[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-156267 Summary of the invention

[0004] According to the above structure, it is difficult to ensure the airtightness inside the storage part. In addition, a pump dedicated to degassing is required. Therefore, the structure of the degassing device becomes complicated or large.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to simplify the structure of a degassing device.

[0006] A first technical solution of the present invention provides a degassing device, which comprises an annular flow path, a flow path forming component, an inlet, an outlet, a partition, an actuator and an exhaust port, wherein the annular flow path is for fluid circulation; the flow path forming component comprises an inner peripheral portion arranged on the inner peripheral side of the annular flow path, an outer peripheral portion arranged on the outer peripheral side of the annular flow path, and a pair of side wall portions arranged on both axial sides of the annular flow path, and defines the annular flow path; the inlet is arranged on the flow path forming component, opens to the annular flow path, and allows the fluid to flow into the annular flow path; the outlet is arranged on the flow path forming component, opens upward The annular flow path is opened and the fluid is caused to flow out from the annular flow path; the partition is provided on the flow path forming component and divides the annular flow path in the circumferential direction, the actuator causes the inner circumference, the outer circumference and at least one of the pair of side wall portions to rotate relative to the partition along the circumferential direction of the annular flow path, and a pressure gradient of the fluid is generated in the annular flow path; the exhaust port is provided on the flow path forming component, opens to the annular flow path at a position where the pressure of the fluid is lower than that of the outflow port, and bubbles mixed in the fluid are discharged from the annular flow path.

[0007] Here, it is well known that if a liquid mixed with bubbles is poured into a cup, the bubbles will naturally float to the surface of the water. From this phenomenon, it can be seen that the bubbles mixed in the fluid will be naturally transported from the high pressure side to the low pressure side inside the fluid. The above-mentioned degassing device realizes degassing using this principle with a simple structure.

[0008] More specifically, the annular flow path is divided by a partition in the circumferential direction, thereby forming a C-shape. The actuator partially rotates the flow path forming component that defines the annular flow path. The pressure of the fluid in the annular flow path is formed as high pressure on one side in the circumferential direction when observed from the partition, and is formed as low pressure on the other side, generating a pressure gradient in the annular flow path. The fluid flows into the annular flow path through the inlet and flows out from the annular flow path through the outlet. The exhaust port opens to the annular flow path at a position where the pressure of the fluid is lower than that of the outlet. In the process of the fluid flowing from the inlet to the outlet in the annular flow path, bubbles mixed in the fluid will be guided to the exhaust port as the low-pressure side and discharged from the annular flow path.

[0009] In this way, by dividing the annular flow path and rotating the parts defining the annular flow path, a pressure gradient of the fluid can be generated in the annular flow path. On this basis, by setting the exhaust port on the low-pressure side, the bubbles can be naturally transported to the exhaust port. It should be noted that the actuator that rotates the parts can be more simply constructed than the pump that applies negative pressure to the chamber. Therefore, the structure of the degassing device can be simplified.

[0010] According to the present invention, the structure of the degassing device can be simplified. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0012] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0013] Reference Figure 1 The discharge system 1 involved in the first embodiment is introduced into a manufacturing workshop such as an electronic component assembly factory or a food factory, and is used to intermittently discharge a fluid F to a coating object. The fluid F may be any object other than a gas as long as it can flow while generating a pressure gradient described later. The fluid F is not limited to liquids such as water and oil, and may also be a sol-like or gel-like object that can flow, such as a sealant, a coating liquid, mayonnaise, or minced fish.

[0014] The discharge system 1 includes a tank 2, a discharger 3, a supply path 4, a supply pump 5, and a degasser 10. The tank 2 stores a fluid F. The fluid F in the tank 2 may contain bubbles A (see Figure 5A). The ejector 3 intermittently discharges the fluid F. The ejector 3 can be in any form as long as it can discharge and stop alternately and repeatedly. For example, the ejector 3 is composed of a distributor, a switch valve or a pump (for example, a uniaxial eccentric screw pump, a plunger pump). The supply path 4 supplies the fluid F from the tank 2 to the ejector 3. The supply pump 5 and the deaerator 10 are arranged in sequence on the supply path 4 starting from the upstream side. The supply pump 5 sucks the fluid F in the tank 2 and pressure pumps the fluid F from its discharge port 5a. The discharge port 5a is connected to the deaerator 10 fluid via a discharge line 4a that constitutes a part of the supply path 4. The deaerator 10 removes the air bubbles A from the fluid F. As a result, the ejector 3 can discharge the fluid F without mixing with the air bubbles A. The discharge system 1 is conducive to improving the quality of products processed in a manufacturing workshop where the discharge system 1 is introduced.

