[0048] Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 1 is a perspective schematic diagram of a medical device 10 according to one embodiment of the present application. The medical device 10 includes: a magnetic resonance imaging device 100; a treatment device 200; and a bed assembly 240. The magnetic resonance imaging device 100 is cylindrical with a hollow portion. The treatment device 200 is, for example, a linear accelerator 200. Alternatively, the treatment device 200 may be another suitable treatment device, which is not limited by the present application. The linear accelerator 200 includes: an accelerator stator 210; an accelerator drum 220; and electrical connection terminals 230. The accelerator stator 210 is fixedly disposed and has a circular first opening 2101. The accelerator drum 220 has a circular second opening 2201, and the second opening 2201 and the first opening 2101 share a common axis X. The accelerator drum 220 is configured to pivot relative to the accelerator stator 210 about the axis X. The slip ring assembly 300 is disposed on one side of the accelerator drum 210 and is coaxially arranged with the first opening 2101 and the second opening 2201. An electrical connection terminal 230 is disposed on the accelerator stator 210 and is electrically connected to the slip ring assembly 300. In this embodiment, the electrical connection terminal 230 is, for example, a carbon brush 230. Alternatively, the electrical connection terminal 230 may be another suitable electrical connection device, such as a metal brush, as long as it satisfies the requirement for electrical connection between the slip ring assembly 300 and the linear accelerator 200. This is not limited in this application. In this embodiment, the slip ring assembly 300 is disposed on the accelerator drum 220, and the electrical connection terminal 230 is disposed on the accelerator stator 210. When the linear accelerator 200 is in operation, the slip ring assembly 300 pivots with the accelerator drum 210, and the slip ring assembly 300 is electrically connected to the linear accelerator 200 via the carbon brush 230. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the slip ring assembly 300 and the electrical connection terminal 230 may also be disposed in other suitable locations. As long as the slip ring assembly 300 and the electrical connection terminal 230 can slide relative to each other and the slip ring assembly 300 can be electrically connected to the linear accelerator 200 via the carbon brush 230, the present application does not limit the installation location of the slip ring assembly 300 and the electrical connection terminal 230. For example, the slip ring assembly 300 may alternatively be disposed on the accelerator stator 210, and the electrical connection terminal 230 may be disposed on the accelerator drum 220. When the linear accelerator 200 is operating, the carbon brush 230 pivots with the accelerator drum 210, and the slip ring assembly 300 is electrically connected to the linear accelerator 200 via the carbon brush 230. The bed assembly 240 is configured to be at least partially movable into the hollow portion of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 100, and the bed assembly 240 includes a bed board suitable for supporting a patient 400 to be examined or treated. When the medical device 10 is in operation, the patient 400 is positioned on the bed board of the bed assembly 240 , and the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 100 is suitable for performing magnetic resonance imaging on a region of interest of the patient 400 to obtain a magnetic resonance image. The linear accelerator 200 is adapted to perform radiotherapy on the lesion tissue within the region of interest based on the magnetic resonance image. Preferably, the magnetic resonance imaging device 100 is capable of performing magnetic resonance imaging on the tissue region of interest at any time, such as before, during, or after radiotherapy. Preferably, the linear accelerator 200 is capable of performing radiotherapy on the lesion tissue within the region of interest based on a fused image formed by the magnetic resonance imaging and other types of images, thereby further improving the accuracy of the radiotherapy.
[0049] Referring to Figure 2, Figure 2 is a schematic plan view of a slip ring assembly 300' in the prior art. The slip ring assembly 300' includes a base 301', a first conductor 310', and a second conductor 320'. The first conductor 310' and the second conductor 320' are coaxially arranged on the same side of the base 301', and a first brush 311' and a second brush 321' are respectively arranged on the sides of the first conductor 310' and the second conductor 320' facing away from the base 301'. When the slip ring assembly 300' is energized, the magnetic field generated by the first conductor 310' and the second conductor 320' will interact with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby interfering with the normal operation of the magnetic resonance imaging device and reducing the accuracy of the magnetic resonance imaging.
