AI Technical Summary
In existing motor housing gluing equipment, sealant residue at the glue dispensing head of the gluing mechanism is not cleaned in time, resulting in unstable sealant output and affecting sealing effect and quality.
The cleaning rope removes residual sealant from the end face and side walls of the adhesive head through friction. The coordinated movement of the unwinding and rewinding rods ensures that the cleaning rope makes full contact with the residual sealant. The rewinding rod is then rotated by a rotary drive to completely remove the sealant.
This ensures the stability of sealant output from the adhesive applicator, prevents sealant buildup at the nozzle, and improves the quality of the sealing ring on the motor housing end face.

Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of motor manufacturing technology, and in particular to a motor housing adhesive coating device. Background Technology
[0002] In the motor manufacturing process, to achieve a sealed connection between the motor housing and other components, a ring of sealant is often applied to the end face of the motor housing using a motor gluing equipment. This equipment typically includes a robotic arm and a gluing mechanism. The gluing mechanism has a dispensing head for distributing the sealant. During the gluing process, the robotic arm drives the gluing mechanism to rotate and move along a preset path, aligning the dispensing head with the end face of the motor housing and moving along it. This evenly applies the sealant to the end face of the motor housing, forming a sealing ring to ensure the sealing performance after subsequent motor assembly. In existing technology, after one or more gluing operations, some sealant remains on the end face of the dispensing head. If this residual sealant is not cleaned promptly, it will gradually accumulate on the end face of the dispensing head as the gluing operation continues. This causes unstable sealant output during subsequent gluing operations, affecting the uniformity and sealing effect of the sealing ring on the motor housing end face, and ultimately reducing the quality of the sealing ring.
[0003] On the other hand, if the residual sealant on the end face of the dispensing head is not cleaned in time, sealant will also adhere to the side wall of the lower end of the dispensing head during subsequent glue application. This is because each time glue is applied, the end face of the dispensing head needs to maintain a specific distance from the end face of the motor housing and move along a preset path. The sealant remaining on the end face of the dispensing head will gradually spread towards the side wall of the dispensing head and adhere to it under the action of its own adhesion and the friction generated by the movement of the glue application mechanism. If the sealant adhering to the side wall of the dispensing head is not cleaned for a long time, the sealant adhering to the side wall is prone to solidify in the air to form a hard crust. These hard crusts may fall off during the glue application process and mix into the newly applied sealant. The hard crusts will destroy the uniformity of the sealing ring, and thus reduce the quality of the sealing ring on the end face of the motor housing. Summary of the Invention
[0004] This invention aims to at least solve one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. To this end, this invention proposes a motor housing adhesive coating device, which helps to ensure the quality of the sealing ring on the end face of the motor housing.
[0005] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a motor housing adhesive coating device includes a frame, a robotic arm, and an adhesive coating mechanism. The robotic arm is mounted on the frame. The adhesive coating mechanism is provided with an adhesive dispensing head, which has a surface to be cleaned and a sidewall to be cleaned. It also includes an unwinding rod, the lower end of which is rotatably connected to the frame; a winding rod, the lower end of which is rotatably connected to the frame; a cleaning rope, one end of which is connected to and wound around the unwinding rod, and the other end of which is connected to the winding rod; and a rotary drive for driving the winding rod to rotate, so that the winding rod winds up the cleaning rope released by the unwinding rod. The robotic arm is used to drive the adhesive application mechanism to move so that the end face to be cleaned or the side wall to be cleaned can come into contact with the cleaning rope between the unwinding rod and the rewinding rod; when the end face to be cleaned comes into contact with the cleaning rope, the cleaning rope wipes away the sealant remaining on the end face to be cleaned; when the side wall to be cleaned comes into contact with the cleaning rope, the robotic arm drives the adhesive application mechanism to rotate at least one revolution, the linear velocity direction of the point where the side wall to be cleaned is tangent to the cleaning rope is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope, and the cleaning rope wipes away the sealant remaining on the side wall to be cleaned.
[0006] It has at least the following beneficial effects:
[0007] When the motor housing gluing equipment is performing a normal gluing operation on the end face of the motor housing, the robotic arm on the frame drives the gluing mechanism to move according to the preset gluing path. This aligns the glue outlet of the gluing mechanism with the end face of the motor housing and moves it at a uniform speed. Simultaneously, the gluing mechanism steadily outputs sealant, forming a uniform sealant ring on the end face of the motor housing. After the gluing equipment completes one or more gluing operations, the robotic arm drives the gluing mechanism to move to the area between the unwinding and rewinding rods. First, the end face of the glue outlet of the gluing mechanism to be cleaned is tightly abutted against the area on the cleaning rope between the unwinding and rewinding rods, ensuring full contact between the end face to be cleaned and the cleaning rope. Then, the rotary drive drives the rewinding rod to rotate. At this time, the robotic arm does not start, keeping the gluing mechanism in its current position. During rotation, the rewinding rod gradually pulls the cleaning rope from the unwinding rod and winds it onto the rewinding rod. Simultaneously, the unwinding rod rotates synchronously under the tension of the cleaning rope, releasing the cleaning rope. During the unwinding and rewinding process, the cleaning rope remains in contact with the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning rope moves relative to the surface to be cleaned between the unwinding and rewinding rods, allowing the cleaning rope to thoroughly remove the residual sealant from the surface through friction. As unwinding and rewinding continue, there are always new rope segments without residual sealant in contact with the surface to be cleaned, preventing secondary contamination of the surface by residual sealant on the cleaning rope.
