Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present application belongs to the field of wireless communication technology, and specifically relates to a sidelink transmission method, device, terminal and readable storage medium. Background Art

[0002] If the sidelink (SL) system is deployed in an unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment (UE, also known as the terminal) can obtain the channel occupancy time (COT) by listening before talking (LBT) and share it with other UEs. In order to be consistent with the deployment of New Radio (NR) and maximize NR-based unlicensed access, unlicensed bands can operate in the 5GHz, 37GHz and 60GHz bands. Since unlicensed bands are shared by multiple radio access technologies (RATs), such as WiFi, radar, Long Term Evolution Licensed-assisted Access (LTE-LAA), etc., in some countries or regions, unlicensed bands must comply with regulations when used to ensure that all devices can use the resource fairly, such as LBT, Maximum Channel Occupancy Time (MCOT) and other rules. When a transmission node needs to send information, it needs to perform LBT first and perform energy detection (ED) on the surrounding nodes. When the detected power is lower than a threshold, the channel is considered idle and the transmission node can send. Otherwise, the channel is considered busy and the transmission node cannot send. The transmission node can be a base station, UE, WiFi AP, etc. After the transmission node starts transmitting, the channel occupancy time COT cannot exceed MCOT.

[0237] LBT includes two types: frame-based equipment (Frame Based Equipment, FBF) and load-based equipment (Load Based Equipment, LBE).

[0238] FBE Operation

[0239] Based on FBE, the sending / receiving timing of the device adopts a periodic structure, and its period is a fixed frame period (FFP). FBE nodes use a channel access mechanism based on LBT to occupy the channel. The node that initiates a transmission sequence containing one or more continuous transmissions is called an initiating node (Initiating Device), and the other nodes are called responding nodes (Responding Device). FBE nodes can be initiating nodes, responding nodes, or support both node functions.

[0240] LBE Operation

[0241] For LBE, the transmitting node can start LBT at any time and can only transmit after it detects that the channel is empty. For the transmitting node, there is no fixed listening time, and it does not need to skip when it detects that the channel is busy. It can continue to listen by backing off several enhanced clear channel assessments (eCCA) until the eCCA counter is zero.

[0242] The types of LBT commonly used in New Radio in Unlicensed Spectrum (NR-U) can be divided into Type1, Type2A, Type2B and Type2C. Type1 LBT is a channel sensing mechanism based on back-off. When the transmitting node senses that the channel is busy, it backs off and continues to sense until the channel is empty. Type2C is that the sending node does not perform LBT, that is, no LBT or immediate transmission. Type2A and Type2B LBT are one-shot LBT, that is, the node performs LBT once before transmission, and transmits if the channel is empty, and does not transmit if the channel is busy. The difference is that Type2A performs LBT within 25us, which is applicable when the gap between two transmissions is greater than or equal to 25us when the COT is shared. Type2B performs LBT within 16us, which is applicable when the gap between two transmissions is equal to 16us when the COT is shared. In addition, there is Type 2 LBT, which is applicable to LAA / eLAA / FeLAA. When sharing COT, the gap between two transmissions is greater than or equal to 25us, and the base station (eNB) and UE can use Type 2 LBT. In addition, in the frequency range 2-2, the types of LBT are Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3. Type 1 is a channel listening mechanism based on fallback, Type 2 is one-shot LBT, and 5us LBT is performed within 8us, and Type 3 does not perform LBT.

[0243] 2. Channel occupancy time sharing on the base station side in the NR-U system on the unlicensed frequency band

[0244] Please refer to Figure 2When the base station initiates COT, in addition to using the resources in the COT for downlink transmission, the resources in the COT can also be shared with the UE for uplink transmission. When the resources in the COT are shared with the UE for uplink transmission, the channel access mode that the UE can use is Type 2A LBT, Type 2B LBT or Type 2C LBT. After the UE is instructed by the base station that it can share the COT of the base station, it still needs to perform Type 2LBT first, and only after success can it use the shared COT for transmission.

[0245] 3. Channel occupancy time sharing on the UE side in the NR-U system on the unlicensed band

[0246] When the UE initiates a COT using Type1 LBT, in addition to using the resources in the COT for uplink transmission, the resources in the COT can also be shared with the base station for downlink transmission. In the NR-U system, there are two situations in which the base station shares the COT initiated by the UE: one is the COT of the Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the base station; the other is the COT of the PUSCH that is free of scheduling authorization.

[0247] 4. Sidelink (SL) resource indication / reservation

[0248] In the existing SL system, a sidelink control information (SCI) can indicate 1 to 3 resources (one of which is the physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) resource of the current slot of the SCI). These 1 to 3 resources are called non-periodic reserved resources and need to be limited to a 32-slot time window. The SCI can carry a reserved period, and these resources after an integer number of periods are periodic reserved resources.

[0249] like Figure 3 As shown, SCI indicates resource A where it is located and two non-periodic reserved resources B and C, and SCI indicates that the reserved period is P1, then the three periodic reserved resources corresponding to 1 P1 are resources 1, 2 and 3.

[0250] SL UE includes two resource allocation modes, mode 1 (mode1) and mode 2 (mode2). Mode 1 is the base station scheduling resources, and mode 2 is the UE deciding what resources to use for transmission. Resource information may come from the base station's broadcast message or pre-configured information. If the UE works within the base station range and has a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with the base station, it can be mode 1 or mode 2; if the UE works within the base station range but has no RRC connection with the base station, it can only work in mode 2. If the UE is outside the base station range, it can only work in mode 2 and perform SL transmission based on pre-configured information.

