Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an oily lip cosmetic, and more particularly to an oily lip cosmetic that is not easily transferred to a mask, a cup, etc. (has no secondary adhesion effect) and has good color fixation. Background Art

[0002] Among lip cosmetics, oil-based lip cosmetics such as lipstick can be miniaturized and easily carried, and have the convenience of being applied directly to the lips without using fingers or tools.

[0003] In oily lip cosmetics, a large amount of high-viscosity hydrocarbon oils such as hydrogenated polyisobutene and pentaerythritol tetraisostearate that adhere closely to the lips are widely added. However, when a large amount of high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil is added, in addition to the increase in ductility during use and the stickiness of the makeup, there is also a disadvantage that the coating film is transferred to the part that contacts the lips together with the oil. As a result, color transfer occurs over time, and poor color fixation becomes a problem.

[0004] Therefore, oily lip cosmetics having a so-called non-secondary adhesion effect that is less likely to adhere to the lip are developed.

[0005] For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a lip cosmetic comprising phenyl-modified silicone, a specific liquid multi-branched isostearate compound, a specific alkyl glyceryl ether-modified silicone, an oil having a viscosity of 100 mPa·s or less at 30° C. and having at least one hydroxyl group in the molecule, and wax. When using this lip cosmetic, the phenyl-modified silicone retained in the wax structure is exposed on the surface of the coating film during application to form a coating, thereby exerting a secondary adhesion-free effect.

[0006] However, in this lip cosmetic, since a specific alkyl glyceryl ether-modified silicone is required, there is a problem that the formulation is limited. In particular, if a powder component is used in combination, the powder easily aggregates, so a large amount of the powder component cannot be blended. Furthermore, the effect of preventing secondary adhesion cannot be said to have reached a fully satisfactory level.

[0009] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2014-19663 Summary of the invention

[0010] Problem that the invention aims to solve

[0011] The present invention is completed in view of the above-mentioned actual situation, and its purpose is to provide an oily lip cosmetic that is not easily transferred to masks, cups, etc. (no secondary adhesion effect) and has good color fixation.

[0012] Solutions for solving problems

[0013] The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems and have found that the above problems can be solved by blending (A) phenyl-modified silicone, (B) silicone-based surfactant and (C) a predetermined powder component in predetermined amounts, thereby completing the present invention.

[0014] That is, the gist of the present invention is an oily lip cosmetic comprising:

[0015] (A) phenyl-modified silicone;

[0016] (B) 1.5 to 15% by mass of a silicone surfactant based on the total amount of the cosmetic; and

[0017] (C) 5 to 35% by mass of a powder component selected from (i) extender pigments and (ii) polymer powders based on the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0018] Effects of the Invention

[0019] The oily lip cosmetic of the present invention can significantly suppress color transfer to masks, cups, etc. (no secondary adhesion effect) by adopting the above-mentioned configuration. In addition, since the coating film is not easy to disappear from the lips, the durability of the makeup effect, that is, the color fixation is also excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0020] The oily lip cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising (A) phenyl-modified silicone, (B) silicone-based surfactant, and (C) powder component. Hereinafter, each component constituting the oily lip cosmetic of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0021] <(A) Phenyl-modified silicone>

[0022] (A) Phenyl-modified silicone is silicone having a dimethylsiloxane skeleton and at least a part of the methyl groups is substituted with phenyl groups. As long as it is silicone for cosmetics, it can be used without particular limitation. Specifically, diphenyl dimethicone, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane, polysilicone-32, phenyl trimethicone, methyl phenyl polysilicone can be listed. Among them, diphenyl dimethicone, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane, polysilicone-32 are particularly preferred. From the viewpoint of compatibility with (B) silicone-based surfactants, diphenyl dimethicone is particularly preferred.

[0023] Commercially available products include DOWSIL SH-556 Fluid, FZ-209 (all from Dow Toray Co., Ltd.), KF-50-100cs, KF-50-1000cs, KF-53, KF-54, KF-54HV, KF-56A, KSG-18A (all from Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and Silshine MP Fluid (Momentive Performance Materials Japan LLC.).

[0024] (A) Phenyl-modified silicone can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The amount of (A) phenyl-modified silicone used in the present invention is preferably 20% by mass or more, more preferably 30% by mass or more, relative to the total amount of oily lip cosmetics, and is preferably 75% by mass or less, more preferably 70% by mass or less. That is, as the range of the amount of the compounding, 20 to 75% by mass, 30 to 70% by mass, etc. can be listed. If it is within this range, in addition to fully exerting the effect of no secondary adhesion and good color fixation, when the cosmetics are solid, it can also stably maintain the stick shape and the glossiness is also good.

