[0146] The variable part reinforcement unit 70 is configured to reinforce the frame strength of the rear body module 40 and the mounting strength of the variable part connection member 50, and to form a closed-shaped load path at the front edge of the rear body module 40. Also, the variable part reinforcement unit 70 is configured to form a load path along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body at the front edge of the rear body module 40.

[0147] Fig.13A and Fig. 13B 2 is a diagram illustrating a variable portion reinforcement unit of a rear vehicle body module applied to a connection structure of a vehicle body according to an embodiment.

[0148] Reference Figure 8 , Fig.13A and Fig. 13B The variable portion reinforcement unit 70 according to the embodiment may include a main beam extension member 71 , a roof side beam 73 , a sub-beam extension member 75 , and a pillar extension member 77 .

[0149] The main beam extension members 71 are respectively connected to both ends in the vehicle width direction of the variable portion roof beam 45. The main beam extension member 71 is connected to the variable portion center pillar 46.

[0150] The roof side rail 73 is connected to the main beam extension member 71 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. In one example, the roof side rail 73 includes a closed cross section 81 in a square shape and a flange portion 83 connected to the main beam extension member 71.

[0151] The sub-beam extension member 75 is connected to the main beam extension member 71 , the roof side rail 73 , and the variable portion center pillar 46 .

[0152] And, the pillar extension member 77 is connected to the lower portion of the variable portion center pillar 46 and the variable portion floor panel 43. The pillar extension member 77 is connected to the floor extension member 44b connected to the variable portion cross member 44a formed on the variable portion floor panel 43.

[0153] In the following, reference will be made to Figures 1 to 13B The operation of the vehicle body connecting structure 100 constructed as described above will be described.

[0154] First, in the embodiment, the fixing portion connecting member 20 is connected to the fixing portion cover plate 17 at the outer side of the fixing portion closing section 19 of the front body module 10 .

[0155] Furthermore, in the embodiment, the variable portion connecting member 50 is connected to the inner side of the variable portion closing section 49 of the rear body module 40 .

[0156] Here, the front body module 10 is fixed to the front portion of the lower body 1. Also, the rear body module 40 is separated from the front body module 10 as described above.

[0157] In this state, the rear body module 40 moves downward from the rear side of the lower body 1 and moves toward the front body module 10 .

[0158] Then, the fixed part connecting member 20 is inserted into the through hole 48 of the variable part cover plate 47 from the rear side. Therefore, the fixed part connecting member 20 is connected to the variable part connecting member 50 at the inner side of the variable part closing section 49.

[0159] Here, a space between an edge of the through hole 48 connected to the inner side of the variable portion closing section 49 and the fixed portion connecting piece 20 is sealed by a sealing plug 55 .

[0160] Therefore, the fixed portion connecting member 20 and the variable portion connecting member 50 connected to each other are embedded inside the variable portion closing section 49 and are not exposed to the outside.

[0161] As a result, the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment can prevent the fixed portion connection member 20 and the variable portion connection member 50 from being contaminated by foreign matter such as dust.

[0162] Furthermore, in the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment, since the sealing plug 55 closes and seals the variable portion closing section 49 , water tightness can be improved.

[0163] Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the fixing portion partition plate 31 connected to the fixing portion connecting piece 20 is installed at the inner side of the fixing portion closing section 19 .

[0164] Here, the fixing portion bulkhead 31 is connected to the fixing portion roof beam 15 and the fixing portion cover panel 17 , and the fixing portion roof beam 15 and the fixing portion cover panel 17 are connected to the fixing portion roof panel 13 .

[0165] Also, the fixing portion bulkhead 31 is connected to the fixing portion center pillar 11 and the fixing portion cover plate 17 .

[0166] Therefore, a closed cross section in a square shape may be formed in the region where the fixing portion connector 20 is connected.

[0167] Therefore, the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment can disperse the load concentrated on the fixing portion connection member 20 while ensuring the installation strength of the fixing portion connection member 20 .

[0168] In addition, the fixing portion bulkhead 31 may block moisture flowing into the fixing portion roof rail 15 and the fixing portion center pillar 11 .

[0169] On the other hand, in the embodiment, the variable section partition plate 61 connected to the variable section connection member 50 is installed at the inner side of the variable section closing section 49 .

[0170] Here, the variable portion bulkhead 61 is connected to the variable portion roof panel 41 , the variable portion roof beam 45 , and the variable portion cover panel 47 . Also, the variable portion bulkhead 61 is connected to the variable portion center pillar 46 and the variable portion cover panel 47 .

[0171] Therefore, a closed cross section in a square shape may be formed in the region where the variable portion connection member 50 is connected.

[0172] Therefore, the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment can disperse the load concentrated on the variable section connection member 50 while ensuring the mounting strength of the variable section connection member 50 .

[0173] Furthermore, the variable portion bulkhead 61 may block moisture that flows into the variable portion roof rail 45 and the variable portion center pillar 46 .

[0174] On the other hand, in the embodiment, the variable portion reinforcement unit 70 connected to the variable portion roof rail 45 and the variable portion center pillar 46 is provided.

[0175] The variable portion reinforcement unit 70 may form a load path in a closed shape at the front edge of the rear vehicle body module 40 , and may form a load path in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body.

[0176] Therefore, the variable portion reinforcement unit 70 may increase the frame strength of the rear vehicle body module 40 and the mounting strength of the variable portion connector 50 .

[0177] According to the vehicle body connection structure 100 , in a state where the front body module 10 as the fixing portion 10 a is connected to the front of the lower body 1 , the rear body module 40 as the variable portion 40 a may be connected to the rear of the lower body 1 and the rear of the front body module 10 .

[0178] Therefore, according to the embodiment, the vehicle body connection structure 100 replaces the rear vehicle body module 40 of a predetermined shape according to the type of customized service (eg, use case) of the PBV, and thus, the PBV can be used as a pickup type vehicle or a delivery type vehicle.

[0179] Therefore, the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment can reduce the cost generated by changing the structure of the upper vehicle body 3 of the vehicle body to accommodate various customized services of the PBV.

[0180] In addition, the vehicle body connection structure 100 according to the embodiment may smoothly disperse the load input to the front and rear vehicle body modules 10 and 40 connected to each other, thereby improving the collision performance and torsional strength of the vehicle body.

[0181] While the embodiments of the invention have been described in conjunction with what are presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