[0251] For mode 2, the specific working method is as follows: 1) After the resource selection is triggered, the transmitting UE (TX UE) first determines the resource selection window. The lower boundary of the resource selection window is T1 time after the resource selection is triggered, and the upper boundary of the resource selection is T2 time after the trigger, where T2 is the value selected by the UE implementation within the packet delay budget (PDB) of its transport block (TB), and T2 is no earlier than T1. 2) Before the resource selection, the UE needs to determine the candidate resource set (candidate resource set) for resource selection, and compare the reference signal received power (RSRP) measured on the resources in the resource selection window with the corresponding RSRP threshold (threshold). If the RSRP is lower than the RSRP threshold, then the resource can be included in the candidate resource set. 3) After the resource set is determined, the UE randomly selects a transmission resource from the candidate resource set. In addition, the UE can reserve transmission resources for the next transmission during this transmission.

[0252] 5. Re-evaluation / preemption check

[0253] The upper layer requires the UE to determine a subset of resources during the re-evaluation and priority check process, and the upper layer provides the sets for re-evaluation and priority check respectively. The UE can determine whether to report the re-evaluation and priority check to the upper layer through the resource selection process.

[0254] For re-evaluation, if a candidate resource set is determined through resource selection and a resource in the re-evaluation set provided by the higher layer is not in the candidate resource set, the UE reports the re-evaluation of the resource to the higher layer.

[0255] For priority check, if the candidate resource set is determined through resource selection and a resource in the priority check set provided by the higher layer is not in the candidate resource set, and the resource does not meet the RSRP perception condition, and the priority indicated by the corresponding SCI meets the requirements.

[0256] If the pre-selected resource is not in the candidate set, a re-evaluation is triggered.

[0257] Please refer to Figure 4 UE1 obtains a COT and shares the offset portion of the COT with UE2. UE2 has previously selected or reserved resources 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The following problems exist:

[0258] Problem 1: Resource 1 selected or reserved by UE2 conflicts with the transmission resource selected or reserved by UE1. UE1 grabs the COT for its own transmission, so UE2 is likely to be blocked by UE1 and cannot access resource 1.

[0259] Problem 2: Resources 2 and 3 are in the COT shared part shared by UE1 to UE2, but resources 2 and 3 are later than the start time of the COT shared part. If UE2 waits until the location of resources 2 and 3 before starting LBT, the COT may be snatched away by other terminals or even wifi before that, resulting in UE2 being unable to access resources 2 and 3, causing the transmission to fail.

[0260] Question 3: Resources 4 and 5 selected or reserved by UE2 are outside the COT shared part. UE2 can only access using LBT type 1 before resources 4 and 5, so the probability of successful access is lower.

[0261] like Figure 5 As shown in the figure, another situation is that although resource 1 is in the time domain of the COT shared part, it corresponds to a different frequency domain resource (RB set) from the COT shared part. That is, UE1 only obtains the COT of RB set1, but the resource selected or reserved by UE2 is located in RB set0. At this time, UE2 can only discard the transmission of resource 1, or try to access resource 1 using Type 1 LBT, so the probability of successful access is lower.

[0262] In the above description, UE2 is a mode2 UE, that is, a UE that selects its own transmission resources. Another possibility is that UE2 is a mode1 UE, and the above resources 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are configured by the base station for UE2. In this case, UE2 will also face the above problems.

[0263] The main protection ideas of the embodiments of the present application are:

[0264] 1. How can UE1 ensure that UE2's resources are in the COT shared part as much as possible?

[0265] 2. How does UE2 make its resources as much as possible in the COT shared part;

[0266] 3. How does UE3 understand the use of resources, where UE3 is another UE that shares the COT of UE1.

[0267] The UE in the embodiment of the present application may be a mode1 UE or a mode2 UE.

[0268] In the embodiment of the present application, it can be assumed that the behavior of UE1 has at least one of the following:

[0269] 1. (Within UE1's COT, the resources selected or reserved by UE1 conflict / overlap with the resources selected or reserved by UE2), UE1 behavior assumption 1: the resources of the conflicting / overlapping part, the candidate resources where the conflicting / overlapping part is located (for example, the slot where it is located, the interlace set where it is located, the single-slot candidate resource where it is located), at least one of the resources selected or reserved by UE1 and the resources selected or reserved by UE2 is used for UE1 transmission.

[0270] 2. (The resources selected or reserved by UE1 conflict / overlap with the resources selected or reserved by UE2 within the COT of UE1) UE1 behavior assumption 2: If the priority of the resources / transmission selected or reserved by UE1 is lower than or equal to the priority of the resources / transmission selected or reserved by UE2, or the measurement result corresponding to the resources selected or reserved by UE2 is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, then UE1 considers that the resources of the conflicting / overlapping part are actually successfully preempted by UE2; UE1 can further impose restrictions based on whether the time interval between the COT shared information and the resources selected or reserved by UE2 meets the time for UE2 to select or reselect resources or the time for UE2 to regenerate or encode SCI;

[0271] Among them, the measurement result corresponding to the resource selected or reserved by UE2 can be: the measurement result on the previous periodic resource corresponding to the resource selected or reserved by UE2. For example, if the resource selected or reserved by UE2 is located in slot n, then the measurement result is the measurement result of the resource on slot ni*P, where P is the period.

[0272] Among them, a higher priority value means a lower priority, or a higher priority value means a higher priority.

[0273] The following, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, describes in detail the sidelink transmission method, device, terminal, and readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application through some embodiments and their application scenarios.

