Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a vehicle body having a space formed behind a first row of seats of a vehicle, and the space is configured to be entirely separable and replaceable. Background Art
[0002] Recently, as environmental concerns have increased, people have become more interested in electric vehicles using electric motors as a power source.
[0003] Such an electric vehicle can provide a large interior space similar to a living room in a living space by utilizing a flat floor which is one of the characteristics of an electric vehicle. For example, in the case of an autonomous vehicle, a private vehicle (PBV), and a vehicle provided with three rows of seats, various types of bed-type seats are proposed so that passengers can rest and sleep comfortably during vehicle travel. In particular, in view of the increase in independent leisure culture, the demand for a vehicle configured to enable passengers to enjoy camping or traveling while sleeping in the vehicle is also increasing.
[0004] At the same time, in order to achieve a larger interior space and reliably manufacture special-purpose vehicles, recently, research and development (R&D) has been actively carried out on a type of vehicle formed by a cabin part and a variable part, wherein the cabin part corresponds to the front part of the vehicle (including the first row of seats), and the variable part corresponds to the rear part of the first row of seats (i.e., the rear part of the vehicle), wherein the cabin part is fixed to the lower frame of the vehicle and the variable part can be removed from the lower frame of the vehicle.
[0005] Therefore, since the variable part is arranged to be detachable from the lower frame, it is necessary to make the cabin part and the variable part reliably attached to each other. In the related art, the cabin part and the variable part are attached to each other by mechanical fixing. However, in the case of mechanical fixing, when the variable part is replaced, additional labor is required to assemble or disassemble the cabin part and the variable part. Therefore, there is a problem of durability degradation due to frequent assembly and disassembly.

[0049] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in detail by preferred embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings. As much as possible, the same reference numerals will be used to refer to the same or similar parts throughout the accompanying drawings, and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0050] First, refer to Figure 1 A vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described.
[0051] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0052] refer to Figure 1, a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a floor frame 100 , a fixed inner portion 200 , and a replaceable inner portion 300 .
[0053] refer to Figure 1 , the floor frame 100 may be provided with a vehicle driving part (not shown) and wheels. The fixed interior part 200 may be mounted to the floor frame 100 and fixed thereto. In addition, the lower portion of the replaceable interior part 300 may be detachably mounted on the floor frame 100. Here, one side portion of the replaceable interior part 300 may be detachably mounted on the fixed interior part 200, so that the replaceable interior part 300 may be replaced according to the purpose of the vehicle.
[0054] In the related art, a mechanical fixing method is adopted for assembly when the replaceable inner part 300 is separated from or mounted on the floor frame 100. However, in the case of adopting the mechanical fixing method, additional labor is required when performing assembly to separate the replaceable inner part 300 from the floor frame 100 or to mount the replaceable inner part 300 on the floor frame 100. In addition, there is a problem that the durability of the assembled part is deteriorated due to the frequent separation or installation of the assembled part.
[0055] In order to solve this problem, the vehicle body of the present disclosure may further include a magnetic module 400. The magnetic module 400 may be disposed between the replaceable inner part 300 and the floor frame 100 or between the replaceable inner part 300 and the fixed inner part 200. Here, a fixing force may be selectively applied to the replaceable inner part 300 according to the current flowing through the coil. Figures 2 to 4 The magnetic module 400 is described in detail.
[0056] Figure 2 is a perspective view showing a magnetic module provided in a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Figure 3 and Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing fixing and separation by a magnetic module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0057] First, refer to Figure 2 , the magnetic module 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include permanent magnets 410 and 420 and a coil 430. A plurality of permanent magnets 410 and 420 may be provided, and, for example, these permanent magnets may be formed of square magnets 410 and annular magnets 420. Current may be applied to the coil 430 of the magnetic module 400. When current is applied to the coil, an external object in contact with the magnetic module 400 and the permanent magnets 410 and 420 selectively generates a magnetic field according to the flow of current flowing through the coil 430, thereby allowing the magnetic module 400 and the external object to be selectively fixed to or separated from each other.
[0058] For example, the magnetic module 400 may be provided in any one of the replaceable interior part 300 and the floor frame 100, and the other as an external object may be fixed to the magnetic module 400 or separated from the magnetic module. In addition, the magnetic module 400 may be provided in any one of the replaceable interior part 300 and the fixed interior part 200, and the other as an external object may be fixed to the magnetic module 400 or separated from the magnetic module. Figure 3 and Figure 4 The fixing and separation of the magnetic module 400 are described in detail.