[0008] After cleaning the side surface to be cleaned, the robotic arm re-drives the adhesive application mechanism to move, ensuring that the sidewall to be cleaned at the adhesive outlet of the adhesive application mechanism is in close contact with the area on the cleaning rope between the unwinding and rewinding rods, guaranteeing full contact between the sidewall to be cleaned and the cleaning rope. The rotary drive unit rotates the rewinding rod, while the robotic arm simultaneously drives the adhesive application mechanism to rotate at least one revolution. This ensures that the linear velocity direction of the point of tangency between the sidewall to be cleaned at the adhesive outlet and the cleaning rope is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope. This allows the cleaning rope to thoroughly remove residual sealant from the sidewall to be cleaned through friction. Furthermore, as unwinding and rewinding continue, a fresh rope segment free of residual sealant is constantly in contact with the sidewall to be cleaned, preventing secondary contamination of the sidewall by residual sealant on the cleaning rope. After cleaning the sidewall to be cleaned, the robotic arm re-drives the adhesive application mechanism to perform the adhesive application operation, and the equipment can then enter the next adhesive application cycle. After the motor housing adhesive coating equipment completes one or more adhesive coating operations, the unwinding and rewinding rods in the equipment can drive the cleaning rope to move. This allows the cleaning rope to scrape and remove the residual sealant on the end face and side wall of the adhesive dispensing head of the coating mechanism. This ensures that the residual sealant on the end face and side wall of the dispensing head can be removed by the cleaning rope in a timely manner, preventing the sealant from accumulating on the end face and side wall of the dispensing head. This ensures that the subsequent adhesive coating mechanism can output sealant stably during adhesive coating, which in turn helps to guarantee the quality of the sealing ring on the end face of the motor housing.
[0009] The motor housing gluing device according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes an auxiliary component and a splined shaft. The outer wall of the lower end of the take-up rod has an external thread, which is threadedly connected to the threaded hole so that the take-up rod rises synchronously when it rotates.
[0010] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a damper is provided between the lower end of the unwinding rod and the frame. The damper is used to increase the friction between the unwinding rod and the frame so that the cleaning rope between the unwinding rod and the winding rod is in a taut state.

[0041] refer to Figures 1 to 4 , Figure 12 and Figure 13 This invention discloses a motor housing adhesive coating device, comprising a frame 400, a robotic arm 410, an adhesive coating mechanism 420, an unwinding rod 100, a winding rod 200, a cleaning rope 300, and a rotary drive 440. The robotic arm 410 is mounted on the frame 400, and its output end is connected to the adhesive coating mechanism 420. The adhesive coating mechanism 420 is provided with an adhesive dispensing head 421, which has a cleaning end face 422 and a cleaning sidewall 423. The lower end of the unwinding rod 100 is rotatably connected to the frame 400. The lower end of the winding rod 200 is also rotatably connected to the frame 400. One end of the cleaning rope 300 is connected to and wound around the unwinding rod 100, and the other end is connected to the winding rod 200. The rotary drive 440 drives the winding rod 200 to rotate, so that the winding rod 200 winds up the cleaning rope 300 released by the unwinding rod 100. 0; The robot arm 410 is used to drive the glue application mechanism 420 to move so that the end face 422 to be cleaned or the side wall 423 to be cleaned can abut against the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200; when the end face 422 to be cleaned abuts against the cleaning rope 300, the cleaning rope 300 wipes off the residual sealant on the end face 422 to be cleaned; when the side wall 423 to be cleaned abuts against the cleaning rope 300, the robot arm 410 drives the glue application mechanism 420 to rotate at least one revolution, and the linear velocity direction of the point where the side wall 423 to be cleaned is tangent to the cleaning rope 300 is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope 300, and the cleaning rope 300 wipes off the residual sealant on the side wall 423 to be cleaned.
