Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of visual measurement, and in particular relates to a multi-magnification single image sensor measuring lens. Background Art
[0002] A measuring lens is an optical lens used to accurately measure and obtain spatial information such as the size, shape, and position of an object. It is often used in industrial inspection, microscopy, laser scanning, and optical measurement. Unlike ordinary lenses, measuring lenses require higher resolution, larger fields of view, and more stable magnifications in order to accurately record small changes in objects and perform precise dimensional calculations.
[0003] The main purpose of the measuring lens is to provide accurate and reliable optical measurement tools, which are widely used in automated inspection, quality control, robot guidance, 3D scanning and other fields. It can help manufacturers achieve real-time inspection and control of product quality, reduce human errors and improve production efficiency. In the field of scientific research, the measuring lens is used to obtain more detailed image data, helping researchers to observe samples and conduct microscopic analysis.
[0004] As manufacturing processes become increasingly complex and sophisticated, the requirements for measuring lenses are becoming higher and higher. Especially in high-precision measurement and automation systems, the role of measuring lenses has become particularly important.
[0005] Currently, there are two main methods for measuring lenses when multiple magnifications are required: using a zoom lens and using a common objective lens + multiple mirrors + multiple image sensors.
[0006] The zoom lens changes the focal length of the lens by adjusting the relative position of the optical elements, thereby achieving switching between different magnifications. The advantages of this method are simple structure, continuous and smooth magnification adjustment, and suitable for applications that require continuous magnification changes. However, zoom lenses also have some problems: the focal length adjustment of the zoom lens takes a long time, so in real-time measurement, the response speed of magnification switching is slow, which cannot meet the needs of high-speed detection or high-frequency measurement. The structure of the zoom lens is complex, and the movement of the optical elements may cause slight changes in the optical path, affecting the stability of the image, especially after long-term use, the performance of the lens may degrade. Due to the presence of movable parts in the lens, long-term and frequent zoom operations will cause wear of the mechanical parts, thereby affecting the service life.
[0007] Another method is to use a common objective lens and combine multiple mirrors and multiple corresponding image sensors to achieve measurements at different magnifications. The advantage of this solution is that it can achieve faster magnification switching, and since each image sensor has a preset fixed magnification, the complexity of mechanical adjustment is reduced. However, this method also has some disadvantages: although the switching speed is faster than that of a zoom lens, it still cannot achieve instant switching, especially in applications that require fast response, the switching delay may affect the measurement accuracy and efficiency. In order to achieve multiple magnification measurements, multiple image sensors are required, which increases the overall cost of the system. At the same time, the integration and synchronization of multiple image sensors also brings more technical challenges and costs. Summary of the invention
[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide a multi-magnification single image sensor measuring lens, which can capture images of two magnifications in different areas of the same image sensor without the need for mechanical device switching.
[0009] The above technical objectives of the present invention are achieved through the following technical solutions: A multi-magnification single image sensor measuring lens comprises a lens, a light source, a semi-reflecting mirror, an image mirror, an image sensor and a lens group. The lens, the light source, the semi-reflecting mirror, the image mirror and the image sensor are arranged in sequence along the direction of light path propagation. The object to be measured is conjugated with the image sensor through the joint action of the lens, the light source, the semi-reflecting mirror and the image mirror. The semi-reflecting mirror and the lens group are arranged in sequence along the direction of light path propagation. The object to be measured is conjugated with the image sensor through the joint action of the lens, the light source, the semi-reflecting mirror and the lens group. The light source emits a light beam, which passes through the lens and is projected toward the object to be measured. After being reflected by the object to be measured, the light beam passes through the lens and the semi-reflecting mirror and then enters the image sensor through the following two or one of the following paths: First path: the light beam passes through the image mirror and enters the image sensor; Second path: The light beam passes through the lens group and enters the image sensor.
