Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a liquid adhesion suppression device and a rolling equipment. Background Art
[0002] In order to prevent the temperature of the work rolls from rising during the rolling of a metal strip in a rolling mill, a liquid such as a coolant is usually supplied to the work rolls of the rolling mill.
[0003] A part of the liquid (coolant, etc.) supplied to the work rolls at the inlet side of the rolling mill leaks to the discharge side of the rolling mill through the gap between the upper work roll and the lower work roll. In this way, a part of the liquid leaking to the discharge side of the rolling mill sometimes adheres to the surface of the metal strip. The liquid adhered to the surface of the metal strip becomes a cause of stains (dirt), which may lead to a decrease in product quality. Therefore, a device for removing the liquid adhered to the metal strip is proposed.
[0004] Patent Document 1 describes that air is blown toward a metal strip from above the metal strip using an air nozzle provided on the discharge side of a rolling mill, thereby removing a coolant from the surface of the metal strip.
[0005] Patent Document 2 describes that a suction box disposed near the end of a metal strip in the strip width direction on the discharge side of a rolling mill sucks rolling fluid (liquid) on the surface of the metal strip to remove the liquid from the surface of the metal strip.
[0006] Patent Document 3 is not intended to remove liquid adhering to the surface of a metal strip, but Patent Document 3 describes the following: In a rolling device configured to supply cooling water toward a working roll at a discharge side of a rolling mill, in order not to hinder the adhesion of lubricating oil supplied at an entry side of the rolling mill to the working roll, a dewatering plate is provided at the discharge side of the rolling mill to prevent the cooling water from adhering to the surface of the working roll.

[0034] Hereinafter, several embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative arrangements, etc. of the components described as embodiments or shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely illustrative examples.
[0035] (Structure of rolling equipment)
[0036] Figure 1 The figure is a schematic diagram of a rolling facility to which liquid adhesion suppression devices of several embodiments are applied. As shown in the figure, a rolling facility 100 includes a rolling mill 10 for rolling a metal strip S, and a liquid adhesion suppression device 20 for suppressing adhesion of liquid to the surface of the metal strip S rolled by the rolling mill 10.
[0037] The rolling mill 10 includes: a pair of work rolls 12A, 12B, which are respectively arranged so as to sandwich a metal strip S as a rolled product from above and below; and a pair of backup rolls 16A, 16B. In addition, the rolling mill 10 is provided with a pressing device (not shown; for example, a hydraulic cylinder) for applying a load to the pair of work rolls 12A, 12B to press the metal strip S downward.
[0038] The pair of work rolls 12A and 12B includes an upper work roll 12A disposed above the metal strip S and a lower work roll 12B disposed below the metal strip S. The pair of work rolls 12A and 12B are rotatably supported by bearings (not shown).
[0039] The pair of support rolls 16A and 16B includes an upper support roll 16A disposed above the upper work roll 12A so as to contact the upper work roll 12A, and a lower support roll 16B disposed below the lower work roll 12B so as to contact the lower work roll 12B. The pair of support rolls 16A and 16B are rotatably supported by bearings (not shown). The support rolls 16A and 16B are configured to support the work rolls 12A and 12B.
[0040] It should be noted that in the case of a four-stage rolling mill including a pair of work rolls and a pair of back-up rolls, the pair of back-up rolls corresponds to the pair of back-up rolls 16A and 16B described above. In the case of a six-stage rolling mill including a pair of work rolls, a pair of intermediate rolls, and a pair of back-up rolls, the pair of intermediate rolls corresponds to the pair of back-up rolls 16A and 16B described above.
[0041] The work rolls 12A and 12B are connected to a motor (not shown) via a main shaft (not shown) or the like, and the work rolls 12A and 12B are driven and rotated by the motor. When the metal strip S is rolled, the metal strip S is pressed down by the pressing device and the work rolls 12A and 12B are rotated by the motor, thereby generating a friction force between the work rolls 12A and 12B and the metal strip S. Under the action of this friction force, the metal strip S is fed to the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 (that is, the downstream side of the rolling mill 10 in the running direction of the metal strip S).
