact sensor or the like.
[0154] Regardless of whether the film formed by the electrostatic spraying method is porous or not, the weight per unit area of the film is preferably 0.1 g / m 2 More preferably 1 g / m 2 In addition, it is preferably 50g / m 2 Below, more preferably 40g / m 2 For example, the weight per unit area of the coating is preferably 0.1 g / m 2 Above and 50g / m 2 Less than 1 g / m 2 Above and 40g / m 2 By setting the weight per unit area of the film in this manner, the makeup effect of the powder and the adhesion of the film can be improved.
[0155] The “electrostatic spraying step of electrostatically spraying the composition directly onto the skin to form a film” refers to a step of electrostatically spraying the composition onto the skin to form a film, and is preferably a step of performing electrostatic spinning.
[0156] As another method for forming a film, there can be mentioned a method including the steps of spinning, preferably electrospinning, a composition at a place other than the skin to produce a sheet of adhesive fibers which is composed of a deposit of fibers and is transferred to the skin when used, and then applying or transferring the adhesive fiber sheet to the skin. This method of using an adhesive fiber sheet is a method different from the above-mentioned electrostatic spraying step.
[0157] In the present invention, the following step may also be performed: before or after the electrostatic spraying step of forming the film by the above-mentioned electrostatic spraying, or before or after the electrostatic spraying step, a liquid application step containing one or more liquids selected from water, polyols, and oils that are liquid at 20°C is applied to the skin by means other than electrostatic spraying. By applying the liquid before the electrostatic spraying step, the skin surface can be more easily polarized by electrostatic induction, the sprayed film-forming composition can be more easily strongly attached by electrostatic force, and the transparency of the appearance of the sprayed film-forming composition can be improved. In addition, after the electrostatic spraying step, especially just after the electrostatic spraying step, by performing the liquid application step by means other than electrostatic spraying, the film formed by the electrostatic spraying step can be easily fused with the skin by the liquid, so that the film is strongly attached to the skin and the transparency is further improved. It is not easy to have a height difference between the end of the film and the skin, thereby also improving the adhesion between the film and the skin. As a result, even if the film is formed on a part of the skin where the skin has a large degree of expansion and contraction or a part with a large curvature, it is still not easy to peel off, break, etc. Preferably, when the film is a porous film composed of fiber deposits, the film has a high fit with the skin despite the high porosity, and a large capillary force is easily generated. In addition, when the fibers are fine, it is easy to achieve a high specific surface area of the porous film.
[0158] Before and / or after the step of forming a porous coating composed of fiber deposits in the electrostatic spraying step, by performing a liquid application step by means other than electrostatic spraying, a coating carrying a moisturizing liquid and a powder can be formed, wherein the moisturizing liquid and the powder are present between the fibers forming the porous coating and / or on the fiber surface. Thus, the adhesion of the coating is improved. In particular, when the polymer of the fiber constituting the coating is colorless, transparent, or translucent, although it is more difficult to identify the coating, in the case where the powder is a colored powder or a white powder, since only the color of the powder can be identified, for example, foundation or local makeup products can make the color of the cheeks, etc. present a natural makeup feeling on the skin. In addition, when the coating is colored and opaque, since the coating has a sense of transparency, it can be presented as a part of the skin. In addition, the above-mentioned "colored" also includes white.
[0159] When the liquid used in the liquid application step contains water, examples of the liquid include water, aqueous solutions, aqueous dispersions, and other aqueous liquids. In addition, examples include lotions, emulsions or cosmetic creams composed of emulsions such as O / W emulsions and W / O emulsions, and aqueous liquids thickened by thickeners.
[0160] When a liquid containing water or liquid oil is applied to the skin by means other than electrostatic spraying, various methods can be used. For example, a method in which the liquid can be applied to the skin by dripping, spraying, etc., after the liquid is applied to the skin, a step of applying the liquid is included as needed, so that it is fused to the skin or the coating, thereby forming a thin layer of the liquid. Regarding the step of applying the liquid, a method such as wiping by the user's own fingers or using tools such as applicators can be adopted. The liquid can be simply dripped or sprayed, but by having a step of applying, it can be fused to the skin or the coating, and the adhesion of the coating can be fully improved. As another method, the liquid can also be sprayed toward the skin using a sprayer to form a thin layer of the liquid. In this case, although there is no need to perform a special application operation, it is also okay to apply after spraying. In addition, when the liquid is applied again after the coating is formed, sufficient liquid is applied to the skin, and for the excess liquid, the excess liquid can be removed by contacting the sheet with the step of applying the liquid.
[0161] Regarding the use of the present invention, it can be used as makeup cosmetics such as base before makeup, foundation, concealer, blush, eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow makeup, protectant, lipstick, etc.; sunscreen cosmetics such as anti-ultraviolet cosmetics, moisturizing cosmetics, wrinkle improvement cosmetics, whitening cosmetics, sebum secretion regulating cosmetics, acne care cosmetics, anti-aging care cosmetics, etc. Skin care cosmetics, etc. Among them, base before makeup, foundation, concealer, protectant, sunscreen cosmetics are more preferred.
[0162] The present invention has been described above based on its preferred embodiment, however, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the person who wants to form a film on his / her skin holds the electrostatic spray device 10 so that an electric field is generated between the nozzle of the device 10 and the skin of the user. However, under the premise that an electric field can be generated between the two, the person who wants to form a film on his / her skin does not need to hold the electrostatic spray device 10.
