Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of ship sensor detection, and in particular to a multifunctional test bench system and a detection method for ship sensor detection. Background Art

[0002] With the development of intelligent ships, the number of sensors used in ships is increasing, especially temperature and pressure sensors are widely used in ship engine room management and various large-scale operating equipment. In terms of machinery, mechanical devices such as ship engines, hydraulic systems, steering gears and propellers monitor equipment through temperature and pressure values. Ship electrical equipment such as generators and charging systems require sensors to monitor the status of electrical equipment in real time to avoid accidents caused by system failures. There are more than 150 temperature sensors and pressure sensors used in every 10,000-ton ship, and the larger the tonnage and the higher the degree of automation, the more sensors are used. Among them, ship temperature sensors include thermal resistors, thermocouples and temperature controllers. Thermal resistors are used for temperature monitoring of equipment such as main engines, auxiliary engines, and damage control systems. Thermocouples are used for diesel engine exhaust temperature measurement. Temperature controllers are used for main and auxiliary engine monitoring, damage control, air conditioning and other equipment detection. Pressure sensors include pressure transmitters, etc., among which pressure sensors are often used for the pressure of various oils, fuels, cooling gases of ship main engines and auxiliary engines, and the water spray pressure and vacuum pressure of water spray systems. When a sensor fails, the failure of the sensor often leads to system failure and causes ship accidents.

[0003] In the case of verification and inspection, the traditional sensor detection and verification method is very simple, inefficient, and has poor detection accuracy. It is difficult to meet the needs of batch maintenance work, which brings great difficulties to the repair of large intelligent ships. Secondly, ship sensors are spread across various equipment in the ship. Their locations may range from the bottom of the engine room to the front bow tank of the ship. In some places, the calibration instruments cannot be moved near the sensors. In addition, because different units are responsible for different ships or ship projects, the debugging and inspection of sensors are not in the same department. Such detection will cause confusion in the overall work of sensor verification. Therefore, it is extremely important to develop efficient and convenient sensor fault detection devices.

[0004] In terms of detection accuracy and range, if a sensor on a real ship fails, the inspector needs to bring the sensor detection equipment to the ship for testing. Due to the operating environment of ship construction, the actual situation of the calibration equipment on the real ship and the conditions of ship operation, the actual calibration equipment and instruments used are all portable. These instruments cannot guarantee the quality of sensor calibration and inspection due to small equipment and uneven temperature field. In the temperature sensor calibration process, taking the calibration of the PT100 platinum thermal resistor and CU50 copper thermal resistor in the main engine system and diesel engine system of a 100,000-ton container ship as an example, the error of the portable calibrator can reach more than 10°C; in the pressure sensor calibration process, the handheld pressure pump also gives unstable pressure for the same reason, making it difficult to ensure the calibration quality of the pressure sensor. In addition, the practical calibration instruments on board are moved from place to place, which affects their performance. Even within the calibration period, their accuracy and integrity cannot be effectively guaranteed. In addition, there are cross-operation of multiple types of work during ship construction, environmental noise and dust, which greatly affect the accuracy of sensor calibration. Summary of the invention

[0005] The present invention provides a multifunctional test bench system and a detection method for ship sensor detection, so as to solve the problem that the detection accuracy and efficiency of the existing ship sensor detection method need to be improved.

[0006] In the first aspect, the present invention provides a multifunctional test bench system for ship sensor detection, comprising: a pressure test unit, a power supply and temperature test unit, a first electrical test unit, a second electrical test unit and a control console; each unit is connected by a data transmission line to realize data collection and transmission, and the system master control is debugged through the control console, and relevant test reports are printed; in the internal device of the pressure test unit, the driving element includes a stepper motor driver 2 and a stepper motor driver 1, and the driven element includes a booster pump and a screw pressure regulating device. The pressure test unit provides power for the booster pump and the screw pressure regulating device through the stepper motor driver 1 and the stepper motor driver 2, and each motor and driving element provides voltage through the switching power supply of the pressure test unit, and the circuit is controlled by the pressure unit controller.