[0010] By adopting the above technical solution, the first optical path: the light beam is emitted by the light source to illuminate the object to be measured, starting from the object to be measured, passing through the lens, transmitting to the image mirror through the semi-reflective mirror, passing through the image mirror, and entering the image sensor; the second optical path: the light beam is emitted by the light source to illuminate the object to be measured, starting from the object to be measured, passing through the lens, reflecting to the lens group through the semi-reflective mirror, passing through the lens group, and entering the image sensor, and the object and the image sensor are conjugate. The multi-magnification single image sensor measurement lens does not require traditional complex and vulnerable mechanical switching devices, such as the moving parts in the zoom lens or the switching of multiple image sensors. By using optical elements such as semi-reflective mirrors and image mirrors, the lens can realize image acquisition of different magnifications in the same or different areas of the same image sensor, thereby avoiding the complexity and wear of mechanical parts and improving the reliability and stability of the system. Since it does not rely on complex and vulnerable mechanical devices for switching, but collects in the same or different areas of the same image sensor by adjusting the optical path, the magnification switching speed and reliability are greatly improved, which can achieve faster image acquisition and processing, meeting the needs of high-speed measurement and real-time monitoring. Traditional multi-magnification measurement lenses usually require multiple image sensors or multiple optical elements to achieve different magnification switching, which significantly increases the cost of the system. The present invention uses a single image sensor to reduce the need for multiple image sensors and thus reduce the overall cost. By avoiding the instability caused by wear of mechanical parts or changes in optical paths, it can provide more stable and accurate image acquisition.
[0011] The device is further configured to include a switching component, which can switch on and off the light path between the semi-reflective mirror and the image mirror, and the light path between the semi-reflective mirror and the lens group.
[0012] It is further arranged that the switching component is a baffle, which can be switched between a position between the semi-reflecting mirror and the image mirror and a position between the semi-reflecting mirror and the lens group to switch on and off the first light beam and the second light beam.
[0013] It is further configured that the switching component includes a first baffle and a second baffle, the first baffle is located between the semi-reflective mirror and the imaging mirror, the second baffle is located between the semi-reflective mirror and the lens group, the first baffle and the second baffle are both removable, and the first light beam and the second light beam can be turned on and off by removing one of the first baffle and the second baffle.
[0014] By adopting the above technical solution, the baffle can switch positions between different optical components, thereby effectively adjusting the propagation path and optical parameters of the light beam. By switching the baffle between the semi-reflective mirror and the image mirror, and between the semi-reflective mirror and the second lens, different optical path configurations can be selected according to actual needs. When an image of the first magnification is required, the baffle can be switched between the semi-reflective mirror and the second lens to enhance the concentration and clarity of the light beam; when an image of the second magnification is required, the baffle can be switched between the semi-reflective mirror and the image mirror to provide different fields of view and lower magnification. This dynamic optical path adjustment provides greater adaptability for the system and can be adjusted in real time according to different measurement requirements and optical conditions.
[0015] It is further configured, characterized in that the lens group includes a reflector and a second lens, the reflector and the second lens are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation, and the semi-reflective mirror reflects the second light beam to the reflector.
[0016] It is further arranged that the semi-reflecting mirror and the reflecting mirror are arranged in parallel, and the semi-reflecting mirror is arranged at an angle of 135°.
[0017] By adopting the above technical solution, the light path is optimized through the reflection of the light beam between the half-reflecting mirror and the reflector. The half-reflecting mirror can reflect part of the light and allow part of the light to pass through, so that the light beam can be accurately controlled, so that the light beam is guided to the correct position at the reflector, ensuring the accuracy of the light beam. The reflector can accurately control the propagation direction of the light beam to ensure that the light beam is directed to the correct path. After reflection by the reflector, the direction of the light is further adjusted so that the subsequent optical elements can receive a precise light beam. The light beam reflected by the reflector is transmitted to the second lens, and the light can be effectively focused after passing through the lens. The design of the second lens can adjust the size and shape of the light beam as needed, so that the final light beam can be more accurately focused on the required area, thereby improving the imaging accuracy and lighting quality of the system.
[0018] It is further configured that the lens group also includes a third lens, and the reflector, the second lens, and the third lens are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation. The light beam is reflected by the reflector to the second lens, and is transmitted to the third lens through the second lens. This light beam is eccentric or tilted relative to the optical axis of the lens.
