Modulus-controllable continuous alumina fiber and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a modulus-controllable continuous alumina fiber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the continuous alumina fiber comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, adding graphene oxide into acidic silica sol, and uniformly stirring to obtain silica sol containing graphene oxide; then, adding the silica sol containing the graphene oxide into the aluminum chloride sol, and stirring for at least 1 hour to obtain aluminum silica sol containing the graphene oxide; finally, adding a spinning aid into the graphene oxide-containing aluminum-silicon sol, and stirring for at least 1 hour to obtain graphene oxide-containing aluminum-silicon spinning sol; (2) concentrating and aging the graphene oxide-containing aluminum-silicon spinning sol obtained in the step (1) to obtain a spinning precursor; (3) carrying out defoaming treatment on the spinning precursor obtained in the step (2), and then carrying out dry spinning to obtain precursor fibers; and (4) performing high-temperature heat treatment on the precursor fiber obtained in the step (3) to obtain the modulus-controllable continuous alumina fiber.