[0015] The deaerator 10 is installed on a floor of a manufacturing workshop, an ejector 3, or a supply pump 5. The deaerator 10 can supply the fluid F directly to the ejector 3 as in the illustrated example, or can supply the fluid F to a cylinder (not illustrated) detachably mounted on the ejector 3.

[0016] The discharge system 1 includes a degassing device 100. The degassing device 100 includes a pressure difference sensor 6 and a controller 7 in addition to the degassing device 10. The degassing device 100 may include a supply pump 5 and a supply path 4 (particularly, a discharge line 4a of the supply path 4).

[0017] Reference Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 The degassing device 10 includes a flow path forming member 11 , an annular flow path 20 , an inlet 21 , an outlet 22 , an exhaust port 23 , and an actuator 29 .

[0018] The flow path forming member 11 defines an annular flow path 20 through which the fluid F flows. The flow path forming member 11 includes an inner peripheral portion 12 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the annular flow path 20, an outer peripheral portion 13 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the annular flow path 20, a first side wall portion 14 and a second side wall portion 15 (a pair of side wall portions) disposed on both axial sides of the annular flow path 20, respectively, and a partition portion 16 that partitions the annular flow path 20 in the circumferential direction. The four parts of the inner peripheral portion 12, the outer peripheral portion 13, the first side wall portion 14, and the second side wall portion 15 are divided into a plurality of elements and provided. The flow path forming member 11 refers to a group of the plurality of elements. The partition portion 16 is provided on any element in the element group constituting the flow path forming member 11, and is integrated with any of the four parts.

[0019] The inlet 21, the outlet 22, and the exhaust port 23 are provided in the flow path forming member 11 and open to the annular flow path 20. The inlet 21 allows the fluid F to flow into the annular flow path 20. The outlet 22 allows the fluid F to flow out of the annular flow path 20. The exhaust port 23 allows the mixed fluid F (see Figure 5A ) in the bubble A (see Figure 5A ) is discharged from the annular flow path 20.

[0020] The actuator 29 drives at least one of the inner circumferential portion 12 , the outer circumferential portion 13 , and the pair of side walls 14 , 15 to rotate in a predetermined rotation direction R around the central axis C along the circumferential direction of the annular flow path 20 . The actuator 29 is constituted by, for example, an electric motor.

[0021] In the present embodiment, the flow path forming member 11 is composed of three elements, namely, an inner member 11a, a first outer member 11b, and a second outer member 11c. The inner member 11a is cylindrical and constitutes an inner peripheral portion 12. The first outer member 11b is a bottomed cylindrical shape and integrally has an outer peripheral portion 13 and a first side wall portion 14. The second outer member 11c is plate-shaped and constitutes a second side wall portion 15. By accommodating the inner member 11a in a space enclosed by the first outer member 11b and the second outer member 11c, an annular flow path 20 is formed. In the present embodiment, the actuator 29 drives the inner peripheral portion 12 to rotate. The inner member 11a is a rotating body driven to rotate by the actuator 29. The first outer member 11b and the second outer member 11c are fixedly arranged relative to the installation object and are fixed bodies that are not driven to rotate by the actuator 29. The partition 16 is provided on the fixed body together with the inlet 21, the outlet 22, and the exhaust port 23.

[0022] The first outer member 11b has an inner space defined by the inner side surface of the first side wall portion 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13. The inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13 has a cross-section of a perfect circle centered on the central axis C. The inner side surface is perpendicular to the central axis C. The inner member 11a is accommodated in the inner space of the first outer member 11b. The inner member 11a is cylindrical or axial and is arranged coaxially with the first outer member 11b. The outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion 12 has a cross-section of a perfect circle. The second outer member 11c is engaged with the axial end surface of the outer peripheral portion 13 when the inner member 11a is accommodated in the first outer member 11b, and closes the inner space of the first outer member 11b. The inner peripheral portion 12 has an axial length slightly shorter than that of the outer peripheral portion 13. Both end surfaces of the inner peripheral portion 12 are in sliding contact with or adjacent to the inner side surfaces of a pair of side wall portions 14 and 15, respectively.