[0019] It is further arranged that the third lens is eccentric or tilted relative to the second lens.
[0020] By adopting the above technical solution, the combination of the reflector and the second lens and the third lens can effectively control the propagation direction and shape of the light beam. Through the reflection effect of the reflector, the loss and distortion of light can be reduced. Since the light path is adjusted by multiple lenses and reflectors, the transmission of the light beam will be smoother and more concentrated, reducing possible aberrations and distortions, thereby improving the imaging quality. Through the precise configuration of the semi-reflector and the reflector, the ratio of reflected light to transmitted light can be effectively controlled to ensure the brightness and direction of the light source. The setting of the semi-reflector and the reflector can not only effectively guide the light beam, but also adjust the intensity and direction of the light beam. Through the adjustment of the reflector, the light beam can be accurately guided to avoid the scattering of light and unnecessary loss.
[0021] It is further configured that the lens group also includes a first reflector and a second reflector, and the first reflector and the second reflector are arranged between the second lens and the third lens. The light beam is reflected by the reflector, passes through the second lens, is reflected by the first reflector to the second reflector, and then is reflected by the second reflector to the third lens.
[0022] By adopting the above technical solution, by introducing the first reflector and the second reflector, the optical path has a more flexible adjustment space, so that the light beam undergoes multiple reflections, and the adjustability is improved to meet different optical needs. For example, by adjusting the position and angle of the reflector, the direction and focus of the light beam can be accurately controlled, thereby enhancing the system's adaptability to different application scenarios. By effectively adjusting the propagation direction of the light, the light beam can be transmitted more accurately within the system, reducing possible errors and deviations. Through the reflection effect of the first reflector and the second reflector, further control of the light beam can be achieved to ensure that the light propagates at the desired angle and avoid the light beam from diffusing or deviating from the predetermined path. During each reflection process, the light beam will be more focused and the scattering will be reduced, ensuring that the light energy is delivered to the target area with higher efficiency.
[0023] Further configuration includes a third reflector and a lens, wherein the second lens, the third reflector and the lens are sequentially arranged along the direction of light propagation.
[0024] By adopting the above technical solution, through the addition of the third reflector and the lens, the light beam can be more accurately controlled and directed, ensuring that the light beam can finally reach the image sensor accurately. After multiple reflections, the path of the light beam is gradually optimized, thereby reducing the light loss caused by scattering, deviation or uneven distribution. The second lens and the third reflector work together to focus the light beam more accurately, and the lens ensures that the focused light beam can be accurately reflected to the image sensor, providing high-quality imaging results. Each reflection of the light beam after passing through the reflector, the second lens, the third reflector, and the lens can correct its propagation direction, avoiding the deviation of the light beam in the optical path and maintaining the concentration and directionality of the light beam.
[0025] It is further arranged that the lens is located on the optical axis of the imaging mirror.
[0026] By adopting the above technical solution, when the lens is located on the optical axis of the image mirror, each part of the optical path can be precisely controlled and aligned, thereby reducing optical distortion and aberration. By locating the lens on the optical axis of the image mirror, the interaction between the lens and the image mirror can more accurately control the propagation direction and focus position of the light beam, ensuring that the light can accurately pass through each stage of the optical system, avoiding deviation or scattering of the light beam, thereby ensuring the concentration and efficient transmission of the light, making the final image quality more stable and accurate.
[0027] It is further arranged that the lens and the image mirror are arranged in a staggered manner.
[0028] By adopting the above technical solution, the lens and the image mirror are offset, and the optical path can be precisely adjusted to avoid direct overlap or parallel configuration between the lens and the reflector, thereby reducing possible optical errors, aberrations and distortions. This offset design can help distribute light more evenly and avoid the lack of focus caused by mirror errors, thereby improving the sharpness, clarity and overall quality of the image, and significantly reducing distortion and chromatic aberration when imaging at the second magnification.
[0029] It is further arranged that the lens is a reflector.
[0030] It is further arranged that the lens is a polarization beam splitter, and an optical element capable of controlling and changing the polarization state of the transmitted light is arranged between the semi-reflecting mirror and the light source.