[0274] Please refer to Figure 6 , an embodiment of the present application provides a sidelink transmission method, including:

[0275] Step 61: Determine a channel occupation time COT shared part that can be shared with the second terminal, and all resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located in the COT shared part, or, among the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, there are resources that meet the first condition;

[0276] Step 62: If there are resources satisfying the first condition among the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, the first terminal performs a first operation to determine that the COT shared portion can be shared by the second terminal.

[0277] In the embodiment of the present application, the COT shared part can also be expressed as after the first terminal transmits, or after the first time.

[0278] In the embodiment of the present application, being located within the COT shared part can also be expressed as being located after the starting point of the COT shared part, or being located from the starting point of the COT shared part to the end point of the COT, or being located from the starting point of the COT shared part to the end point of the COT shared part, etc.

[0279] In an embodiment of the present application, the starting point of the COT shared part can also be expressed as at least one of the following, or the sum of at least one of the following and a second time length: the end point of the first time, or the end time point of the first time, or after the end of the first time, or the end moment of the resources of the first terminal, or the end moment of the first terminal's transmission, or after the last resource of the first terminal, or after the last transmission of the first terminal.

[0280] Optionally, determining a shared portion of the channel occupancy time COT that can be shared with the second terminal, wherein all resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located within the COT shared portion includes: determining a shared portion of the channel occupancy time COT that can be shared with the second terminal, wherein all resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located within the COT shared portion and the time interval between the second moment is greater than or equal to a first duration.

[0281] In an embodiment of the present application, by determining a shared portion of the channel occupancy time COT that can be shared with the second terminal, all resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located within the COT shared portion, or, if there are resources satisfying the first condition among the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, the first terminal performs a first operation to determine that the COT shared portion can be shared by the second terminal, so that the second terminal can share the COT of the first terminal as much as possible, reducing the probability that the COT is snatched away by other terminals and causing the second terminal to be unable to use the COT, or reducing the probability that the second terminal must perform type 1 LBT to avoid BLT failure, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of the COT.

[0282] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, determining that the COT shared part can be shared by the second terminal can also be expressed as making the resources used by the second terminal located within the channel occupancy time COT shared part of the first terminal, or enabling the second terminal to use type 2 listen-before-send LBT access, or enabling the second terminal to share the COT of the first terminal, or enabling the second terminal to transmit within the COT shared part of the first terminal.

[0283] In the embodiment of the present application, the resources used by the second terminal may also be expressed as resources actually used by the second terminal, or resources actually selected, or resources actually reserved.

[0284] The transmission in the embodiments of the present application may include at least one of sending and receiving.

[0285] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the second terminal is a terminal that performs data transmission with the first terminal via a side link.

[0286] In the embodiment of the present application, the second terminal may be one or more, that is, the COT of the first terminal may be shared with one or more second terminals.

[0287] The resources that meet the first condition include at least one of the following:

[0288] Resources located in the first place;

[0289] resources that at least partially overlap with resources selected or reserved by the first terminal;

[0290] Resources located before the shared portion of the COT;

[0291] Resources located after the shared portion of the COT;

[0292] Resources not located within the shared portion of the COT;

[0293] Resources whose time interval from the first moment is less than or equal to the first duration;

[0294] A resource located in the COT shared portion and having a time interval with a start point of the COT shared portion greater than or equal to a second duration;

[0295] Resources whose time interval with the start point of the COT or the start point of the shared part of the COT or the end point of the shared part of the COT is less than or equal to a preset threshold (so that when the second terminal reserves resources outside the COT, if the interval between the reserved resources and the COT does not exceed a certain limit, it can also be considered to be transmitted within the COT by migration);

[0296] Optionally, the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal here may be the earliest or latest or any one or specific or all or at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal.

[0297] The first time is one of the following, or the sum of one of the following and the second duration:

[0298] the starting point of the COT;

[0299] The moment of the COT sharing information; in an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the moment of the COT sharing information may be the moment of sending the COT sharing information, or the moment of the resources occupied by the COT sharing information.

[0300] The moment when the second terminal obtains the COT shared information; in the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the moment when the second terminal obtains the COT shared information may be the moment when the second terminal receives the COT shared information.

[0301] At the moment when the second terminal completes decoding the COT shared information, the second terminal may need at least one of an additional decoding time or a transmission delay time compared to the moment when the COT shared information is transmitted. For example, the COT shared information is transmitted in slot i, but the second terminal completes decoding the COT shared information at the moment of slot i+x symbols or slot i+y slots;

[0302] The end point of the first time; in an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the first time is the time when the first terminal sends (or is expressed as the time when the first terminal sends in the COT of the first terminal), or the time when the resources reserved or selected by the first terminal are located (or is expressed as the time when the resources reserved or selected by the first terminal in the COT of the first terminal are located). The end point can also be called the end moment, that is, the moment when the first terminal ends sending (within the COT). This is because the first terminal will first perform continuous transmission in the time domain after obtaining the COT, and then share it with other UEs. Therefore, before the first terminal ends sending, the second terminal must continue to receive the packet from the first terminal, so that it cannot prepare for its own transmission in advance; further, the end point of the first time can be the starting point or end point of the slot / resource where the last sending resource of the first terminal is located, or the starting point of the first symbol of the last sending resource of the first terminal, or the end point of the last symbol;

[0303] The starting point of the COT shared part.

[0304] The first duration includes the sum of one or more of the following:

[0305] The length of time required for channel or signal processing;

[0306] The time required for decoding; optionally, it can also be expressed as the time required for decoding the COT shared information, or the time required for the second terminal to decode the COT shared information.