[0042] A liquid supply unit 17 configured to supply liquid toward the upper work roll 12A is provided on the inlet side of the rolling mill 10 (i.e., the upstream side of the rolling mill 10 in the running direction of the metal strip S). The liquid supplied from the liquid supply unit 17 to the upper work roll 12A may be, for example, a coolant for cooling the upper work roll 12A. The coolant may contain water as a main component.
[0043] The liquid adhesion suppression device 20 is configured to suppress the liquid supplied from the liquid supply unit 17 or the like toward the upper work roll 12A from adhering to the surface of the metal strip S on the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 .
[0044] (Structure of liquid adhesion suppression device)
[0045] Hereinafter, several embodiments of the liquid adhesion suppression device will be described. Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 Each of them is a schematic diagram of a rolling facility according to one embodiment, and is a plan view showing the metal strip S together with the upper work roll 12A and the liquid adhesion suppressing device 20 . Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 Each of them is a schematic diagram of the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 according to one embodiment.
[0046] like Figure 1~Figure 5As shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 includes a shielding member 22 provided at a position facing the non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A on the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 .
[0047] Here, if Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 As shown, the upper work roll 12A includes: a contact portion 13 that contacts the metal strip S rolled by the rolling mill 10; and a non-contact portion 14 that is located adjacent to the contact portion 13 in the axial direction of the upper work roll 12A (the direction of the central axis O of the upper work roll 12A; hereinafter also referred to as the axial direction) and does not contact the metal strip S. That is, the contact portion 13 of the upper work roll 12A is a portion that clamps the metal strip S together with the lower work roll 12B and overlaps with the metal strip S in a plan view. The non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A is a portion that does not overlap with the metal strip S in a plan view. Usually, the non-contact portion 14 exists on both sides of the contact portion 13 in the axial direction of the upper work roll 12A.
[0048] like Figure 2 As shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 may include a pair of shielding members 22 provided at positions facing the pair of non-contact portions 14 located on both sides of the contact portion 13 of the upper work roll 12A.
[0049] Or, if Figure 3 As shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 may include a shielding member 22 extending in the axial direction in a region from one non-contact portion 14 to the other non-contact portion 14 .
[0050] The shielding member 22 is configured to intercept the liquid leaking from the gap between the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B. Here, the gap between the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B refers to the gap formed between the non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B. It should be noted that the metal strip S exists between the contact portion 13 of the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B, so basically no gap is formed.
[0051] The shielding member 22 is disposed near the upper working roll 12A. Figure 2 or Figure 3 As shown, the shielding member 22 may be provided so as to partially overlap the upper work roll 12A in a plan view.
[0052] like Figure 1 , Figure 4 as well as Figure 5As shown, the shielding member 22 may include a facing surface 24 provided to face the surface (roll surface) of the upper work roll 12A. The facing surface 24 can block the liquid leaking from the gap between the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B.
[0053] A portion of the liquid (coolant, etc.) supplied toward the upper work roll 12A on the entry side of the rolling mill 10 leaks toward the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 through the gap between the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B (the gap formed between the non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B), and a portion of the liquid leaking to the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 may adhere to the surface of the metal strip S.
[0054] Here, Figure 6A to Figure 7B These are diagrams for explaining the operation of the liquid adhesion suppressing device according to some embodiments. Fig. 6A as well as Fig. 7A This is a schematic diagram of a rolling mill including the upper work roll 12A as viewed from the discharge side. Figure 6B as well as Figure 7B The axial direction of the upper working roll 12A is observed respectively Fig. 6A as well as Fig. 7A It should be noted that in Fig. 6A as well as Figure 6B In the example shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device according to the embodiment of the present invention is not applied. Fig. 7A as well as Figure 7B In the example shown, a liquid adhesion suppression device of one embodiment is applied. It should be noted that the reference numeral 101 in these figures indicates the liquid supplied from the liquid supply unit 17 toward the upper work roll 12A. In addition, the arrows marked on the upper and lower work rolls 12A, 12B and the upper and lower support rolls 16A, 16B in these figures indicate the rotation direction of each roll.
