Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a stator assembly for a compressor and a coil isolation method of the stator assembly. Background Art

[0002] The concentrated winding variable frequency motor for air conditioner compressor currently uses a polyester film slot wedge, which is formed by special equipment and inserted between the two windings to provide insulation isolation and increase reliability. This type requires special slot wedge forming and insertion equipment, which has high manufacturing costs and occupies space. Figure 1 It is a stereogram of a motor winding in the prior art. In order to solve this problem, Figure 1 As shown, a patent discloses a slot wedge structure with an annular slot cover 40601, in which slot seals 40602 are evenly erected under the slot cover 40601 in a circumferential direction. However, in order to prevent the slot seal 40602 from protruding inwardly from the slot and contacting the rotor, causing a shutdown accident, the patent provides slot resistors 40603 on the outer side of the slot seal 40602 in a one-to-one correspondence. The patent can prevent the coil from escaping from the slot teeth and avoid the quality risk caused by the coil escape. However, in order to avoid the escape, the device occupies too much space in the slot, resulting in insufficient space in the slot. When manufacturing a high slot full rate machine, it will make it difficult to insert the device, causing quality risks, that is, it is not conducive to the production of efficient motors. Figure 2 It is a schematic diagram of the installation of a motor winding in the prior art. Figure 2 As shown, the end of the stator assembly is directly exposed to the air, which can easily bring quality risks to the motor. Moreover, from the installation effect diagram, the device does not completely isolate the enameled wire between the slots, which can easily cause out-of-phase contact and cause quality risks in the slots. In addition, the device does not achieve the function of isolating the coils in the stator slots, which can easily cause the windings to contact each other. At the same time, the device cannot effectively protect the motor end coils, increasing the probability of damage to the slot and end coils, which brings hidden dangers to the motor quality.

[0003] Therefore, the present invention provides a stator assembly for a compressor and a coil isolation method of the stator assembly. Summary of the invention

[0054] Figure 3 It is an exploded view of the stator assembly for a compressor of the present invention. Figure 4 It is a schematic diagram of a stator core and upper and lower insulating brackets in a stator assembly for a compressor of the present invention. Figure 5 It is a large top view of the upper insulating support in the present invention. Figure 6 It is a cross-sectional view of the upper insulating support in the present invention. Figure 7 It is a side view of the upper insulating support in the present invention. Figure 8 9 is a schematic diagram of the stator core in the compressor stator assembly of the present invention. 10 is a schematic diagram of the enameled wire between the stator teeth of the compressor stator assembly of the present invention. Figures 3 to 9 As shown, the stator assembly for a compressor of the present invention comprises: a stator core 13, an enameled wire coil wound on a stator tooth portion 5, an upper insulating bracket 11, a lower insulating bracket 12 and an insulating cover plate 14. The insulating cover plate 14 comprises an annular cover plate portion 1 and a plurality of slot wedge portions 2, the slot wedge portions 2 are distributed around one side of the annular cover plate portion 1, the annular cover plate portion 1 is clamped on the upper end surface of the upper insulating bracket 11, and the slot wedge portions 2 are respectively inserted into corresponding stator slots to isolate the contact of the enameled wires 4 between different windings in the stator slots, thereby achieving insulation and sealing of each winding. The present invention is applicable to compressors of refrigeration (heat) circulation systems such as refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers, and heat pump water heaters, and is a variable frequency motor suitable for compressors and its inter-winding insulation structure.

[0055] A plurality of slot wedge portions 2 are evenly arranged on one side of the annular cover plate portion 1 in a radially radiating shape. Optionally, the slot wedge portion 2 corresponds to the center position of the stator slot.

[0056] In a preferred embodiment, the slot wedge portion 2 cooperates with the stator core 13 to separate the windings of the enameled wire 4 into corresponding independent spaces, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0057] Specifically, Figure 5 , 6 As shown, the length L2 of the slot wedge portion 2 extending in the radial direction is equal to the depth H of the stator slot. The slot wedge portion 2 completely isolates the enameled wire between the slots, so that each slot winding has a relatively independent space, avoiding out-of-phase contact, and improving the insulation quality of the winding and the reliability of the motor winding.

[0058] In a preferred embodiment, each slot wedge portion 2 is in a sheet shape, and a thickness L3 of the slot wedge portion 2 is in a range of 1 mm ≤ L3 ≤ 5 mm, but is not limited thereto.

[0059] In a preferred embodiment, the plane where each slot wedge portion 2 is located is arranged in a ring shape along the circumference of the annular cover portion 1, and the annular cover portion 1 and the slot wedge portion 2 are integrally formed, but not limited thereto.

[0060] In a preferred embodiment, the insulating cover plate 14 further includes a plurality of insulating bracket snap-in holes 3, which are connected to the outer periphery of the annular cover plate portion 1, and the insulating bracket snap-in holes 3 are snap-fitted with the snap-in portions 111 provided on the upper insulating bracket 11, but this is not limited thereto. Specifically, a plurality of connecting portions are connected to the outer edge of the annular cover plate portion 1, and the connecting portions protrude from the outer periphery of the annular cover plate portion 1, and the insulating bracket snap-in holes 3 are provided on the connecting portions. Optionally, a plurality of connecting portions are evenly distributed on the outer periphery of the annular cover plate portion 1. Figure 5 As shown, three connecting parts are provided in this embodiment.