[0042] It needs to be explained that when sealant accumulates at the end face of the dispensing head 421 of the applicator 420, the accumulated sealant gradually reduces the effective aperture of the dispensing head 421, leading to increased resistance during sealant output. Furthermore, the accumulated residual sealant may harden or clump, not only clogging part of the dispensing head 421 but also interfering with the stable flow of subsequent sealant, preventing the dispensing head 421 from uniformly dispensing sealant according to the preset pressure and flow rate, thus causing unstable sealant output from the applicator 420. It also needs to be explained that, referring to... Figure 2The end face 422 to be cleaned is the lower end face of the dispensing head 421, and the side wall 423 to be cleaned is the side wall at the lower end of the dispensing head 421. In this embodiment of the invention, the robotic arm 410 can drive the glue coating mechanism 420 to move and rotate in the left-right, up-down, and front-back directions. Both the robotic arm 410 and the glue coating mechanism 420 are common configurations in the field of glue coating equipment, and will not be described further here. In this embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the cleaning rope 300 is larger than the diameter of the dispensing head 421, so that the cleaning rope 300 can completely cover the end face 422 to be cleaned of the dispensing head 421 of the glue coating mechanism 420. In this embodiment of the invention, one end of the cleaning rope 300 is wound around the unwinding rod 100, so that multiple layers and multiple turns of the cleaning rope 300 are formed on the unwinding rod 100. The motor housing glue coating equipment also includes a positioning mechanism 450, which is used to position the motor housing.
[0043] Understandably, when the motor housing gluing equipment is performing the gluing operation on the end face of the motor housing, the robot arm 410 on the frame 400 will drive the gluing mechanism 420 to move according to the preset gluing path, so that the glue outlet 421 of the gluing mechanism 420 is aligned with the end face of the motor housing and moves at a uniform speed. At the same time, the gluing mechanism 420 stably outputs sealant, so that a uniform rubber ring is formed on the end face of the motor housing. After the motor housing gluing equipment completes one or more gluing operations, the robot arm 410 drives the gluing mechanism 420 to move to the area between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200. First, the end face 422 of the glue outlet 421 of the gluing mechanism 420 to be cleaned is tightly abutted against the area of the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200, ensuring that the end face 422 to be cleaned is in full contact with the cleaning rope 300. Then, the rotary drive 440 drives the take-up bar 200 to rotate. At this time, the robot arm 410 is not activated, keeping the adhesive application mechanism 420 in its current position. During the rotation of the take-up bar 200, the cleaning rope 300 is gradually pulled out from the unwind bar 100 and wound onto the take-up bar 200. Simultaneously, the unwind bar 100 rotates synchronously under the tension of the cleaning rope 300 and releases the cleaning rope 300. During the unwinding and rewinding process, the cleaning rope 300 remains in contact with the end face 422 to be cleaned. The cleaning rope 300 moves relative to the end face 422 to be cleaned between the unwind bar 100 and the take-up bar 200, allowing the cleaning rope 300 to thoroughly remove the residual sealant on the end face 422 to be cleaned through friction. As the unwinding and rewinding continue, there is always a new rope segment without residual sealant in contact with the end face 422 to be cleaned, avoiding secondary contamination of the end face 422 by the residual sealant on the cleaning rope 300.
[0044] After the cleaning operation of the end face 422 is completed, the robot arm 410 drives the glue application mechanism 420 to move again, so that the side wall 423 to be cleaned of the glue outlet 421 of the glue application mechanism 420 is in close contact with the area of the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the winding rod 200, ensuring that the side wall 423 to be cleaned is in full contact with the cleaning rope 300. The rotary drive 440 drives the take-up rod 200 to rotate. Simultaneously, the robotic arm 410 drives the adhesive application mechanism 420 to rotate at least one revolution. This ensures that the linear velocity of the point of tangency between the sidewall 423 to be cleaned on the adhesive outlet 421 of the adhesive application mechanism 420 and the cleaning rope 300 is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope 300. This allows the cleaning rope 300 to thoroughly remove residual sealant from the sidewall 423 through friction. Furthermore, as unwinding and rewinding continue, fresh rope segments free of residual sealant constantly contact the sidewall 423, preventing secondary contamination of the sidewall 423 by residual sealant on the cleaning rope 300. After cleaning the sidewall 423, the robotic arm 410 re-drives the adhesive application mechanism 420 to perform the adhesive application operation, and the equipment can then enter the next adhesive application cycle. After the motor housing adhesive coating equipment completes one or more adhesive coating operations, the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200 in the motor housing adhesive coating equipment can drive the cleaning rope 300 to move. This allows the cleaning rope 300 to scrape and remove the residual sealant on the end face 422 and side wall 423 of the adhesive dispensing head 421 of the adhesive coating mechanism 420. This ensures that the residual sealant on the end face and side wall of the dispensing head 421 can be removed by the cleaning rope 300 in a timely manner, preventing the sealant from accumulating on the end face and side wall of the dispensing head 421. This ensures that the subsequent adhesive coating mechanism 420 can stably output sealant during adhesive coating, which in turn helps to ensure the quality of the sealing ring on the end face of the motor housing.
[0045] It should be explained that the robotic arm 410 drives the adhesive applicator 420 to rotate at least one revolution, ensuring that the linear velocity direction of the point of tangency between the sidewall 423 to be cleaned and the cleaning rope 300 is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope 300. This improves the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300. The at least one revolution ensures that there are no blind spots on the sidewall 423 to be cleaned by the adhesive applicator 421, ensuring that every part of the sidewall 423 to be cleaned can contact the continuously moving cleaning rope 300. The fact that the linear velocity direction of the point of tangency between the sidewall 423 to be cleaned and the cleaning rope 300 is opposite to the direction of movement of the cleaning rope 300 allows a shearing force to be generated at the point of tangency, enabling the cleaning rope 300 to directly peel off residual adhesive from the sidewall 423 to be cleaned, while effectively preventing secondary contamination of the sidewall 423 by residual adhesive on the cleaning rope 300.