[0023] The outer peripheral surface of the inner member 11a (i.e., the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion 12) has a smaller diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the first outer member 11b (i.e., the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13). The annular flow path 20 is defined by the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion 12, the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13, and the inner side surfaces of the pair of side wall portions 14, 15. The annular flow path 20 is annular when viewed from the axial direction, and has a flow path width corresponding to the radius difference between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface. The cross-sectional shape of the annular flow path 20 is fixed in the axial direction.

[0024] The actuator 29 is mounted on the outer surface of the outer member 11b, 11c as a fixed body, specifically, on the outer surface of any one of the side wall portions 14, 15 (in this embodiment, the second side wall portion 15). The inner member 11a has a transmission shaft portion 17 protruding from the end surface of the inner peripheral portion 12, and the transmission shaft portion 17 is rotatably supported by the second side wall portion 15 on which the actuator 29 is mounted. The rotational driving force generated by the actuator 29 is transmitted to the transmission shaft portion 17. The inner peripheral portion 12 is formed integrally with the transmission shaft portion 17, and rotates (rotates) around the central axis C in a predetermined rotation direction R.

[0025] The partition 16 protrudes from the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumferential portion 13 toward the inside of the annular flow path 20. The protruding end 16p of the partition 16 forms a concave surface having the same curvature as the outer circumferential surface of the inner member 11a, and is in sliding contact with or adjacent to the outer circumferential surface of the inner member 11a. The partition 16 functions as a partition wall that partially partitions the annular flow path 20 in the circumferential direction. The partition 16 extends in the axial direction. One end of the partition 16 is integrated with the inner side surface of the first side wall portion 14. The other end of the partition 16 is in contact with or adjacent to the inner side surface of the second side wall portion 15.

[0026] exist Figure 2, the rotation direction R of the inner part 11a as a rotating body is indicated by an arc arrow drawn in the angle area where the partition 16 does not exist. The arrow head side of the arrow (the side for rotating forward) is regarded as the "front side" of the rotation direction R, and the axial base point side of the arrow (the opposite side to the side for rotating forward) is regarded as the "rear side" of the rotation direction R. When viewed in the axial direction, the annular flow path 20 extends in a C-shape in the opposite direction of the rotation direction R from the first end 20a to the second end 20b. The partition 16 is sandwiched between the first end 20a and the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 in the circumferential direction. The annular flow path 20 is also defined by the first surface 16a of the partition 16 and the second surface 16b of the partition 16. As shown in the figure, when the partition 16 provided on the fixed body is located at the 12 o'clock position and the rotation direction R is clockwise, the first surface 16a and the first end 20a are located on the left side of the partition 16, and the second surface 16b and the second end 20b are located on the right side of the partition 16. With the above structure, the fluid F cannot substantially pass from the first end 20a side of the annular flow path 20 over the partition 16 to the second end 20b side.

[0027] The inlet 21, outlet 22 and exhaust port 23 are open to the annular flow path 20. These three ports are provided on the outer peripheral portion 13 of the first outer member 11b and open to the outer surface and the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13. The inlet 21 is connected to the exhaust pipe 4a (see Figure 1 ), so that the fluid F supplied from the supply pump 5 flows into the annular flow path 20. The exhaust port 23 discharges the bubbles A mixed in the fluid F from the annular flow path 20. The exhaust port 23 is open to the atmosphere, and the bubbles A are discharged into the atmosphere. The outflow port 22 discharges the fluid F from which the bubbles A are discharged from the annular flow path 20.

[0028] The inlet 22 opens to the first end 20a. The exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b. The inlet 21 is disposed between the inlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 in the circumferential direction. The inlet 21 opens to the annular flow path 20 at a position facing the partition 16 in the radial direction.

