[0018] Embodiment 1
[0019] Figure 1 is a left front perspective view of the projection system 1. Figure 2 is a right rear perspective view of the projection system 1. Figure 3 is a right rear perspective view of the projection system 1 when the holding portion 150 is stored. Figure 4 is a front view of the projection system 1.
[0020] The projection system 1 is composed of a projector 10 that projects an image and a projector cart 20 that houses the projector 10.
[0021] The projector 10 includes a housing 11, a light source unit, a light modulation unit, a projection lens unit 14, and a power supply substrate unit.
[0022] When the power of the projector 10 is turned on, power is supplied to the light source unit through the power supply substrate unit. The light emitted from the light source unit is incident on the light modulation unit. The light modulation unit modulates the light emitted from the light source unit. The light modulated by the light modulation unit is emitted to the outside of the housing 11 through the projection lens unit 14, and an image can be projected onto the projection surface.
[0023] An air intake port 15 for intake and a heat exhaust port 16 for heat exhaust are provided in the housing 11 of the projector 10. In addition, legs 17 that can adjust the projection surface in the vertical direction are provided at the lower part of the housing 11 of the projector 10.
[0024] The projector cart 20 houses the projector 10 and can move the projector cart 20. Examples of the movement of the projector cart 20 include movement based on human power, movement based on a robot, etc.
[0025] As Figure 4 shown, the projector cart 20 includes a storage portion 30 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The projector 10 is stored inside the storage portion 30.
[0026] The storage unit 30 includes an upper surface portion (the fifth surface) 35 that forms the top surface, a right surface portion 33 (the third surface) and a left surface portion (the fourth surface) 34 that form the left and right sides, a front surface portion (the first surface) 31 and a rear surface portion 32 (the second surface) that form the front and rear surfaces, and a lower surface portion (the sixth surface) 36 that forms the bottom surface. In addition, each surface of the storage unit 30 may be composed of multiple surfaces respectively. In the present embodiment, the front surface portion 31 is composed of a vertical surface 31a perpendicular to the horizontal floor and an inclined surface 31b intersecting with the vertical surface 31a. The upper surface portion 35 is disposed substantially parallel to the horizontal floor. By arranging the horizontal surface in this way, it can be used as a mounting table for an electronic device or the like connected to the projector 10 stored in the storage unit 30.
[0027] An air intake hole 37 is formed in the front surface of the storage unit 30. Heat exhaust holes 38 are formed in the right surface portion 33 and the rear surface portion 32 of the storage unit 30. The air intake hole 37 and the heat exhaust holes 38 are provided at positions that do not interfere with the intake and exhaust of the projector 10 disposed inside the projector cart 20. In addition, the air intake hole 37 and the heat exhaust holes 38 may be composed of multiple slit holes. Thus, even when the projector 10 is disposed in the storage unit 30, it is possible to suppress the temperature inside the storage unit 30 from rising due to the heat exhaust air of the projector 10. That is, since the projector 10 can discharge the heat exhaust air outside the storage unit 30 of the projector cart 20, it is possible to suppress the heat exhaust air of the projector 10 from accumulating inside the storage unit 30, and it is possible to perform the intake operation and the heat exhaust operation without the temperature inside the storage unit 30 rising.
[0028] Wheels 39 are provided on the lower surface portion 36 of the storage unit 30. The wheels 39 are respectively provided at the four corners of the lower surface portion 36. A stopper is provided on the wheel 39, and the stopper can limit the rotation of the wheel 39.
[0029] A window portion 40 is provided on at least one of the upper surface portion 35 and the front surface portion 31 of the storage unit 30, and the window portion 40 is used to emit the projection light from the projector 10 to the outside of the storage unit 30. The window portion 40 is provided so as not to block the projection light from the projector 10. In addition, regarding the window portion 40, the upper surface portion 35 and the front surface portion 31 may be removed to serve as the window portion 40. That is, the upper surface portion 35 and the front surface portion 31 of the storage unit 30 are formed to be removable, and the projection system 1 can also be used in a state where the upper surface portion 35 and the front surface portion 31 are removed.