[0046] It should be explained that, to ensure the cleaning rope 300 can effectively remove residual sealant from the end face 422 and side wall 423 to be cleaned, the cleaning rope 300 needs to maintain stable and sufficient contact pressure with these surfaces to effectively remove the residual sealant. If the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200 becomes slack, the contact between the cleaning rope 300 and the end face 422 and side wall 423 will be intermittent and the pressure insufficient. This results in the slack cleaning rope 300 failing to create effective friction on the end face 422 and side wall 423, leading to incomplete removal of the residual sealant and potentially causing unstable glue output from the glue application mechanism 420 later. (Reference) Figure 4 and Figure 5 A damper 170 is provided between the lower end of the unwinding rod 100 and the frame 400. The damper 170 is used to increase the friction between the unwinding rod 100 and the frame 400 so that the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the winding rod 200 is kept taut.
[0047] Understandably, a damper 170 is installed between the lower end of the unwinding rod 100 and the frame 400. The damper 170 increases the friction between the lower end of the unwinding rod 100 and the frame 400, meaning that the damper 170 creates resistance to the rotation of the unwinding rod 100. When the take-up rod 200 winds up the cleaning rope 300 under the drive of the rotary drive component 440, the cleaning rope 300 exerts a continuous pulling force on the unwinding rod 100, causing the unwinding rod 100 to rotate and release the cleaning rope 300. Because the damper 170 hinders the rotation of the unwinding rod 100, the take-up rod 200 applies a torque through the cleaning rope 300 to the unwinding rod 100 to overcome the resistance of the damper 170, ensuring that the unwinding speed of the unwinding rod 100 is always slower than the winding speed of the take-up rod 200. That is, the speed at which the take-up rod 200 pulls the rope is faster than the speed at which the unwind rod 100 unwinds the rope, so that the cleaning rope 300 between the unwind rod 100 and the take-up rod 200 is continuously tightened. This keeps the cleaning rope 300 in a taut state to prevent it from becoming loose and to ensure that the cleaning rope 300 is always in contact with the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned and maintains contact pressure, thus preventing the situation where residual sealant is not completely removed.
[0048] refer to Figure 5 and Figure 10The motor housing gluing equipment also includes an auxiliary component 230 and a splined shaft 240. The auxiliary component 230 is mounted on the frame 400 and has a threaded hole 231. The lower end of the splined shaft 240 is rotatably connected to the frame 400 and is connected to the output end of the rotary drive component 440. The lower end of the take-up rod 200 has a splined hole, and the splined shaft 240 is inserted into the splined hole. The rotary drive component 440 can drive the take-up rod 200 to rotate through the splined shaft 240. The outer wall of the lower end of the take-up rod 200 has an external thread 250, which is threadedly connected to the threaded hole 231 so that the take-up rod 200 rises synchronously when it rotates. Understandably, during the cleaning operation, when the rotary drive 440 drives the splined shaft 240 connected to its output end to rotate, the splined hole at the lower end of the take-up bar 200 engages with the splined shaft 240, causing the splined shaft 240 to drive the take-up bar 200 to rotate synchronously, thereby winding the cleaning rope 300. During the rotation of the take-up bar 200, because the external thread 250 at the lower end of the take-up bar 200 is threadedly connected to the threaded hole 231 on the auxiliary component 230, the engagement between the inner wall of the threaded hole 231 and the external thread 250 allows the take-up bar 200 to continuously rotate and wind the cleaning rope 300 while simultaneously rising axially along the splined shaft 240. The winding rod 200 rises synchronously as it rotates to wind the cleaning rope 300. This combined motion of the winding rod 200 ensures that the cleaning rope 300 is evenly wound around different height positions on the winding rod 200 during the winding process, and is wound in a spiral shape on the winding rod 200. This effectively avoids the cleaning rope 300 from piling up in local areas of the winding rod 200 to form clumps or uneven winding, ensuring that the cleaning rope 300 is tightly, neatly and evenly wound on the winding rod 200. This not only maximizes the use of the winding space of the winding rod 200 and reduces the frequency of cleaning rope 300 replacement, but also ensures stable tension of the cleaning rope 300 during the winding process. It also prevents the cleaning rope 300 from becoming unbalanced due to uneven winding, which would affect the removal effect of residual sealant, thus ensuring the smooth progress of the cleaning operation.