[0029] Reference Figure 4 The pressure difference sensor 6 detects the pressure difference between two points in the annular flow path 20. The pressure difference sensor 6 may be composed of a single sensor that detects the gauge pressure relative to the reference pressure, or may be composed of two sensors that respectively detect the pressures of the two points. In this embodiment, the pressure difference sensor 6 is composed of two sensors, a first pressure sensor 6a and a second pressure sensor 6b, and the pressure difference is obtained based on the detection results of the two sensors.

[0030] The first pressure sensor 6a is disposed at a first detection position separated from the partition 16 by only a first setting angle θ1 in the circumferential direction in the counterclockwise direction (the direction opposite to the rotation direction R). The first pressure sensor 6a detects a first pressure P1 as the pressure of the fluid F in the first detection position. The second pressure sensor 6b is disposed at a second detection position separated from the partition 16 by only a second setting angle θ2 in the circumferential direction in the counterclockwise direction. The second pressure sensor 6b detects a second pressure P2 as the pressure of the fluid F in the second detection position. The second setting angle θ2 is greater than the first setting angle θ1. In the present embodiment, as an example only, the first setting angle θ1 is 60 degrees and the second setting angle θ2 is 150 degrees. The first setting angle θ1 and the second setting angle θ2 are set between the inlet 21 of the annular flow path 20 and the first surface 16a of the partition 16.

[0031] Back to Figure 1 , the controller 7 is connected to the pressure difference sensor 6 (the first pressure sensor 6a and the second pressure sensor 6b), the actuator 29 and the supply pump 5. The controller 7 can also be connected to the ejector 3. The controller 7 controls the actuator 29 during the operation of the degassing device 100 to drive the rotating body (in this embodiment, the inner part 11a) to rotate. The controller 7 controls the position of the liquid level of the fluid F in the annular flow path 20 based on the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference sensor 6. In order to control the position of the liquid level, as an example, the controller 7 controls the flow rate Q of the supply pump 5.

[0032] The operation of the deaerator 100 will be described below. It should be noted that before the deaerator 100 is started, the annular flow path 20, the inlet 21, and the outlet 22 are empty. By starting the deaerator 100, the supply pump 5 is operated, and the fluid F is supplied from the supply pump 5 to the deaerator 10. In addition, the actuator 29 is operated to drive the inner part 11a as a rotating body to rotate. The discharge pressure and discharge flow rate of the supply pump 5, and the rotation speed of the rotating body can be appropriately adjusted according to the properties (for example, viscosity) of the fluid F.

[0033] like Figure 5A As shown, when the degassing device 100 is started, the fluid F mixed with the bubbles A is supplied from the supply pump 5 (see Figure 1 ) via discharge line 4a (see Figure 1 ) is supplied to the inlet 21. Figure 5B The stage of the process of filling the annular flow path 20 with the fluid F is shown, and the liquid level of the fluid F in the annular flow path 20 has not reached any of the outflow port 22 and the exhaust port 23 .

[0034] The fluid F introduced into the annular flow path 20 is dragged around the portion in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner member 11a as a rotating body due to the viscous friction generated between the fluid F and the outer peripheral surface. As a result, in the annular flow path 20, the pressure of the fluid F is set to be higher as it approaches the front side of the rotation direction R (the pressure is lower as it approaches the rear side of the rotation direction R), thereby generating a pressure gradient. The bubbles A contained in the fluid F are transported from the side with higher pressure to the side with lower pressure in the fluid F. That is, the bubbles A are naturally transported to the rear side of the positive direction R.

[0035] The rear liquid surface FLR of the fluid F is connected to the atmosphere via the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 and the exhaust port 23. As a result, the pressure of the rear liquid surface FLR is substantially the atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the bubbles A guided to the rear liquid surface FLR can be separated from the fluid F and released into the atmosphere via the exhaust port 23.

[0036] Figure 5C The deaerator 10 is shown in a state where the fluid F is filled into the annular flow path 20 and is operating stably. Based on the same principle as above, a pressure gradient is generated in the fluid F in the annular flow path 20. The fluid F is filled in a full manner on the front side of the rotation direction R with the inlet 21 as the reference until it contacts the first surface 16a of the partition 16. The outlet 22 opens toward the first end 20a facing the first surface 16a. That is, the outlet 22 is provided at the portion where the pressure of the fluid F in the annular flow path 20 becomes as high as possible. The relatively high-pressure fluid F flows out smoothly through the outlet 22.

