Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a packaging body. Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, there is known a package that is configured to automatically discharge water vapor generated by heating when the pressure of the storage space increases due to heating of the content in a microwave oven.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cover member used to seal the opening of a container body by heat-sealing the flange of the container body, and having a steam discharge hole and a steam discharge label for sealing the steam discharge hole. The steam discharge hole label of the cover member has: a first layer, which is the outermost layer composed of a heat-shrinkable film; a second layer, which is composed of a film that does not have heat shrinkability; and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer for bonding the first layer and the second layer has one or more strip-shaped adhesive-missing portions, and the strip-shaped adhesive-missing portions are orthogonal to the heat shrinking direction of the first layer.
[0004] According to the cover member disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the package is heated in a microwave oven, the heat shrinkable film shrinks according to the temperature of the generated water vapor, and the steam release label folds upward to open the steam release hole and automatically release the water vapor.
[0005] In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses a labeled container comprising: a container having an opening for discharging steam; and a steam-passing label affixed so as to cover the opening, wherein the steam-passing label can form a steam-passing port through which steam discharged from the opening can pass, and has a variable display portion including a temperature-indicating ink portion that changes a color display state within a specified temperature range.
[0006] According to the labeled container disclosed in Patent Document 2, steam can pass through the label to form a steam passage hole, so that the opening of the microwave processing container can be sealed and steam can be discharged when the content is heated.
[0007] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-20782
[0008] Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2019-177907 Summary of the invention
[0009] However, the cap member disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the labeled container disclosed in Patent Document 2 have the following problems.
[0010] That is, in the case of the cover member shown in Patent Document 1, after the package is heated in a microwave oven, the steam discharge hole remains open. Therefore, when the package containing the contents is carried, for example, when the package is taken out of a store, the contents may leak out of the steam discharge hole.
[0011] In the case of the labeled container disclosed in Patent Document 2, after the labeled container is heated in a microwave oven, the opening of the microwave treatment container is covered by the steam passing label, but the steam passing port formed in the steam passing label remains open. Therefore, similar to the cover member disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the labeled container containing the contents is carried and transported, the contents may leak out from the steam passing port.
[0012] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a package that can be carried and transported without the contents leaking out after the contents are heated in a microwave oven.
[0013] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, one embodiment of the present invention involves a packaging body for storing contents heated by a microwave oven, and its main purpose is to include: a container, which has a storage space for storing the contents; and a lid, which is installed on the container, the lid comprising: a lid part, which is installed on the container in a manner to close the storage space and is formed with a steam through hole for discharging water vapor generated by heating; and a label, which is affixed to the lid part in a manner to close the steam through hole, and the label is peeled off from the lid part in a manner to partially retain the affixed state before heating the contents to expose the steam through hole, and the state of maintaining the steam through hole exposed when heating the contents is maintained, and can be affixed to the lid part again in a manner to cover the steam through hole after heating the contents.
[0014] According to the package, after the contents are heated, the label is affixed to the cover member in a manner that covers the steam passage opening, thereby sealing the steam passage opening and allowing the contents to be carried and transported without leaking out of the steam passage opening. In addition, the label maintains a state in which the steam passage opening is exposed when the contents are heated, thereby allowing water vapor to pass through the steam passage opening. If the label seals the steam passage opening when the contents are heated, water vapor passes through other parts, such as the mounting portion (sealing portion) of the cover member and the container, and sometimes the contents leak out of the mounting portion when the contents are carried and transported after heating.
[0015] In addition, regarding the package body, preferably, the label has: an innermost layer composed of an adhesive layer adhered to the cover member; an intermediate layer stacked on the innermost layer; and an outermost layer stacked on the intermediate layer and composed of a heat-shrinkable film.
[0016] According to the package, the label has an outermost layer made of a heat-shrinkable film, so the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly with the position where the label is partially attached to the cover member as the center due to the temperature of the water vapor generated when the content is heated, so that the label warps and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening is exposed. In addition, the heat-shrinkable film is arranged in the outermost layer of the label, so when the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly, there is no layered object that hinders its shrinkage, and the label warps easily and smoothly, and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening is exposed.
[0017] In addition, in the packaging body, preferably, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer is 5% to 50% in both MD and TD when heated at 100° C. for 30 minutes.
[0018] According to the package, when the content is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label does not warp and the steam passage opening is blocked, or the label warps significantly and cannot be attached. If the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is less than 5%, the label may not warp and the steam passage opening may be blocked. On the other hand, if the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is greater than 50%, the label may warp too much and cannot be attached to the cover member.
[0019] In addition, in the packaging body, preferably, the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer has a thickness of 12 μm to 30 μm.