[0007] Furthermore, the circuit control structure of the pressure test unit includes a 24V power supply, a liquid circuit pre-boost button, a boost speed control, a step-down speed control, a step-down button, a boost button, a pre-boost relay, a boost speed control relay, and a step-down speed control relay; by pressing the liquid circuit pre-boost button, the pre-boost relay is energized, the normally open contact C0 is closed, and the circuit is self-locked to realize the pre-boost function of the liquid circuit;

[0009] Furthermore, in the internal device, the standard value pressure sensor and the pressure output interface are connected in parallel through the liquid circuit transmission interface, the booster pump and the stepper motor driver 1 are connected in series in sequence through the liquid circuit pressure regulating one-way valve to realize the pre-boosting function of the liquid circuit, the screw booster device and the stepper motor driver 2 are connected in series in sequence through the speed regulating one-way valve to realize the pre-pressure fine-tuning function of the liquid circuit, and the pressure relief valve is connected in parallel with the liquid circuit to realize the overpressure safety protection function.

[0010] Further, the internal device is used for the pre-boost control process, the boost control process and the depressurization control process;

[0011] The pre-boost control process includes: by pressing the liquid circuit pre-boost button, the switch power supply is powered on, the pressure unit controller inputs pressure to drive the stepper motor driver to be powered on, and the stepper motor driver drives the boost pump to operate after being powered on so that the liquid in the input pipeline enters the liquid transmission pipeline device;

[0012] The boost control process includes: by pressing the boost button, the switch power supply inputs pressure to the stepper motor driver 2 again through the pressure unit controller, and the stepper motor driver 2 drives the screw pressure regulating device to run forward after being powered on, driving the liquid pressure in the liquid transmission interface device to continuously increase until the pressure in the pressure output interface reaches the target value;

[0013] The pressure reduction control process includes: by pressing the pressure reduction button, the switch power supply is energized, and the pressure unit controller drives the stepper motor driver 2 to drive the screw pressure regulating device to rotate in reverse, driving the pressure of the liquid transmission interface device to decrease; wherein the pressure increase or pressure reduction speed regulation operation is controlled by rotating the pressure increase speed regulation knob and the pressure reduction speed regulation knob.

[0014] Furthermore, the power supply and temperature test unit includes a power supply test unit and a temperature test unit; the power supply test unit includes: 440V high-voltage power supply, 220V high-voltage power supply and 110V high-voltage power supply, and an adjustable DC regulated low-voltage power supply; by pressing the power switch button, the high voltage required to supply electricity to the equipment is selected, and the adjustable DC regulated low-voltage power supply is controlled to provide voltage for the low-voltage equipment; by controlling the frequency and amplitude of the inverter control and power supply, the output value is observed through an oscilloscope to observe the waveform curves of various signal amplitudes changing with time; temperature control is achieved by selecting the use of an oil tank or a dry furnace for heating through the temperature test unit control system control panel.

[0015] Furthermore, the factors affecting the change trend of the internal pressure of the pipeline during the pressure output of the pressure test unit include the pipe diameter and the pipe length; the theoretical analysis and experimental verification steps include:

[0016] According to the formula of pressure loss along the pipeline of the pressure test unit and local pressure loss:

[0017]

[0018] The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit is:

[0019]

[0020] Under ideal conditions, the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t is:

[0021] p 测t =p t -Δp L (4)

[0022] L=L1+L2(5)

[0023] Where: Δp λ is the pressure loss along the pipeline of the pressure test unit; λ is the resistance coefficient along the pipeline; L is the sum of the distances from the pressure sensor to be tested to the screw pressure regulating device L1 and the booster pump L2; D is the pipeline diameter; ρ is the density of the medium; v is the velocity of the water medium; Δp ζ is the local pressure loss; ζ is the local resistance coefficient; Δp L is the total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit; p 测t is the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t; p t is the working pressure of the screw pressure regulating device and the booster pump at time t;

[0024] According to the theoretical analysis of formulas (3) and (4), the test pipeline pressure is related to the pipeline length, pipeline diameter and the velocity of the water medium; when the L value is smaller, the test pipeline pressure loss value is smaller and the pressure variation range is larger; when D is larger, the test pipeline pressure error is smaller and the pipeline pressure variation range is larger;

[0025] Assuming that the velocity of the water medium is v, water is used as the medium for pressure sensing. Under the conditions of the sum of the distance L between the pressure sensor to be tested and the screw pressure regulating device L1 and the booster pump L2, and the pipe diameter D, the pressure change value of the input sensor is analyzed and L and D are selected.