[0037] On the other hand, the fluid F does not reach the second surface 16b of the partition 16 on the rear side in the rotation direction R with reference to the inlet 21, and the rear liquid surface FLR is formed in the annular flow path 20. Therefore, in a stable operation state, based on the same principle as described above, the bubbles A guided to the rear liquid surface FLR also separate from the fluid F and are released into the atmosphere through the exhaust port 23.

[0038] Thus, according to the degassing device 100 involved in this embodiment, by partially dividing the annular flow path 20 in the circumferential direction, a part of the flow path forming component 11 defining the annular flow path 20 (in this embodiment, the inner circumference 12) is rotated relative to the partition 16, and the exhaust port 23 is arranged at a position closer to the low pressure side than the outlet 22. Such a simple structure can generate a pressure gradient in the fluid F in the annular flow path 20, so that the bubbles A are naturally transported to the exhaust port 23. Even if a device requiring higher airtightness such as a vacuum chamber is omitted in the degassing device 10, a sufficient degassing effect can be obtained. In addition, the actuator 29 that generates a rotational driving force can simplify the structure compared with the actuator (vacuum pump) that applies negative pressure to the chamber. Therefore, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified.

[0039] The outflow port 22 opens to the first end 20a of the annular flow path 20 on the high pressure side defined by the partition 16, and the exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 on the low pressure side opposite to the high pressure side across the partition 16. The outflow port 22 and the exhaust port 23 are as far apart as possible physically and from the perspective of pressure difference. Therefore, the possibility of the bubbles A contained in the fluid F leaking out of the outflow port 22 can be suppressed.

[0040] The inlet 21 opens to the annular flow path 20 at a position where the pressure of the fluid F is lower than that of the outlet 22 and at a position where the pressure of the fluid F is higher than that of the exhaust port 23. The outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 are arranged on opposite sides of the inlet 21. Therefore, the possibility of the bubbles A contained in the fluid F leaking from the outlet 22 can be suppressed.

[0041] The inner circumference of the outer circumference 13 and the outer circumference of the inner circumference 12 defining the annular flow path 20 are perfectly circular. Therefore, the bubbles A are not stuck in the inner circumference 12 and the outer circumference 13 and are smoothly conveyed to the rear liquid level FLR in the annular flow path 20 .

[0042] Reference Figure 4 If the discharge pressure or discharge flow rate of the supply pump 5 is too large, the rear liquid level FLR may rise, and the fluid F may leak into the atmosphere through the exhaust port 23. Therefore, the controller 7 controls the position of the rear liquid level FLR in a stable operation state to prevent the fluid F from leaking.

[0043] Specifically, the controller 7 estimates the position of the rear liquid level FLR based on the following equation (1), and specifically estimates the counterclockwise angle θw from the partition 16 to the rear liquid level FLR. θw=P2×(θ2-θ1) / (P1-P2)+θ2……(1) Here, P1 is the detection value of the first pressure sensor 6a, and P2 is the detection value of the second pressure sensor 6b.

[0044] The controller 7 compares the estimated value of the angle θw of the rear liquid surface FLR with a set value. The set value is set near the exhaust port 23 in the annular flow path 20. If the estimated value exceeds the set value, the operation of the supply pump 5 is controlled to reduce the flow rate Q of the fluid F discharged from the supply pump 5. In this way, leakage of the fluid F can be prevented.

[0045] In this embodiment, the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface having a perfect circular cross section are arranged concentrically. The flow path width of the annular flow path 20 is fixed in the entire circumferential direction, so the pressure gradient is substantially linear. Therefore, the liquid level position can be estimated with high precision and the liquid level position can be controlled with high precision.

[0046] Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiment.

[0047] Reference Figure 6 as well as Figure 7 In the deaerator 10 according to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the inner member 11a constitutes the inner peripheral portion 12, the first outer member 11b constitutes the outer peripheral portion 13 and the first side wall portion 14, the second outer member 11c constitutes the second side wall portion 15, and the actuator 29 drives the inner peripheral portion 12 to rotate. The inner member 11a is a rotating body, and the first outer member 11b and the second outer member 11c are fixed bodies. The partition 16 is provided on the fixed body together with the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23.