[0031] It is further arranged that the optical element capable of controlling and changing the polarization state of the transmitted light is a liquid crystal plate.
[0032] By adopting the above technical solution, the liquid crystal film can realize dynamic control of the propagation direction of the light beam. When the light beam enters the half-reflector, through the adjustment of the liquid crystal film, it can accurately control whether the light beam passes through the half-reflector (enters the first magnification imaging path) or is reflected to other paths (enters the second magnification imaging path). This dynamic control method greatly improves the flexibility of the system, and can quickly realize different magnification imaging according to needs without mechanical operation. Compared with traditional mechanical magnification switching devices, liquid crystal films can achieve faster response speeds. Through the electronic control of the liquid crystal film, the system can instantly switch the path of the light beam, thereby realizing imaging of different magnifications. This fast switching capability is particularly important for high-speed and high-precision measurement occasions, and can greatly improve the work efficiency of the system.
[0033] It is further arranged that a wave plate is arranged between the object to be measured and the lens.
[0034] It is further arranged that a relay lens is arranged between the semi-reflecting mirror and the reflecting mirror.
[0035] By adopting the above technical solution, the relay lens can accurately control the propagation direction and shape of the light after being reflected by the half-reflector. The relay lens can focus, expand or adjust the light beam, thereby improving the quality of light received by subsequent optical elements (such as reflectors). The position of the relay lens between the half-reflector and the reflector helps to fine-tune the spatial distribution of the light beam and avoid aberrations and uneven beams caused by deviations in the light transmission path.
[0036] It is further configured that the light source is an optical system capable of adjusting light, wherein the lamp is an LED lamp or one of other lighting lamps.
[0037] It is further arranged that the lens, the first lens, the image lens, the second lens, the third lens and the relay lens are all a single lens or a combination of multiple lenses.
[0038] It is further configured that the first semi-reflective mirror, the half-reflective mirror, the reflective mirror, the first reflective mirror, the second reflective mirror, the third reflective mirror and the lens are all glass plates or glass prisms, or plates made of other materials that can achieve similar functions, or prisms made of other materials that can achieve similar functions, and are achieved using a coating or microstructured surface on the surface of the glass plate or the interlayer of the prism.
[0039] It is further arranged that the light source includes a first semi-reflective mirror, a first lens, and a lamp. The lamp, the first lens, and the first semi-reflective mirror are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation, and the first semi-reflective mirror is located between the lens and the semi-reflective mirror.
[0040] It is further configured that the first semi-reflective mirror is configured at an angle of 30°, 45°, 60°, or other angles that can achieve similar functions.
[0041] It is further arranged that the first semi-reflective mirror and the semi-reflective mirror are semi-reflective and semi-transmissive beam splitters or polarization beam splitters without considering the polarization state.
[0042] By adopting the above technical solution, the first semi-reflecting mirror can reflect part of the light into the optical path, or allow part of the light to be transmitted, and the light can be focused or adjusted in direction by the first lens, so that the light can be more accurately projected to the measurement area, thereby optimizing the distribution and intensity of the light source. As the provider of the light source, the lamp can further adjust the light beam through the lens and the reflector, thereby improving the uniformity and brightness of the lighting, and avoiding the problem of local overexposure or underexposure caused by the concentration of the light source. Through the precise design of the semi-reflecting mirror and the lens, the scattering and distortion in the optical path can be reduced, so that the final light can act more concentratedly on the measurement object, improving the accuracy and reliability of the measurement process.
[0043] In summary, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. The present invention can achieve fast magnification switching without mechanical switching by using a liquid crystal to adjust the propagation path of the light beam. The dynamic adjustment of the light path can obtain images of different magnifications in different areas of the same image sensor, improve the magnification switching speed, and meet the needs of high-speed measurement and real-time monitoring. In addition, the use of optical elements (such as half-mirrors and reflectors) to accurately control the beam path avoids the wear and instability of traditional mechanical components, ensuring the stability and reliability of the system in long-term use.