[0049] refer to Figure 4 , Figure 5 and Figure 8The diameter of the take-up rod 200 is larger than the diameter of the unwinding rod 100. Understandably, during the process where the rotary drive 440 drives the take-up rod 200 to rotate and wind up the cleaning rope 300, and the unwinding rod 100 simultaneously unwinds the cleaning rope 300, because the diameter of the take-up rod 200 is larger than that of the unwinding rod 100, the winding length corresponding to a unit rotation angle of the take-up rod 200 is greater than the unwinding length corresponding to a unit rotation angle of the unwinding rod 100. This results in the take-up rod 200 winding up the cleaning rope 300 at a speed greater than the unwinding rod 100 unwinding the cleaning rope 300. Consequently, the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the take-up rod 200 maintains a stable tension, effectively preventing slack in the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the take-up rod 200. On the other hand, a larger diameter take-up bar 200 can provide a greater take-up capacity, allowing for the take-up of a longer cleaning rope 300 at once, reducing the frequency of needing to frequently replace or handle the take-up bar 200 when the cleaning rope 300 is fully wound. As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the take-up bar 200 is twice the diameter of the unwinding bar 100.
[0050] refer to Figures 4 to 7 The motor housing adhesive coating equipment also includes a first fastener 190 and a second fastener 270. A first rope-pressing hole is provided on the outer wall of the upper end of the unwinding rod 100, and a first screw hole is provided on the upper end face of the unwinding rod 100. The first rope-pressing hole communicates with the first screw hole and is used to allow one end of the cleaning rope 300 to pass through. The first fastener 190 is threadedly connected to the first screw hole and presses one end of the cleaning rope 300 against the inner wall of the first rope-pressing hole to fix one end of the cleaning rope 300. A second rope-pressing hole is provided on the outer wall of the upper end of the winding rod 200, and a second screw hole is provided on the upper end face of the winding rod 200. The second rope-pressing hole communicates with the second screw hole and is used to allow the other end of the cleaning rope 300 to pass through. The second fastener 270 is threadedly connected to the second screw hole and presses the other end of the cleaning rope 300 against the inner wall of the second rope-pressing hole to fix the other end of the cleaning rope 300. Understandably, the operator can first insert one end of the cleaning rope 300 into the first rope-pressing hole on the unwinding rod 100, and then tighten the first fastener 190, so that the first fastener 190 presses and fixes one end of the cleaning rope 300 against the inner wall of the first rope-pressing hole. Next, the cleaning rope 300 is wound around the unwinding rod 100, resulting in multiple layers and turns of the cleaning rope 300 wound on the unwinding rod 100. When it is necessary to remove the cleaning rope 300, simply loosen the first fastener 190 and the second fastener 270.
[0051] refer to Figure 3 , Figure 5 and Figure 6The motor housing coating equipment also includes a solution cylinder 110, the lower end of which is mounted on a frame 400. A first rope-threading hole 111 is provided on the cylinder wall of the solution cylinder 110. An unwinding rod 100 is disposed inside the solution cylinder 110, and its lower end is rotatably connected to the inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110. A cleaning rope 300 passes through the first rope-threading hole 111. The solution cylinder 110 is used to contain cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning rope 300 wound on the unwinding rod 100 is immersed in the cleaning liquid and absorbs the cleaning liquid. It is understood that the unwinding rod 100 is disposed inside the solution cylinder 110, which contains cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning rope 300 wound on the unwinding rod 100 is immersed in the cleaning liquid within the solution cylinder 110, thereby allowing the cleaning rope 300 wound on the unwinding rod 100 to pre-absorb a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid before being unwound. When the cleaning rope 300 is released from the solution cylinder 110 through the first rope hole 111 and comes into contact with the end face 422 or the side wall 423 to be cleaned to wipe away residual sealant, the cleaning liquid absorbed by the cleaning rope 300 softens and dissolves the residual sealant on the end face 422 or the side wall 423 to be cleaned. The cleaning liquid not only reduces the adhesion of the residual sealant, making it easier for the cleaning rope 300 to wipe away the residual sealant, but also reduces the adhesion of the residual sealant on the surface of the cleaning rope 300, reducing the probability of the cleaning rope 300 failing due to excessive adhesive. On the other hand, the cleaning rope 300 wound on the unwinding rod 100 is always immersed in the cleaning liquid, and each unwinding uses a new rope segment that has absorbed the cleaning liquid, ensuring that the cleaning rope 300 is assisted by the cleaning liquid during the scraping and cleaning process, further improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300 on the residual sealant.
[0052] In another embodiment of the present invention, the motor housing adhesive coating equipment further includes a hot air drying device (not shown in the figure), a wiping cloth (not shown in the figure), and a waste box (not shown in the figure). After the cleaning rope 300 completes the cleaning of the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned, the robot arm 410 first moves the adhesive coating mechanism 420 to the wiping cloth, so that the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned rub against the wiping cloth, so that the wiping cloth can absorb the residue on the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned. Cleaning fluid is applied; next, the robotic arm 410 drives the adhesive application mechanism 420 to the hot air drying device, where hot air blasts dry the end face 422 and side wall 423 to be cleaned. Then, the robotic arm 410 drives the adhesive application mechanism 420 to the waste bin, where it briefly activates, squeezing out some sealant from the lower end of the dispensing head 421 into the waste bin to ensure the quality of subsequent adhesive application. Finally, the robotic arm 410 drives the adhesive application mechanism 420 to perform the adhesive application operation again. The hot air drying device is a common drying device and will not be described further here.