[0061] In a preferred embodiment, the annular cover plate portion 1, the slot wedge portion 2 and the insulating bracket clamping hole 3 are integrally formed, but not limited thereto.

[0062] In a preferred embodiment, if Figure 6 As shown, the annular cover plate 1 covers the end of the stator core to prevent the enameled wire from leaking. The difference D4 between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the annular cover plate 1 is equal to the depth H of the stator slot, but is not limited thereto. This can effectively prevent the end of the stator assembly from leaking into the air, reducing the quality risks of the motor.

[0063] In a preferred embodiment, the inner diameter D1 of the stator core 13, the outer diameter D3 of the stator core 13, and the outer diameter D2 of the annular cover portion 1 satisfy the following relationship:

[0064] D1<D2<D3, but not limited to this.

[0065] In a preferred embodiment, the height of the upper insulating support 11 is L4, the height of the slot wedge portion 2 is L1, the stack height of the stator core 13 is L, and the height of the lower insulating support 12 is L5, satisfying the following relationship:

[0066] (L4+L)<L1<(L4+L5+L), but not limited to this.

[0067] The present invention is an insulating structure between motor windings of an insulating support. The insulating cover plate 14 in the stator assembly for a compressor can be obtained by injection molding into a sheet-shaped slot wedge portion 2. The size and number of the slot wedge portion 2 match the size and number of the motor windings. The insulating structure also has an annular cover plate portion 1, which is connected to the slot wedge portion 2 to form a stable integrated structure. A plurality of insulating support clamping holes 3 are arranged on the outer periphery of the annular cover plate portion 1. The insulating support clamping holes 3 are connected to the clamping portion 111 of the upper insulating support 11, which are used to fix the slot wedge portion 2, effectively preventing the slot wedge portion 2 from moving, while not affecting the insertion into the stator slot, and can isolate the enameled wire 4 wound around the adjacent stator tooth portion 5 to avoid the quality risks caused by out-of-phase contact. When in use, the slot wedge part 2 is inserted into the gap between the windings, and the insulating bracket clamping hole 3 is connected to the upper insulating bracket 11 to fix the cover plate, so that each slot winding has a relatively independent sealed space, further improving the winding insulation quality and motor winding reliability, reducing winding quality risks, and reducing processing steps.

[0068] In this embodiment, the insulating cover plate 14 of the present invention is injection molded, and the material used can be polytrimethylene terephthalate (PBT), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), liquid crystal polymer (LCP). The structure includes a slot wedge portion 2 and an annular cover plate portion 1 structure. The cover plate structure is connected to the slot wedge portion 2 to form a stable integrated structure. A plurality of insulating bracket connecting parts are arranged on the outer periphery of the annular cover plate portion 1. The insulating bracket connecting parts are connected to the insulating brackets to fix the slot wedge portion 2. The inner diameter D1 of the stator core 13, the outer diameter D3 of the slot depth of the stator core 13, and the outer diameter D2 of the circumscribed circle formed by the outer end of the slot wedge portion 2 satisfy the following relationship: D1<D2<D3. The two insulating brackets are an upper insulating bracket 11 and a lower insulating bracket 12. The height of the upper insulating bracket 11 is L4, the height of the slot wedge 2 is L1, the height of the stator core 13 is L, and the height of the lower insulating bracket 12 is L5, satisfying the following relationship: (L4+L)<L1<(L4+L5+L). The thickness L3 of each slot wedge 2 is adapted to the gap between the windings, and can be selected to be 1mm≤L3≤5mm.

[0069] The present invention also provides a compressor, comprising the above-mentioned compressor stator assembly. Since the compressor of the present invention adopts the above-mentioned compressor stator assembly, its structural features and technical effects are as above, and will not be described in detail here.

[0070] Fig.10 1 is a flow chart of a coil isolation method of a stator assembly of the present invention. Fig.10 As shown, the present invention also provides a coil isolation method for a stator assembly, comprising the following steps:

[0071] S110, providing a stator core 13, with enameled wire coils wound around teeth and stator slots of the stator core 13.

[0072] S120, connecting the upper insulating support 11 and the lower insulating support 12 to the upper and lower ends of the stator core 13 respectively.

[0073] S130. Insert the insulating cover plate 14 into the upper end of the upper insulating bracket 11. The insulating cover plate 14 includes an annular cover plate portion 1 and a plurality of slot wedge portions 2. The slot wedge portions 2 are distributed around one side of the annular cover plate portion 1. The annular cover plate portion 1 is clamped onto the upper end surface of the upper insulating bracket 11. The slot wedge portions 2 are respectively inserted into corresponding stator slots to isolate the contact between the enameled wires 4 of different windings in the stator slots.

[0074] In summary, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a stator assembly for a compressor and a coil isolation method for the stator assembly, which can effectively prevent the mutual contact of the windings in the stator, improve the insulation quality of the windings and the reliability of the motor windings, thereby reducing the winding quality risk and reducing the processing steps.

[0075] The above contents are further detailed descriptions of the present invention in combination with specific preferred embodiments, and it cannot be determined that the specific implementation of the present invention is limited to these descriptions. For ordinary technicians in the technical field to which the present invention belongs, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, which should be regarded as falling within the protection scope of the present invention.