[0020] According to this package, when the content is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label does not warp and the steam passage opening is blocked or the label warps significantly and cannot be attached. If the thickness of the heat shrinkable film is thicker than 30 μm, the label may not warp and the steam passage opening may be blocked. On the other hand, if the thickness of the heat shrinkable film is thinner than 12 μm, the label may warp too much and cannot be attached to the cover member.
[0021] In addition, another embodiment of the present invention relates to a packaging body for containing contents heated by a microwave oven, and its main purpose is to include: a sheet having a plurality of sheet portions; and a sealing portion, which seals the plurality of sheet portions in a manner of forming a storage space for containing the contents, wherein a steam passage opening for discharging steam generated by heating is formed in any one of the plurality of sheet portions, and wherein any one of the sheet portions having the steam passage opening is provided with a label affixed in a manner of closing the steam passage opening, wherein the label is peeled off from any one of the sheet portions in a manner of partially retaining the affixed state before heating the contents to expose the steam passage opening, wherein the label is maintained in a state of exposing the steam passage opening when heating the contents, and can be affixed to any one of the sheet portions again in a manner of covering the steam passage opening after heating the contents.
[0022] According to the package, after the contents are heated, the label is affixed to any sheet portion having the steam passage opening in a manner that covers the steam passage opening, thereby sealing the steam passage opening and allowing the contents to be carried and transported without leaking out of the steam passage opening. In addition, the label maintains a state in which the steam passage opening is exposed when the contents are heated, thereby allowing water vapor to pass through the steam passage opening. If the label seals the steam passage opening when the contents are heated, water vapor passes through the sealing portion, and sometimes the contents leak out of the sealing portion when the contents are carried and transported after heating.
[0023] In addition, regarding the packaging body, preferably, the label has: an innermost layer, which is composed of an adhesive layer adhered to any of the sheet parts; an intermediate layer, which is stacked on the innermost layer; and an outermost layer, which is stacked on the intermediate layer and is composed of a heat-shrinkable film.
[0024] According to the package, the label has an outermost layer made of a heat-shrinkable film, so the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly with the position where it is partially attached to any one of the sheet parts as the center due to the temperature of the water vapor generated when the content is heated, so that the label warps and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening is exposed. In addition, the heat-shrinkable film is arranged in the outermost layer in the label, so when the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly, there is no layered object that hinders its shrinkage, and the label warps easily and smoothly, and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening is exposed.
[0025] In addition, in the packaging body, preferably, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer is 5% to 50% in both MD and TD when heated at 100° C. for 30 minutes.
[0026] According to the package, when the contents are heated, there is no concern that the label does not warp and the steam passage opening is blocked, or that the label warps significantly and cannot be attached. If the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is less than 5%, the label may not warp and the steam passage opening may be blocked. On the other hand, if the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is greater than 50%, the label may warp too much and cannot be attached to any sheet portion.
[0027] In addition, in the packaging body, preferably, the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer has a thickness of 12 μm to 30 μm.
[0028] According to this package, when the content is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label does not warp and the steam passage opening is blocked or the label warps significantly and cannot be attached. If the thickness of the heat shrinkable film is thicker than 30 μm, the label may not warp and the steam passage opening may be blocked. On the other hand, if the thickness of the heat shrinkable film is thinner than 12 μm, the label may warp too much and cannot be attached to the cover member.

[0044] The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, each of the accompanying drawings is a schematic diagram and sometimes differs from the actual situation. In addition, the following embodiments illustrate the device and method for realizing the technical idea of the present invention by way of example, and the structure is not limited to the following structure. That is, various changes can be made to the technical idea of the present invention within the technical scope described in the claims.
[0045] (First embodiment)
[0046] exist Figure 1 2 shows a state of the package body according to the first embodiment of the present invention before the content is heated. Figure 1 The package 1 shown contains the content C heated by the microwave oven, and the water vapor X (refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5 ) is discharged. Content C is an object to be heated by using a microwave oven to generate water vapor, such as food.
[0047] The package 1 includes a container 10 having a storage space 12 for storing content C, and a cap 20 attached to the container 10 .
[0048] The container 10 includes a rectangular parallelepiped container body 11 having a storage space 12 for storing the content C and having an open top surface, and a flange portion 13 provided on the upper edge of the container body 11. The material of the container 10 is, for example, filler-filled polypropylene.
[0049] like Figure 1 As shown, the cover 20 is mounted on the container 10 in a manner to close the accommodation space 12 .
[0050] like Figure 1 As shown, the lid 20 is installed on the container 10 in a manner that closes the storage space 12, and has: a lid member 30, which is formed with a steam passage 34 for discharging water vapor generated by heating; and a label 40, which is attached to the lid member 30 in a manner that closes the steam passage 34.
[0051] The cover member 30 is formed in the longitudinal direction ( Figure 1 The width of the vertical direction is small and the horizontal direction ( Figure 1 The container body 11 is a rectangular flat plate with a larger length (in the left-right direction) and a specified plate thickness. The flange portion 13 provided on the container body 11 is heat-sealed to close the opening of the container body 11 and to close the accommodating space 12.