[0044] 2. The present invention realizes multi-magnification imaging by using a single image sensor and combining multiple optical elements such as reflectors, lenses and lenses, thus avoiding the need for multiple image sensors in traditional systems. In this way, the system design is more concise, which not only reduces the number of components, but also reduces production and maintenance costs, while improving the economy of the overall system.
[0045] 3. The present invention effectively controls the propagation path and focus of the light beam by adjusting multiple lenses, reflectors and liquid crystal panels, thereby improving the imaging accuracy of the system, reducing aberrations and optical distortions, thereby providing high-quality and stable image output, and improving the reliability and accuracy of the measurement results. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0048] The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0049] Example 1 like Figure 1 , Figure 8 As shown, the present embodiment is a multi-magnification single image sensor measuring lens, comprising a lens 2, a light source 3, a semi-reflective mirror 4, an image mirror 5, an image sensor 6 and a lens group 7. The lens 2, the light source 3, the semi-reflective mirror 4, the image mirror 5 and the image sensor 6 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light path propagation, and the object to be measured is conjugated with the image sensor 6 through the joint action of the lens 2, the light source 3, the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5; the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light path propagation, and the object to be measured is conjugated with the image sensor 6 through the joint action of the lens 2, the light source 3, the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7; the light source 3 emits a light beam, which passes through the lens 2 and is projected toward the object to be measured. After being reflected by the object to be measured, the light beam passes through the lens 2, and after passing through the semi-reflective mirror 4, the light beam enters the image sensor 6 through the following two paths or one of them: First path: the light beam passes through the image mirror 5 and enters the image sensor 6; Second path: the light beam passes through the lens group 7 and enters the image sensor 6.
[0050] The light source 3 includes a first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1, a first lens 3-2, and a lamp 3-3. The lamp 3-3, the first lens 3-2, and the first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation. The first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1 is located between the lens 2 and the semi-reflecting mirror 4. The first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1 is arranged at an angle of 45° or other angles that can achieve similar functions.
[0051] The lens group 7 includes a reflector 7-1 and a second lens 7-2. The reflector 7-1 and the second lens 7-2 are sequentially arranged along the direction of light path propagation. The reflector 4 is located on the reflected light path of the semi-reflector 7-1. The semi-reflector 4 is arranged at an angle of 135° or other angles that can achieve similar functions. The semi-reflector 4 reflects the second light beam toward the reflector 7-1. The lens group 7 also includes a third lens 7-3. The reflector 7-1, the second lens 7-2, and the third lens 7-3 are sequentially arranged along the direction of light path propagation. The third lens 7-3 is eccentric or tilted relative to the second lens 7-2, or the optical axis of the combined lens composed of the third lens 7-3 and the lens 2 is eccentric or tilted relative to the second lens 7-2. A lens 7-4 is arranged between the semi-reflector 4 and the reflector 7-1.
[0052] The first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1, the first lens 3-2 and the lamp 3-3 are arranged in sequence along the direction of propagation of the optical path. The lamp 3-3 provides a preliminary light source to irradiate a light beam to the object 1 to be measured. The first lens 3-2 adjusts the propagation direction and focus of the light beam to ensure that the light is correctly irradiated to the object 1 to be measured. The first semi-reflecting mirror 3-1 plays a reflecting and transmitting role, reflecting a part of the light beam to the object 1 to be measured, and the light beam returned by the object 1 to be measured can also pass through the semi-reflecting mirror 3-1 and enter the subsequent optical path.
[0053] The light beam emitted by the light source 3 first illuminates the object to be measured 1. The object to be measured 1 is conjugate with the image sensor 6, that is, the optical image of the object will be focused on the corresponding area of the image sensor to capture image data. The light beam is emitted from the object to be measured 1, passes through the lens 2, and the clarity and accuracy of the image are ensured by the focusing effect of the lens. The first optical path: the semi-reflecting mirror 4 reflects the light beam that is irradiated on the object to be measured 1 and passes through the lens 2 to the image mirror 5, while allowing the light to continue to pass through and propagate along the subsequent optical path. The image mirror 5 focuses the transmitted light through the focusing effect and guides the light beam to the image sensor 6 to form an image of the object to be measured 1. The image sensor 6 captures the final image signal to complete the first magnification imaging process.