[0053] In this embodiment of the invention, the damper 170 is disposed inside the solution cylinder 110. The damper 170 is disposed between the inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110 and the lower end of the unwinding rod 100. The damper 170 is used to increase the friction between the unwinding rod 100 and the inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110. The motor housing coating equipment also includes bearings. The damper 170 can be a rubber damper 170, which includes a damping rubber block. The inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110 has a mounting groove, and the inner bottom wall of the mounting groove has a bearing groove. The bearing is located in the bearing groove, and the outer ring of the bearing is interference-fitted with the inner sidewall of the bearing groove. The damping rubber block has a mounting hole, and the damping rubber block is located in the mounting groove. The upper surface of the damping rubber block is flush with the inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110. The lower end of the unwinding rod 100 passes through the mounting hole, and the outer wall of the lower end of the unwinding rod 100 is interference-fitted with the inner sidewall of the mounting hole. The lower end of the unwinding rod 100 is inserted into and connected to the inner ring of the bearing. It is understood that during the rotation of the unwinding rod 100, the inner sidewall of the mounting hole on the damping rubber block will rub against the outer wall of the unwinding rod 100, causing the damping rubber block to create resistance to the rotation of the unwinding rod 100. The damper 170 can also be a common friction plate damper 170, which will not be described further here.
[0054] refer to Figure 3 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 The motor housing adhesive coating equipment also includes a liquid collection cylinder 210, the lower end of which is mounted on the frame 400. A second rope-threading hole 211 is provided on the cylinder wall of the liquid collection cylinder 210. A winding rod 200 is located inside the liquid collection cylinder 210, and its lower end is rotatably connected to the inner bottom wall of the liquid collection cylinder 210. A cleaning rope 300 passes through the second rope-threading hole 211. It can be understood that by placing the winding rod 200 inside the liquid collection cylinder 210 and providing the second rope-threading hole 211 on the cylinder wall for the cleaning rope 300 to pass through, after cleaning the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned, the winding rod 200 can wind up the cleaning rope 300, which carries residual sealant and cleaning liquid. This allows the liquid collection cylinder 210 to collect the residual sealant and cleaning liquid dripping from the cleaning rope 300, thus helping to maintain the cleanliness of the motor housing adhesive coating equipment. refer to Figure 3The motor housing adhesive coating equipment also includes a sponge block 430, which is mounted on the frame 400 and positioned between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200. The sponge block 430 is used to absorb cleaning liquid dripping from the cleaning rope 300. Understandably, during the cleaning operation, the cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200 can scrape and clean the end face 422 and the side wall 423 to be cleaned. The sponge block 430, positioned between the unwinding rod 100 and the rewinding rod 200, can absorb the cleaning liquid dripping from the cleaning rope 300 during the cleaning operation, preventing the dripping cleaning liquid from directly falling onto the frame 400, thus helping to maintain the cleanliness of the motor housing adhesive coating equipment.
[0055] In this embodiment of the invention, the cleaning rope 300 can be a common nylon fiber rope. The nylon fiber rope can not only stably adsorb the cleaning liquid in the solution cylinder 110 through its own fiber gaps by means of capillary action, but also has good tensile strength and chemical stability. It is not easy to break during the winding process of the winding rod 200 and the unwinding rod 100, and it will not swell or shed fibers even after long-term contact with the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid is a common liquid used to soften and dissolve sealant residues. The cleaning liquid can be a common solvent-based cleaning liquid such as isopropanol or ethyl acetate, which will not be further described here.
[0056] refer to Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 8 and Figure 9A scraper 120 is provided between the inner wall of the unwinding rod 100 and the solution cylinder 110. The scraper 120 is provided with a scraping hole 121. The outer wall of the unwinding rod 100 is provided with a winding area for the cleaning rope 300 to be wound. The scraping hole 121 is located above the winding area. The cleaning rope 300 passes through the scraping hole 121 so that the cleaning rope 300 abuts against the hole wall of the scraping hole 121. The hole wall of the scraping hole 121 is used to scrape off part of the cleaning liquid absorbed by the cleaning rope 300. Understandably, when the cleaning rope 300 is released from the winding area of the unwinding rod 100 and passes upward through the scraping hole 121 of the scraper 120, the hole wall of the scraping hole 121 is in close contact with the cleaning rope 300. This allows the hole wall of the scraping hole 121 to scrape away some of the cleaning liquid absorbed by the cleaning rope 300 during immersion, leaving only a uniform layer of cleaning liquid on the surface of the cleaning rope 300. This not only ensures the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300 but also prevents excessive cleaning liquid from dripping during the scraping process, maintaining the cleanliness of the motor housing coating equipment. In this embodiment of the invention, the scraping hole 121 on the scraper 120 is located above the winding area of the unwinding rod 100. The water level of the cleaning liquid in the solution cylinder 110 is maintained between the winding area and the scraping hole 121 to prevent the scraping hole 121 from being submerged in the cleaning liquid, ensuring that the hole wall of the scraping hole 121 can effectively scrape the cleaning rope 300.
