Abstract

The present invention provides a package of a cosmetic product, the package comprising: a container adapted to contain a liquid or pasty cosmetic product; a dispenser adapted to deliver the cosmetic product from the container to an environment external to the container, the dispenser comprising at least one rigid conduit in fluid open connection with the container and extending along a main axis defining a passage; and a first body, the first body being at least partially soft, adapted to allow application of the cosmetic product to the skin; wherein the conduit includes a support surface positioned at a free end of the conduit to collect the cosmetic product flowing out of the passage, and the first body is independent of the conduit, the first body including a peripheral groove configured to receive the conduit, and to receive the cosmetic product from the conduit when the conduit is introduced into the groove. The peripheral groove detachably couples the first body and the duct to each other.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to packaging of cosmetics.

[0002] In particular, the present invention relates to a packaging for liquid or cream / paste cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as liquid), comprising a deformable container, the term "deformable" usually being denoted by the English term "squeezable", suitable for pushing the product contained therein towards an applicator by manually applying pressure to the wall of the container. [0003] As is well known, the packaging of squeezable cosmetics comprises a deformable container through which the cosmetic product (usually a liquid) contained therein can be discharged. In addition, the packaging may include an integrated or external applicator equipped with a soft, possibly sponge-like device that allows the cosmetic product to be applied to the user's skin.

[0004] Examples of such packaging are described in patent documents US-B-8585309, EP-B-3233654, EP-B-3723541 and CN-U-206761069.

[0005] The packages described in these documents generally comprise a flexible applicator located externally to the container or integrated with the container but fixed or in any case placed close to the outlet tube of the cosmetic product.

[0006] The known technology described thus has some important drawbacks.

[0007] In particular, the packaging includes a soft applicator on which the cosmetic product (liquid or cream) will reside directly when it flows out of the container, which means that the applicator will quickly become dirty and need to be replaced.

[0008] Typically, however, the flexible applicator is bound to the container and cannot be easily replaced, nor can it be removed from the container under any circumstances.

[0009] Therefore, packaging according to the known art only performs well for a relatively short period of time. Summary of the Invention

[0010] In this context, the technical task of the present invention is to design a packaging for a cosmetic product in order to substantially overcome at least some of the above-mentioned drawbacks.

[0011] Within the scope of said technical task, an important aim of the present invention is to realize a packaging of a cosmetic product so as to prolong the useful life of the soft applicator.

Claims

1. A package (1) for a cosmetic product, comprising: - a container (2) suitable for containing said cosmetic product in liquid or paste form; a dispenser (3) designed to deliver the cosmetic product from the container (2) to an environment outside the container (2) and comprising at least: a rigid conduit (4) in fluid-open connection with the container (2) and extending along a main axis (4a), defining a passage (42), and - a first body (5) which is at least partially flexible and suitable for applying the cosmetic product to the skin; And it is characterized by - the duct (4) comprises a support surface (40) provided at the free end of the duct (4) for collecting the cosmetic product flowing out of the channel (42), and - the first body (5) is independent of the duct (4) and includes a peripheral groove (50) configured to accommodate the duct (4) and, when the duct (4) is located in the groove (50), to detachably couple the first body (5) and the duct (4) to each other so that the first body (5) covers the duct (4) without interfering with the support surface (40), so that the user can always access the cosmetic product when the cosmetic product is collected on the support surface (40).

2. A packaging (1) for a cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein the container (2) comprises an inlet (20), and the dispenser (3) comprises a cover (30) which is connectable to the container (2) at the inlet (20) and is formed integrally with the duct (4).

Package (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the body (5) comprises: - a rigid base (51) adapted to rest on said cover (30) when said first body (5) and said duct (4) are connected, at least one rigid wall (52) formed integrally with the base (51), defining the groove (50) and extending around the main axis (4a) when the first body (5) and the duct (4) are connected, and - a sponge element (53) formed integrally with the base (51) and wrapped around the wall (52).

A package (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the dispenser (3) comprises a locking device (6), the locking device (6) being configured to lock the wall portion (52) and the pipe (4) to each other and comprising at least one protrusion (60) and a cavity (61), the at least one protrusion (60) being integrally formed with one of the wall portion (52) and the pipe (4), the cavity (61) being integrally formed with the other of the wall portion (52) and the pipe (4), and the cavity being suitable for accommodating the protrusion (60) when the first body (5) and the pipe (4) are connected.

5. A package (1) according to any one of claims 3 and 4, wherein the sponge element (53) comprises a seat (53a) adapted to accommodate the support surface (40) when the first body (5) and the duct (4) are connected.

A package (1) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the dispenser (3) defines a main plane (3a) perpendicular to the main axis (4a), the cover (30) is flat and extends along the main plane (3a), the base (51) is flat and extends parallel to the main plane (3a) when the first body (5) and the pipe (4) are connected, and the wall (52) is perpendicular to the base (51).

A package (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the dispenser (3) defines at least one flat surface (31), the at least one flat surface (31) defining a secondary plane (3b) transverse to the main axis (4a) and including the support surface (40), and the pipe (4) further comprises a second body (41), the second body (41) extending radially along the main axis (4a) on the base (51) to a peripheral portion of the base (51), the peripheral portion comprising a flat side surface (41a) adjacent to the support surface (40) and extending along the secondary plane (3b).

A package (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support surface (40) closes the duct (4) and further comprises a through hole (40a) which is in fluid open connection with the channel (42) and defines an extension smaller than the channel (42) in a plane aligned with the support surface (40).

9. The package (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a lid (7) adapted to be connected indifferently between the container (2) and the dispenser (3) in order to close the package (1).

10. The packaging (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the cover (7) comprises a needle (70) configured to enter the through hole (40a) when the cover (7) is connected to the container (2) or the dispenser (3).

11. A package (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the container (2) is deformable such that a user can manually squeeze the container by applying sufficient pressure to release the cosmetic product contained therein.

12. The packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the container (2) is rigid and comprises a pump mechanism for pushing the cosmetic product outside the container (2).