[0307] The time required for resource selection or reselection; optionally, it can also be expressed as the time required for the second terminal to select or reselect resources.

[0308] Preparation time; for example, it may be the preparation time required for at least one of Sidelink Control Information (SCI), Physical Sidelink Shared Channel (PSSCH), Physical Sidelink Control Channel (PSCCH), Protocol Data Unit (PDU), Transport Block (TB), and candidate resource set.

[0309] Processing time; the processing time may include the processing time of a channel, or the processing time of a process, etc. The processing time may include, for example, at least one of Tproc,0 and Tproc,1.

[0310] The time required to generate a data packet; optionally, it can also be expressed as the time required for the second terminal to generate a data packet.

[0311] PSCCH coding time;

[0312] PSSCH coding time;

[0313] The time required to generate or encode the SCI; optionally, it can also be expressed as the time required for the second terminal to generate or encode the SCI. Further optionally, the time required to generate or encode the SCI can include at least one of the following: the time required to generate level 1 SCI, the time required to generate level 2 SCI, and the time required to generate level 1 SCI and level 2 SCI.

[0314] The time required for LBT; optionally, it can also be expressed as the time required for LBT of the second terminal.

[0315] Preset duration; the preset duration may be 16us, 25us, or a duration greater than 25us.

[0316] The duration required for extending the cyclic prefix (CPE); optionally, it can also be expressed as the duration required for the CPE of the second terminal.

[0317] The second duration is the sum of at least one or more of the following: the duration required for signal processing, the duration required for decoding, the duration required for LBT, the preset duration, and the duration required for CPE;

[0318] Among them, Tproc,0 can be interpreted as the second column in at least one row in Table 1 Among them, μ in Table 1 SL is the subcarrier spacing (SCS) of SL.

[0319] Table 1:

[0320]

[0321] Tproc,1 can be interpreted as the second column of at least one row in Table 1 Among them, μ in Table 2 SL SCS for SL.

[0322] Table 2:

[0323]

[0324] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, for at least one of the above-mentioned durations, the protocol may define a time requirement that all terminals must comply with, and therefore, at least one of the above-mentioned durations is also applicable to other terminals.

[0325] That is, in an embodiment of the present application, if the first terminal has already decided when the second terminal can start sharing the COT, but finds that the resources selected / reserved by the second terminal are before the COT shared part, so that there will be a resource conflict between the first terminal and the second terminal, or the first terminal is in the COT shared part but the interval between it and the starting point of the COT shared part is too large, resulting in a high probability that it will be snatched away by other terminals, then when the first terminal selects the COT sharing information to send to the second terminal, it needs to ensure that there is enough time for the second terminal to select or reselect resources, or use the target resources. In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the first operation includes at least one of the following:

[0326] 1) Assuming that the second terminal transmits on the target resource; or, it can also be expressed as that the first operation assumes that the resource actually used, actually selected, or actually reserved by the second terminal is the target resource;

[0327] 2) receiving on the target resource; which may also be expressed as receiving the transmission of the second terminal on the target resource;

[0328] 3) not using, discarding or canceling reception of a fourth resource among the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal;

[0329] The fourth resource includes at least one of the following: a resource located within the first time, a resource at least partially overlapping with a resource selected or reserved by the first terminal, a resource located before the COT shared portion, a resource whose time interval with the first moment is less than or equal to the first duration, a resource not located within the COT shared portion, a resource after the COT, and a resource whose time interval with the third moment is greater than or equal to the second duration;

[0330] 4) instructing the second terminal to use the target resource for transmission;

[0331] 5) instructing the second terminal not to use, discard or cancel transmission on the fourth resource;

[0332] 6) determining at least one of the location information of the COT shared part and the location information of the COT shared information;

[0333] In the embodiment of the present application, the COT sharing information is sent by the first terminal to the second terminal, and is indication information used to indicate that the COT of the first terminal can be shared with the second terminal, and is usually sent by the first terminal after obtaining the COT.

[0334] The location information of the COT shared part may include at least one of the following: a starting point, a duration, and an end point.

[0335] The location information of the COT shared information may include at least one of the following: a starting point, a duration, and an end point.

[0336] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the target resource includes at least one of the following:

[0337] a resource obtained after adjusting the first resource;

[0338] a resource determined based on the first resource;

[0339] Resources associated with the first resource;

[0340] Resources located after a first time; optionally, the first time is a time when the first terminal sends, or a time when the resources reserved or selected by the first terminal are located.

[0341] resources located within the shared portion of the COT;

[0342] Resources located between the start point of the shared portion of the COT and the end point of the COT;

[0343] resources starting from the end of said first time or the start of said COT shared portion;

[0344] A resource determined based on the end point of the first time or the start point of the COT shared portion; for example, a time domain resource that is the same as resource 1 in frequency domain but has a time domain position at the end point of the first time or the start point of the COT shared portion.

[0345] A resource whose time interval with the end point of the first time or the shared part of the COT is less than or equal to a second time length. The second time length is the sum of at least one or more of the following: the time length required for signal processing, the time length required for decoding, the time length required for LBT, the preset time length, and the time length required for CPE. Optionally, the time interval with the shared part of the COT may be the time interval with the starting point of the shared part of the COT. For example, a time domain resource that is the same as the frequency domain position of resource 1, but the time domain position is a distance from the end point of the first time or the starting point of the shared part of the COT by the time length required for LBT or the preset time length.