[0052] like Figure 1 As shown, the cover member 30 includes: an innermost layer 31, which is heat-sealed to the flange portion 13; an intermediate layer 32, which is laminated on the innermost layer 31; and an outermost layer 33, which is laminated on the intermediate layer 32. As the innermost layer 31, an easy-to-peel sealant is used. As the intermediate layer 32, an extended base material such as an extended polypropylene film (OPP), an extended polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), an extended nylon film (ONy), etc. is used. In addition, as the outermost layer 33, a transparent extended base material such as a transparent vapor-deposited PET is used.
[0053] Furthermore, a gas barrier layer (not shown) is provided between the innermost layer 31 and the intermediate layer 32 and between the outermost layer 33 and the intermediate layer 32 .
[0054] like Figure 1 As shown, the steam passage opening 34 is formed in the substantially central portion of the cover member 30 by a cut line formed in a horizontal U shape. The horizontal U-shaped steam passage opening 34 is formed in the cover member 30, and a tongue piece 35 extending in a horizontal direction in a cantilever beam shape from a base end portion 35a is formed in the area inside the steam passage opening 34.
[0055] In addition, if Figure 1 As shown, the label 40 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and is attached to the cover member 30 so that the longitudinal direction thereof is lateral and the steam passage opening 34 is closed.
[0056] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, before heating the content C, the label 40 is peeled off from the cover member 30 while partially remaining in the attached state, so that the steam passage opening 34 is exposed.
[0057] Here, when the label 40 is peeled off, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the label 40 is peeled off from the base end 35a side of the tongue piece 35 of the cover member 30 in the longitudinal direction, and the base end 40a of the label 40 in the longitudinal direction of the other end 40c side is left attached. Figure 3 As shown, the tongue piece 35 slightly rises outward (upward) around the base end portion 35 a and rotates so that the steam passage port 34 is exposed.
[0058] By peeling the label 40 from the cover member 30 with the base end portion 40 a left attached, the label 40 can be reattached to an accurate position that reliably closes the steam passage opening 34 when it is reattached as described below.
[0059] By peeling off the label 40 from one end 40b in the length direction of the base end 35a side of the tongue piece 35 formed on the cover member 30, the tongue piece 35 can be prevented from being torn off from the cover member 30. If the label 40 is peeled off from the other end 40c in the length direction of the label 40, the tongue piece 35, while being attached to the label 40, may excessively rotate outward (upward) around the base end 35a as the center, and the tongue piece 35 may be torn off from the cover member 30.
[0060] In addition, if Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, when the content C is heated, the label 40 maintains a state in which the steam passage opening 34 is exposed.
[0061] Thus, when the content C is heated, Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, water vapor X generated from the heated content C can pass through the steam passage 34. Here, if the label 40 closes the steam passage 34 when the content C is heated, water vapor passes through other parts, such as the mounting portion (sealing portion) between the lid member 30 and the container 10, and sometimes causes the content C to leak out from the mounting portion when the content C is carried and transported after heating.
[0062] In addition, after the content C is heated, the label 40 Figure 6 As shown, the cap member 30 can be re-attached in a manner that covers the steam passage opening 34. When the label 40 is re-attached, it is re-attached to the cap member 30 from the longitudinal one end 40b side of the attached base end 40a opposite to the longitudinal other end 40c.
[0063] Thereby, the steam passage opening 34 can be closed, and the package 1 can be carried and transported without the content C leaking out from the steam passage opening 34 .
[0064] Here, if Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the label 40 includes an innermost layer 41 composed of an adhesive layer attached to the cover member 30, an intermediate layer 42 laminated on the innermost layer 41, and an outermost layer 43 laminated on the intermediate layer 42 and composed of a heat shrinkable film.
[0065] As the adhesive layer constituting the innermost layer 41 , for example, an acrylic adhesive layer is used.
[0066] In addition, as the intermediate layer 42, a film having no heat shrinkability, for example, a stretched base material such as stretched polypropylene film (OPP), stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), stretched nylon film (ONy), etc. is used.
[0067] Furthermore, as the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43, for example, a heat-shrinkable PET film is used.
[0068] Thus, the label 40 has an outermost layer 43 which is a heat-shrinkable film, so that Figure 5 As shown, due to the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated, the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 shrinks in a manner of being warped outward (upward) with the base end 40a on the other end 40c side in the length direction of the label 40 that remains in an attached state as the center, thereby the label 40 is warped and can maintain a state in which the steam passage port 34 is exposed.
[0069] Furthermore, since the heat shrinkable film is disposed in the outermost layer 43 in the label, when the heat shrinkable film shrinks to warp outward, there is no layer to hinder its shrinkage, and the label 40 warps easily and smoothly while maintaining the state in which the steam passage opening 34 is exposed.