[0050] Referring to Figures 1, 4, and 5, Figure 4 is a perspective schematic diagram of a slip ring assembly according to one embodiment of the present application; Figure 5 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the slip ring assembly shown in Figure 4. In the embodiment shown in Figures 4 and 5, the slip ring assembly 300 includes: a base 301; at least one first conductor 310; and at least one second conductor 320. The base 301 is configured as an annular sheet-like structure and is preferably made of an insulating material. In the axial direction of the base 301, the base 301 includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The first side can be the side facing away from the accelerator drum 220 or the side facing the accelerator drum 220. The first conductor 310 is configured as an annular sheet-like structure, and the second conductor 320 is configured as an annular sheet-like structure. The first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 are electrically insulated from each other. The projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 (e.g., parallel to the X-axis) at least partially overlap, i.e., have an overlapping area A.
[0051] In the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5, the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 are arranged on the same side of the substrate 301, for example, the first side or the second side. Alternatively, the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 may be arranged in other ways, for example, the substrate 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 may be arranged on different sides of the substrate 301. It is sufficient that the projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this.
[0052] In the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5, the substrate 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 are coaxially arranged. Alternatively, the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 may be arranged in other ways, for example, the substrate 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 may be non-coaxially arranged, as long as the projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap, which is not limited in this application.
[0053] In the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5, the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 have the same inner diameter, and the outer diameter of the first conductor 310 is larger than the outer diameter of the second conductor 320. In this case, the overlapping area of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction is equal to the projected area of the second conductor 320 along the axial direction. Optionally, the inner and outer diameters of the first and second conductors 310 and 320 can be the same, or different, or one can be the same and the other different. It is sufficient that when observing the side of the substrate 301 on which the first and second conductors 310 and 320 are disposed, the first and second conductors 310 and 320 can be simultaneously visible. That is, the projections of the first and second conductors 310 and 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap. For example, referring to Figure 3, in the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the inner and outer diameters of the first and second conductors 310 and 320 can be different, and the projections of the first and second conductors 310 and 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 have an overlapping area A.
[0054] In the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment, the base 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The structure of the slip ring assembly 300 in the axial direction of the base 301 (i.e., the X direction shown in FIG. 5 ) is very compact, thereby requiring a small axial installation space for the slip ring assembly 300. When the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment is energized, because the projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap, the magnetic fields generated by the currents flowing in the portions of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 corresponding to the overlapping region A at least partially cancel each other out. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300, thereby also reducing interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby optimizing the imaging quality and accuracy of the magnetic resonance imaging.
[0055] Continuing with reference to Figures 4 and 5, in this embodiment, a first insulator 302 is disposed between the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 to electrically insulate the first conductor 310 from the second conductor 320. Specifically, the first insulator 302 can be formed in an annular sheet shape, and the projected area of the first insulator 302 along the axial direction of the base 301 is greater than or equal to the overlapping area of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction.
[0056] Continuing with reference to Figures 4 and 5, a plurality of first electrically isolating grooves 312 are further provided on portions of the first conductor 310 that do not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301. In the portions of the first conductor 310 where the first electrically isolating grooves 312 are provided, current cannot flow in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. In this embodiment, each first electrically isolating groove 312 extends linearly on the first conductor 310, and the plurality of first electrically isolating grooves 312 are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the first electrically isolating grooves 312 may also have other shapes and arrangements, as long as they satisfy the requirement of preventing current from flowing in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310 in the portions where the first electrically isolating grooves 312 are provided. This application does not limit the shape and arrangement of the first electrically isolating grooves 312. Alternatively, each first electrically isolating groove 312 may extend in a curved or zigzag pattern on the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 extend from an outer edge of a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320 to an inner edge of a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320. Optionally, the plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 are arranged at equal intervals in a circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 extend in a radial direction of the first conductor 310.
[0057] In this embodiment, the slip ring assembly 300 further includes at least one first brush 311 and at least one second brush 321. The first brush 311 is adapted to establish electrical contact with the first conductor 310. The second brush 321 is adapted to establish electrical contact with the second conductor 320. In this embodiment, the first brush 311 and the second brush 321 are respectively disposed on the side of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 away from the base 301. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the first brush 311 and the second brush 321 can be disposed in other suitable locations as long as they can establish electrical contact with the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320. Optionally, the first brush 311 is disposed on the radially inner or outer surface of the first conductor 310. Optionally, the second brush 321 is disposed on the radially inner or outer surface of the second conductor 320.