[0346] In the embodiment of the present application, for the case where the first duration is the duration required to generate or encode the SCI, if the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is not enough to regenerate or encode the SCI (i.e., less than the first duration), the first terminal may assume that the resource actually used / actually selected / actually reserved by the second terminal is the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal and located in the COT shared part (or, it can also be expressed as: the resource located after the starting point of the COT shared part, or the resource located between the starting point of the COT shared part and the end point of the COT). Alternatively, the first terminal receives (the transmission of the second terminal) on the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal and located in the COT shared part (or, it can also be expressed as: the resource located after the starting point of the COT shared part, or the resource located between the starting point of the COT shared part and the end point of the COT).

[0347] In an embodiment of the present application, the time required for LBT may be the time required for LBT corresponding to Type2a, Type2b or Type2c, for example, greater than or equal to 25μs, 16μs, or less than 16μs, respectively.

[0348] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the first resource is at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, and the first resource includes at least one of the following:

[0349] resources selected or reserved by the second terminal and located within the first time;

[0350] Resources selected or reserved by the second terminal that at least partially overlap with resources selected or reserved by the first terminal;

[0351] The time interval between the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal and the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal is less than or equal to the required duration or preset duration of LBT;

[0352] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal overlap with the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal in the time domain, and belong to the same RB set, interleaving set, resource pool or BWP as the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal;

[0353] The time interval between the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal and the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal is less than or equal to the required duration or preset duration of LBT, and the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal belong to the same RB set, interleaved set, resource pool or BWP;

[0354] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located before the COT shared part;

[0355] resources selected or reserved by the second terminal and located within the shared portion of the COT;

[0356] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located after the end point of the COT shared part;

[0357] Among the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, the resources are located after the end point of the COT shared portion and the time interval between the resources and the end point of the COT shared portion is less than or equal to a preset threshold;

[0358] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are resources located after the start point of the COT shared part.

[0359] In some embodiments, optionally, the first resource includes at least one of the following:

[0360] Resources selected or reserved by the second terminal that at least partially overlap with resources selected or reserved by the first terminal, or resources whose time interval with the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal is less than or equal to the required duration or preset duration of LBT (for example, for the case of only reselection or migration or based on resource 1 in any RB set);

[0361] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal overlap with the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal in time domain, or the time interval between the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal is less than or equal to the required duration or preset duration of LBT, and the resources selected or reserved by the first terminal belong to the same RB set, interleaved set, resource pool or BWP (for example, for the case of migrating only resource 1 in any RB set);

[0362] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal that are located before the COT shared portion (e.g., for the case of only reselection or migration or based on resource 1);

[0363] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal, the resources located before the COT shared portion and the resources located within the COT shared portion (e.g., for the case of only reselection or migration or based on resources 1, 2, 3);

[0576] Resources associated with the first resource;

[0577] Resources located after the first time;

[0578] resources located within the shared portion of the COT;

[0579] Resources located between the start point of the shared portion of the COT and the end point of the COT;

[0580] resources starting from the end of said first time or the start of said COT shared portion;

[0581] a resource determined based on an end point of the first time or a start point of the shared portion of the COT;

[0582] A resource whose time interval with an end point of the first time or the COT shared part is less than or equal to a second duration.

[0583] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, if the time interval between the position of the first resource and the first moment is greater than or equal to the first duration (for example, the sending time of UE1 overlaps with the selected or reserved resource of UE2, and the time interval between the COT shared information (that is, the first moment) and the resource 1 (first resource) of UE2 is greater than the sum of the durations required for UE2 to decode the COT shared information and select or reselect resources (the first duration)), that is, the second terminal has time to select or reselect resources, and the target resource includes at least one of the following:

[0584] 1) resources or candidate resources obtained by the second terminal through resource selection or reselection;

[0585] The logic at this time is that since there is a sufficient time interval, assuming that UE2 has enough time to perform resource selection / reselection and SCI regeneration, UE2 performs resource selection / reselection and selects / reselects resource 1' (target resource).

[0586] Optionally, the resources or candidate resources obtained by resource selection or reselection are one or more resources starting from the starting point of the COT shared part.

[0587] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the second terminal performing resource selection or reselection includes:

[0588] In the resource selection or resource exclusion process, for at least part of the resources selected or reselected, a predetermined RSRP threshold is used to determine whether resource exclusion is required; optionally, the predetermined RSRP threshold is positive infinity (i.e., no matter what the RSRP is, it will not exceed the threshold and will not be excluded).

[0589] During the resource selection or resource exclusion process, the priority of at least part of the resources selected or reselected is set to the highest priority, or it is assumed that the priority of at least part of the resources selected or reselected is higher than the resources overlapping with them; optionally, the resources overlapping with them may be resources reserved by other terminals.

[0590] At least part of the resources obtained by resource selection or reselection is used as at least part of the resources in a preferred resource set (preferred resource set); optionally, the first terminal or other terminal may indicate at least part of the resources obtained by resource selection or reselection as at least part of the resources in the preferred resource set, and indicate at least part of the resources obtained by resource selection or reselection or the preferred resource set to the second terminal.

[0591] Determine at least part of the resources obtained by resource selection or reselection as resources in a candidate resource set of the second terminal. Further optionally, the second terminal reports the candidate resource set to a higher layer (such as a MAC layer).

[0592] Optionally, at least part of the resources obtained by the above resource selection or reselection are one or more resources starting from the starting point of the COT shared part.

[0593] By using at least one of the above resource selection or reselection methods, the second terminal can be ensured to select one or more resources starting from the starting point of the COT shared part during resource selection or reselection.

[0594] 2) Resources obtained by the second terminal performing at least one of time domain migration and frequency domain migration on the first resource;

[0595] For example, the original resource is resource 1, and resource 1' after time domain migration is the target resource.