[0070] Here, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 is 5% to 50% in both MD (Machine Direction: flow direction) and TD (Transvers Direction: vertical direction) when heated at 100°C for 30 minutes. Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 40 does not warp and closes the steam passage 34 or the warping amount of the label 40 increases significantly and cannot be pasted again. If the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is less than 5%, it is possible that the label 40 does not warp and closes the steam passage 34. On the other hand, if the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is greater than 50%, it is possible that the warping amount of the label 40 is too large and cannot be pasted to the cover member 30.
[0071] In addition, the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 is 12 μm to 30 μm. Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 40 does not warp and closes the steam passage 34 or the label 40 warps significantly and cannot be attached. If the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film is thicker than 30 μm, the label 40 may not warp and close the steam passage 34. On the other hand, if the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film is thinner than 12 μm, the label 40 may warp too much and cannot be attached to the cover member 30.
[0072] Regarding the package 1 thus constituted, when the content C in the package 1 is eaten, first, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, before heating the content C, the label 40 is peeled off from the cover member 30 so that the steam passage 34 is exposed, while leaving the base end 40a attached from the one end 40b in the longitudinal direction.
[0073] Next, the package body 1 with the steam passage opening 34 exposed is put into a microwave oven to heat the content C.
[0074] During the heating, Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, due to the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated, the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 of the label 40 shrinks in a manner that is warped outward (upward) with the base end 40a on the other end 40c in the longitudinal direction of the label 40 that remains in an adhered state as the center, thereby warping the label 40 while maintaining a state in which the steam passage opening 34 is exposed.
[0075] Thus, the steam X generated from the heated content C passes through the steam passage 34 .
[0076] Next, after the heating of the content C by the microwave oven is completed, the package body 1 is taken out from the microwave oven. Figure 6 As shown, the label 40 is further attached to the cover member 30 from the longitudinal end 40b side of the attached base end 40a opposite to the longitudinal end 40c to cover the steam passage 34.
[0077] Next, after the steam passage opening 34 is covered with the label 40 , the package 1 is put into a personal bag or the like and carried (take-out).
[0078] At this time, since the steam passage opening 34 is covered with the label 40 , the steam passage opening 34 can be sealed, and the package 1 can be carried and transported without the content C leaking out from the steam passage opening 34 .
[0079] Then, the lid 20 can be separated from the container 10 and the heated content C can be eaten.
[0080] In this way, according to the packaging body 1 involved in the first embodiment, regarding the label 40 pasted in a manner to close the steam passage opening 34 formed in the cover member 30, before heating the content C, it is peeled off from the cover member 30 in a manner that partially retains the pasted state to expose the steam passage opening 34, and when the content C is heated, the state of exposing the steam passage opening 34 is maintained, and after the content C is heated, it can be pasted to the cover member 30 again in a manner that covers the steam passage opening 34.
[0081] Thus, after heating the content C, the label 40 is affixed to the lid member 30 again in a manner covering the steam passage opening 34, thereby closing the steam passage opening 34 and allowing the content C to be carried without leaking out from the steam passage opening 34. In addition, the label 40 maintains a state of exposing the steam passage opening 34 when heating the content C, so that water vapor X can pass through the steam passage opening 34. If the label 40 closes the steam passage opening 34 when heating the content C, the water vapor X may pass through other parts, such as the attachment portion (sealed portion) between the lid member 30 and the container 10, and may cause the content C to leak out from the attachment portion when carrying and transporting after heating.
[0082] In addition, according to the packaging body 1 involved in the first embodiment, the label 40 has: an innermost layer 41, which is composed of an adhesive layer attached to the cover member 30; an intermediate layer 42, which is stacked on the innermost layer 41; and an outermost layer 43, which is stacked on the intermediate layer 42 and is composed of a heat shrinkable film.
[0083] Thus, the label 40 has the outermost layer 43 constituting the heat-shrinkable film, and therefore, due to the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated, the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly with the position where it is partially attached to the cover member 30 as the center, and thus the label 40 warps and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening 34 is exposed. In addition, since the heat-shrinkable film is arranged at the outermost layer of the label 40, when the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly, there is no layered object that hinders its shrinkage, and the label 40 warps easily and smoothly, and can maintain a state where the steam passage opening 34 is exposed.
[0084] Furthermore, according to the package body 1 according to the first embodiment, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 is 5% to 50% in both MD and TD when heated at 100° C. for 30 minutes.
[0085] Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 40 does not warp and closes the steam passage 34 or the label 40 warps significantly and cannot be attached.
[0086] Furthermore, according to the package body 1 according to the first embodiment, the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 43 is 12 μm to 30 μm.