[0058] Furthermore, in another embodiment, an annular groove may be provided on the first side of the substrate 301 , and the first conductor 310 is provided in the annular groove. Preferably, the depth of the annular groove is equal to the thickness of the first conductor 310 .
[0059] In the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5, the number of first conductors 310 and the number of second conductors 320 can be the same or different. The projection of each first conductor 310 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlaps with the projection of one second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301. At least one first conductor 310 and at least one second conductor 320 form a conductor set, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the number of first conductors 310 and second conductors 320 in each conductor set, as well as the number of conductor sets in the slip ring assembly 300, can be selected based on actual needs. For example, in one embodiment, the conductor set includes one first conductor 310 and one second conductor 320, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes one conductor set. For example, in another embodiment, the conductor set includes two first conductors 310 and one second conductor 320, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes two conductor sets.
[0060] In the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment, the base 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The axial structure of the slip ring assembly 300 is very compact, requiring a small installation space. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device. Furthermore, since the first conductor 310 is provided with a plurality of first electrical isolation grooves 312, current can flow only in the portion of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 corresponding to the overlapping area A, thereby maximally reducing the current loop area of the slip ring assembly 300, further reducing the interference magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300, and further reducing the interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby ensuring the imaging accuracy of the magnetic resonance.
[0061] Referring to Figures 1, 6, and 7, Figure 6 is a perspective schematic diagram of a slip ring assembly 300 according to one embodiment of the present application; Figure 7 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the slip ring assembly 300 shown in Figure 6. In the embodiments shown in Figures 6 and 7, the structure and positional relationship of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 are similar to those of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 in the embodiments shown in Figures 3 to 5. In this embodiment, the ring assembly 300 further includes at least one third conductor 330. The third conductor 330 is configured as an annular sheet structure and is suitable for being fixed to the base 301. The third conductor 330 is arranged on the same side of the base 301 as the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320. The third conductor 330 is electrically insulated from the first conductor 310 or the second conductor 320.
[0062] Optionally, the third conductor 330 is disposed between the first conductor 310 and the substrate 301 along the axial direction of the substrate 301, as shown in FIG7 . A second insulator 303 is disposed between the third conductor 330 and the first conductor 310. The second insulator 303 is adapted to electrically insulate the third conductor 330 from the first conductor 310. The third conductor 330 at least partially overlaps with the first conductor 310 along the axial direction of the substrate 301, thereby forming an overlapping region A along the axial direction of the substrate 301 with the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330.
[0063] Optionally, the third conductor 330 is disposed on one side of the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301, and a third insulator is disposed between the third conductor 330 and the second conductor 320. The third insulator is adapted to electrically insulate the third conductor 330 from the second conductor 320. The third conductor 330 at least partially overlaps with the second conductor 310 along the axial direction of the substrate 301, thereby forming an overlapping region along the axial direction of the substrate 301.
[0064] Optionally, the third conductor 330 is disposed between the second conductor 320 and the base 301 along the axial direction of the base 301. Referring to FIG8 , a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a slip ring assembly 330 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. In the embodiment shown in FIG8 , the first conductor 310 and the third conductor 330 are disposed on the same side of the base 301, the second conductor 320 is disposed on one side of the first conductor 310 and the third conductor 330 along the axial direction of the base 301, a first insulator 302 is disposed between the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320, thereby electrically insulating the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320, and a third insulator 304 is disposed between the third conductor 330 and the second conductor 320, thereby electrically insulating the third conductor 330 and the second conductor 320. The projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap to form an overlapping area A1. The projections of the third conductor 330 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap to form an overlapping area A3. Optionally, an electrical isolation groove is provided in the portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301. Optionally, an electrical isolation groove is provided in the portion of the third conductor 330 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301. Optionally, an electrical isolation groove is provided in the portion of the second conductor 320 that does not overlap with the projection of the first conductor 310 and the third conductor 330 along the axial direction of the substrate 301.