[0604] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the target resource associated with the first resource is pre-configured, network configured, agreed upon by a protocol, or indicated by the first terminal. For example, a group of resources associated with the first resource is (pre)configured in advance, or the first terminal directly indicates a group of resources associated with the first resource.

[0605] In the embodiment of the present application, in order to prevent the target resources of different terminals from conflicting, optionally, different terminals correspond to different target resources.

[0606] Optionally, the target resource is related to at least one of the following:

[0607] The geographical location or area ID of the second terminal;

[0608] a priority of transmission of the second terminal;

[0609] The ID of the second terminal.

[0610] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, if the time interval between the position of the first resource and the first moment is less than or equal to the first duration (for example, the time interval between the end time sent by UE1 (that is, the first moment) and resource 1 of UE2 is less than the time required for UE2 to select or reselect resources (that is, the first duration)), that is, the second terminal has no time to reselect, the target resource includes at least one of the following:

[0611] 1) resources selected or reserved by the second terminal and located in the shared portion of the COT;

[0612] Optionally, in this case, the first duration is the duration required for generating or encoding the SCI, and the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is insufficient to regenerate or encode the SCI, and the second terminal uses the resources selected / reserved by it and located in the COT shared part for transmission. The resources located in the COT shared part can also be expressed as: resources located after the starting point of the COT shared part, or resources located between the starting point of the COT shared part and the end point of the COT.

[0613] 2) Resources obtained by the second terminal performing at least one of time domain migration and frequency domain migration on the first resource;

[0614] For example, the original resource is resource 1, and resource 1' after time domain migration is the target resource.

[0615] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, at least one of the time domain migration amount used for time domain migration of the first resource and the frequency domain migration amount used for frequency domain migration of the first resource is pre-configured, network configured, agreed upon by protocol or indicated by the first terminal.

[0616] In the embodiment of the present application, in order to prevent target resources of different terminals from conflicting, optionally, at least one of the time domain migration amount and the frequency domain migration amount corresponding to different terminals is different.

[0617] Optionally, at least one of the time domain migration amount and the frequency domain migration amount is related to at least one of the following:

[0621] 3) Resources associated with the first resources obtained by the second terminal.

[0622] In the embodiment of the present application, the resources associated with the first resource may also be expressed as resources derived based on the first resource.

[0623] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the target resource associated with the first resource is pre-configured, network configured, agreed upon by a protocol, or indicated by the first terminal. [0627] a priority of transmission of the second terminal;

[0628] The ID of the second terminal.

[0629] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the second terminal expects the COT shared information or the COT shared part to satisfy at least one of the following, or the second terminal does not expect the COT shared information or the COT shared part to not satisfy at least one of the following:

[0630] 1) A first offset (offset1) between the start point of the COT shared part of the second terminal and the time of the COT shared information satisfies at least one of the following:

[0631] The first offset is less than or equal to the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal, so that the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is located in the COT shared part;

[0632] The first offset is less than or equal to the time interval between the first moment and the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal minus at least one of the second durations, so that the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located in the COT shared part; wherein the second duration includes the sum of one or more of the following: the time required for signal processing, the time required for decoding, the time required for LBT, the preset time, and the time required for CPE.

[0634] 2) A second offset (offset2) between the start point of the COT shared part of the second terminal and the start point of the COT satisfies at least one of the following:

[0635] The second offset is less than or equal to a first sum value, wherein the first sum value is the sum of: a time interval between the first moment (e.g., a moment of COT sharing information) and the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal, and a time interval between the first moment and a start point of the COT, so that the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is located in a COT shared part;

[0636] The second offset is less than or equal to a second sum value, which is the sum of the following two: the time interval between the first moment and the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal minus the second duration, and the time interval between the first moment and the starting point of the COT, so that the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are located in the shared part of the COT.

[0639] 3) The starting point of the COT shared part is no earlier than the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal.

[0640] Optionally, the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal here may be the earliest or latest or any one or specific or all or at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal.

[0641] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the starting point of the COT shared part is the location of the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal; or, the time interval between the starting point of the COT shared part and the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is not less than the second duration. Wherein, the second duration includes the sum of one or more of the following: the duration required for signal processing, the duration required for decoding, the duration required for LBT, the preset duration, and the duration required for CPE. Wherein, optionally, the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal here can be the earliest or latest or any one or specific or all or at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal.

[0645] The reservation period of the resources currently used by the second terminal is 0ms;

[0646] The resources currently used by the second terminal have no reserved resources or the reserved resources are invalid;

[0654] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further includes:

[0658] Assuming that at least one of the currently used resource and the reserved resource of the currently used resource is a candidate resource or an available resource;

[0659] Select at least part of at least one of the currently used resources and the reserved resources of the currently used resources; for example, the periodic reserved resources of the currently used resources may be selected;

[0660] Ignore the reserved resources of the currently used resources;

[0661] Assume that the reserved resources of the currently used resources are invalid;

[0662] It is assumed that the reservation period of the reserved resources of the currently used resources is 0 ms.

[0664] The resource before the second resource is the target resource;

[0668] Indicating that at least one of a resource before the second resource and a reserved resource of the resource before the second resource does not need to be considered during a sensing process, a resource detection process, a resource selection process, a preemption process, or a reassessment process;

[0669] Indicating that there is no need to exclude resources based on at least one of a resource before the second resource and a reserved resource of the resource before the second resource during a sensing process, a resource detection process, a resource selection process, a preemption process, or a reassessment process;

[0670] Indicate that at least one of a resource before the second resource and a reserved resource of the resource before the second resource is a candidate resource or an available resource;

[0671] Indicates that the reserved resource before the second resource is a resource in the preferred resource set.