[0087] Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 40 does not warp and closes the steam passage 34 or the label 40 warps significantly and cannot be attached.
[0088] (Second embodiment)
[0089] Next, refer to Figures 7 to 12 A package body according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0090] exist Figure 7 2 shows a state of the package body according to the second embodiment of the present invention before the content is heated. Figure 7 The package 101 shown is Figure 1 The package body 1 according to the first embodiment shown in the figure contains the content C heated by the microwave oven, and the water vapor X (see Fig.10 and Fig.11 ) is discharged. Content C is an object to be heated by using a microwave oven to generate water vapor, such as food.
[0091] The package 1 according to the first embodiment is constituted by a container 10 and a cap 20 , whereas the package 101 according to the second embodiment is different in that it is constituted as a standing bag.
[0092] Therefore, the packaging body 101 includes: a sheet 110, which has multiple (3 in the present embodiment) sheet portions, namely a first sheet portion 111, a second sheet portion 112 and a bottom sheet portion 113; and a sealing portion 120, which seals the first sheet portion 111, the second sheet portion 112 and the bottom sheet portion 113 in a manner to form a storage space 114 for storing the content C.
[0093] The first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112 face each other in such a manner that a storage space 114 for storing the content C is formed between the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112 are formed in the left-right direction ( Figure 7 left and right direction) and up and down direction ( Figure 7 The bottom sheet portion 113 is arranged at the bottom of the first sheet portion 111 and the bottom of the second sheet portion 112 in a manner that closes the bottom (lower portion) of the first sheet portion 111 and the bottom (lower portion) of the second sheet portion 112.
[0094] like Fig. 9 As shown, the first sheet portion 111, the second sheet portion 112 and the bottom sheet portion 113 have an innermost layer 111a, an intermediate layer 111b stacked on the innermost layer 111a, and an outermost layer 111c. As the innermost layer 111a, for example, non-stretched polypropylene (CPP) is used. As the intermediate layer 111b, a stretched substrate such as stretched polypropylene film (OPP), stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), stretched nylon film (ONy), etc. is used. In addition, as the outermost layer 111c, a transparent stretched substrate such as transparent vapor-deposited PET is used.
[0095] The sealing portion 120 includes an upper sealing portion 121, a lower sealing portion 122, a first side sealing portion 123, and a second side sealing portion 124. The upper sealing portion 121 joins the innermost layers 111a of the upper edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The lower sealing portion 122 joins the innermost layer 111a of the bottom sheet portion 113, the innermost layer 111a of the lower edge of the first sheet portion 111, and the innermost layer 111a of the lower edge of the second sheet portion 112. The first side sealing portion 123 joins the innermost layers 111a of the left edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The second side sealing portion 124 joins the innermost layers 111a of the right edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112.
[0096] Furthermore, the first sheet portion 111 is provided with a portion for transferring the water vapor X (see Fig.10 and Fig.11 )The discharged steam passes through port 115.
[0097] like Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 1 , the steam passage opening 115 is formed in the substantially central portion of the first sheet portion 111 by a slit line formed in a left-right U-shape. The left-right U-shaped steam passage opening 115 is formed in the first sheet portion 111, and a tongue piece 116 is formed in the area inside the steam passage opening 115, extending in the left-right direction from the base end portion 116a in a cantilever beam shape.
[0098] Furthermore, the package 101 has a label 130 attached to the first sheet portion 111 in which the steam passage opening 115 is formed so as to close the steam passage opening 115 .
[0099] This label 130 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape having a predetermined thickness similarly to the label 40 of the first embodiment, and is attached to the first sheet portion 111 with its longitudinal direction being the left-right direction and the steam passage opening 115 being closed.
[0100] like Figure 8 and Fig. 9As shown, before heating the content C, the label 130 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 while partially remaining in the attached state, so that the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0101] Here, when the label 130 is peeled off, Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the label 130 is peeled off from the base end 116a side of the tongue piece 116 formed on the first sheet portion 111, and the base end 130a of the label 130 is left attached to the other end 130c side of the length direction. Fig. 9 As shown, the tongue piece 116 rotates so as to slightly rise outward (upward) with the base end portion 116 a as the center, and exposes the steam passage port 115 .
[0102] In this way, the label 130 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 while the base end portion 130 a is left attached. Therefore, when the label 130 is attached again as described later, it cannot be attached again at an accurate position that reliably closes the steam passage opening 115 .
[0103] The tongue piece 116 can be prevented from being torn from the first sheet portion 111 by peeling off the label 130 from one end portion 130b in the longitudinal direction of the base end portion 116a of the tongue piece 116 formed on the first sheet portion 111. If the label 130 is peeled off from the other end portion 130c in the longitudinal direction of the label 130, the tongue piece 116 may be excessively rotated outward (upward) with the base end portion 116a as the center while remaining attached to the label 130, causing the tongue piece 116 to be torn from the first sheet portion 111.