[0054] Second optical path: The semi-reflecting mirror 4 and the lens group 7 are arranged in sequence along the direction of optical path propagation. The light beam reflected by the semi-reflecting mirror 4 enters the lens group 7, thereby further adjusting the propagation direction and shape of the light beam. The lens group 7 includes multiple optical elements: the reflector 7-1 plays a role in guiding the propagation direction of the light beam, and the light beam is reflected from the semi-reflecting mirror 4 to the reflector 7-1 and is further adjusted. The second lens 7-2 is eccentric or tilted from the third lens 7-3, that is, their focal length settings do not completely overlap, or the optical axis of the combined lens composed of the third lens 7-3 relative to the second lens 7-2 and the lens 2 is eccentric or tilted. The second lens 7-2 focuses the light, and the third lens 7-3 further adjusts and optimizes the light beam to ensure that the final light beam can clearly reach the image sensor 6 after passing through the lens group. The relay lens 7-4 is arranged between the semi-reflecting mirror 4 and the reflector 7-1, which plays a role in accurately controlling the propagation direction and shape of the light. It can focus or expand the light beam, improve the quality of the reflected light, reduce the deviation in the optical path, and reduce possible aberration or distortion. When the second lens 7-2 and the third lens 7-3 can adjust the light beam to a state that meets the requirements, the lens 7-4 can also be not used. After the light beam is adjusted by the reflector 7-1, the second lens 7-2, and the third lens 7-3, the final light beam can be accurately focused on the image sensor 6 to form a clear image. The image sensor is responsible for capturing the light signal after the optical path adjustment and generating the final image data of the second magnification.
[0055] like Figure 8 As shown, the light source 3 illuminates the object 1 to be measured, and the light beam reflected by the object 1 to be measured is transmitted to the image mirror 5 through the semi-reflective mirror 4, and finally focused on the image sensor 6 after passing through the lens; in order to realize imaging of different magnifications in different areas of the same sensor, part of the light beam will be reflected to the lens group 7 through the semi-reflective mirror 4, and the light beam path will be further adjusted through multiple optical element mirrors and lenses; the light beam passing through the lens group will finally be focused on the image sensor to realize image acquisition of different magnifications.
[0056] In Embodiment 1, the first magnification imaging and the second magnification imaging appear on the image sensor 6 at the same time, and the two imaging do not overlap.
[0057] Example 2 like Figure 2 , Fig. 9 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the lens group 7 further includes a first reflector 7-5 and a second reflector 7-6, and the first reflector 7-5 and the second reflector 7-6 are arranged between the second lens 7-2 and the third lens 7-3. The light beam is reflected by the reflector 7-1, passes through the second lens 7-2, is reflected by the first reflector 7-5 to the second reflector 7-6, and then is reflected by the second reflector 7-6 to the third lens 7-3. A lens 7-4 is arranged between the half-reflector 4 and the reflector 7-1.
[0058] like Fig. 9 As shown, in Example 2, the structure of the lens group 7 is different from that of Example 1, and a first reflector 7-5 and a second reflector 7-6 are newly added. These reflectors can further adjust the propagation path of the light beam and optimize the imaging effect of the light beam.
[0059] The light beam reflected by the semi-reflecting mirror 4 first reaches the reflector 7-1, which reflects the light beam to the second lens 7-2. When the light beam passes through the second lens 7-2, the lens adjusts the focus and direction of the light beam so that the light beam can accurately pass through the subsequent optical components. After passing through the second lens 7-2, the light beam will be reflected to the second reflector 7-6 via the first reflector 7-5. These two reflectors further adjust the propagation direction and shape of the light beam. Finally, the light beam is reflected to the third lens 7-3 through the second reflector 7-6, and the third lens continues to focus or adjust the light beam to ensure that the light beam can accurately reach the image sensor 6.
