Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of graphite production, in particular to equipment for continuously producing high-purity artificial graphite by using a mesophase pitch carbonized material. The cooling tank is fixedly installed in the cooling box through two fixing frames, the top and the bottom of the cooling tank are fixedly communicated with a feeding pipe and a discharging pipe respectively, and a valve is installed on the discharging pipe; and the frame type refrigerating pipe is movably arranged in the cooling box and is arranged outside the cooling tank. According to the graphite cooling device, the driving motor is used for controlling each material turning plate to turn graphite in the cooling tank, so that the graphite can be in full contact with the inner surface of the cooling tank, meanwhile, the rotating shaft is used for controlling rotation of the cam and the half gear, the cooling speed of cooling water can be increased while comprehensive flowing coverage of the cooling tank is achieved, and the cooling efficiency is improved. Therefore, the cooling efficiency of the graphite in the cooling tank is improved.