[0104] In addition, if Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, when the content C is heated, the label 130 maintains a state where the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0105] Thus, when the content C is heated, Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, water vapor X generated from the heated content C can pass through the steam passage 115. Here, if the label 130 closes the steam passage 115 when the content C is heated, water vapor passes through any one of the upper seal 121, the lower seal 122, the first side seal 123, and the second side seal 124, and sometimes the content C leaks out from the seal when it is carried after heating.
[0106] In addition, after heating the content C, Fig.12As shown, the label 130 can be pasted to the first sheet portion 111 again in a manner covering the steam passage opening 115. When the label 130 is pasted again, it is pasted to the first sheet portion 111 again from the longitudinal one end 130b side of the pasted base end 130a opposite to a certain longitudinal other end 130c.
[0107] Thereby, the steam passage opening 115 can be closed, and the package 101 can be carried and transported without the content C leaking out from the steam passage opening 115 .
[0108] Here, if Fig. 9 and Fig.11 As shown, the label 130 includes an innermost layer 131 composed of an adhesive layer attached to the first sheet portion 111, an intermediate layer 132 laminated on the innermost layer 131, and an outermost layer 133 laminated on the intermediate layer 132 and composed of a heat shrinkable film.
[0109] As the adhesive layer constituting the innermost layer 131 , for example, an acrylic adhesive layer is used.
[0110] As the intermediate layer 132, a film that does not have heat shrinkability, for example, a stretched base material such as an stretched polypropylene film (OPP), a stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), or a stretched nylon film (ONy) is used.
[0111] Furthermore, as the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 , for example, a heat-shrinkable PET film is used.
[0112] Thus, the label 130 has an outermost layer 133 made of a heat-shrinkable film, so that Fig.11 As shown, due to the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated, the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 shrinks in a manner of being warped outward (upward) with the base end 130a on the other end 130c in the length direction of the label 130 that remains in an adhered state as the center, thereby warping the label 130 and maintaining a state in which the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0113] Furthermore, since the heat shrinkable film is arranged in the outermost layer 133 in the label, when the heat shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outward, there is no layer to hinder its shrinkage, and the label 130 warps easily and smoothly, and the steam passage 115 can be maintained in a state of being exposed.
[0114] Here, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 is 5% to 50% in both MD (Machine Direction: flow direction) and TD (Transvers Direction: vertical direction) when heated at 100°C for 30 minutes. Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 130 does not warp and closes the steam passage 115 or the warping amount of the label 130 increases significantly and cannot be pasted again. If the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is less than 5%, it is possible that the label 130 does not warp and closes the steam passage 115. On the other hand, if the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film is greater than 50%, it is possible that the warping amount of the label 130 is too large and cannot be pasted to the first sheet portion 111.
[0115] In addition, the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 is 12 μm to 30 μm. Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 130 does not warp and closes the steam passage 115 or the label 130 warps significantly and cannot be pasted. If the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film is thicker than 30 μm, the label 130 may not warp and close the steam passage 115. On the other hand, if the thickness of the heat-shrinkable film is thinner than 12 μm, the label 130 may warp too much and cannot be pasted to the first sheet portion 111.
[0116] Regarding the package 101 thus constituted, when the content C in the package 101 is eaten, first, Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, before heating the content C, the label 130 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 from one end portion 130b in the longitudinal direction while leaving the base end portion 130a attached, so that the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0117] Next, the package 101 with the steam passage opening 115 exposed is placed in a microwave oven to heat the content C.
[0118] During the heating, Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated causes the heat-shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 of the label 130 to shrink in a manner that warps outward (upward) with the base end 130a on the other end 130c in the length direction of the label 130 that remains in an adhered state as the center, thereby causing the label 130 to warp while maintaining a state in which the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0119] Thus, the steam X generated from the heated content C passes through the steam passage 115 .
[0120] Next, after the heating of the contents C in the microwave oven is completed, the package 101 is taken out from the microwave oven. Fig.12 As shown, the label 130 is further attached to the first sheet portion 111 from the longitudinal end 130b side of the attached base end 130a opposite to the longitudinal end 130c to cover the steam passage 115.
[0121] Next, after the steam passage opening 115 is covered with the label 130 , the package 101 is put into a personal bag or the like and carried (taken out).
[0122] At this time, since the steam passage opening 115 is covered with the label 130 , the steam passage opening 115 is closed, and the package 101 can be carried and transported without the content C leaking out from the steam passage opening 115 .
[0123] Then, the package body 1 is cut along the cutting line CL to open the storage space 14, so that the heated content C can be eaten.