[0030] In the present embodiment, a partition plate 41 is provided in the storage unit 30, which divides the storage unit 30 into an upper space and a lower space. The storage unit 30 can also be divided into multiple spaces in this way. By dividing the storage unit 30 into multiple spaces, the installation height of the projector 10 can be roughly adjusted to match the position of the projection lens unit 14 of the projector 10 and the position where the projector 10 projects. In addition, the space below the partition plate 41 can be set as a storage place for related components such as machinery other than the projector 10 and cables used for wiring.
[0031] A gripping portion 150 that serves as a handle when moving the projector cart 20 is provided in the storage unit 30. The gripping portion 150 is provided at the rear end of the storage unit 30. In the present embodiment, the gripping portion 150 has a first support column portion 151 and a second support column portion 152 that extend in the vertical direction, and a connecting portion 153 that connects the upper ends of the first support column portion 151 and the second support column portion 152. That is, the gripping portion 150 is formed in an inverted U shape when viewed from the front.
[0032] An operation panel (first operation portion) 155 is provided at the connecting portion 153 of the gripping portion 150. The operation panel 155 is a touch display, and by the user touching the icons displayed on the touch display, operations such as power operation of the projector 10 and trapezoid correction can be performed.
[0033] The gripping portion 150 is formed to be displaceable, penetrates and inserts into the upper surface portion 35, and can be stored inside the storage unit 30. As a displacement means for storing the gripping portion 150 in the storage unit 30, a telescopic structure and a folding structure can be cited. In addition, the gripping portion 150 can be exposed from the storage unit 30 and the length can be freely changed. That is, the storage in the present disclosure is not only the state where the entire gripping portion 150 is stored inside the storage unit 30, but also the state where a part of the gripping portion 150 is stored inside the storage unit 30 and a part is exposed outside the storage unit 30.
[0034] The gripping portion 150 is formed such that when extended to the maximum extent, the length from the upper surface portion 35 to the operation panel 155 is longer than the length of the storage unit 30 from the lower surface portion 36 to the upper surface portion 35. By providing the operation panel 155 on the gripping portion 150 in this way, it is not necessary to take out the projector 10 from the storage unit 30 in order to change the settings of the projector 10, and in addition, the projector cart 20 can be moved in an upright posture.
[0035] The gripping portion 150 can be contracted until the uppermost end 150a of the gripping portion 150 is at a position equal to or lower than the upper surface portion 35 of the storage unit 30.
[0036] A notch 35a for accommodating the connecting portion 153 is provided at the rear end of the upper surface portion 35 of the accommodating portion 30. In addition, a notch 32a is also provided at the upper end of the rear surface portion 32 so that a part of the grasped portion 150 accommodated therein is exposed outside the accommodating portion 30. Through the notches 32a and 35a, in a state where the grasped portion 150 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 30, a gap is formed around the connecting portion 153 of the grasped portion 150, and an operator can grasp the grasped portion 150 and take it out. In addition, when the grasped portion 150 is accommodated, the outer surface of the operation panel 155 is exposed. That is, even when the grasped portion 150 is accommodated, the user can operate the projector 10 through the operation panel 155 while being located outside the accommodating portion 30.
[0037] A cable (not shown) for supplying power to the projector 10 and a wiring hole (not shown) for routing the cable are provided in the accommodating portion 30.
[0038] At least a part of the first support portion 151, the second support portion 152, and the connecting portion 153 has a hollow structure with a cavity inside. A circuit controlled by the operation of the operation panel 155 is provided in the internal cavity. The circuit extends to the accommodating portion 30 and is connected to the projector 10.
[0039] The projection system 1 is set through three substantially divided processes. The first process is a process of moving the wheels 39 while grasping the grasped portion 150 of the projection system 1. Through this step, the position of the projection system 1 can be roughly determined. The second process is a process of operating the first operation portion 155 provided on the grasped portion 150 to turn on the power of the projector 10 mounted on the projection system 1. The third process is a process of finely adjusting the position of the projection system 1 while grasping the grasped portion 150. Through these processes, the position adjustment of the projection system 1 can be easily performed.