[0026] Assume that under ideal conditions, the water medium velocity is the same and v under different pipe lengths, the pipe diameter is a constant value D1, and the pipe lengths are L a =0.6m, L b =1m, L c=1.4m;

[0027] According to formula (3), we get:

[0028]

[0029] Δp 0.6 For L a = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 0.6m; Δp1 is L b = The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit under 1m; Δp 1.4 For L c = The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit at 1.4m; ρ 水 is the density of the water medium;

[0030] set up is a constant, and we get formula (6)<(7)<(8);

[0031] Δp 0.6 <Δp1<Δp 1.4 (9)

[0032] According to formula (4), we get:

[0033] p 0.6t <p 1t <p 1.4t (10)

[0034] p 0.6t For L a = the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t under 0.6 m; p 1t For L b = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at 1m at time t; p 1.4t For L c = The pressure of the pressure sensor under test at 1.4m at time t;

[0035] Under the condition that the velocity of the ideal water medium is at a constant value v, when the value of L is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger;

[0036] Assume that the velocity of the water medium is constant v, the length of the pipeline is constant L1, and the diameters of the pipelines are D a =5mm, D b =10mm, D c =15mm; According to formula (3):

[0037]

[0038] Δp5 is D a = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 5mm; Δp 10D b = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 10mm; Δp 15 D c =Theoretical total pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 15mm;

[0039] Simultaneous assumption is a constant, and we get formula (11)>(12)>(13);

[0040] Δp5>Δp 10 >Δp 15 (14)

[0041] Under the condition that the velocity of the ideal water medium is at a constant value v, when the value of L is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger;

[0042] According to formula (4), we get:

[0043] p 5t >p 10t >p 15t (15)

[0044] p 5t D a = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 5mm; p 10t D b = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 10mm; p 15t D c = The pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 15mm

[0045] When the L value of the test pipeline is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger; when D is larger, the pressure error of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range of the pipeline is larger;

[0046] The pressure test unit guarantees:

[0047] 5%≤ΔP L ≤10% (16)

[0048] Therefore, when selecting a pipeline, when the extraction speed v is constant, shortening the pipeline length L and increasing the pipeline diameter D can improve the accuracy of pressure detection.

[0049] In a second aspect, the present invention provides a detection method of the multifunctional test bench system for ship sensor detection as described above, wherein the pressure test unit control workflow includes:

[0050] Observe the measuring range of the sensor to be tested and select the corresponding standard sensor. Standard sensors are divided into two categories: 0-6Mpa or 0-60Mpa;

[0051] Connect the standard sensor to the input interface through the connector;

[0052] Select the measuring range on the system interface of the test bench operation panel;

[0053] Connect the sensor to be tested to the interface to be tested through the connector;

[0054] After filling in the sensor range and model information to be tested in the test bench operation panel, click Test;

[0055] Manually adjust the boost button and boost speed control button to increase the pressure value from 0 to the peak value, and divide it into five points. The pressure value at each point must be stable for more than 30 seconds;

[0056] Observe the pressure output curve on the operation screen. If the pressure value at each point is stable for more than 30 seconds, perform the pressure reduction operation;

[0057] Manually adjust the pressure reduction button and the pressure reduction speed adjustment button to reduce the pressure value from the peak value to the original position. The pressure value at each point must also be stable for more than 30 seconds;

[0058] If the pressure at each point meets the set value, the system prints a label. If the pressure at each point does not meet the set requirements, the system will alarm.

[0059] Operate the main control panel to print the experimental report and store the experimental data;

[0060] Remove the sensor to be tested, turn off the power, and the experiment is over.

[0061] Furthermore, the temperature test unit control workflow includes:

[0062] Insert the sensor to be tested into the temperature sensor detection area;

[0063] Connect the power supply, turn on the temperature controller switch on the power interface, and the instrument will display the basic interface;

[0064] Determine whether the required heating temperature is greater than or equal to 300°C; if less than 300°C, use an oil tank for heating; if greater than or equal to 300°C, use a dry oven for heating;

[0065] In the basic interface, click the set temperature window, set the required temperature, and click the confirmation button to return to the interface.