[0672] In an embodiment of the present application, the second terminal carries the second indication information in the SCI or PSSCH of the target resource.

[0673] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further includes:

[0674] The second terminal performs a third operation, where the third operation includes at least one of the following:

[0677] Assuming that at least one of a resource before the second resource and a reserved resource of the resource before the second resource is a candidate resource or an available resource;

[0678] selecting at least a portion of at least one of a resource before the second resource and a reserved resource of the resource before the second resource;

[0679] Ignore reserved resources of resources before the second resource;

[0680] Assume that the reserved resources of the resources before the second resource are invalid;

Optionally, the time domain position of the reserved resource is the time domain position of the first resource + an integer number of reservation periods. The logic of this method is that the migrated resource is 1shot or one-time or only for the current period, and the subsequent periodic reserved resources are still based on the position of resource 1 offset by j reservation periods, that is, it can be expressed as resource 1+P*j, rather than based on resource 1'+P*j, so the periodic reservation corresponding to resource 1' should not affect the perception process or resource detection process or resource selection process or preemption process or re-evaluation process of other UEs. P is the reservation period.

[0683] In an embodiment of the present application, if it is originally assumed that the SCI transmitted on the first resource will point to the third resource, or the SCI of the resource located at tj*P (and actually used for transmission) before the first resource in time slot t points to the corresponding resource before the third resource in time slot u, for example, the previous resource located at uj*P (and actually used for transmission), the sidelink transmission method also includes: after the second terminal determines the target resource, the second terminal sends a third indication information on the target resource corresponding to the first resource, the third indication information indicates the third resource, the third resource is at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal that should have been indicated on the first resource, or the third resource is at least part of the authorized resources where the first resource is located, or the third resource is at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal. For example, after resource 1 is moved to resource 1', the SCI of resource 1' points to resources 2 and 3 that the SCI on resource 1 may indicate.

[0684] In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, if the number of the first resources is multiple, at least part of the target resources corresponding to or associated with the multiple first resources are continuous in time domain; or, the target resources corresponding to the first resources are continuous in time domain with a third resource, and the third resource is at least part of the resources selected or reserved by the second terminal that should have been indicated on the first resource, or the third resource is at least part of the authorized resources where the first resource is located.

[0685] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the sidelink transmission method further includes:

For example, the second terminal informs its higher layer (such as the MAC layer) of the first resource (resource 1), the third resource (resources 2, 3) and / or the target resource (resource 1').

[0687] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the first resource includes at least one of the following:

[0709] The first time is one of the following, or the sum of one of the following and the second duration:

[0710] the starting point of the COT;

[0730] The second duration includes the sum of one or more of the following: the duration required for signal processing, the duration required for decoding, the duration required for LBT, the preset duration, and the duration required for CPE.

[0731] The first time is the time when the first terminal sends, or the time when the resources are reserved or selected by the first terminal.

[0732] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the second terminal performing the fourth operation includes: when a second condition is met, the second terminal performing the fourth operation;

[0733] The second condition includes at least one of the following:

[0734] The second terminal is configured or pre-configured or indicated to be able to or must perform the fourth operation;

[0735] The priority corresponding to the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is higher than or equal to the first preset threshold;

[0736] The priority corresponding to the resource selected or reserved by the second terminal is lower than or equal to the second preset threshold;

[0737] The transmission corresponding to the second terminal is a specific transmission type;

[0738] The resources selected or reserved by the second terminal are used to transmit a specific message.

[0739] In an embodiment of the present application, it is assumed that the second terminal is a mode1 UE or a terminal scheduled by a base station, or the base station configures or schedules SL resources for the second terminal, and the SL resources are located before the COT shared part or after the COT shared part of the first terminal or are different from the frequency domain resources of the part to which the first terminal successfully accesses, for example, using different RB sets.

[0740] For the base station, optionally, the base station configures or sends permission information to the second terminal, where the permission information indicates that the second terminal must / can adopt the above solution.

[0741] For the second terminal, if the manufacturer pre-configures / the base station configures or sends permission information to the second terminal, the second terminal must / can use the above scheme for transmission. For example, after the base station permits, the second terminal can share the COT of the first terminal through migration; if the base station does not permit, the second terminal can only access and use the SL resources allocated or scheduled by the base station.

[0742] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the target resource and the first resource occupy the same frequency domain RB / interlace.

[0743] In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the RB sets occupied by the target resource and the first resource may be the same or different.

[0744] The following is an example of the sidelink transmission method in the embodiment of the present application, in combination with a specific application scenario.

[0745] Embodiment 1 of the present application:

[0746] Please refer to Figure 8 In this embodiment, UE1 obtains a COT, and starts to share the part after an offset from the starting point of the COT with UE2, and UE2 has selected or reserved resources 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, resource 1 is located before the shared part of COT, resources 2 and 3 are located in the shared part of COT, resources 4 and 5 are located after the shared part of COT, and resource 1 is a periodic reserved resource corresponding to a previous resource A, and the SCI of resource A also indicates resources B and C corresponding to resources 2 and 3 after deducting the periodic reservation P1, so if it is assumed that SCI is sent on resource 1, SCI will indicate resources 2 and 3.

[0747] UE2 behaviors include at least one of the following four:

[0748] Case 1: After UE2 decodes the COT sharing information or determines the COT sharing part, there is enough time for reselection. At this time, UE2 reselects resources at least for the transport block (TB) originally intended to be transmitted on resource 1. Please refer to Fig. 9 , for example, reselecting to resource 1'. In this embodiment, the first resource includes resource 1, and the target resource includes resource 1'.

