[0065] The head 6a also comprises valve means adapted to regulate the flow of product from the bottle chamber to the pressure chamber and from the pressure chamber to the external environment. Preferably, the valve means comprises a valve body 140, made in one piece, for example by injection molding, of a polyolefin polymer material, for example low density polyethylene (LDPE) or ethylene thermoplastic octene (TPEO), housed in the pressure chamber 26 at the chamber bottom 26″ to cooperate with the inlet conduit 30 and the outlet conduit 42.

[0066] Head Assembly

[0067] The assembly of the trigger head is preferably fully automatic and comprises, in sequence: machine loading of the frame, mounting of the valve body into the pressure chamber, mounting of the piston to the frame, mounting of the trigger to the frame, mounting of the nozzle to the frame, mounting of the housing to the frame.

[0068] The housing 100 can be applied to the frame 8a in a vertical direction, that is to say it is applied to the frame in a vertical direction by translation parallel to the central axis Z.

[0069] When the housing 100 is applied to the frame 8a:

[0070] - coupling the rear counter-connector 160 of the housing 100 to the rear counter-connector 60 of the frame 8a; in particular, snap-inserting the hooked counter-connector wall 162 between the hooked wall 62 and the facing wall 66 of the shoulder 52;

[0071] - coupling the cap element 151 of the housing 100 to the outlet pipe 50 of the frame 8a to close the outlet pipe; in particular, inserting the tubular cap 153 into the outlet pipe 50;

[0072] - coupling the intermediate counter-coupling 172 of the housing 100 to the intermediate coupling 72 of the frame 8a; in particular, snap-inserting the hooked counter-coupling wall 174 between the hooked wall 74 and the facing wall 76 of the frame 8a;

[0073] - Connect the front counter-connection 182 of the housing 100 to the front connector 82 of the frame 8a; specifically, snap-insert the hooked counter-wall 186 of the housing 100 between the hooked wall 86 and the corresponding facing wall 88', 88" of the frame 8a.

[0074] Therefore, the housing 100 is supported by the frame 8a, specifically:

[0075] - the rear counter-support 168 of the housing 100 rests on the rear support 68 of the shoulder 52;

[0076] - the intermediate region 78 ′ of the housing 100 , arranged between the intermediate counter-coupling 172 and the front counter-coupling 182 , rests on the intermediate support 78 of the frame 8 a ;

[0077] The front region 90 ′ of the housing 100 , which is arranged in front of the front counter-coupling 182 , rests on the front support 90 of the frame 8 a .

[0078] Description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention

[0079] According to another embodiment ( Figure 1b , Figure 2b , Figure 3b , Figure 4b ), the trigger-type dispensing head 1b comprises: a bottle 2 having a neck 4b and a bottle internal chamber 3; and a trigger-type dispensing head 6b with a threaded connection, which is applied to the neck 4b by means of the threaded connection.

[0080] For this threaded connection, the neck 4b has an external thread for screwing the ring nut 150 of the head 6b. The ring nut 150 can be screwed by rotating it around the central axis Z.

[0081] The head 6b comprises a frame 8b for supporting the components whose function is to dispense the product. The frame 8b comprises a frame base 18 extending substantially orthogonally to the central axis Z.

[0082] The frame 8 b also comprises an annular peripheral sealing wall 20 b coaxial with the central axis Z, which protrudes axially from the bottom of the frame base 18 and to which the annular nut 150 is coupled.

[0083] In an embodiment variant (not shown), the frame 8b comprises a second annular sealing wall, located inside the first annular sealing wall and coaxial with the central axis Z, so as to form a head seal on the neck of the bottle.

[0084] The frame 8 b also comprises an inlet duct 22 b which projects axially from the bottom of the frame base 18 , for example offset relative to the central axis Z.

[0085] Apart from the features described here, the frame 8b is identical in structure and function to the frame 8a of the bayonet-connection head 1a. In particular, the frame 8b of the head 1b with threaded connection does not have a skirt 10a.

[0086] The other components described with respect to the bayonet-connection head 1 a are also identical in structure and function to the corresponding components of the head 1 b with a threaded connection: housing 100 , piston 122 , trigger 124 , nozzle 126 , valve body 140 .

[0087] The assembly of the head 1 b with threaded connection is carried out as described above for the bayonet connection head 1 a , with the additional inclusion of mounting the ring nut to the frame.

[0088] Creatively, the present invention meets the needs of the field and overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages, in particular, using the same parts (excluding the frame) and the same assembly line to manufacture the bayonet-type head or the head with a threaded connection. This reduces the number of total parts and enables the use of the same assembly line.

[0089] Furthermore, advantageously, the dispenser head according to the invention is highly recyclable, since 98% by weight of the components used can be moulded from PP; the main valve body can be moulded from LDPE or TPEO, but due to the low weight of the main valve body, the dispenser head can still be considered as a single material in accordance with industry regulations.

[0090] Furthermore, advantageously, the heavier components (ie, trigger, piston, nozzle, frame, housing and ring nut) which together constitute 70% of the weight of the head can be moulded from recycled polypropylene (rPP).

[0091] Furthermore, advantageously, the weight of the head according to the invention is extremely controlled, the Applicant estimating that the weight of the head is approximately 20% lighter than similar devices on the market.

[0092] It is obvious that those skilled in the art can make changes to the dispensing head, and in particular to the valve body of the valve device, to meet possible needs. These modifications are all included in the protection scope defined by the attached claims.
