Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of fatigue testing, and specifically to a tubular specimen dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy loop corrosion fatigue testing device and a use method thereof, which are used for strain-controlled low-cycle fatigue testing of tubular specimens in a dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy loop to evaluate the corrosion fatigue performance of structural materials under the action of dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy. Background Art
[0002] Lead-cooled fast reactors are one of the most promising fourth-generation fast reactors due to their inherent high safety, long life, miniaturization, high power density and ability to burn nuclear waste. One of the bottleneck issues currently restricting the development of lead-cooled fast reactors is the environmental compatibility of lead-bismuth eutectic and structural materials. A large number of studies have shown that liquid metal corrosion and liquid metal embrittlement will occur in structural materials in a high-temperature liquid lead-bismuth alloy environment, significantly reducing the fatigue strength of structural materials and easily inducing corrosion fatigue cracks. Once the corrosion fatigue cracks penetrate the wall thickness of the service component and leak or break instantly, the consequences are disastrous, seriously affecting the economy and safety of nuclear power operation.
[0003] Under actual working conditions, the interior of the lead-cooled fast reactor container is filled with flowing high-temperature liquid lead-bismuth alloy, while the existing fatigue test equipment in liquid lead-bismuth alloy environments mainly focuses on test equipment in static environments, which is difficult to meet the testing requirements for the interaction between flowing liquid lead-bismuth alloy and mechanical factors under actual working conditions.
[0004] At present, the patent "A dynamic mechanical properties test device in a high-temperature lead-bismuth environment (publication number CN 117470693)" realizes the dynamic mechanical properties test in a high-temperature liquid lead-bismuth environment in a static reactor by rotating the sample. However, the flow rate generated by the rotating sample is not consistent, and in the actual operation process, the flow rate on the sample surface is difficult to accurately control. Therefore, in response to the above problems, the present invention develops a fatigue test device for tubular samples in a dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy loop, which is used to study the low-cycle fatigue behavior of key equipment structural materials of lead-cooled fast reactors in a simulated service environment (flow, high temperature, oxygen control). The clamping bolt 37 is tightened to form a hard seal between the heads of the upper and lower sealing plugs 38 and the V-shaped sealing surface 33 of the tubular sample 18. At the same time, the tubular sample 18 is clamped by the upper base 29 and the lower base 30 using the fatigue testing machine.

A thermocouple 32 is attached to the surface of the tubular sample 18, and an extensometer 28 is clamped on the tubular sample 18.
[0057] (4) The first loop pipeline 19 is wrapped with armored electric heating and wrapped with insulation cotton, and the power supply and temperature control are set to 400°C. The control cabinet supplies power and temperature control to the storage kettle 1, the first reaction kettle 4 and the second reaction kettle 7 through the lines. The liquid lead-bismuth alloy 10 is placed in the storage kettle 1 and is heated and temperature controlled as the storage kettle 1 is melted. The liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3 is powered and a voltage of 150V is applied to make the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3 idle, and the internal pipeline of the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3 is heated to 400°C.
[0058] (5) When the temperature of the storage kettle 1, the first loop pipeline 19, the internal pipeline of the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3, the first reactor 4 and the second reactor 7 is greater than 350° C., the first liquid lead-bismuth alloy valve 2 and the second liquid lead-bismuth alloy valve 22 are opened, and the other liquid lead-bismuth alloy valves are closed. High-purity argon gas (volume purity 99.999%) is passed through the storage kettle air inlet 9, so that the liquid lead-bismuth alloy in the storage kettle 1 can flow along the pipeline into the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3, thereby meeting the startup requirements of the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3.
[0059] (6) The air inlet 9 of the storage kettle is closed, and the air outlet 8 of the storage kettle is opened to relieve the pressure of the storage kettle 1. Then, the air outlet 8 of the storage kettle is closed, and the first liquid lead-bismuth alloy valve 2 is opened. The voltage of the control cabinet of the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3 is set to 250V. The liquid lead-bismuth alloy in the pipe begins to flow, and the liquid metal flowmeter 5 displays the real-time flow rate, forming a dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy loop.
[0060] (7) Open the oxygen control system controller 16 to control the air intake of the oxygen control solenoid valve 14 to achieve oxygen control of the liquid lead-bismuth alloy in the inner cavity of the first reactor 4.
[0061] (8) The two liquid lead-bismuth alloy valves on the branch circuit 24 leading to the fatigue testing machine 6 are opened, and the second liquid lead-bismuth alloy valve 22 is closed. The liquid lead-bismuth alloy flows through the tubular sample 18, so that a fatigue test of the tubular sample 18 in a dynamic liquid lead-bismuth alloy environment can be carried out.
[0062] (9) After the fatigue test, the power supply of the liquid metal electromagnetic pump 3 is turned off, and high-purity argon gas (volume purity 99.999%) is introduced into the oxygen-controlled mixed gas inlet 11, so that the liquid lead-bismuth alloy in the first reactor 4, the tubular sample 18, the first loop pipeline 19, and the second loop pipeline 39 enters the second reactor 7, and is then blown back to the storage reactor 1 through the pipeline connecting the second reactor 7 and the storage reactor 1, so as to realize the recovery of the liquid lead-bismuth alloy and facilitate the disassembly of the fatigue sample under normal temperature and air conditions.