[0048] In this embodiment, the inner circumference 12 and the outer circumference 13 and the annular flow path 20 are longer in the axial direction than in the first embodiment. In the first embodiment, since the annular flow path 20 is shorter in the axial direction, the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 are arranged at the same position in the axial direction (see Figure 3 ). In contrast, in the present embodiment, the inlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 are separated in the axial direction of the annular flow path 20. The inlet 21 is closer to the exhaust port 23 than the inlet 22 in the axial direction of the annular flow path 20. The inlet 21 and the exhaust port 23 open to one end of the annular flow path 20. The inlet 22 opens to the other end of the annular flow path 20 in the axial direction.

[0049] The exhaust port 23 is arranged axially away from the region where the outflow port 22 is formed. It should be noted that the positional relationship of the three interfaces in the circumferential direction is the same as that of the first embodiment. The pressure of the fluid in the annular flow path 20 gradually increases in the circumferential direction toward the front side of the rotation direction R. Therefore, the pressure P21 of the inflow port 21, the pressure P22 of the outflow port 22, and the pressure P23 of the exhaust port 23 satisfy P22>P21>P23.

[0050] Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified. In addition, in this embodiment, since the outflow port 22 and the inflow port 21 are also separated in the axial direction, the passage time of the fluid F in the annular flow path 20 is long. Therefore, in the process of the fluid F flowing to the outflow port 22, the time for the bubbles A to be guided to the exhaust port 23 becomes longer, and the possibility of the bubbles A leaking from the outflow port 22 can be further suppressed.

[0051] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiments.

[0052] Reference Figure 8In the degassing device 10 according to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the inner member 11a constitutes the inner peripheral portion 12, and the first outer member 11b constitutes the outer peripheral portion 13 and the first side wall portion 14. Although detailed illustration is omitted, the second outer member is arranged at Figure 8 The second side wall is formed on the front side of the paper. The actuator 29 drives the inner peripheral portion 12 to rotate. The inner member 11a is a rotating body, and the first outer member 11b and the second outer member are fixed bodies. The axial dimension is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0053] In this embodiment, unlike the first and second embodiments, the partition 16 is provided together with the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 in the inner member 11a as a rotating body. The partition 16 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion 12 into the annular flow path 20. The protruding end 16p of the partition 16 forms a convex surface having the same curvature as the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13, and is in sliding contact with or adjacent to the inner peripheral surface. Both ends of the partition 16 are flush with the two end surfaces of the inner peripheral portion 12, and are in sliding contact with or adjacent to the inner side surfaces of the first side wall portion 14 and the second side wall portion, respectively.

[0054] In the present embodiment, in the rotation direction of the inner member 11a, the front side of R is the low pressure side, and the rear side is the high pressure side. If the partition 16 is used as a reference, the first outer member 11b rotates relative to the inner member 11a in the opposite direction R' of the rotation direction R. The front side of the first outer member 11b relative to the inner member 11a in the relative rotation direction (opposite direction R') based on the partition 16 is the high pressure side, and the rear side is the low pressure side. The first surface 16a of the partition 16 and the first end 20a of the annular flow path 20 are located on the front side of the relative rotation direction (opposite direction R'). The second surface 16b of the partition 16 and the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 are located on the rear side of the relative rotation direction (opposite direction R'). When the inner member 11a rotates, the pressure of the fluid F decreases from the first end 20a toward the second end 20b.

[0055] The inlet 21 opens at a position between the first end 20a (first surface 16a) and the second end 20b (second surface 16b) in the circumferential direction and is opposite to the partition 16 in the diameter direction. The outlet 22 opens to the first end 20a, and the exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b. The pressure P21 of the inlet 21, the pressure P22 of the outlet 22, and the pressure P23 of the exhaust port 23 satisfy P22>P21>P23.

[0056] Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified.

[0057] Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiments.

