[0048] See also Figures 1 to 11The continuously variable transmission includes a base 1, a first power wheel 2, a speed-changing generating wheel 3, an adjusting assembly 4 and a first locking member 5. The first power wheel 2 is rotatably arranged on the outside of the base 1, and the first power wheel 2 is coaxially arranged with the base 1, that is, the first power wheel 2 is sleeved on the outside of the base 1 and can rotate around the central axis of the base 1. The speed-changing generating wheel 3 is rotatably arranged on the outside of the base 1 and is located on one side of the first power wheel 2. The speed-changing generating wheel 3 is slidably assembled on the base 1 along the radial direction of the base 1, and the rotating shaft between the speed-changing generating wheel 3 and the base 1 is parallel to or coaxial with the central axis of the base 1, that is, the speed-changing generating wheel 3 is sleeved on the outside of the base 1, and the speed-changing generating wheel 3 can rotate around the central axis of the base 1, and can also slide relative to the base 1 along the radial direction of the base 1. The adjustment component 4 includes a driving source 41 and a speed regulating wheel 42. The driving source 41 is arranged on the base 1. The speed regulating wheel 42 is rotatably arranged on the base 1. The speed regulating wheel 42 is respectively connected to the driving source 41 and the speed generating wheel 3. The driving source 41 is used to drive the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate relative to the base 1. The speed regulating wheel 42 is used to drive the speed generating wheel 3 to slide so that the speed generating wheel 3 is eccentrically arranged relative to the first power wheel 2. The first locking member 5 is slidably assembled on the speed generating wheel 3 along the circumferential direction of the base 1 and is slidably connected to the first power wheel 2 along the radial direction of the base 1. The first locking member 5 is fixed to the speed generating wheel 3 in the radial direction of the base 1, and is fixed to the first power wheel 2 in the circumferential direction of the base 1. There are multiple first locking members 5, and the multiple first locking members 5 are distributed in the circumferential direction of the speed generating wheel 3 and enclosed to form concentric circles coaxially arranged with the speed generating wheel 3; wherein the first locking member 5 has a locked state in which it can be fixed to the speed generating wheel 3 along the first direction, and an unlocked state in which it can slide relative to the speed generating wheel 3 along the second direction, the first direction is opposite to the second direction, and when the speed generating wheel 3 is eccentric relative to the first power wheel 2 and each of the first locking members 5 slides along the first direction, only the first locking member 5 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to the speed generating wheel 3.
[0049] The driving source 41 drives the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate. When the speed generating wheel 3 moves a certain distance in the radial direction of the base 1 under the drive of the speed regulating wheel 42, the speed generating wheel 3 is eccentrically arranged relative to the first power wheel 2, and the concentric circles coaxially arranged with the speed generating wheel 3 formed by each first locking member 5 are eccentrically arranged relative to the first power wheel 2. At this time, the first power wheel 2 is driven to rotate in the first direction, the first locking member 5 follows the first power wheel 2 to rotate in the first direction and drives the speed generating wheel 3 to rotate in the first direction, and the first locking member 5 can cause continuous linear velocity changes and angular velocity changes on the speed generating wheel 3, only the first locking member 5 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to each other, and the remaining first locking members 5 move on the speed generating wheel 3, and the speed generating wheel 3 follows the first locking member 5 with the largest linear velocity to rotate synchronously, so that the speed regulating wheel 42 can be adjusted by controlling the driving source 41, and the speed regulating wheel 42 can be adjusted to change the eccentric distance of the speed generating wheel 3 relative to the first power wheel 2, and change the maximum linear velocity of the first locking member 5, so that the rotation speed of the speed generating wheel 3 changes, and the rotation speed adjustment of the speed generating wheel 3 is completed. Therefore, the driving source 41 can be controlled to change the eccentric distance of the speed-changing generating wheel 3 relative to the first power wheel 2 when the speed of the first power wheel 2 is constant, so as to change the rotation speed of the speed-changing generating wheel 3 and realize the automatic adjustment of the stepless speed change, thereby simplifying the adjustment method of the stepless speed change and meeting the personalized adjustment requirements of the pedaling force during riding. In addition, the stepless transmission can realize non-friction continuous stepless speed change, with large transmission torque and high transmission efficiency; it can change speed in the stationary state, rotating state and riding state, with convenient speed regulation, light weight and small size.