[0059] Figure 3 is a schematic diagram showing the magnetic module 400 in a state of being fixed to an external object (eg, the floor frame 100 or the fixed inner part 200). Figure 3 , the square magnet 410 of the magnetic module 400 may be provided with a fixed magnetic pole, and the annular magnet 420 may be rotatably provided. When the magnetic module 400 is fixed to an external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed interior part 200), a magnetic field is generated in the magnetic module 400 due to the current applied to the coil 430. Therefore, the annular magnet 420 may be rotated so that the same magnetic poles of the annular magnet 420 and the square magnet 410 can face each other.
[0060] like Figure 3 As shown, a magnetic circuit may be formed in the magnetic module 400 by the magnetic pole arrangement of the square magnet 410 and the ring magnet 420. The magnetic circuit enables the magnetic module 400 to be reliably fixed to an external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed inner part 200) by firmly contacting the external object.
[0061] Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing the magnetic module 400 in a state of being separated from an external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed inner part 200). Figure 4 , when the magnetic module 400 is separated from the external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed interior part 200), the annular magnet 420 may be rotated by changing the current applied to the coil 430. Here, the annular magnet 420 may be rotated so that different magnetic poles of the annular magnet 420 and the square magnet 410 can face each other.
[0062] like Figure 4As shown, a magnetic circuit can be formed in the magnetic module 400 by the magnetic pole arrangement of the square magnet 410 and the ring magnet 420. The fixing force applied to the external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed inner part 200) by the magnetic module 400 can be released through the formed magnetic circuit. Therefore, the magnetic module 400 can be separated from the external object (the floor frame 100 or the fixed inner part 200).
[0063] At the same time, return to reference Figure 2 , the vehicle body may further include a controller 500 connected to the magnetic module 400 and configured to determine whether the magnetic module 400 is fixed between the replaceable inner part 300 and the floor frame 100 or between the replaceable inner part 300 and the fixed inner part 200. When a plurality of magnetic modules 400 are provided, a plurality of controllers 500 may be provided so as to correspond to the number of magnetic modules 400, or the controller 500 may be provided as a single unit connected to the plurality of magnetic modules.
[0064] refer to Figure 2 , the magnetic module 400 may include a magnetic flux sensor 440 configured to measure the magnitude and direction of magnetic flux flowing through the magnetic module 400 according to the current flowing through the coil 430. The controller 500 may be connected to the magnetic flux sensor 440 and may determine whether the magnetic module 400 is fixed based on information measured by the magnetic flux sensor 440.
[0065] In the following, reference will be made to Figures 5 to 13 The installation of the replaceable inner part 300 is described based on the above configuration.
[0066] First, refer to Figures 5 to 10 The installation process between the replaceable inner part 300 and the floor frame 100 is described.
[0067] Figure 5 is a schematic diagram showing a floor frame of a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, viewed from above.
[0068] First, refer to Figure 5 , the replaceable inner part 300 may be mounted on the floor frame 100. Specifically, the lower portion of the replaceable inner part 300 may be mounted on the upper portion of the floor frame 100. In this case, a plurality of magnetic modules 400 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other along an edge of the replaceable inner part 300 or an edge of the floor frame 100.
[0069] Furthermore, when the lower portion of the replaceable interior portion 300 is loaded on the upper portion of the floor frame 100, the replaceable interior portion 300 slides and moves from the loading point to the placement point located in front of the loading point, and the lower portion of the replaceable interior portion 300 and the floor frame 100 can be fixed at the placement point by the magnetic module 400. Figures 6 to 10 Describe the process.
[0070] Figure 6 is along Figure 5 A cross-sectional view taken along line II in FIG. Figure 7 yes Figure 6 An enlarged view of part "A" in FIG. Figure 8 is along Figure 7 A cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. Fig.9A and Fig. 9B is along Figure 7 A cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. Fig.10 is along Figure 5 A cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG.
[0071] refer to Figure 6 , the floor frame 100 may be provided with a first guide pin 110 formed to protrude upward from the floor frame, and the replaceable inner part 300 may be provided with a slot (not shown) formed at a lower portion of the replaceable inner part and located in a region corresponding to a point where the first guide pin 110 is provided. When the lower portion of the replaceable inner part 300 is loaded on the floor frame 100, the first guide pin 110 may be inserted into the slot. Here, when the replaceable inner part 300 moves, the inserted first guide pin 110 may move along the slot. When the replaceable inner part 300 moves, the first guide pin 110 may be caught at a rear end portion of the slot, thereby preventing the movement of the replaceable inner part 300.