[0065] 6 and 7 , an annular groove 3011 is further provided on the first side of the base 301 , and the third conductor 330 is provided in the annular groove 3011 . Optionally, the first conductor 310 is provided in the annular groove 3011 .
[0066] In the embodiments shown in Figures 6 and 7 , the second insulator 303 is configured as an annular sheet structure. The projected area of the second insulator 303 along the axial direction of the base 301 is greater than or equal to the axial overlapping area of the third conductor 330 and the first conductor 310. Optionally, the sum of the thickness H1 of the second insulator 303 and the thickness H2 of the third conductor 330 is equal to the depth D1 of the annular groove 3011.
[0067] In the embodiment where the first conductor 310 is disposed in the annular groove 3011, the third conductor 330 is disposed on the second conductor 320, with the second insulator 303 disposed between the third conductor 330 and the second conductor 320. The second insulator 303 is adapted to electrically insulate the third conductor 330 from the second conductor 320. The third conductor 330 and the second conductor 310 at least partially overlap along the axial direction of the substrate 301. Optionally, the sum of the thickness of the second insulator 303 and the thickness of the first conductor 310 is equal to the depth of the annular groove 3011.
[0068] In the slip ring assembly 300 according to the embodiment shown in Figures 6 and 7, the base 301, the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The slip ring assembly 300 is very compact in the axial direction of the base 301 (i.e., the X direction shown in Figure 7), thereby requiring a small axial installation space for the slip ring assembly 300. When the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment is energized, because the projections of the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap, the magnetic fields generated by the current flowing through the portions of the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 corresponding to the overlapping region A at least partially cancel each other out. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby optimizing the imaging quality and accuracy of the magnetic resonance imaging.
[0069] 7 , in this embodiment, a plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 are provided in a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301, and a plurality of second electrical isolation trenches 332 are provided in a portion of the third conductor 330 that does not overlap with the first conductor 310 in the axial direction of the substrate 301. In the portions of the first and third conductors 310 and 330 in which the electrical isolation trenches are provided, current cannot flow in the circumferential direction of the first and third conductors 310 and 330. In this embodiment, each first electrical isolation trench 312 extends linearly on the first conductor 310; each second electrical isolation trench 332 extends linearly on the third conductor 330; the plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310; and the plurality of third electrical isolation trenches 332 are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the third conductor 310. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the first electrical isolation trenches 312 and the third electrical isolation trenches 332 may have other shapes and arrangements, as long as they satisfy the requirement of preventing current from flowing in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310 and the third conductor 330 in the portions where the electrical isolation trenches are provided. This application does not limit the shapes and arrangements of the first electrical isolation trenches 312 and the third electrical isolation trenches 332. Alternatively, each first electrical isolation trench 312 may extend in a curved or zigzag pattern on the first conductor 310. Alternatively, each third electrical isolation trench 332 may extend in a curved or zigzag pattern on the third conductor 330. Alternatively, the plurality of first electrical isolation trenches 312 may extend from the outer edge of the portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301 to the inner edge of the portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301. Optionally, the plurality of third electrically isolating trenches 332 extend from the outer edge of the portion of the third conductor 330 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301 to the inner edge of the portion of the third conductor 310 that does not overlap with the projection of the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301. Optionally, the plurality of first electrically isolating trenches 312 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of second electrically isolating trenches 332 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the third conductor 330. Optionally, the plurality of first electrically isolating trenches 312 extend radially of the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of third electrically isolating trenches 332 extend radially of the third conductor 330.
[0070] In the embodiments shown in Figures 6 and 7 , the slip ring assembly further includes a third brush 331 adapted to establish electrical contact with the third conductor 330. The third brush 331 is adapted to establish electrical contact with the third conductor 330. In this embodiment, the third brush 331 is disposed on a side of the third conductor 330 away from the base 301. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the third brush 331 may be disposed in other suitable locations as long as the requirement for establishing electrical contact with the third conductor 330 is met. Alternatively, the third brush 331 may be disposed on the radially inner or outer surface of the third conductor 330.
