[0027] The method for waste heat recovery and distiller's grains resource utilization of this invention includes: Waste heat recovery steps: Start the first water pump 101 and the second water pump 102. The exhaust heat from the factory system with a temperature ≤45℃ is condensed and released in the heat exchanger 1. After being cooled by the first water pump 101, the low-temperature water is returned to the heat exchanger 1 by the second water pump 102 for heat exchange. The medium-temperature water obtained after heat exchange is then returned to the high-temperature heat pump unit 2 by the first water pump 101. When the third water pump 103 and the fourth water pump 104 are turned on, the low-temperature hot water from the heat storage tank 3 enters the high-temperature heat pump unit 2 through the fourth water pump 104 for heat exchange, and the high-temperature hot water obtained after heat exchange returns to the heat storage tank 3 through the third water pump 103. Since the secondary steam contains a large amount of wort evaporation substances, it cannot enter the condensate system. The condensate generated after the secondary steam is condensed is used for other heating processes in the brewing factory. The process of recycling distiller's grains: Pumps 109, 110, and 111 are turned on, and the distiller's grains and waste yeast from the brewery enter the anaerobic bioreactor 9 for anaerobic fermentation, producing high-value-added products and biogas. The high-value-added products can be further processed and sold on the market. The biogas produced enters the double-membrane gas holder 8 through a pipeline for buffering, and then enters the biogas steam boiler 7 through a pipeline to provide the fuel required for the boiler to generate steam.