[0124] In this way, according to the packaging body 101 involved in the second embodiment, for the label 130 pasted in a manner to close the steam passage opening 115 formed on the first sheet portion 111, before heating the content C, it is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 in a manner of partially retaining the pasted state to expose the steam passage opening 115, and when the content C is heated, the state of exposing the steam passage opening 115 is maintained, and after the content C is heated, it can be pasted to the first sheet portion 111 again in a manner of covering the steam passage opening 115.
[0125] Thus, after heating the content C, the label 130 is affixed to the first sheet portion 111 again in a manner covering the steam passage opening 115, so that the steam passage opening 115 can be sealed, and the package 101 can be carried and transported without the content C leaking out from the steam passage opening 115. In addition, the label 130 maintains a state of exposing the steam passage opening 115 when heating the content C, so that water vapor X can pass through the steam passage opening 115. If the label 130 seals the steam passage opening 115 when heating the content C, the water vapor X passes through any one of the upper seal portion 121, the lower seal portion 122, the first side seal portion 123, and the second side seal portion 124, and the content C may leak out from the seal portion when carrying and transporting after heating.
[0126] In addition, according to the packaging body 101 involved in the second embodiment, the label 130 has: an innermost layer 131, which is composed of an adhesive layer adhered to the first sheet portion 111; an intermediate layer 132, which is stacked on the innermost layer 131; and an outermost layer 133, which is stacked on the intermediate layer 132 and is composed of a heat-shrinkable film.
[0127] Thus, the label 130 has the outermost layer 133 constituting the heat-shrinkable film, and therefore, due to the temperature of the water vapor X generated when the content C is heated, the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly with the position where it is partially attached to the first sheet portion 111 as the center, and thus the label 130 warps and can maintain a state in which the steam passage opening 115 is exposed. In addition, since the heat-shrinkable film is arranged at the outermost layer of the label 130, when the heat-shrinkable film shrinks in a manner of warping outwardly, there is no layered object that hinders its shrinkage, and the label 130 warps easily and smoothly, and can maintain a state in which the steam passage opening 115 is exposed.
[0128] Furthermore, according to the package body 101 according to the second embodiment, the heat shrinkage rate of the heat shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 is 5% to 50% in both MD and TD when heated at 100° C. for 30 minutes.
[0129] Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 130 does not warp and closes the steam passage 115 or the label 130 warps significantly and cannot be attached.
[0130] Furthermore, according to the package body 101 according to the second embodiment, the thickness of the heat shrinkable film constituting the outermost layer 133 is 12 μm to 30 μm.
[0131] Thus, when the content C is heated, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the label 130 does not warp and closes the steam passage 115 or the label 130 warps significantly and cannot be attached.
[0132] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various changes and improvements can be made.
[0133] For example, the shape and material of the container 10 of the package 1 according to the first embodiment are not limited to the illustrated examples.
[0134] The shape and layer structure of the cover member 30 of the package 1 according to the first embodiment are not limited to the illustrated example. The cover member 30 is formed in a rectangular shape and can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the container 10. In addition, the intermediate layer 32 and the outermost layer 33 of the cover member 30 can be set as a single layer structure.
[0135] The package 101 according to the second embodiment is a standing bag, but may also be applied to other types of standing bags such as a flat bag type standing bag, a gusset type standing bag, a column type standing bag, etc.
[0136] Furthermore, the sheet 110 of the package 101 according to the second embodiment is composed of three sheet portions, namely the first sheet portion 111 , the second sheet portion 112 , and the bottom sheet portion 113 . However, the number of sheet portions is not limited to three if there are plural sheet portions.
[0137] In addition, the steam passage opening 34 of the package body 1 involved in the first embodiment is formed in the substantially central portion of the cover member 30, but if the steam passage opening 34 is formed in the cover member 30, it may be formed in a position other than the substantially central portion. In addition, the steam passage opening 115 of the package body 101 involved in the second embodiment is formed in the substantially central portion of the first sheet portion 111, but it may be formed in other positions of the first sheet portion 111 other than the substantially central portion, and may also be formed in the second sheet portion 112 or the bottom sheet portion 113. That is, the steam passage opening 1115 only needs to be formed in any one of the first sheet portion 111, the second sheet portion 112, and the bottom sheet portion 113.
[0138] In addition, the shape of the steam through opening 34 of the package 1 involved in the first embodiment and the steam through opening 115 of the package 101 involved in the second embodiment is not limited to a horizontal U-shape or a left-right U-shape, and may be other shapes. In addition, the steam through opening 34, 115 is formed by one cut line, but may also be formed by multiple cut lines.
[0139] The label 40 of the package 1 according to the first embodiment and the label 130 of the package 101 according to the second embodiment are each formed in a rectangular shape, but the shapes are not limited thereto as long as the steam passage opening 34 can be opened and closed.
