Abstract

The invention relates to a macrostructure hot acid corrosion device which comprises an acid corrosion box, an air pump is fixed on the left side of the acid corrosion box, and an acid storage box is fixed on the right side of the acid corrosion box. The air pipe is heated through the vortex heating pipe in the acid etching box, and dense air output by the air pipe stirs hot acid in the acid etching box, so that the uniformity of the temperature in the acid etching box is ensured, and the local explosion boiling probability of acid liquor during existing heating pipes and microwave heating is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the problem that gas (such as hydrogen) generated by the reaction is possibly adsorbed on the metal surface in the acid etching process of the workpiece to form a gas film to hinder contact of acid liquor is solved. And the flowing of the compact small bubbles can break the gas film, so that the local passivation phenomenon is avoided, and the acid etching efficiency is remarkably improved.