[0072] In addition, the replaceable inner part 300 may have a fixing block 310 provided at a lower portion thereof. In particular, the floor frame 100 may have a fixing block guide 120 provided at an upper portion thereof, and the fixing block guide is located in a region corresponding to a point where the fixing block 310 is provided. For example, when the lower portion of the replaceable inner part 300 is loaded on the upper portion of the floor frame 100, the fixing block 310 may be loaded on the fixing block guide 120.
[0073] refer to Figure 7, when the replaceable inner part 300 is moved from a loading point where the lower part of the replaceable inner part 300 is loaded on the upper part of the floor frame 100 to a placement point, the fixing block 310 can be moved by sliding along the fixing block guide 120. In this way, the replaceable inner part 300 can slide and move. For example, a space may be provided in the fixing block guide 120 to allow the fixing block 310 to move in the fixing block guide 120, and an inclined surface may be formed in the space. Therefore, the fixing block 310 can slide and move along the inclined surface formed on the fixing block guide 120 due to gravity.
[0074] refer to Figure 8 , the magnetic module 400 may be disposed at a lower portion of an inclined surface formed on the fixing block guide 120. The magnetic module 400 may be attached to the fixing block 310 that slides along the inclined surface and moves until a placement point. Here, the magnetic module 400 is fixed to the fixing block 310, and the replaceable inner part 300 may be mounted on the floor frame 100. Since the fixing of the magnetic module 400 has been referred to Figure 3 and Figure 4 It has been described in detail, so its description is omitted.
[0075] Meanwhile, when the fixing block 310 is fixed by the magnetic module 400, the fixing block 310 may be additionally fixed by the side magnetic module 600. For example, the side magnetic module 600 may be inserted into the fixing block 310 in the width direction of the vehicle, and thus the fixing block 310 may be additionally fixed. Fig.9A and Fig. 9B Describe the above fixing process.
[0076] refer to Fig.9A and Fig. 9B , the side magnetic module 600 may be disposed on one side of the fixed block guide 120 and located at a predetermined distance from the fixed block guide 120. The side magnetic module 600 may include an attachment portion 610 and a second guide pin 620. The attachment portion 610 may include a permanent magnet and a coil. For example, the attachment portion 610 has the same configuration as that of the magnetic module 400 and may perform the same function. However, this configuration is an example and is not necessarily limited thereto.
[0077] In addition, the second guide pin 620 may extend from one side of the attachment portion 610 in the width direction of the vehicle. The second guide pin 620 may be inserted into the fixing block 310 to fix the fixing block 310. To this end, the fixing block 310 may have a first through hole TH1 disposed therein and formed to pass through two opposite sides of the fixing block 310.
[0078] In addition, the second through hole TH2 may be formed on one of two opposite sides of the fixing block guide 120, wherein the side magnetic module 600 is located on the one side of the fixing block guide 120. Fig.9A , one end of the second guide pin 620 of the side magnetic module 600 may be located on the second through hole TH2, which means that the second guide pin 620 may be located on the second through hole TH2 without being inserted into the fixing block 310 until the fixing block 310 is fixed.
[0079] Thereafter, when the fixing block 310 is fixed by the magnetic module 400 disposed at the lower portion of the fixing block guide 120, as shown in FIG. Fig. 9B As shown, the second guide pin 620 of the side magnetic module 600 can be inserted into the first through hole TH1 of the fixed block 310. Specifically, when the fixed block 310 is fixed by the magnetic module 400, the first through hole TH1 of the fixed block 310 and the second through hole TH2 of the fixed block guide 120 can be aligned on the same line, thereby forming a channel through which the second guide pin 620 can move. Therefore, by moving the end of the second guide pin 620 from the second through hole TH2 to the first through hole TH1, the end of the second guide pin can be inserted into the fixed block 310.
[0080] Furthermore, when the first through hole TH1 and the second through hole TH2 are aligned on the same line, the attachment portion 610 of the side magnetic module 600 can be moved toward the fixing block guide 120 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet included in the attachment portion 610, thereby contacting the side of the fixing block guide 120. In addition, according to the flow of current flowing through the coil included in the attachment portion 610, the permanent magnet of the attachment portion 610 selectively generates a magnetic field, thereby enabling the fixing block guide 120 and the attachment portion 610 to be selectively fixed to or separated from each other.
[0081] In addition, refer to Fig.9A and Fig. 9B , a guide plate P may be provided on one side of the fixing block guide 120 where the second through hole TH2 is formed. One end of the guide plate P may be connected to one side of the fixing block guide 120 where the second through hole TH2 is formed, thereby covering the second guide pin 620 of the side magnetic module 600. Therefore, the second guide pin 620 may move along the guide plate P to be inserted into the first through hole TH1 of the fixing block 310.
