Erosion-resistant dew point corrosion-resistant air preheater

Abstract

According to the scouring-resistant dew point corrosion-resistant air preheater, different forms of heat exchange tubes are arranged in a low-temperature area, a medium-temperature area and a high-temperature area according to the characteristics of flue gas of a boiler, and low-temperature dew point corrosion and scouring of the flue gas to the heat exchange tubes of the air preheater are avoided. A tin-based heat exchange tube is adopted in a low-temperature area of the air preheater, and dew point corrosion of flue gas is resisted through the corrosion resistance of metal tin; in the high-temperature part, the nickel-based heat exchange tube is used, so that the wear resistance of the heat exchange tube is improved, and the anti-scouring performance of the heat exchange tube is improved; the medium-temperature area is a normal heat exchange part, and common steel pipes are adopted for heat exchange. Meanwhile, for the air leakage phenomenon caused by connection of the air preheater tube plate and the heat exchange tube, a special sealing mode is adopted, and leakage is avoided.