[0025] <(B) Silicone surfactant>

[0026] (B) Silicone surfactant is a surfactant having a structure in which a hydrophilic substituent is introduced into a part of silicone having a siloxane bond in the main skeleton. Preferred forms of the silicone surfactant (B) that can be used in the present invention include (i) polyoxyalkylene modified silicone, (ii) polyoxyalkylene / alkyl co-modified silicone, (iii) polyglycerol modified silicone, and (iv) partially cross-linked modified silicone gel. Among them, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane or PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane is particularly preferred from the viewpoint of compatibility with (A) phenyl modified silicone.

[0027] Examples of commercially available silicone surfactants (B) include:

[0028] (i) polyoxyalkylene-modified silicones include SILICONE SC9450N (PEG-10 dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), SILICONE KF-6017P (PEG-10 dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), SILICONE SH3773M (PEG-12 dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), SILWET 10-E (PEG-10 methyl ether dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), SILICONE KF6018 (PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and SILICONE SC0938B (PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.);

[0029] (ii) polyoxyalkylene / alkyl co-modified silicones include SILICONE SC0928SL (lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) and ABIL EM90 (cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 dimethicone, Evonik Goldschmidt Co., Ltd.);

[0030] (iii) The polyglycerin-modified silicone may be SILICONE KF6109 (bis-butyl dimethicone polyglycerin-3, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0031] (iv) Partially cross-linked modified silicone gels include KSG-210 (dimethicone PEG-10 / 15 crosspolymer, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), KSG-710 (dimethicone / polyglyceryl-3 crosspolymer, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and KSG-360Z (PEG-15 / lauryl dimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone crosspolymer, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0032] It should be noted that the alkyl glyceryl ether-modified silicone blended in Patent Document 1 is also classified as a silicone-based surfactant, but it easily causes powder aggregation and cannot be blended in a high amount of the (C) powder component, and is therefore not suitable for use in the present invention.

[0033] The (B) silicone surfactant can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The amount of the (B) silicone surfactant used in the present invention is preferably 1.5% by mass or more, more preferably 3% by mass or more, and preferably 15% by mass or less, more preferably 10% by mass or less, and even more preferably 8% by mass or less, relative to the total amount of the oily lip cosmetic. Therefore, the amount of the (B) silicone surfactant can be set to 1.5 to 15% by mass, etc. relative to the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0034] When the amount of the silicone surfactant (B) blended is within the above range, the anti-secondary adhesion effect and good color fixation properties can be fully exhibited, and in addition, when the cosmetic is solid, the stick shape can be stably maintained.

[0035] <(C) Powder ingredients>

[0036] As the (C) powder component to be blended in the present invention, a powder selected from (i) extender pigments and (ii) polymer powders among powder components used in cosmetics can be used.

[0037] The average particle size of the powder component (C) is preferably 2 μm or more, and preferably 20 μm or less. Therefore, the average particle size of the powder component (C) may be, for example, 2 to 20 μm. If the average particle size is less than 2 μm, it may be difficult to evenly disperse in the oily lip cosmetics, and if it is greater than 20 μm, the feeling of use may be impaired.

[0038] In addition, the "average particle size" in this specification is a value measured by a laser scattering / diffraction method. This value can be measured using, for example, Microtrac HRA (manufactured by Microtrac Corporation).

[0039] As the (i) extender pigment, clay minerals and synthetic inorganic powders can be used, and for example, mica, silica, aluminum oxide, barium sulfate, titanium oxide, synthetic phlogopite, boron nitride, and composite powders thereof are preferred.

[0040] As the (ii) polymer powder, synthetic or natural polymer powders can be used, and examples thereof include vinyl dimethicone / methylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, diphenyl dimethicone / vinyl diphenyl dimethicone / silsesquioxane crosspolymer, cellulose, and HDI / trimethylol hexyl lactone crosspolymer.

[0041] (C) powder component can carry out hydrophobic treatment to surface as required.As hydrophobic treatment, for example, organosilicon treatment (using silicone oils such as methyl hydrogen polysiloxane, dimethyl polysiloxane, methylphenyl polysiloxane; Alkyl silanes such as methyl trimethoxy silane, ethyl trimethoxy silane, hexyl trimethoxy silane, octyl trimethoxy silane; The treatment of fluoroalkyl silanes such as trifluoromethyl ethyl trimethoxy silane, heptadecafluoro decyl trimethoxy silane, etc.), fatty acid treatment (using palmitic acid, isostearic acid, stearic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, behenic acid, oleic acid, abietic acid, 12-hydroxystearic acid, etc.), fatty acid soap treatment (using the treatment of aluminum stearate, calcium stearate, etc.), fatty acid ester treatment (using the treatment of dextrin fatty acid ester, cholesterol fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, starch fatty acid ester, etc.) etc. can be listed.These hydrophobic treatments can be carried out according to a conventional method.

