A method for preparing high-performance boards using decommissioned wind turbine blades, high-performance boards and uses thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a high-performance plate using a decommissioned wind power blade, a high-performance plate and an application thereof, the method separates the decommissioned wind power blade into fiber strips, reinforcing bars, glass steel crushed materials, blade powder materials and balsa wood-PVC powder materials, and processes the above materials respectively to make various components of the multi-function high-performance plate, and finally molds the various components to form the multi-function high-performance plate, which can recycle and utilize each component of the decommissioned wind power blade, thereby solving the disposal problem of the decommissioned wind power blade. Moreover, the glass fiber filaments and thermosetting resins obtained by degrading the decommissioned wind power blade form a reinforcing panel, which can ensure the stability of the overall structure of the reinforcing panel while improving the strength of the multi-function high-performance plate. In addition, the characteristics of different components are fully utilized for molding processing, which can improve the light resistance of the plate and is not easy to deform due to water absorption, thereby improving the applicability of the plate.