[0057] refer to Figure 3 , Figure 6 and Figure 7The first rope-threading hole 111 is a first oblong hole extending in the vertical direction. The width of the first oblong hole is greater than the diameter of the cleaning rope 300, so that there is a gap between the inner wall of the first oblong hole and the cleaning rope 300. A guide 220 is provided between the inner wall of the winding rod 200 and the liquid collection cylinder 210. The guide 220 has a guide hole 221, and the cleaning rope 300 passes through the guide hole 221. The second rope-threading hole 211 is a second oblong hole extending in the vertical direction. The width of the second oblong hole is greater than the diameter of the cleaning rope 300, so that there is a gap between the inner wall of the second oblong hole and the cleaning rope 300. It is understandable that the guide 220 is located inside the liquid collection cylinder 210, and the cleaning rope 300 passes through the guide hole 221 on the guide 220. The hole wall of the guide hole 221 can guide and limit the movement path of the cleaning rope 300 between the guide 220 and the winding rod 200, so as to prevent the cleaning rope 300 between the guide 220 and the winding rod 200 from shaking up and down during the winding process, and ensure that the cleaning rope 300 can be stably and evenly wound on the winding rod 200. The walls of the scraping holes 121 on the scraper 120 and the guide holes 221 on the guide 220 respectively guide and limit the unwinding and rewinding ends of the cleaning rope 300. That is, the walls of the scraping holes 121 and the guide holes 221 can limit the horizontal swaying of the cleaning rope 300 in the area between the scraper 120 and the guide 220, so that the cleaning rope 300 always maintains a stable posture and abuts against the end face 422 to be cleaned and the side wall 423 to be cleaned, thus ensuring the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300. Both the first and second oblong holes extend vertically and are wider than the diameter of the cleaning rope 300. When the end face 422 or the side wall 423 to be cleaned comes into contact with the cleaning rope 300, the cleaning rope 300 between the scraper 120 and the guide 220 will shift downwards or horizontally. The first and second oblong holes together provide sufficient space for the vertical and horizontal movement of the cleaning rope 300, preventing contact between the cleaning rope 300 and the walls of the first and second oblong holes. Gaps are left between the walls of the first and second oblong holes and the cleaning rope 300 to prevent contact during cleaning operations. This avoids the walls of the first and second oblong holes scraping the cleaning rope 300, preventing cleaning liquid from flowing onto the outer walls of the solution cylinder 110 and the collection cylinder 210, and maintaining the cleanliness of the motor housing coating equipment.
[0058] In this embodiment of the invention, the scraping hole 121 and the guide hole 221 have the same diameter and are coaxially arranged, ensuring that the cleaning rope 300 between the scraper 120 and the guide 220 remains straight. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the guide hole 221 on the guide 220 limits the cleaning rope 300, preventing it from swaying up and down during winding and ensuring that the cleaning rope 300 is always wound in a stable position by the winding rod 200. During winding, the limiting effect of the guide 220 ensures that the cleaning rope 300 always corresponds to the current winding position of the winding rod 200, ultimately achieving uniform winding of the cleaning rope 300 on the winding rod 200.
[0059] refer to Figure 3 and Figure 5 The motor housing adhesive coating device also includes a first cover 180 and a second cover 260. The first cover 180 is located at the upper end of the solution cylinder 110 and is used to cover the upper end of the solution cylinder 110. The second cover 260 is located at the upper end of the liquid collecting cylinder 210 and is used to cover the upper end of the liquid collecting cylinder 210. The upper end of the scraper 120 is connected to the first cover 180, and the upper end of the guide 220 is connected to the second cover 260. In this embodiment of the invention, the height inside the liquid collecting cylinder 210 is sufficient for the winding rod 200 to rise. In this embodiment of the invention, an auxiliary component 230 is located inside the liquid collecting cylinder 210 and is connected to the inner side wall of the liquid collecting cylinder 210. The upper part of the solution cylinder 110 is also provided with a common liquid inlet, and the bottom of the solution cylinder 110 is also provided with a common liquid outlet. Splined shaft 240 is disposed inside liquid collecting cylinder 210. The lower end of splined shaft 240 is rotatably connected to the inner bottom wall of liquid collecting cylinder 210. Retracting rod 200 is indirectly rotatably connected to the inner bottom wall of liquid collecting cylinder 210 through splined shaft 240. The lower end of splined shaft 240 is connected to the output end of rotary drive component 440 through mechanical seal. Mechanical seal is a common rotary connection component to prevent fluid leakage. Rotary drive component 440 is disposed on frame 400 and is a common motor, which will not be further described here. In this embodiment of the invention, sponge block 430 is disposed between solution cylinder 110 and liquid collecting cylinder 210, and glue dispensing head 421 of glue applicator 420 abuts against the middle of cleaning rope 300 between solution cylinder 110 and liquid collecting cylinder 210.