[0058] Reference Fig. 9 In the degassing device 10 according to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the inner member 11a constitutes the inner peripheral portion 12, and the first outer member 11b constitutes the outer peripheral portion 13 and the first side wall portion 14. Although detailed illustration is omitted, the second outer member is arranged at Fig. 9 The second side wall is formed on the front side of the paper. The actuator 29 drives the inner peripheral portion 12 to rotate. The inner member 11a is a rotating body, and the first outer member 11b and the second outer member are fixed bodies. The axial dimension is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0059] In the present embodiment, the center C12 of the inner circumference 12 is eccentric with respect to the center C13 of the outer circumference 13. The outer circumferential surface of the inner circumference 12 contacts the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumference 13. The partition 16 is not composed of the partition wall in the previous embodiment, but is composed of the above-mentioned contact and is provided on the rotating body. By the eccentric configuration of the inner circumference 12, the annular flow path 20 is formed into a C shape. When viewed from the partition 16, the front side of the rotation direction R of the inner circumference 12 is the high-pressure side, and the rear side of the rotation direction R is the low-pressure side. When viewed from the partition 16, the front side of the rotation direction R of the inner circumference 12 is formed with a first end 20a of the C-shaped annular flow path 20. When viewed from the partition 16, the rear side of the rotation direction R of the inner circumference 12 is formed with a second end 20b of the C-shaped annular flow path 20. The pressure of the fluid F decreases from the first end 20a toward the second end 20b.

[0060] Although the partition 16 is provided on the rotating body, its position in the circumferential direction relative to the fixed body is unchanged, so the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 are provided on the fixed body. The inlet 21 opens at a position between the first end 20a and the second end 20b in the circumferential direction and is opposite to the partition 16 in the diameter direction. The outlet 22 opens to the first end 20a, and the exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b. The pressure P21 of the inlet 21, the pressure P22 of the outlet 22 and the pressure P23 of the exhaust port 23 satisfy P22>P21>P23.

[0061] Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified.

[0062] Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiments.

[0063] Reference Fig.10In the degassing device 10 according to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the inner member 11a constitutes the inner peripheral portion 12, and the first outer member 11b constitutes the outer peripheral portion 13 and the first side wall portion 14. Although detailed illustration is omitted, the second outer member is arranged at Fig.10 The axial dimension is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0064] In this embodiment, unlike the first to fourth embodiments, the actuator 29 drives at least the first outer member 11b to rotate. The first outer member 11b is a rotating body, and the inner member 11a is a fixed body. The second outer member can be a fixed body or a rotating body, but as an example, it is set as a rotating body. As in the third embodiment, the partition 16 is provided together with the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23 on the inner member 11a which is a fixed body.

[0065] In the present embodiment, the first surface 16a of the partition 16 and the first end 20a of the annular flow path 20 are located on the front side of the first outer member 11b as a rotating body in the rotation direction R. The second surface 16b of the partition 16 and the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 are located on the rear side in the rotation direction R. When the first outer member 11b rotates, the fluid F is dragged by the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13, and the pressure of the fluid F decreases from the first end 20a toward the second end 20b.

[0066] The inlet 21, the outlet 22, and the exhaust port 23 are provided in the inner member 11a as a fixed body. The inlet 21 opens at a position between the first end 20a (first surface 16a) and the second end 20b (second surface 16b) in the circumferential direction and is opposite to the partition 16 in the diameter direction. The outlet 22 opens to the first end 20a, and the exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b. The pressure P21 of the inlet 21, the pressure P22 of the outlet 22, and the pressure P23 of the exhaust port 23 satisfy P22>P21>P23.

[0067] Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified.

[0068] Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiments.

[0069] Reference Fig.11 as well as Fig.12In the deaerator 10 involved in the present embodiment, the flow path forming component 11 is composed of two elements, namely the first component 11d and the second component 11e. The first component 11d integrally has an inner peripheral portion 12, an outer peripheral portion 13 and a first side wall portion 14. The second component 11e constitutes the second side wall portion 15. The axial dimension is the same as that of the first embodiment. The actuator 29 drives the second side wall portion 15 to rotate. The second component 11e is a rotating body, and the first component 11d is a fixed body. The partition 16 is arranged on the rotating body together with the inlet 21, the outlet 22 and the exhaust port 23. The partition 16 protrudes axially from the inner side surface of the second side wall portion 15, and is in sliding contact with or adjacent to the inner side surface of the first side wall portion 14.