[0082] In addition, reference Fig. 9B, the spring S may be connected to the end of the second guide pin 620. When the attachment portion 610 moves to the side of the fixed block guide 120 and is fixed to the fixed block guide 120, the spring S may be stretched and generate an elastic force. However, at this time, the fixing force between the attachment portion 610 and the fixed block guide 120 is greater than the elastic force that enables the spring S to return to its original shape, so that the attachment portion 610 can maintain contact with the fixed block guide 120. When the fixing force between the attachment portion 610 and the fixed block guide 120 disappears, the spring S may use the elastic force that enables the spring S to return to its original shape to move the second guide pin 620 of the side magnetic module 600 backward. Therefore, the connection state between the side magnetic module 600 and the fixed block 310 can be released.
[0083] At the same time, reference Fig.10 , the fixing block guide 120 and the side magnetic module 600 may be disposed on the upper portion of the floor frame 100. Therefore, when the replaceable inner part 300 is loaded on the floor frame 100, interference may occur. In order to solve this problem, the replaceable inner part 300 has a recessed portion 320 formed at a lower portion thereof and configured to cover the fixing block guide 120 and the side magnetic module 600. In addition, the fixing block 310 is disposed in the recessed portion 320, so that the coupling between the fixing block 310 and the fixing block guide 120 or the fixing block 310 and the side magnetic module 600 can be performed in the recessed portion 320. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure sufficient rigidity and strength in the recessed portion 320. To this end, a reinforcing bracket 330 may be provided on the inner surface of the recessed portion 320 formed to be recessed inwardly. The rigidity and strength of the recessed portion 320 can be ensured by the reinforcing bracket 330.
[0084] In addition, return reference Figure 5, when the replaceable inner part 300 is installed on the floor frame 100, the magnetic module 400 and the side magnetic module 600 may allow the replaceable inner part 300 and the floor frame 100 to be fixed to each other at a point adjacent to the installation position where the fixed inner part 200 is installed on the floor frame 100, at a rear point of the floor frame 100, and at an intermediate point between the adjacent point and the rear point. For example, when the replaceable inner part 300 is located on the floor frame 100, the magnetic module 400 and the side magnetic module 600 disposed at the adjacent point may first fix the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300. Thereafter, the magnetic module 400 and the side magnetic module 600 disposed at the rear point may fix the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300. When the magnetic module 400 and the side magnetic module 600 are fixed at the adjacent point and the rear point, the magnetic module 400 and the side magnetic module 600 can fix the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300 at the intermediate point between the adjacent point and the rear point. However, it should be understood that this is an example and the present disclosure is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the order of some points (at which the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300 are fixed to each other) can be changed. According to the order of the adjacent point, the rear point and the intermediate point, the magnetic module 400 can first fix the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300, and then the side magnetic module 600 can additionally fix the floor frame 100 and the replaceable inner part 300.
[0085] Next, we will refer to Figures 11 to 13 The description concerns the mounting between the replaceable inner part 300 and the fixed inner part 200 .
[0086] Fig.11 is a schematic diagram showing a fixed inner portion of a vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, viewed from the rear.
[0087] First, refer to Fig.11 , the replaceable inner part 300 may be mounted on the fixed inner part 200. Specifically, one side of the replaceable inner part 300 may be mounted on at least one pillar member of the fixed inner part 200. In this case, a plurality of magnetic modules 400 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other along an edge of the replaceable inner part 300 or an edge of the fixed inner part 200.
[0088] Furthermore, when the lower portion of the replaceable interior portion 300 is loaded on the upper portion of the floor frame 100, and then, the replaceable interior portion 300 is moved by sliding from the loading point to the installation point, one side portion of the replaceable interior portion 300 moves toward the fixed interior portion 200 to contact the fixed interior portion, and one side portion of the replaceable interior portion 300 and the fixed interior portion 200 may be fixed to each other by the magnetic module 400. Fig.12 and Fig.13 Describe the fixation process.
[0089] refer to Fig.12 and Fig.13 , the magnetic module 400 may be disposed in any one of one side portion of the replaceable inner portion 300 and the pillar member 210 of the fixed inner portion 200, and the other may have a seating portion disposed therein and configured to allow the magnetic module 400 to be seated thereon. For example, in the following description, it is assumed that the magnetic module 400 is installed in one side portion of the replaceable inner portion 300, and the seating portion 220 is disposed in the pillar member 210 of the fixed inner portion 200.