[0060] During the process of unwinding the multi-layered, multi-turn cleaning rope 300 by the unwinding rod 100, the cleaning rope 300 needs to be unwound gradually from the outer layer to the inner layer of the multi-layered rope roll. The number of turns of each layer of rope roll will cause the unwinding position of the cleaning rope 300 to change along the axis of the unwinding rod 100. For example, during the unwinding of the outermost layer of cleaning rope 300, the unwinding position of the cleaning rope 300 will gradually decrease, while during the unwinding of the next layer of cleaning rope 300, the unwinding position of the cleaning rope 300 will gradually increase. This cycle repeats, causing the unwinding rod 100 to move the unwinding position of the cleaning rope 300 up and down repeatedly during the unwinding of the multi-layered, multi-turn cleaning rope 300 roll. As the cleaning rope 300 moves upward from its release position, the path length from the unwinding rod 100 to the scraper 120 shortens. Because the cleaning rope 300 has a certain degree of flexibility, this shortened path allows it to relax, reducing its tension and causing it to loosen. In other words, as the release position gradually rises, the tension of the cleaning rope 300 gradually decreases. The loosened cleaning rope 300 cannot effectively rub against the surface 422 to be cleaned and the sidewall 423 to be cleaned, thus reducing its cleaning effect. The release position of the cleaning rope 300 refers to the position where it is pulled out of the coil on the unwinding rod 100 and leaves the coil.
[0061] refer to Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 8 and Figure 9The motor housing coating equipment also includes a baffle 130, a compression spring 140, and a tension block 150. The lower end of the baffle 130 is connected to the inner bottom wall of the solution cylinder 110. The baffle 130 is located between the unwinding rod 100 and the scraper 120. The baffle 130 has a clearance hole 131 extending in the vertical direction. The cleaning rope 300 passes through the clearance hole 131. The tension block 150 is located in the clearance hole 131 and is movably connected to the inner side wall of the clearance hole 131. The compression spring 140 is used to push the tension block 150 downward. The lower surface of the tension block 150 abuts against the cleaning rope 300. The cleaning rope 300 between the unwinding rod 100 and the scraper 120 can push the tension block 150 upward to compress the compression spring 140 and increase the tension of the cleaning rope 300. Understandably, during the process of unwinding the cleaning rope 300 by the unwinding lever 100, the tension of the cleaning rope 300 gradually decreases as the unwinding position moves upward. Since the cleaning rope 300 remains in contact with the lower surface of the tensioning block 150, as the unwinding position of the cleaning rope 300 moves upward, the cleaning rope 300 pushes upward against the tensioning block 150, causing the tensioning block 150 to move upward and the compression degree of the compression spring 140 to gradually increase. This increasing compression degree of the compression spring 140 leads to a gradual increase in the downward pushing force of the compression spring 140 on the tensioning block 150, which in turn causes the force exerted by the tensioning block 150 on the cleaning rope 300 to gradually increase as the unwinding position moves upward. Therefore, during the process of unwinding the cleaning rope 300 by the unwinding rod 100, when the release position of the cleaning rope 300 moves upward, the tensioning block 150 applies an additional, gradually increasing force to the cleaning rope 300 to increase its tension. This ensures that the cleaning rope 300 maintains tension throughout the unwinding process, counteracting the tendency of the cleaning rope 300 to slacken as the release position rises, thus guaranteeing the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300. In this embodiment of the invention, the tensioning block 150 is provided with two sliders, and the two inner sidewalls opposite to the clearance hole 131 are each provided with grooves parallel to the vertical direction. The two sliders are respectively inserted into the two grooves. Both the enclosure 130 and the tensioning block 150 are provided with limiting posts 160. The two ends of the compression spring 140 are respectively sleeved on the two limiting posts 160, and the upper and lower ends of the compression spring 140 abut against the enclosure 130 and the tensioning block 150, respectively.
[0062] As another embodiment of the present invention, refer to Figure 11The motor housing adhesive coating equipment also includes a support rod 460, which is mounted on the frame 400 and positioned between the unwinding rod 100 and the winding rod 200. The upper end of the support rod 460 has a semi-circular hole 461, through which a cleaning rope 300 passes. The end face 422 to be cleaned abuts against the cleaning rope 300 at the semi-circular hole 461. Understandably, during the cleaning operation, the end face 422 to be cleaned and the cleaning rope 300 at the semi-circular hole 461 are kept in contact. The end face 422 to be cleaned of the glue dispensing head 421 of the glue applicator 420 can press the cleaning rope 300 against the wall of the semi-circular hole 461, so that the wall of the semi-circular hole 461 supports the cleaning rope 300, allowing the cleaning rope 300 at the semi-circular hole 461 to remain straight, ensuring a stable contact force between the end face 422 to be cleaned and the cleaning rope 300, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the cleaning rope 300. Specifically, the support rod 460 is set between the solution cylinder 110 and the collection cylinder 210, and the lower end of the support rod 460 is connected to the frame 400.