[0055] As described above, it is considered that part of the leaked liquid adheres to the surface of the metal strip S for the following reason. That is, the liquid leaking to the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 is lifted upward by the rotating upper work roll 12A due to the Coanda effect (see Fig. 6A , Figure 6B In addition, the liquid lifted up by the upper working roll 12A is blocked by the upper support roll 16A rotating in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the upper working roll 12A. Therefore, liquid is accumulated between the upper working roll 12A and the upper support roll 16A (refer to Fig. 6A , Figure 6B 104). Furthermore, when the amount of the accumulated liquid increases, the liquid is squeezed from the accumulated liquid toward the width direction of the metal strip (i.e., the axial direction of the upper working roll 12A) and falls (refer to Fig. 6A , Figure 6B 106) and attached to the surface of the metal strip S.
[0056] The liquid adhering to the surface of the metal strip S in this way may cause stains (dirt), and may lead to a decrease in product quality.
[0057] In this regard, according to the above-described embodiment, the shielding member 22 can be provided at a position opposing the non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A on the discharge side of the rolling mill 10, so that the liquid (coolant, etc.) that leaks from the gap between the pair of work rolls (the upper work roll 12A and the lower work roll 12B) to the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 and is lifted up by the upper work roll 12A can be blocked by the shielding member 22 (see Fig. 7A , Figure 7B Reference numeral 102) intercepts (reference Fig. 7A , Figure 7B 108) and the liquid falls (refer to Fig. 7A , Figure 7B 110). This can prevent the formation of liquid accumulation between the upper work roll 12A and the upper support roll 16A (see Fig. 6A as well as Figure 6B ). Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, it is possible to suppress the liquid from being attached to the surface of the metal strip S on the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 with a simple structure using the shielding member 22 .
[0058] In some embodiments, for example, Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 As shown, the shielding member 22 includes a plate-like portion 26 that forms an opposing surface 24 that opposes the surface of the upper work roll 12A.
[0059] In this way, by using the shielding member 22 including the plate-shaped portion 26 , it is possible to suppress the adhesion of the liquid to the surface of the metal strip S on the discharge side of the rolling mill 10 with a simple structure.
[0060] like Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the shielding member 22 may also be supported by the stationary member 18. Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 In the exemplary embodiment shown, the shielding member 22 is supported by a cobble guard (stationary member) provided near the upper work roll 12A. It should be noted that the cobble guard is a member for preventing the metal strip from being wound around the rolls of the rolling mill 10 when the metal strip breaks during rolling.
[0061] In some embodiments, for example, Figure 4 as well as Figure 5As shown, the closest portion 25 including the closest point 25 a closest to the upper work roll 12A in the facing surface 24 is located above the lowest point 23 of the shielding member 22 .
[0062] In the above-described embodiment, the closest portion 25 of the facing surface 24 closest to the upper work roll 12A is located above the lowest point 23 of the shielding member 22. Therefore, the closest portion 25 of the facing surface 24 and the tangent line L between the upper work roll 12A and the upper work roll 12A are T Therefore, even if the shielding member 22 including the facing surface 24 contacts the upper work roll 12A, the surfaces slide against each other, so it is difficult to damage the shielding member 22 or the upper work roll 12A.
[0063] In some embodiments, when viewed from the axial direction, at the position P of the upper work roll 12A closest to the shielding member 22 T The tangent line L T The angle θ (refer to Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 ) is an acute angle. The closest portion 25 in the opposing surface 24 and the tangent line L T The angle θ formed therebetween may be less than or equal to 60 degrees.
[0064] In the above-described embodiment, at the tangent line L between the closest portion 25 of the facing surface 24 and the upper work roll 12A, T Therefore, even if the shield member 22 including the facing surface 24 contacts the upper work roll 12A, the surfaces slide against each other, so it is difficult to damage the shield member 22 or the upper work roll 12A.
[0065] In some embodiments, for example, Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 As shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 includes an urging member 32 for urging the shielding member 22 toward the upper work roll 12A. The shielding member 22 is supported by the stationary member 18 via the urging member 32.