[0070] In the present embodiment, the first surface 16a of the partition 16 and the first end 20a of the annular flow path 20 are located on the front side of the second member 11e as a rotating body in the rotation direction R. The second surface 16b of the partition 16 and the second end 20b of the annular flow path 20 are located on the rear side in the rotation direction R. When the second member 11e rotates, the fluid F is dragged by the inner surface of the second side wall portion 15 and squeezed by the partition 16, and the pressure of the fluid F decreases from the first end 20a toward the second end 20b.

[0071] The inlet 21 opens at a position between the first end 20a (first surface 16a) and the second end 20b (second surface 16b) in the circumferential direction and is opposite to the partition 16 in the diameter direction. The outlet 22 opens to the first end 20a, and the exhaust port 23 opens to the second end 20b. The pressure P21 of the inlet 21, the pressure P22 of the outlet 22, and the pressure P23 of the exhaust port 23 satisfy P22>P21>P23.

[0072] Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified.

[0073] Next, a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described, focusing on differences from the above-described embodiments.

[0074] Reference Fig.13 In the deaerator 10 involved in this embodiment, similarly to the fifth embodiment, the inner member 11a constitutes the inner peripheral portion 12, the first outer member 11b constitutes the outer peripheral portion 13 and the first side wall portion 14, and the second outer member 11c constitutes the second side wall portion 15. The axial dimension is the same as that of the first embodiment. The actuator 29 drives at least the first outer member 11b to rotate. The first outer member 11b is a rotating body, and the inner member 11a and the second outer member 11c are fixed bodies.

[0075] In the present embodiment, the partition 16 is provided on the second outer member 11c as a fixed body. The partition 16 protrudes axially from the inner side surface of the second side wall portion 15 and is in sliding contact with or adjacent to the inner side surface of the first side wall portion 14. Although detailed illustrations are omitted, in this case, the inlet, outlet and exhaust port are preferably provided on the fixed body. In the present embodiment, a pressure gradient can also be generated in the annular flow path 20, and the structure of the degassing device 100 can be simplified as in the first embodiment.

[0076] As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention is described, the said structure can be changed, added, and deleted suitably within the scope of this invention.

[0077] Although the pressure difference sensor 6 is omitted in the second embodiment and later (see Figure 1 ), but in the second embodiment and the subsequent embodiments, the liquid level can also be controlled in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Although the discharge flow rate of the supply pump 5 is controlled when the liquid level is controlled, the rotation speed of the rotating body can be controlled on this basis, or the rotation speed of the rotating body can be controlled instead of controlling the discharge flow rate of the supply pump 5.

[0078] At least one of the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumferential portion 13 and the outer circumferential surface of the inner circumferential portion 12 does not need to be a perfect circle, and may be, for example, an elliptical shape. The position of the inlet 21 is not limited to the position relative to the partition 16 or the central position in the circumferential direction of the annular flow path 20, and may be appropriately changed. The supply pump 5 may also be outside the range of the degassing device 100. In this case, the controller 7 may send the estimated result of the liquid level to another controller that controls the supply pump 5. In order to control the liquid level, the controller 7 may also control the rotation speed of the rotating body based on the estimated result of the liquid level.

[0079] In the above embodiment, at least one of the inner peripheral portion 12 , the outer peripheral portion 13 , and the side wall portions 14 , 15 is driven to rotate, and there are portions that are not driven to rotate. However, all portions may be driven to rotate.

[0080] The inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 13 or the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion 12 can be constructed so that its diameter is variable. The degassing device 100 can also be provided with a single inner component 11a that is accommodated in the outer components 11b, 11c in the use state, and a plurality of inner components 11a that are replaceably installed on the outer components 11b, 11c in the circulation state. The diameters of the plurality of inner components 11a are different from each other. By selecting one of the plurality of inner components 11a to be installed on the outer components 11b, 11c according to the properties of the fluid F to be processed, the flow path width of the annular flow path 20 can be set to a value suitable for the fluid F. In this case, the required height of the partition 16 will also change, so it is preferred to prepare a plurality of partitions 16 with different heights in the same way as the inner component 11a.

[0081] For example, when the viscosity of the fluid is high, the torque can be reduced by increasing the flow path width. When the fluid is a pseudoplastic fluid, since the fluid only flows in a portion close to the rotating body, a smooth flow in the annular flow path 20 can be obtained by narrowing the flow path width.