[0066] Turn on the heating button switch and the heating device starts to heat up;

[0067] If the temperature data displayed on the interface is within ±3°C of the set temperature, the test is qualified. If the displayed value exceeds ±3°C from the set temperature, the system will alarm and the test will fail.

[0068] Operate the main control panel to print the experimental report and store the experimental data;

[0069] Click the stop button on the interface and then turn off the heating button switch to allow the temperature in the furnace to drop until it drops to 100 degrees. Turn off the power interface switch and the test is over.

[0070] The present invention has the following beneficial effects: a multifunctional test bench system and detection method for ship sensor detection of the present invention changes various sensor tests of equipment such as main engines and generators on board from scattered on-site tests to batch tests, and changes ship operations to centralized workshop tests. [0090] See also Figures 1 to 10 , which is a multifunctional test bench system for ship sensor detection provided by the present invention. The multifunctional test bench system 1 for ship sensor detection includes: a pressure test unit 3, a power supply and temperature test unit 5, a first electrical test unit 6, a second electrical test unit 7 and a control console 2; each unit is connected by a data transmission line to realize data collection and transmission, and the system master control is debugged through the control console 2, and relevant test reports are printed. [0091] In the internal device 4 of the pressure test unit 3, the driving elements include a stepper motor driver 2 4m and a stepper motor driver 1 4j, and the driven elements include a booster pump 4i and a screw pressure regulating device 4k. The pressure test unit 3 provides power to the booster pump 4i and the screw pressure regulating device 4k through the stepper motor driver 1 4j and the stepper motor driver 2 4m. Each motor and driving element is provided with voltage through the switching power supply 4a of the pressure test unit, and the circuit is controlled by the pressure unit controller 4l.

[0092] In this embodiment, the circuit control structure of the pressure test unit 3 includes a 24V power supply, a liquid circuit pre-boost button 3i, a step-down speed control knob 3g, a boost speed control knob 3f, a step-down button 3h, a boost button 3j, a medium input terminal 3e, a pressure test unit control panel 3b, a pre-boost relay 100, a boost speed control relay 101, and a step-down speed control relay 102; the hydraulic source flows in from the medium input terminal 3e, and by pressing the liquid circuit pre-boost button 3i, the pre-boost relay 100 is energized, the normally open contact C0 is closed, and the circuit is self-locked to realize the pre-boost of the liquid circuit. Boost function; by pressing the boost button 3j, the boost speed control relay 101 in the circuit is energized, the normally open electric contact C1 is closed, and the boost speed control knob 3f is energized to realize the boost speed control function. When the pressure value is fine-tuned, the pressure fine-tuning starting point indicator 3l is always on. When the pressure reaches the preset maximum value, the pressure fine-tuning end point indicator 3k is on and the boost is stopped; by releasing the boost button 3j and pressing the pressure reduction button 3h, the pressure reduction speed control relay 102 in the circuit is energized, the normally open electric contact C2 is closed, and the pressure reduction speed control knob 3g is energized to realize the pressure reduction speed control function of the liquid circuit. Among them, the pressure sensor can be connected to the pressure test hole transmitter controller 3d through the test line to display the numerical pressure value. Among them, the control process can also be controlled by the touch pressure test unit control panel 3b.

[0093] In this embodiment, in the internal device 4, the standard value pressure sensor 3a and the pressure output interface 3c are connected in parallel through the liquid transmission interface 4c and the output pipeline 4b, the booster pump 4i, the stepper motor driver 1 4j, and the liquid pressure regulating check valve 4f are connected in series in sequence to realize the pre-boosting function of the liquid circuit, the screw pressure regulating device 4k, the stepper motor driver 2 4m, and the speed regulating check valve 4e are connected in series in sequence to realize the pre-pressure fine-tuning function of the liquid circuit, and the pressure relief valve 4n is connected in parallel with the liquid circuit to realize the overpressure safety protection function. The hydraulic pressure change is converted into a numerical signal through the intelligent pressure value meter 4h, and the information is transmitted to the unit control panel 3b through the signal converter 4g.