[0071] In the embodiments shown in Figures 6 and 7, the number of first conductors 310, second conductors 320, and third conductors 330 can be the same or different. At least one first conductor 310, at least one second conductor 320, and at least one third conductor 330 form a conductor set, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the number of first conductors 310, second conductors 320, and third conductors 330 in each conductor set, as well as the number of conductor sets in the slip ring assembly 300, can be selected based on actual needs. For example, in one embodiment, a conductor set includes one first conductor 310, one second conductor 320, and one third conductor 330, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes one conductor set. In the radial direction of the body 301, the diameters of the annular conductors in each annular conductor set gradually increase or decrease.
[0072] In the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment, the base 301, the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 are all configured as an annular sheet structure. This makes the axial structure of the slip ring assembly 300 very compact, requiring a small installation space. When the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment is energized, because the projections of the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap, the magnetic fields generated by the currents flowing through the portions of the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, and the third conductor 330 corresponding to the overlapping region A at least partially cancel each other out. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device. Furthermore, since a plurality of first electrical isolation grooves 312 and a plurality of second electrical isolation grooves 332 are respectively provided on the first conductor 310 and the third conductor 330, current can only flow in the portions of the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320 and the third conductor 330 corresponding to the overlapping area A, thereby maximally reducing the current loop area of the slip ring assembly 300, further reducing the interference magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300, and further reducing the interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby ensuring the imaging accuracy of the magnetic resonance.
[0073] Referring to Figures 9 and 10, Figure 9 is a perspective schematic diagram of a slip ring assembly according to one embodiment of the present application; Figure 10 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the slip ring assembly shown in Figure 9. In the embodiments shown in Figures 9 and 10, the first conductor 310, the second conductor 320, the first brush 311, and the second brush 321 are similar to those in the embodiments shown in Figures 3 to 5, except that at least one first conductor 310 and at least one second conductor 320 are arranged on different sides of the base 301.
[0074] In the embodiments shown in Figures 9 and 10, the number of first conductors 310 and second conductors 320 can be the same or different. At least one first conductor 310 and at least one second conductor 320 form a conductor set, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the number of first conductors 310 and second conductors 320 in each conductor set and the number of conductor sets in the slip ring assembly 300 can be selected based on actual needs.
[0075] Alternatively, in the embodiments shown in Figures 11 and 12 , the conductor set includes a first conductor 310 and a second conductor 320, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes three conductor sets. In one conductor set, the projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap. Alternatively, the slip ring assembly 300 may include another suitable number of conductor sets, such as one, two, or four.
[0076] Alternatively, in the embodiments shown in Figures 13 and 14 , the conductor set includes one first conductor 310 and two second conductors 320, and the slip ring assembly 300 includes one conductor set. In one conductor set, the projections of the first conductor 310 and the two second conductors 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap. Alternatively, the slip ring assembly 300 may include another suitable number of conductor sets, such as two, three, or four.
[0077] In the embodiments shown in Figures 9 and 10, 11 and 12, and 13 and 14, the base 301, first conductor 310, and second conductor 320 of the slip ring assembly 300 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The slip ring assembly 300 is very compact in the axial direction of the base 301 (i.e., the X direction shown in Figures 10, 12, and 14), thereby requiring a small axial installation space for the slip ring assembly 300. When the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment is energized, because the projections of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap, the magnetic fields generated by the current flowing in the portions of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 corresponding to the overlapping region A at least partially cancel each other out. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, thereby optimizing the quality and accuracy of the magnetic resonance imaging.
[0078] Furthermore, in the embodiments shown in Figures 13 and 14, a plurality of third electrically isolating grooves (not shown) are provided in the portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320 in the axial direction of the substrate 301. In the portion of the first conductor 310 where the third electrically isolating grooves are provided, current cannot flow in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. In this embodiment, each third electrically isolating groove extends linearly on the first conductor 310, and the plurality of third electrically isolating grooves are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the third electrically isolating grooves may have other shapes and arrangements, as long as they satisfy the requirement that current cannot flow in the circumferential direction of the first conductor 310 in the portion where the third electrically isolating grooves are provided. This application does not limit the shape and arrangement of the third electrically isolating grooves. Alternatively, each third electrically isolating groove may extend in a curved or broken line pattern on the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of third electrical isolation trenches extend from an outer edge of a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320 to an inner edge of a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with the second conductor 320. Optionally, the plurality of third electrical isolation trenches are arranged at equal intervals in a circumferential direction of the first conductor 310. Optionally, the plurality of third electrical isolation trenches extend in a radial direction of the first conductor 310.