[0050] It should be noted that the driving source 41 may be a motor, and the motor is controlled to drive the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate, thereby driving the speed change generating wheel 3 to slide. The first direction may be clockwise, and the second direction may be counterclockwise. One of the first power wheel 2 and the speed change generating wheel 3 is a speed input wheel, and the other is a speed output wheel. For example, the first power wheel 2 is an input wheel, and the speed change generating wheel 3 is an output wheel.
[0051] It should be understood that the first power wheel 2, the first locking member 5 and the speed shift generating wheel 3 constitute an overrunning clutch; wherein, taking the first power wheel 2 as the speed input wheel as an example, when the first power wheel 2 rotates clockwise, all the first locking members 5 rotate clockwise with the first power wheel 2, and all the first locking members 5 are fixed to the speed shift generating wheel 3, and the speed shift generating wheel 3 rotates clockwise at this time; when the first power wheel 2 rotates counterclockwise, all the first locking members 5 rotate counterclockwise with the first power wheel 2, and all the first locking members 5 can slide relative to the speed shift generating wheel 3, and the speed shift generating wheel 3 remains stationary at this time.
[0052] See also Figure 2 and Figure 3In some embodiments, the adjustment component 4 further includes a transmission mechanism 43, the transmission mechanism 43 includes a first transmission member 431 and a second transmission member 432, the first transmission member 431 is disposed on the driving source 41, the second transmission member 432 is disposed on the speed regulating wheel 42, the first transmission member 431 and the second transmission member 432 are meshed and matched, so that the driving source 41 drives the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate. The driving source 41 can be a rotary motor, the rotary motor drives the first transmission member 431 to rotate, the first transmission member 431 and the second transmission member 432 are meshed and matched, so that the rotary motor can drive the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate; the first transmission member 431 and the second transmission member 432 can be either gear transmission or turbine worm gear transmission.
[0053] It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the driving source 41 may also be a linear motor, which drives the first transmission member 431 to move, and the first transmission member 431 meshes with the second transmission member 432, so that the linear motor can drive the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate; wherein the first transmission member 431 may be a rack, and the second transmission member 432 may be a gear. The driving source 41 may also directly drive the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate, for example, the rotary motor directly drives the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate. The driving source 41 and the speed regulating wheel 42 may also be belt driven, chain driven, etc.
[0054] See also Figure 2 and Figure 3 , limited by the setting method of the driving source 41 and the speed regulating wheel 42, for example, there is a large height difference between the driving source 41 and the speed regulating wheel 42, the transmission mechanism 43 also includes a third transmission member 433, the third transmission member 433 is rotatably arranged on the base 1, the rotating shaft between the third transmission member 433 and the base 1 and the rotating shaft between the speed regulating wheel 42 and the base 1 are parallel to each other, the third transmission member 433 is respectively engaged with the first transmission member 431 and the second transmission member 432, and the height difference between the driving source 41 and the speed regulating wheel 42 is eliminated by the third transmission member 433, so that the power of the driving source 41 is transmitted to the speed regulating wheel 42. The eight first locking members 5 are distributed in the first installation groove 31, and the eight first locking members 5 are slidably assembled in the eight first connecting grooves 21 in a one-to-one correspondence. The angles between any two adjacent first locking members 5 are different, and there are countless angles between the two adjacent first locking members 5. When the speed change generating wheel 3 and the first power wheel 2 are eccentrically arranged, the first power wheel 2 is rotated clockwise, and the first power wheel 2 drives the first locking members 5 to rotate. The eight first locking members 5 undergo continuous linear velocity changes and angular velocity changes in the first installation groove 31, and only the first locking member 5 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to the speed change generating wheel 3, and the remaining seven first locking members 5 follow in the first installation groove 31. The first power wheel 2 is rotated continuously, and the linear velocity of each first locking member 5 changes continuously. The first locking member 5 at the maximum linear velocity will automatically lock the speed change generating wheel 3 to relay the speed change generating wheel 3 to rotate, thereby completing the speed change.
[0065] The principle of continuously variable speed change is explained below:
[0066] See also Figure 6 and Figure 7 , the minimum angle between two adjacent first locking members 5 is N, the maximum angle is M (M is greater than N), the value of M divided by N is the maximum speed range, and the eccentric distance between the speed change generating wheel 3 and the first power wheel 2 determines the maximum speed ratio. In the process of two adjacent first locking members 5 sliding counterclockwise from the minimum angle N to the maximum angle M, the angle between the two adjacent first locking members 5 will continuously increase from N to M to form countless angles, thereby forming a stepless speed change.