[0066] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the shielding member 22 is supported by the stationary member 18 via the biasing member 32, and the shielding member 22 is biased toward the upper work roll 12A by the biasing member 32, so that the shielding member 22 can be easily positioned at an appropriate position. For example, even when the position of the upper work roll 12A is changed with a change in the target plate thickness, the shielding member 22 can be arranged so that the position of the shielding member 22 relative to the upper work roll 12A becomes appropriate without performing a fine position adjustment of the shielding member 22.
[0067] The above-mentioned force applying member 32 may also include an elastic member such as a spring. Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 In the illustrated exemplary embodiment, the urging member 32 includes a leaf spring 34 that is mounted on the stationary member 18 and configured to urge the shielding member 22 toward the upper work roll 12A.
[0068] According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the shielding member 22 is urged toward the upper work roll 12A by using an elastic member, so that the shielding member 22 can be easily positioned at an appropriate position. For example, when the position of the upper work roll is changed with a change in the target plate thickness, the shielding member 22 can be appropriately arranged without making a fine position adjustment of the shielding member.
[0069] In some embodiments, for example, Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 As shown, the liquid adhesion suppression device 20 includes a contact member 28, which is mounted on the shielding member 22 and is arranged in a manner of contacting the surface of the upper work roll 12A, and the friction coefficient between the contact member 28 and the upper work roll 12A is smaller than the friction coefficient between the upper work roll 12A and the shielding member 22. Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 In the illustrated exemplary embodiment, the contact member 28 is mounted to the shield member 22 using bolts 30 .
[0070] According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the contact member 28 having a small friction coefficient with the upper work roll 12A is attached to the shield member 22, and the contact member 28 is provided in a manner of contacting the upper work roll 12A. Therefore, the shield member 22 can be maintained at a position where it does not contact the upper work roll 12A by means of the contact member 28, and even if the contact member 28 and the upper work roll 12A slide, it is difficult to cause wear and the like on the contact member 28 and the upper work roll 12A, so that the replacement frequency of the contact member 28 or the upper work roll 12A can be reduced.
[0071] The contact member 28 may be provided only in a part of the extending region of the shield member 22 in the axial direction. In addition, a plurality of contact members 28 may be arranged in the axial direction.
[0072] In such Figure 2 When a plurality of shielding members 22 are provided for one upper work roll 12A as shown in FIG. 1 , one or more contact members 28 may be provided for each of the plurality of shielding members 22. Figure 3When the shielding member 22 extending over the entire region in the axial direction of the upper work roll 12A is provided as shown, one or more contact members 28 may be provided for the shielding member 22. In this case, the contact member 28 may be provided in a manner in contact with the surface of the non-contact portion 14 of the upper work roll 12A, or may be provided in a manner in contact with the surface of the contact portion 13 of the upper work roll 12A.
[0073] The contact member 28 described above may also be formed of a graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material.
[0074] In this case, since the contact member 28 is formed of the graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material having self-lubricating properties and a low friction coefficient with metal materials, wear that may occur in the contact member 28 and the upper work roll 12A can be effectively suppressed.
[0075] The above-mentioned graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material may also include a graphite fiber reinforced polyimide resin composite material.
[0076] In this case, since a material including a graphite fiber-reinforced polyimide resin composite material is used as the graphite fiber-reinforced resin composite material forming the contact member 28 , wear that may occur in the contact member 28 and the upper work roll 12A can be more effectively suppressed.
[0077] The contents described in each of the above-mentioned embodiments can be understood, for example, as follows.
[0078] (1) A liquid adhesion suppression device (20) according to at least one embodiment of the present invention is used to suppress adhesion of liquid to the surface of a metal strip (S) rolled by a rolling mill (10) including an upper work roll (12A) and a lower work roll (12B), wherein:
[0079] The upper working roll comprises: a contact portion (13) which contacts a metal strip rolled by the rolling mill; and a non-contact portion (14) which is located adjacent to the contact portion in the axial direction of the upper working roll and does not contact the metal strip.
[0080] The liquid adhesion suppression device includes a shielding member (22) which is arranged on the discharge side of the rolling mill at a position opposite to the non-contact portion of the upper work roll and is used to block liquid leaking from a gap between the upper work roll and the lower work roll.