[0090] When the replaceable inner part 300 is mounted on the floor frame 100 and moves by sliding on the floor frame 100, one side of the replaceable inner part 300 can move toward the pillar member 210 of the fixed inner part 200. Since the magnetic module 400 is mounted on one side of the replaceable inner part 300, the one side of the replaceable inner part 300 that moves toward the pillar member 210 can contact the pillar member 210 through the magnetic module 400. Thereafter, according to the flow of current flowing through the coil 430 of the magnetic module 400, the replaceable inner part 300 can selectively apply a fixing force toward the pillar member 210. As has been described above with reference to Figure 3 and Figure 4 This process has been described, so its description is omitted.
[0091] In addition, the magnetic module 400 may have a protrusion 450 formed at an end portion seated on the seating portion 220. The seating portion 220 may have an insertion hole IH configured to allow the protrusion 450 to be inserted therein. According to this configuration, when one side portion of the replaceable inner portion 300 moves toward the support member 210 of the fixed inner portion 200, the protrusion 450 may move along the seating portion 220 to be inserted into the insertion hole IH, and when the protrusion 450 is inserted into the insertion hole IH, the seating position of the magnetic module 400 may be fixed.
[0092] At the same time, return to reference Fig.11, when the replaceable inner part 300 is mounted on the fixed inner part 200, the magnetic module 400 enables the replaceable inner part 300 and the fixed inner part 200 to be fixed to each other at the lower point of the pillar member 210 of the fixed inner part 200, the upper point thereof, and the middle point between the lower point and the upper point. For example, when the replaceable inner part 300 is placed on the fixed inner part 200, the magnetic module 400 disposed at the lower point may first fix the fixed inner part 200 and the replaceable inner part 300. Thereafter, the magnetic module 400 disposed at the upper point may fix the fixed inner part 200 and the replaceable inner part 300. When the magnetic module 400 is fixed at the upper point and the lower point, the magnetic module 400 may fix the fixed inner part 200 and the replaceable inner part 300 at the middle point between the upper point and the lower point. However, it should be understood that this process is an example, and the present disclosure is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, the fixing order of the fixed inner part 200 and the replaceable inner part 300 may be changed.
[0093] In the following, reference will be made to Fig.14 The installation process of the replaceable inner part 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described. Fig.14 In the example, it is assumed that the control logic is executed in the controller 500 described above.
[0094] Fig.14 is a flow chart illustrating a process for installing a replaceable interior portion according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0095] refer to Fig.14 , when the replaceable interior part 300 is loaded and placed ("Yes" in step S1401), the controller 500 may allow power to be applied to the magnetic module 400 disposed between the fixed interior part 200 and the replaceable interior part 300 (step S1402). After applying power to the magnetic module, the controller 500 may determine whether the magnetic module is fixed using the magnetic flux sensor 440 of the magnetic module 400 (step S1403). When the magnetic module 400 is fixed ("Yes" in step S1403), the controller 500 may allow power to be applied to the magnetic module 400 located between the floor frame 100 and the replaceable interior part 300 (step S1404).
[0096] After applying power to the magnetic module, the controller 500 may determine whether the magnetic module is fixed using the magnetic flux sensor 440 of the magnetic module 400 (step S1405). When the magnetic module 400 is fixed ("yes" in step S1405), the controller 500 may determine whether the side magnetic module 600 is fixed by supplying power to the side magnetic module 600 (step S1406). When the fixing of the side magnetic module 600 is completed ("yes" in step S1406), the controller 500 may determine that the replaceable inner part 300 is normally connected to the floor frame 100 and the fixed inner part 200 (step S1407).
[0097] On the other hand, when the magnetic module 400 is not fixed ("No" in step S1403, "No" in step S1405, and "No" in step S1406), the controller 500 may determine that there is a connection problem therebetween and output an error notification (step S1408). Thereafter, the controller 500 may check the portion in which the magnetic module 400 or the side magnetic module 600 is not fixed based on the error notification (step S1409). The controller 500 may reapply power to the magnetic module 400 or the side magnetic module 600 present in the inspected portion (step S1410). After reapplying power thereto, the controller 500 determines whether the magnetic module 400 or the side magnetic module 600 is fixed (step S1411). When the magnetic module 400 or the side magnetic module 600 is fixed (Yes in step S1411 ), the controller 500 may determine that the replaceable inner part 300 is normally coupled to the floor frame 100 and the fixed inner part 200 (step S1407 ).
[0098] Fig.14 It is shown that step S1404 is performed after step S1402, but needless to say, this process is an example and the present disclosure is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, step S1404 may be performed first, and then step S1402 may be performed.