[0140] In addition, regarding the labels 40 and 130, the outermost layers 43 and 133 are composed of heat-shrinkable films, and the middle layers 42 and 132 are composed of non-heat-shrinkable films, but the outermost layers 43 and 133 can be composed of non-heat-shrinkable films, and the middle layers 42 and 132 can be composed of heat-shrinkable films.

[0160] [Table 1]
[0161]
[0162] In Examples 1 to 3, during the microwave process (microwaving), the label maintained a concave curled state, and water vapor passed through the steam passage. In addition, regarding leakage of the contents during take-away, 10 test subjects did not find any leakage, and the judgment result was "○".
[0163] Regarding Comparative Example 1, during the microwave process, the label was in close contact with the steam passage port, and water vapor passed through the sealing portion (sealing flange) between the lid member and the container. Therefore, regarding leakage of the contents during takeout, 4 out of 10 test subjects found leakage of the contents from the sealing flange, and the judgment result was "×".
[0164] In addition, in Comparative Example 2, since the steam passage hole was not formed in the cover member, the cover member was peeled off from the flange portion at the corner portion of the container. Therefore, water vapor passed through the corner peeling portion. Moreover, regarding leakage of the contents during takeout, 6 out of 10 test subjects found leakage of the contents from the corner peeling portion, and the judgment result was "×".
[0165] From the above results, it was confirmed that, in a package including a container, a cover member, and a label, leakage of the contents during takeout can be suppressed by using a label whose outermost layer is formed of a heat-shrinkable film.

PET-B is DE032 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd., and its heat shrinkage rate when heated at 100°C for 30 minutes is MD: 50(%), TD: 30(%). PET-C is S7200 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd., and its heat shrinkage rate when heated at 100°C for 30 minutes is MD: 40(%), TD: 45(%). PET-D is E5100 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd., and has no heat shrinkage.
[0175] Size: Vertical length 30mm x Horizontal length 30mm
[0176] Attachment position: Attached to the position where the steam passage opening in the center of the first sheet is closed
[0177] (Other conditions)
[0178] After the noodle soup was filled into the receiving space formed between the sheet parts as the content, the sheets were sealed at the sealing part and heated in a microwave oven at 600 W for 3 minutes. Then, the subjects walked quickly (at a speed of 5 km / h) for 100 m while holding a handbag containing the cooked package in their right hand.
[0179] (About Comparative Example 4)
[0180] Regarding the packaging body of Comparative Example 4, Fig.13 As shown, the package body 201 includes: a sheet 210 including three sheet parts, namely, a first sheet part 211, a second sheet part 212, and a bottom sheet part 213; and a sealing part 220 that seals the first sheet part 211, the second sheet part 212, and the bottom sheet part 213 in a manner of forming a storage space 214 for storing the content C. The sealing part 220 includes an upper sealing part 221, a lower sealing part 222, a first side sealing part 223, and a second side sealing part 224.
[0181] Moreover, the materials of the first sheet portion 211, the second sheet portion 212, and the bottom sheet portion 213 are as follows, that is, the outermost layer: transparent vapor-deposited PET thickness 12μm / intermediate layer: NY thickness 15μm / innermost layer: CPP thickness 60μm. In addition, the dimensions of the self-supporting bag are 158mm in height in the vertical direction and 160mm in length in the left and right direction. In addition, the width of the upper seal portion 221, the lower seal portion 222, the first side seal portion 223, and the second side seal portion 224 is 6mm.
[0182] Regarding the package body 201 of Comparative Example 4, no steam passage opening is formed and no label is attached. Therefore, in order to allow water vapor to pass through, as Fig.13 As shown, the first sheet portion 211 and the second sheet portion 212 are cut along a corner cutting line 230 located at a corner portion.
[0183] Table 2 shows the results of the investigation of the packaging bodies of Examples 4 to 6 and Comparative Examples 3 and 4.
[0184] [Table 2]
[0185]
[0186] Regarding Examples 4 to 6, during the microwave process, the label maintained a concave curled state, and water vapor passed through the steam passage. In addition, regarding leakage of the contents during take-away, 10 test subjects did not find any leakage, and the judgment result was "○".
[0187] Regarding Comparative Example 3, during the microwave process, the label was in close contact with the steam passage port, and water vapor passed through the side seal. Therefore, regarding leakage of the contents during takeout, 8 out of 10 test subjects found leakage of the contents from the side seal, and the judgment result was "×".
[0188] In addition, regarding Comparative Example 4, water vapor passed through the portion cut along the corner cutting line 230 at the corner portion of the first sheet portion 211 and the second sheet portion 212. Moreover, regarding leakage of the contents during take-out, 6 out of 10 test subjects found leakage of the contents from the corner cutting portion, and the judgment result was "×".
[0189] From the above results, it was confirmed that, in a package body assumed to be a standing bag, leakage of the contents during takeout can be suppressed by using a label having an outermost layer made of a heat-shrinkable film.