[0094] In this embodiment, the internal device 4 is used for the pre-boost control process, the boost control process and the pressure reduction control process;

[0095] The pre-boost control process includes: by pressing the liquid circuit pre-boost button 3i, the switch power supply is powered on, the pressure unit controller 4l inputs the pressure to drive the stepper motor driver 4j to power on, and after the stepper motor driver 4j is powered on, it drives the boost pump 4i to operate so that the liquid in the input pipeline enters the liquid transmission pipeline 4d device;

[0096] The pressure-boosting control process includes: by pressing the pressure-boosting button 3j, the switch power supply again inputs pressure to the stepper motor driver 2 4m through the pressure unit controller 4l, and the stepper motor driver 2 4m drives the screw pressure regulating device 4k to run forward after being powered on, driving the liquid pressure in the liquid transmission interface device to continuously increase until the pressure in the pressure output interface reaches the target value;

[0097] The pressure reduction control process includes: by pressing the pressure reduction button 3h, the switch power supply is energized, and the pressure unit controller 4l enables the stepper motor driver 4m to drive the screw pressure regulating device 4k to operate in reverse, driving the pressure of the liquid transmission interface device to decrease; wherein the pressure increase or pressure reduction speed regulation operation is controlled by rotating the pressure increase speed regulation knob 3f and the pressure reduction speed regulation knob 3g.

[0098] At time t1, by pressing the pre-boost button 3i, the stepper motor driver 2 4m drives the boost pump 4i to operate so that the hydraulic source enters the pipeline, and the pressure test unit performs pre-boosting. Release the pre-boost button 3i, the pre-boost relay 100 loses power, and the spring in the pressure regulating check valve 4f returns to its original position. At this time, the pressure test unit stops the pre-boosting action, and the screw pressure regulating device 4k does not operate during the pre-boosting process. At time t2, press the boost button 3j to make the stepper motor driver 1 4j drive the screw pressure regulating device 4k to operate so that the hydraulic source enters the pipeline. At this time, the screw pressure regulating device runs forward, driving the liquid pressure to rise, and the pressure test unit performs boosting and speed regulation. When the pressure reaches the target value, release the boost button 3j at time t3, press the depressurization button 3h to make the stepper motor driver 2 drive the screw pressure regulating device to operate in reverse, and drive the pressure of the liquid transmission interface device to drop until the target value is reached, then release the depressurization button 3h, the screw pressure regulating device stops moving, and the liquid circuit pressure remains constant, completing the pressure reduction and speed regulation operation. During the pre-speed regulation process, the boost pump 4i does not work.

[0099] The present invention uses water medium to carry out pressure control test. During the pressure output process, the change trend of the internal pressure of the pipeline is related to factors such as the pipe diameter and pipe length. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification steps include:

[0100] According to the formula of pressure loss along the pipeline of the pressure test unit and local pressure loss:

[0101]

[0102] The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit is:

[0103]

[0104] Under ideal conditions, the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t is:

[0105] p 测t =pt -Δp L (4)

[0106] L=L1+L2 (5)

[0107] Where: Δp λ is the pressure loss along the pipeline of the pressure test unit; λ is the resistance coefficient along the pipeline; L is the sum of the distances from the pressure sensor to be tested to the screw pressure regulating device L1 and the booster pump L2; D is the pipeline diameter; ρ is the density of the medium; v is the velocity of the water medium; Δp ζ is the local pressure loss; ζ is the local resistance coefficient; Δp L is the total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit; p 测t is the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t; p t is the working pressure of the screw pressure regulating device and the booster pump at time t;

[0108] According to the theoretical analysis of formulas (3) and (4), the test pipeline pressure is related to the pipeline length, pipeline diameter and the velocity of the water medium; when the L value is smaller, the test pipeline pressure loss value is smaller and the pressure variation range is larger; when D is larger, the test pipeline pressure error is smaller and the pipeline pressure variation range is larger;

[0109] Assuming that the velocity of the water medium is v, water is used as the medium for pressure sensing. Under the conditions of the sum of the distance L between the pressure sensor to be tested and the screw pressure regulating device L1 and the booster pump L2, and the pipe diameter D, the pressure change value of the input sensor is analyzed and L and D are selected.