[0067] See also Figure 5 , Figure 8 and Fig. 9 The first locking member 5 includes a first sliding seat 51, a first locking portion 53, a first elastic member 54 and a first guide portion 52. The notch of the first accommodating groove 511 is arranged opposite to the first outer side wall 312. Both sides of the first sliding seat 51 are adapted to the first inner side wall 311 and the first outer side wall 312, which is conducive to the first sliding seat 51 sliding in the first mounting groove 31, and the first sliding seat 51 abuts against the first inner side wall 311. [0069] It should be noted that, when the first power wheel 2 is rotated clockwise, the first sliding seat 51 abuts against the first inner wall 311, the first locking portion 53 is located at the top end of the first guide portion 52, and the first locking portion 53 abuts against the first outer wall 312, so that the first locking member 5 is in a locked state fixed to the speed shifting wheel 3; when the first power wheel 2 is rotated counterclockwise, the first locking portion 53 is located at the bottom end of the first guide portion 52, and there is a gap between the first locking portion 53 and the first outer wall 312, so that the first locking member 5 can slide relative to the speed shifting wheel 3.

[0071] See also Figure 4 and Figure 5 The continuously variable transmission further comprises a first inner friction ring 9, a first outer friction ring 10 and a third stop ring 20. [0072] See also Figure 1 , Figure 5 and Figure 6, the continuously variable transmission also includes a second power wheel 7 and a second locking member 8. The second power wheel 7 is rotatably arranged on the outside of the base 1 and is located on the side of the speed generating wheel 3 away from the first power wheel 2. The second power wheel 7 is coaxially arranged with the base 1; the second locking member 8 is slidably assembled on the speed generating wheel 3 along the circumferential direction of the base 1 and is slidably connected to the second power wheel 7 along the radial direction of the base 1. The second locking member 8 is fixed to the speed generating wheel 3 in the radial direction of the base 1, and is fixed to the second power wheel 7 in the circumferential direction of the base 1, so that when the speed generating wheel 3 rotates, the second power wheel 7 can be driven to rotate by the second locking member 8, and the speed generating wheel 3 can drive the second power wheel 7 to rotate. The second locking members 8 are moved to an eccentric setting relative to the second power wheel 7; there are multiple second locking members 8, and the multiple second locking members 8 are distributed in the circumferential direction of the speed shift generating wheel 3 and enclose a concentric circle coaxially set with the speed shift generating wheel 3; wherein the second locking members 8 have a locked state in which they can be fixed to the speed shift generating wheel 3 along a first direction, and an unlocked state in which they can slide relative to the speed shift generating wheel 3 along a second direction. When the speed shift generating wheel 3 is eccentric relative to the second power wheel 7 and each of the second locking members 8 slides along the first direction, only the second locking member 8 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to the speed shift generating wheel 3.
[0073] The driving source 41 drives the speed regulating wheel 42 to rotate. When the speed generating wheel 3 moves a certain distance along the radial direction of the base 1 under the drive of the speed regulating wheel 42, the speed generating wheel 3 is eccentrically arranged relative to the second power wheel 7, and the concentric circles formed by the second locking members 8 and coaxially arranged with the speed generating wheel 3 are eccentrically arranged relative to the second power wheel 7. When the speed generating wheel 3 rotates in the first direction, each second locking member 8 can undergo continuous linear velocity changes and angular velocity changes on the speed generating wheel 3. Only the second locking member 8 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to the speed generating wheel 3, and the remaining second locking members 8 follow the speed generating wheel 3. The second power wheel 7 rotates synchronously with the second locking member 8 with the largest linear velocity, so that the eccentric distance of the speed generating wheel 3 relative to the second power wheel 7 can be changed by adjusting the speed regulating wheel 42, and the maximum linear velocity of the second locking member 8 can be changed, so that the rotation speed of the second power wheel 7 can be changed, and the rotation speed adjustment of the second power wheel 7 can be completed, and stepless speed change can be realized.