[0749] Case 2: After UE2 decodes the COT shared information or determines that there is not enough time for reselection after the COT shared part is determined, but there is enough time to regenerate the SCI, then the resource 1' obtained after the migration based on resource 1 will be used for transmission, and the SCI on resource 1' is the regenerated SCI, which points to resources 2 and 3. Please refer to Fig.10 Further optionally, the physical layer informs the MAC layer of the information of resource 1'. In this embodiment, the first resource includes resource 1, and the target resource includes resource 1'.

[0750] Case 3: After UE 2 decodes the COT shared information or UE2 determines that there is no time to regenerate the SCI after the COT shared part, resources 1, 2 and 3 are moved into the COT according to certain rules, for example, resource 1 is moved to resource 1'. Further, optionally, the TB of resources 2 and 3 is reselected, and two consecutive time domain resources 2' and 3' following resource 1 are reselected. Please refer to Fig.11In this embodiment, the first resources include resources 1, 2, and 3, and the target resources include resources 1', 2', and 3'.

[0751] Alternatively, please refer to Fig.12 , resource 1 is moved N slots to resource 1', and resources 2 and 3 are also moved N slots respectively, to obtain resources 2' and 3', so as to be transmitted on resources 1', 2' and 3'. In this embodiment, the first resource includes resources 1, 2 and 3, and the target resource includes resources 1', 2' and 3'.

[0752] Case 4: UE2 does not have enough time to launch the target resource based on the first resource, so UE2 can only discard resource 1 which is not in the COT, and only perform LBT on resources 2 and 3 and try to access.

[0753] In addition, considering that it is possible that UE1 indicates the same offset to UE2 and UE3, in order to further avoid overlap in the frequency domain between UE2 and UE3, UE1 can optionally indicate which interlace or RB to use for UE2 and UE3, or indicate how to migrate in the frequency domain, or the migration in the frequency domain is related to the UE ID, so that UE2 and UE3 can deduce their respective corresponding interlace or RB; or for example, on the basis of the time domain migration offset, it is necessary to continue to migrate x, and x is related to the UE ID or is an additional indication.

[0754] The above examples are mainly for resources 1, 2, and 3, and there is no restriction on the operations of resources 4 and 5. Resources 4 and 5 can use similar operations as resources 1 / 2 / 3.

[0755] Embodiment 2 of the present application:

[0756] In this embodiment, UE1 and / or UE2 determines an offset:

[0757] One way to achieve this is: Please refer to Fig.13 and Fig.14 , the offset is the time interval between the COT shared information and the starting point of the COT shared part shared with UE2, then the offset must satisfy at least one of the following, or UE2 does not expect the offset not to satisfy at least one of the following:

[0758] 1) The offset is less than or equal to the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by UE2, so that the resource selected or reserved by UE2 is located in the COT shared part. Fig.13 , if the first moment is the moment of COT sharing information, in the figure, offset = the time interval between the COT sharing information and the starting point of the COT shared part shared with UE2, then resource 1 is just located in the COT shared part; for example Fig.14 If the first moment is the moment of COT sharing information, Fig.14 where offset is the time interval between the COT sharing information and the start point of the COT sharing part shared with UE2, then Resource 1 is located within the COT sharing part.

[0759] 2) The offset is less than or equal to: the time interval between the first moment (such as the moment of COT sharing information) and the resource selected or reserved by UE2 minus at least one of the time durations required for COT sharing information processing and decoding, LBT, preset duration, and CPE duration, so that the UE2 resource is located within the COT sharing part.

[0760] One implementation method is: Please refer to Fig.15 where the offset is the time interval between the start point of the COT sharing part of UE2 and the start point of the COT, then the offset should satisfy at least one of the following:

[0761] 1) The offset is less than or equal to: the sum of the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by UE2, and the time interval between the first moment and the start point of the COT, so that the UE2 resource is located within the COT sharing part. For example Fig.15 If the first moment is the start moment of the COT, Fig.15 where offset = the time interval between the start point of the COT and the start point of the COT sharing part shared with UE2, then Resource 1 is just located within the COT sharing part;

[0762] 2) The offset is less than or equal to: the sum of the time interval between the first moment and the resource selected or reserved by UE2 minus at least one of the time durations required for COT sharing information processing and decoding, LBT, preset duration, and CPE duration, and the time interval between the first moment and the start point of the COT, so that the UE2 resource is located within the COT sharing part.

[0763] In one implementation, the above offset is informed by UE1 to UE2.

[0764] Regarding the start point of the COT sharing part, consider the following: The start point of the COT sharing part is not earlier than the resource selected or reserved by UE2, the start point is the location of the UE2 resource, or the time interval between the start point of the COT sharing part and the resource selected or reserved by UE2 is not less than the time duration required for at least one of LBT, preset duration, and CPE duration.

[0765] In one implementation, the above start point is informed by UE1 to UE2.

[0766] Embodiment 3 of this application:

[0767] UE1 determines the COT shared part shared with UE2. If the starting point of the COT shared part is later than resource 1, when UE1 selects the resource of the COT shared information, it ensures that the time interval between the location of the resource of the COT shared information and resource 1 is greater than the first duration.

[0768] Alternatively, when UE1 determines the resource selection window [n+T1, n+T2], n+T2 is made earlier than resource 1, and further, the time interval between n+T2 and resource 1 is greater than the first duration.