[0060] After being adjusted by the above-mentioned reflector and lens, the light beam finally enters the image sensor 6 to generate a final image signal. The image sensor forms accurate image data by capturing the information provided by the light beam for subsequent processing or display.
[0061] Embodiment 2 introduces a first reflector 7-5 and a second reflector 7-6 on the basis of embodiment 1. These newly added reflectors improve the flexibility of the optical path. Specifically, after the light beam passes through the reflector 7-1, it enters the second lens 7-2, and then is reflected to the second reflector 7-6 by the first reflector 7-5, and then is reflected to the third lens 7-3 by the second reflector 7-6. The propagation direction of the optical path is optimized, the focusing quality of the light beam is improved, and the problem of aberration or unfocused light beam is avoided.
[0062] Embodiment 2 can effectively adjust the direction of the light beam by introducing a reflector, thereby increasing the adjustment space of the optical system. Through multiple reflections and lens adjustment, the focusing of the light beam is more precise, optical distortion is reduced, and image clarity is improved. Different from the traditional multi-magnification lens design, by optimizing the optical path and the combination of the reflector and lens, the rapid switching of multi-magnification images is achieved without any mechanical device, further improving the reliability and stability of the system.
[0063] In Embodiment 2, the first optical path is the same as that in Embodiment 1, and the first magnification imaging and the second magnification imaging appear on the image sensor 6 at the same time, and the two imaging do not overlap.
[0064] Example 3 like Figure 3 , Fig.10As shown, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the lens group 7 includes a reflector 7-1 and a second lens 7-2, the reflector 7-1 and the second lens 7-2 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light path propagation, the half-reflector 4 and the reflector 7-1 are arranged in parallel, the half-reflector 4 is arranged at an angle of 135°, and the half-reflector 4 transmits the second light beam to the reflector 7-1. A lens 7-4 is arranged between the half-reflector 4 and the reflector 7-1.
[0065] The third reflector 8 and the lens 9 are also included. The second lens 7-2, the third reflector 8 and the lens 9 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation. The lens 9 and the image lens 5 are arranged in a staggered manner.
[0066] like Fig.10 As shown, in Example 3, the structure of the lens group 7 includes a reflector 7-1, a second lens 7-2, and a relay lens 7-4, which optimizes the propagation direction and focusing effect of the light beam. The light beam reflected by the half-reflecting mirror 4 first reaches the reflector 7-1, which reflects the light beam to the second lens 7-2. Through the second lens 7-2, the light beam is further focused or adjusted so that the light beam has a more accurate direction and is ready to enter the next stage. Between the reflector 7-1 and the half-reflecting mirror 4, a relay lens 7-4 is set, which further optimizes the focusing effect of the light beam and reduces possible distortion or scattering problems.
[0067] After passing through the second lens 7-2, the light beam continues to propagate to the third reflector 8. Under the reflection of the third reflector 8, the propagation direction of the light beam is further adjusted. After passing through the third reflector 8, the light beam is reflected to the lens 9. The lens guides the light beam to the image sensor 6 to ensure the directionality and focusing accuracy of the light beam.
[0068] The light beam transmitted by the semi-reflective mirror 4 reaches the image mirror 5 and passes through it before being projected onto the image sensor 6 .
[0069] Finally, the light beam of the second optical path is accurately directed and enters the image sensor 6 after being reflected by the lens 9, thereby forming image data of the second magnification. The light signal captured by the image sensor is processed and converted into image information for subsequent applications. The light beam of the first optical path passes through the image lens 5 and enters the image sensor 6, thereby forming image data of the first magnification.
[0070] Embodiment 3 significantly optimizes the propagation direction and focusing accuracy of the light beam by adding a third reflector 8 and a lens 9, especially after the light beam passes through the second lens 7-2, it can be guided by multiple reflectors to ensure that the light beam is finally accurately projected onto the image sensor 6. By adding the third reflector 8 and the lens 9, the light beam propagation path is optimized, reducing the scattering and deviation that may occur during the transmission of the light beam. The precise configuration of multiple reflectors and lenses ensures the accurate transmission of the light beam and improves the clarity and accuracy of the image. The design of multi-level optical elements provides more adjustment space, allowing the system to adapt to different measurement requirements, and avoids the wear and complexity of mechanical components, thereby improving the stability of the overall system.