[0074] It should be noted that a continuously variable transmission mechanism is formed between the first power wheel 2, the speed change generating wheel 3 and the first locking member 5, and another continuously variable transmission mechanism is formed between the second power wheel 7, the speed change generating wheel 3 and the second locking member 8, so that the continuously variable transmission in the present invention is a two-stage speed change. Among them, the first power wheel 2 can be used as a speed input wheel, and the second power wheel 7 can be used as a speed output wheel.
[0075] It should be understood that the second power wheel 7, the second locking member 8 and the speed generating wheel 3 constitute an overrunning clutch; wherein, taking the speed generating wheel 3 as the speed input wheel for example, when the speed generating wheel 3 rotates clockwise, the second locking member 8 and the speed generating wheel 3 are fixed to each other, and all the second locking members 8 rotate clockwise with the speed generating wheel 3, and all the second locking members 8 drive the second power wheel 7 to rotate clockwise; when the speed generating wheel 3 rotates counterclockwise, all the second locking members 8 can slide relative to the speed generating wheel 3, and the second power wheel 7 remains stationary.
[0076] See also Figure 4 and Figure 5 , a second annular mounting groove 32 is provided on one side of the speed change generating wheel 3 close to the second power wheel 7, the second mounting groove 32 is coaxially arranged with the speed change generating wheel 3, and a plurality of second locking members 8 are slidably assembled in the second mounting groove 32; wherein, the second locking member 8 is arranged in the second mounting groove 32 to ensure that the second locking member 8 slides along the circumferential direction of the base 1, and the second locking member 8 is fixed to the speed change generating wheel 3 in the radial direction of the base 1. A second connecting groove 71 is provided on both sides of the second power wheel 7 close to the speed change generating wheel 3, the length of which extends along the radial direction of the base 1, and a plurality of second connecting grooves 71 are provided, and the plurality of second connecting grooves 71 are spaced apart around the central axis of the second power wheel 7, and the plurality of second locking members 8 are slidably connected to the plurality of second connecting grooves 71 in a one-to-one correspondence; wherein, the second locking member 8 is arranged in the second connecting groove 71 to ensure that the second locking member 8 slides along the radial direction of the base 1, and the second locking member 8 is fixed to the second power wheel 7 in the circumferential direction of the base 1.
[0077] See also Figure 4 and Figure 5 In a specific example, eight second locking members 8 may be provided, and eight second connecting grooves 71 evenly spaced are provided on the second power wheel 7. The eight second locking members 8 are distributed in the second installation groove 32, and the eight second locking members 8 are slidably assembled in the eight second connecting grooves 71 in a one-to-one correspondence. The angles between any two adjacent second locking members 8 are different, and there are countless angles between any two adjacent second locking members 8. When the speed generating wheel 3 and the second power wheel 7 are eccentrically arranged, the speed generating wheel 3 is rotated clockwise, and only the second locking member 8 with the largest linear velocity is fixed to the speed generating wheel 3, and the remaining seven second locking members 8 follow in the second installation groove 32. By continuously rotating the speed generating wheel 3, the linear velocity of each second locking member 8 changes continuously, and the second locking member 8 at the maximum linear velocity will automatically lock the speed generating wheel 3 to relay and drive the second power wheel 7 to rotate, thereby completing the speed change.

The second guide portion 82 is fixed to the bottom wall of the second sliding seat 81 and the notch of the second receiving groove 811. A second guide slope 821 is provided on one side of the second guide portion 82 and the notch of the second receiving groove 811. The second guide slope 821 is inclined from the top to the bottom along the second direction; wherein the distance between the top of the second guide slope 821 and the second outer side wall 322 is smaller than the distance between the bottom of the second guide slope 821 and the second outer side wall 322. The side of the second locking portion 83 that contacts the second outer side wall 322 is adapted to the second outer side wall 322. The second locking portion 83 and the second sliding seat 81 jointly lock the second locking member 8 on the speed generating wheel 3. The second elastic member 84 is used to provide elastic force to drive the second locking portion 83 to move toward the top of the second guiding inclined surface 821 .
[0079] According to actual needs, the width of both sides of the second sliding seat 81 is smaller than the groove width of the second mounting groove 32, and both sides of the second sliding seat 81 are arc surfaces, and the two arc surfaces on the second sliding seat 81 that abut against the second inner wall 321 are concave, and the arc surface on the other side is convex; the second guide portion 82 can be integrally or separately arranged with the second sliding seat 81, and the second guide portion 82 can be a wedge block; the second locking portion 83 can be a cylinder; the second elastic member 84 can be a spring.