[0081] According to the structure of (1) above, a shielding member can be provided at a position opposite to the non-contact portion of the upper work roll on the discharge side of the rolling mill, so that the shielding member can be used to block the liquid (coolant, etc.) that leaks from the gap between a pair of work rolls (upper work roll and lower work roll) to the discharge side of the rolling mill and is lifted up by the upper work roll, and the liquid can be made to fall. As a result, it is possible to suppress the formation of liquid accumulation between the upper work roll and the upper support roll (backup roll or intermediate roll). Therefore, according to the structure of (1) above, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of liquid to the surface of the metal strip on the discharge side of the rolling mill with a simple structure using a shielding member.
[0082] (2) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (1) above,
[0083] The shielding member has an opposing surface (24) provided so as to oppose the surface of the upper working roll.
[0084] According to the configuration of (2) above, the shielding member has an opposing surface disposed in a manner opposing the surface of the upper work roll, so that the liquid leaking from the gap between the pair of work rolls to the discharge side of the rolling mill and lifted up by the upper work roll can be blocked by the opposing surface of the shielding member and caused to fall. Thus, it is possible to suppress the formation of liquid accumulation between the upper work roll and the upper backup roll. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the liquid from adhering to the surface of the metal strip on the discharge side of the rolling mill.
[0085] (3) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (2) above,
[0086] A closest portion (25) of the facing surface including a closest point (25a) closest to the upper work roll is located above a lowermost point (23) of the shielding member.
[0087] According to the configuration of (3) above, the closest portion of the facing surface including the closest point closest to the upper work roll is located above the lowest point of the shielding member, so that the angle formed between the closest portion of the facing surface and the tangent line of the upper work roll is likely to be an acute angle. Therefore, even if the shielding member including the facing surface comes into contact with the upper work roll, it is unlikely to damage the shielding member or the upper work roll.
[0088] (4) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (2) or (3) above,
[0089] When viewed from the axial direction, a tangent line (L T ) and the shielding member at the closest portion of the opposing surface including the closest point closest to the upper work roll is an acute angle.
[0090] According to the configuration of (4) above, the angle formed between the closest portion of the facing surface including the closest point closest to the upper work roll and the tangent line of the upper work roll is an acute angle. Therefore, even if the shielding member including the facing surface comes into contact with the upper work roll, it is difficult to damage the shielding member or the upper work roll.
[0091] (5) In some embodiments, based on any one of the structures (2) to (4) above,
[0092] The shielding member includes a plate-shaped portion (26) on which the opposing surface is formed.
[0093] According to the configuration of (5) above, the shielding member includes the plate-like portion forming the above-mentioned opposing surface. Therefore, by using a simple configuration of the plate-like portion, it is possible to suppress the liquid from adhering to the surface of the metal strip on the discharge side of the rolling mill as described in (1) above.
[0094] (6) In some embodiments, based on any one of the structures (1) to (5) above,
[0095] The liquid adhesion suppression device includes a contact member (28) mounted on the shielding member and arranged in contact with the surface of the upper work roll, and the friction coefficient between the contact member and the upper work roll is smaller than the friction coefficient between the upper work roll and the shielding member.
[0096] According to the configuration of (6) above, the contact member having a relatively small friction coefficient with the upper work roll is attached to the shielding member, and the contact member is arranged in a manner to contact the upper work roll. Therefore, the shielding member can be maintained at a position where it does not contact the upper work roll by means of the contact member, and even if the contact member and the upper work roll slide, it is difficult for the contact member and the upper work roll to be worn, so that the frequency of replacement of the contact member or the upper work roll can be reduced.
[0097] (7) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (6),
[0098] The contact member is formed of a graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material.
[0099] According to the configuration of (7) above, since the contact member is formed of the graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material having self-lubricating properties and a low friction coefficient with the metal material, wear that may occur on the contact member and the upper work roll can be effectively suppressed.
[0100] (8) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (7),
[0101] The graphite fiber reinforced resin composite material includes a graphite fiber reinforced polyimide resin composite material.