[0042] (C) Powder components can be used alone or in combination of (i) extender pigment and (ii) polymer powder, or (i) extender pigment and (ii) polymer powder. The amount of the powder component (C) used in the present invention is preferably 5% by mass or more, and preferably 35% by mass or less, relative to the total amount of the oily lip cosmetic. Therefore, the amount of the powder component (C) can be set to 5 to 35% by mass, etc. relative to the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0043] When the amount of the powder component (C) blended is within the above range, the strength of the coating film is improved, the anti-secondary adhesion effect and the good color fixation property are fully exhibited, and when the cosmetic is solid, the stick shape is excellently retained.

[0044] <Optional ingredients>

[0045] In the oily lip cosmetic of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned components (A) to (C), oily gelling agents, oil components, colorants, water, polymer compounds, moisturizers, flavors, antioxidants, preservatives, cosmetic ingredients, ultraviolet absorbers, etc., which are usually used in oily lip cosmetics, can be appropriately blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.

[0046] As the oily gelling agent, dextrin fatty acid ester, glycerol fatty acid ester, organic modified clay mineral, wax, etc. can be exemplified. As dextrin fatty acid ester, for example, dextrin myristate, dextrin palmitate, dextrin (palmitic acid / 2-ethylhexanoic acid) ester, etc. can be cited. As glycerol fatty acid ester, for example, glycerol behenate, glycerol octastearate, glycerol eicosanoate, etc. can be cited. As the organic modified clay mineral, for example, dimethyl distearyl ammonium hectorite (disteardimethyl ammonium hectorite), dimethyl alkyl ammonium hectorite, benzyl dimethyl stearyl ammonium hectorite, distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride treated aluminum magnesium silicate, etc. can be cited. As wax, for example, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, beeswax, ceresin, microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax, wood wax, etc. can be cited. Among them, the inclusion of hydrocarbon waxes such as polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, and microcrystalline wax is particularly preferred because the curing force (or formability) when the oily lip cosmetic is made into a stick form is improved.

[0047] Examples of the oil component include ester oils such as diisostearyl malate, sucrose tetraisostearate, triisostearin, diglyceryl triisostearate (polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate), phytosteryl / octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, diisopropyl sebacate, triethylhexanoin, isopropyl myristate, and diethylhexyl succinate; hydrocarbon oils such as mineral oil, hydrogenated polyisobutene (hydrogenated isopolybutene), and hydrogenated polydecene; silicone oils such as polydimethylsiloxane, etc., but are not limited to these.

[0048] As the color material, the color materials commonly used in oily lip cosmetics such as pigments and pigments can be used. Examples of color materials include inorganic white pigments (titanium dioxide, zinc oxide), inorganic red pigments (iron oxides (red iron oxide), iron titanate), inorganic brown pigments (γ-iron oxide), inorganic yellow pigments (yellow iron oxide, yellow ochre), inorganic black pigments (black iron oxide, carbon, low-valent titanium oxide), inorganic purple pigments (manganese violet, cobalt violet), inorganic green pigments (chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, cobalt titanate), inorganic blue pigments (ultramarine, Prussian blue), metal powder pigments (aluminum powder, copper powder), organic pigments (Red No. 202, Red No. 205, Red No. 220, Red No. 228, Red No. 405, Orange No. 203, Orange No. 204, Yellow No. 205, Yellow No. 401, Blue No. 404), organic pigments of zirconium, barium and aluminum lakes (Red No. 3, Red No. 104, Red No. 227, Red No. 401, Orange No. 205, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 202, Green No. 3, Blue No. 1), natural pigments (chlorophyll, carotenoids (β-carotene), safflower, carmine, chalcone, curcumin, betanin, flavonol, flavonoid, anthocyanin, anthraquinone, naphthoquinone), pearlescent pigments (titanium oxide coated mica, titanium oxide coated bismuth oxychloride, titanium oxide coated talc, colored titanium oxide coated mica, bismuth oxychloride, fish scale foil), etc.

[0049] It should be noted that the color materials such as the above-mentioned inorganic coloring pigments and pearlescent pigments are also in powder form, but even if they are added instead of the powder component (C), a sufficient effect of preventing secondary adhesion cannot be obtained. In addition, if a large amount of these powdered color materials are added, the effect of preventing secondary adhesion may be hindered, so they should not be added, or even if added, they should be suppressed to less than 1 / 2 of the powder component (C), more preferably less than 1 / 3, and even more preferably less than 1 / 5.

[0050] Water may be added to the oily lip cosmetic of the present invention, but if the water content is too high, the stability will deteriorate, so it is preferably suppressed to 2% by mass or less based on the total amount of the oily lip cosmetic.

[0051] The specific dosage form of the oily lip cosmetic of the present invention may be any type as long as it is applied directly to the lips, and may be in the form of a stick or a paste, and is particularly preferably in the form of a stick.

[0052] Example

[0053] The present invention is further described in detail by the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Unless otherwise specified, the amount of the compounding is expressed as the mass % relative to the system of the compounding component. Before each example is specifically described, the evaluation method used is described.
