22. The sunshade according to claim 21, wherein The at least first outer reinforcement member is a top exterior plate extending adjacent the free end of the housing and including a plurality of mounting apertures disposed adjacent the free end.
23. The sunshade according to claim 21, wherein The at least first outer reinforcement member is a first outer side panel extending adjacent the free end of the housing and including a plurality of mounting apertures disposed adjacent the free end.
24. The sun visor of claim 23, further comprising a second exterior side panel opposite the first exterior side panel, the second exterior side panel extending adjacent the free end of the housing and including a plurality of mounting apertures.
25. The sunshade according to claim 23, wherein The first exterior side panel is also attached to the second interior rib bracket, wherein the outer shell is interposed between the second interior rib bracket and the first exterior side panel.