[0102] According to the configuration of (8) above, since a material including a graphite fiber-reinforced polyimide resin composite material is used as the graphite fiber-reinforced resin composite material forming the contact member, wear that may occur in the contact member and the upper work roll can be more effectively suppressed.
[0103] (9) In some embodiments, based on any one of the structures (1) to (8) above,
[0104] The liquid adhesion suppression device includes a biasing member (32) for biasing the shielding member toward the upper work roll.
[0105] The shielding member is configured to be supported by the stationary member via the urging member.
[0106] According to the structure of (9) above, the shielding member is supported by the stationary member via the biasing member, and the biasing member is used to bias the shielding member toward the upper work roll, so that the shielding member can be easily positioned at an appropriate position. For example, when the position of the upper work roll is changed in accordance with a change in the target plate thickness, the shielding member can be properly arranged without making a fine position adjustment of the shielding member.
[0107] (10) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (9),
[0108] The force applying member includes an elastic member.
[0109] According to the configuration of (10) above, the shielding member is urged toward the upper work roll by the elastic member, so that the shielding member can be easily positioned at an appropriate position. For example, when the position of the upper work roll is changed in accordance with a change in the target plate thickness, the shielding member can be properly arranged without making a fine position adjustment of the shielding member.
[0110] (11) A rolling equipment (100) according to at least one embodiment of the present invention includes:
[0111] A rolling mill (10) comprising an upper working roll (12A) and a lower working roll (12B); and
[0112] The liquid adhesion suppression device (20) according to any one of (1) to (10) is configured to suppress adhesion of the liquid to the surface of the metal strip rolled by the rolling mill.
[0113] According to the structure of (11) above, a shielding member can be provided at a position opposite to the non-contact portion of the upper work roll on the discharge side of the rolling mill, so that the shielding member can be used to block the liquid (coolant, etc.) that leaks from the gap between a pair of work rolls (upper work roll and lower work roll) to the discharge side of the rolling mill and is lifted up by the upper work roll, and the liquid can be made to fall. As a result, it is possible to suppress the formation of liquid accumulation between the upper work roll and the upper support roll (backup roll or intermediate roll). Therefore, according to the structure of (11) above, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of liquid to the surface of the metal strip on the discharge side of the rolling mill with a simple structure using a shielding member.
[0114] (12) In some embodiments, based on the structure of (11),
[0115] The rolling equipment includes a liquid supply unit (17) which is provided on an entry side of the rolling mill and is configured to supply liquid toward the upper work roll.
[0116] According to the structure of (12) above, the liquid supplied toward the upper work roll at the inlet side of the rolling mill and leaking from the gap between the pair of work rolls toward the discharge side of the rolling mill and lifted up by the upper work roll can be blocked by the shielding member and caused to fall. Thus, it is possible to suppress the formation of liquid accumulation between the upper work roll and the upper support roll (backup roll or intermediate roll). Therefore, according to the structure of (12) above, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of liquid to the surface of the metal strip at the discharge side of the rolling mill with a simple structure using a shielding member.
[0117] As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It also includes the form which added deformation|transformation to the said embodiment, and the form which combined these forms suitably.
[0118] In this specification, expressions such as "in a certain direction", "along a certain direction", "parallel", "orthogonal", "center", "concentric" or "coaxial" that indicate relative or absolute configurations not only indicate strictly such configurations, but also indicate a state of relative displacement at an angle or distance with a tolerance or a degree that can achieve the same function.
[0119] For example, expressions such as “same”, “equal” and “homogeneous” indicating a state in which things are equal not only indicate a state in which things are strictly equal, but also indicate a state in which there is a tolerance or a difference to the extent that the same function can be obtained.
[0120] In the present specification, expressions indicating shapes such as a quadrilateral shape and a cylindrical shape not only indicate shapes such as a quadrilateral shape and a cylindrical shape in a strict geometric sense, but also indicate shapes including concave-convex portions, chamfered portions, etc. within a range that can obtain the same effect.
[0121] In addition, in this specification, the expression “including”, “comprising”, or “having” one component is not an exclusive expression that excludes the presence of other components.