[0110] Under different pipe lengths: Assume that under ideal conditions, the water medium flow rate is the same and v under different pipe lengths, the pipe diameter is a constant value D1, and the pipe lengths are L a =0.6m, L b =1m, L c =1.4m;

[0111] According to formula (3), we get:

[0112]

[0113] Δp 0.6 For L a = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 0.6m; Δp1 is L b = The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit under 1m; Δp 1.4 For L c = The total theoretical pressure loss of the pipeline pressure test unit at 1.4m; ρ 水 is the density of the water medium;

[0114] set up is a constant, and formula (6)<(7)<(8) is obtained;

[0115] Δp 0.6 <Δp1<Δp 1.4 (9)

[0116] According to formula (4), we get:

[0117] p 0.6t <p 1t <p 1.4t (10)

[0118] p 0.6t For L a = the pressure of the pressure sensor to be tested at time t under 0.6 m; p 1t For L b = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at 1m at time t; p 1.4t For L c = The pressure of the pressure sensor under test at 1.4m at time t;

[0119] Under the condition that the velocity of the ideal water medium is at a constant value v, when the value of L is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger;

[0120] Similarly, under different pipe diameters: assuming that the velocity of the water medium is a constant value v and the pipe length is a constant value L1, the pipe diameters are D a =5mm, D b =10mm, D c =15mm; According to formula (3):

[0121]

[0122] Δp5 is D a = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 5mm; Δp 10 D b = Total theoretical pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 10mm; Δp 15 D c =Theoretical total pressure loss of pipeline pressure test unit under 15mm;

[0123] Simultaneous assumption is a constant, and we get formula (11)>(12)>(13);

[0124] Δp5>Δp 10 >Δp 15 (14)

[0125] Under the condition that the velocity of the ideal water medium is at a constant value v, when the value of L is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger;

[0126] According to formula (4), we get:

[0127] p 5t >p 10t >p 15t (15)

[0128] p 5t D a = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 5mm; p 10t D b = the pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 10mm; p 15t D c = The pressure of the pressure sensor under test at time t under 15mm

[0129] When the L value of the test pipeline is smaller, the pressure loss value of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range is larger; when D is larger, the pressure error of the test pipeline is smaller and the pressure change range of the pipeline is larger;

[0130] The pressure test unit guarantees:

[0131] 5%≤ΔP L ≤10% (16)

[0132] In summary, the test pipeline pressure is related to the pipeline length, pipeline diameter and water medium velocity. Therefore, the pressure test unit guarantees 5% ≤ ΔP L ≤10%. When selecting a pipeline, when the extraction speed v is constant, shortening the pipeline length L and increasing the pipeline diameter D as much as possible will help improve the accuracy of pressure detection.

[0135] The multifunctional test bench system for ship sensor detection of the present invention adopts water as the medium of the pressure test unit, has the characteristics of high efficiency and rapid response, and can complete the work task in a short time compared with oil and gas media, thereby improving work efficiency. In addition, water as a medium has good thermal conductivity, which makes the thermal efficiency of the system higher and can effectively reduce energy consumption. In the field of ship industry, water hydraulic technology is more environmentally friendly and will not pollute detection equipment and instruments to be tested, etc., which meets the environmental protection requirements of modern society.

[0136] A dry oven is used to calibrate the temperature sensor and the instrument as a whole. It is simple to operate, easy to use, and easy to quickly and reliably calibrate the temperature. When the instrument to be tested is connected, a variety of temperature sensors can be connected through the conversion interface. The detection range can reach 500°C and the accuracy is as high as 0.05%, ensuring the consistency of the detection temperature.

[0137] The pressure test unit uses a stepper motor to drive the booster pump and the screw pressure regulating device to operate. It achieves the pressure increase and decrease effect by squeezing or stretching the medium, converting the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic water, and then adjusting the direction and pressure through the hydraulic valve, and transmitting the medium to the hydraulic system. This process controls the direction and speed of the hydraulic movement. Compared with the traditional pressurization method, this invention has the advantages of uniform pressure, fast and stable, and low noise.

[0138] The modular test bench structure design is adopted. By splitting the system into a pressure test unit, a power supply, a temperature test unit and two electrical test modules, each module can be used individually or in combination, and overall information integration is performed. The present invention reduces the size of the equipment and improves the efficiency of simultaneous testing of multiple sensors.
