Ectopic heartbeat diagnosis method based on transmission deep learning model

Abstract

The invention relates to an ectopic heartbeat diagnosis method based on a transfer deep learning model. The ectopic heartbeat diagnosis method comprises the steps of collecting electrocardiosignal data, preprocessing the data, training a convolutional neural network and judging heartbeat types through the trained convolutional neural network. According to the method, a deep learning algorithm is adopted for learning to obtain a system transfer model generated by ectopic heartbeat, so that the heartbeat type is judged. According to the method, the heartbeat type and the system transfer function generated by ectopic heartbeat are learned, the interpretability of the algorithm can be improved, and then a learning model with good generalization is obtained.