[0079] Furthermore, in the embodiments shown in Figures 13 and 14, the slip ring assembly 330 includes at least two second conductors 320. The two second conductors 320 are arranged on the same side of the base 301 and are electrically insulated from each other. The projections of the first conductor 310 and the two second conductors 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 partially overlap, forming a first overlapping area A1 and a second overlapping area A2. Optionally, a gap is provided between the two second conductors 320 to electrically insulate the at least two second conductors 320 from each other. Furthermore, an insulating material is provided in the gap between the two second conductors 320 to electrically insulate the at least two second conductors 320 from each other.
[0080] In the slip ring assembly 300 according to this embodiment, the base 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The axial structure of the slip ring assembly 300 is very compact, requiring a small installation space. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device. Furthermore, since a plurality of first electrical isolation grooves 312 are provided on the first conductor 310, current can flow only in the portion of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 corresponding to the overlapping area A1 or A2, thereby maximally reducing the current loop area of the slip ring assembly 300, further reducing the interference magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300, and further reducing the interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby ensuring the imaging accuracy of the magnetic resonance.
[0081] Referring to Figure 15 , a conductor set of a slip ring assembly 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown. The conductor set includes at least two first conductors 310 and at least three second conductors 320. The first conductors 310 and the second conductors 320 are arranged on different axial sides of a substrate 301. The projections of a first conductor 310 and two of the second conductors 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap, forming an overlapping region. The projections of another first conductor 310 and another second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap, forming another overlapping region. In this embodiment, the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Alternatively, the slip ring assembly 300 may include another suitable number of conductor sets, such as two, three, or four.
[0082] Referring to Figure 16 , a conductor set of a slip ring assembly 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown. The conductor set includes at least two first conductors 310 and at least three second conductors 320. The first conductors 310 and the second conductors 320 are respectively arranged on different sides along the axial direction of the base 301. The projections of each first conductor 310 and two of the second conductors 320 along the axial direction of the base 301 at least partially overlap, thereby forming an overlapping region. In this embodiment, the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Alternatively, the slip ring assembly 300 may include another suitable number of conductor sets, such as two, three, or four.
[0083] Referring to Figure 17 , Figure 17 shows a conductor set of a slip ring assembly 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The conductor set includes at least two first conductors 310 and at least three second conductors 320. The first conductors 310 and the second conductors 320 are respectively arranged on different sides along the axial direction of the substrate 301. The projections of at least one first conductor 310 and at least one second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 at least partially overlap to form an overlapping area, and the projections of at least one second conductor 320 and any first conductor 310 along the axial direction of the substrate 301 do not overlap. In this embodiment, the slip ring assembly 300 includes at least one conductor set. Alternatively, the slip ring assembly 300 may include another suitable number of conductor sets, such as two, three, or four.
[0084] In the embodiments shown in Figures 15 to 17, an electrical isolation groove is optionally provided on a portion of the first conductor 310 that does not overlap with a projection of the second conductor 320 along the axial direction of the substrate 301. Alternatively, an electrical isolation groove is provided on a portion of the second conductor 320 that does not overlap with a projection of the first conductor 310 along the axial direction of the substrate 301.
[0085] In the embodiments shown in Figures 15 to 17, the base 301, the first conductor 310, and the second conductor 320 are all configured as annular sheet structures. The axial structure of the slip ring assembly 300 is very compact, requiring a small installation space. This reduces the interfering magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300 and, in turn, reduces interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device. Furthermore, since the first conductor 310 or the second conductor 320 is provided with an electrical isolation groove, current can only flow in the portion of the first conductor 310 and the second conductor 320 corresponding to the overlapping area, thereby maximally reducing the current loop area of the slip ring assembly 300, further reducing the interference magnetic field generated in the slip ring assembly 300, and further reducing the interference with the central magnetic field of the magnetic resonance imaging device, thereby ensuring the imaging accuracy of the magnetic resonance.