[0071] In Embodiment 3, the first magnification imaging and the second magnification imaging appear on the image sensor 6 at the same time, and the two imaging do not overlap.
[0072] Example 4 like Figure 4 , Fig.11 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that it further includes a switching component, which can switch on and off the light path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5, and the light path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7. The switching component is a baffle 10, which can switch between the position between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 and the position between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 to switch on and off the first light beam and the second light beam.
[0073] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 , the first light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the lens group 7 after being reflected by the semi-reflective mirror 4 , and finally obtains an image of the second magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0074] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 , the second light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the semi-reflective mirror 4 and then the image lens 5 , and finally obtains an image of the first magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0075] In Embodiment 4, the imaging positions of the first magnification and the second magnification overlap, and the light path is switched using the baffle 10 to obtain imaging of different magnifications.
[0076] Example 5 like Figure 5 , Fig.12 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 2 is that it further includes a switching component, which can switch on and off the light path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5, and the light path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7. The switching component is a baffle 10, which can switch between the position between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 and the position between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 to switch on and off the first light beam and the second light beam.
[0077] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 , the first light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the lens group 7 after being reflected by the semi-reflective mirror 4 , and finally obtains an image of the second magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0078] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 , the second light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the semi-reflective mirror 4 and then the image lens 5 , and finally obtains an image of the first magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0079] In Embodiment 5, the imaging positions of the first magnification and the second magnification overlap, and the light path is switched using the baffle 10 to obtain imaging of different magnifications.
[0080] Example 6 like Figure 6 , Fig.13 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that the lens 9 is located on the optical axis of the imaging mirror 5 .
[0081] It also includes a switching component, which can switch on and off the optical path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5, and the optical path between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7. The switching component is a baffle 10, which can switch between the position between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 and between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 to switch on and off the first light beam and the second light beam.
[0082] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the image mirror 5 , the first light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the lens group 7 after being reflected by the semi-reflective mirror 4 , and finally obtains an image of the second magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0083] When the baffle 10 is between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the lens group 7 , the second light beam is cut off, and the light beam passes through the semi-reflective mirror 4 and then the image lens 5 , and finally obtains an image of the first magnification on the image sensor 6 .
[0084] The half mirror 4 and the lens 9 are polarization beam splitters. The half mirror 4 separates the light of the first magnification and the light of the second magnification into different polarized lights. The lens 9 combines the light of the first magnification and the light of the second magnification again and enters the image sensor 6 .
[0085] In Example 6, the imaging positions of the first magnification and the second magnification overlap, and the light path is switched using the baffle 10 to obtain imaging of different magnifications.
[0086] Example 7 like Figure 7 , Fig.14 As shown, Example 7 is different from Example 3 in that the lens 9 is located on the optical axis of the imaging mirror 5 .
[0087] A liquid crystal plate 11 is arranged between the semi-reflective mirror 4 and the first semi-reflective mirror 3-1, and the light source 3, the liquid crystal plate 11 and the semi-reflective mirror 4 are arranged in sequence along the direction of light propagation. A wave plate 12 is arranged between the object to be measured 1 and the lens.
[0088] Among them, the light source 3, the half-reflecting mirror 4 and the lens 9 are all polarization beam splitters. The half-reflecting mirror 4 separates the light of the first magnification and the second magnification into different polarized lights, and the lens 9 combines the light of the first magnification and the second magnification again and enters the image sensor 6. The polarization direction of the light beam entering the half-reflecting mirror 4 is adjusted by the liquid crystal film 11, thereby controlling the transmission or reflection of the light beam. When the light beam passes through the half-reflecting mirror 4, the first magnification imaging is obtained; when the light beam is reflected by the half-reflecting mirror 4, the second magnification imaging is obtained.

After reading this specification, those skilled in the art can make non-creative modifications to the present implementation mode as needed, but as long as it is within the scope of the claims of the present invention, it is protected by the patent law.
