Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a coal mining and drilling process using a coal mining machine with a working face drilling function in a high-gas, easily collapsing coal seam. Background Technology
[0002] In high-gas mines, mining medium-thick and thicker coal seams typically requires drilling, water injection, and gas extraction in both the roadway and the working face to reduce gas concentration and improve mining safety. While roadway gas extraction can be performed concurrently with working face mining without affecting progress, the working face gas extraction process significantly impacts mining efficiency. Currently, to improve drilling efficiency, multiple drilling rigs are typically arranged at intervals along the working face and drill simultaneously, with two workers per rig. After each batch of drilling is completed, the entire batch of rigs is moved to a new location and then fixed for further drilling. However, safety management regulations require controlling the number of personnel, and equipment maintenance personnel are usually reduced at the working face to accommodate drilling operations. This also prevents equipment maintenance from being performed concurrently with drilling. Drilling operations reduce mining efficiency, increase labor intensity, create safety hazards, and negatively impact mine profitability. Summary of the Invention
[0003] This invention provides a drilling and mining process for high-gas, easily collapsible coal seams, which is implemented using a coal mining machine with working face drilling function. Drilling and coal mining operations can be carried out alternately without moving the drilling machine, thus significantly improving mining efficiency and enhancing safety.
[0004] The main technical solutions of this invention are as follows: A drilling and mining process for high-gas, easily collapsible coal seams employs an integrated drilling and mining machine to alternately drill and mine. The integrated drilling and mining machine includes a double-arm shearer and multiple drilling systems mounted on the top surface of the machine body. The drilling rigs of all systems are spaced apart along the length of the machine body, with the power head of each rig pointing towards the coal face of the shearer. Each arm of the shearer includes a sliding section, a non-sliding section, and a sliding cylinder. The sliding section and the non-sliding section are slidably connected, one on the left and one on the right. The two ends of the sliding cylinder are hinged to the sliding section and the non-sliding section, respectively. Under the action of the sliding cylinder, the sliding section can move relative to the non-sliding section. The sliding section moves back and forth, and the states in which the sliding section is biased towards the coal wall side limit position and the goaf side limit position relative to the non-sliding section are respectively called the sliding section in front position and the sliding section in rear position. The non-sliding section is equipped with a machine body connecting lug and a height adjustment cylinder connecting lug. The axes of the connecting lug holes on the machine body connecting lug and the height adjustment cylinder connecting lug both extend back and forth. The sliding section is equipped with a cutting motor, a cutting transmission system, and a drum connected in sequence, with the cutting motor being closest to the non-sliding section. The sliding cylinder is equipped with a sliding cylinder stroke sensor, and the rocker arm is also equipped with a front sensor and a rear sensor. This process includes the following steps: A. Equipment preparation: Arrange the conveyor close to the coal face, place one of the mining and drilling integrated coal mining machines on the conveyor and at one end of the working face, and place it in the rear position of the sliding part. Arrange the support behind the conveyor, extend the telescopic beam and deploy the first and second level side protection plates to support the top coal face after the collapse. B. Drilling: Inspect the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine. If the sliding part is not in the rear position, change it to the rear position. Move the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine from its current end to the other end of the working face segment by segment. During this process, use the drilling machines on the top surface of the machine to drill holes in the coal wall segment by segment until a series of holes covering the entire length of the coal wall of the working face are obtained. C. Conduct one round of coal mining, including steps C1 and C2; C1. Coal mining preparation: Position the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine in the front position of the sliding section; C2. Coal mining: The integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves between the two ends of the working face in one or multiple reciprocating movements to cut coal simultaneously. In each unidirectional movement stroke, the machine first pushes the conveyor and then pulls the frame. D. Judgment and Loop: If the block to be mined has not been completely mined, repeat steps B and C until all blocks are mined.
[0005] Step C2 may further include the following steps: Step C21. Forward Coal Cutting: The integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves from its current location, end A, to the other end, end B, and cuts the coal. At the same time, the machine pushes the conveyor first and then pulls the frame, so that the conveyor forms an S-shaped bend behind the direction of travel of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine. After the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine reaches end B, it moves back to end A through the S-shaped bend and completes the oblique cutting. It continues to push the conveyor first and then pull the frame, so that the conveyor returns to a straight state. Then the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves back to end B and cuts through the coal wall, that is, cuts through the end of end B. Step C22. Reverse Coal Cutting: The integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves from end B to end A and cuts the coal. At the same time, the machine pushes the conveyor first and then pulls the frame, so that the conveyor forms an S-shaped bend behind the direction of travel of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine. After the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine reaches end A, it moves back to end B through the S-shaped bend and completes the oblique cutting. It continues to push the conveyor first and then pull the frame, so that the conveyor returns to a straight state. Then the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves back to end A and cuts through the coal wall, that is, cuts through the end of end A. The forward and reverse coal cutting are carried out alternately in the order of steps C21, C22, C21, C22, C21, ... After each unidirectional coal cutting is completed, it is judged whether the cumulative number of coal cutting blades has reached the preset number of coal cutting blades for this round. If it has reached the preset number of coal cutting blades, step C2 ends; otherwise, the direction of coal cutting continues to be changed.
[0006] In step B, the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine drills a batch of holes every time it moves a certain distance, and this distance is the length of one body of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine.
[0007] The method to place the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine in the forward position of the sliding part is to keep the body of the coal mining machine stationary, rotate the corresponding drum, and slowly move the corresponding sliding part forward. For example, the moving speed can be 10-30mm / s, so that the drum moves forward slowly accordingly.
[0008] The drilling rig system also includes a drilling platform and connecting rods. The drilling rig also includes a power head fixing plate, a drilling rig track, and a pusher cylinder. The front end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the drilling platform, and the rear end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the rear end of the connecting rod. The front end of the connecting rod is hinged to the drilling platform. The drilling power head is mounted on the power head fixing plate, which is slidably connected to the drilling track. The cylinder body of the pusher cylinder is fixedly mounted on the rear end of the drilling track, and the extended end of the cylinder rod of the pusher cylinder is hinged forward to the power head fixing plate. The power head fixing plate can move back and forth along the drilling track under the extension and retraction action of the pusher cylinder. The drilling platform is mounted on the top surface of the coal mining machine. The connecting rod is an adjustable length connecting rod or a cylinder.
[0009] The power head fixing plate may include an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate, and a rear connecting plate. After the upper and lower fixing plates are fixed together, they form two arc-shaped cylindrical sliding grooves with opposite openings on the left and right sides. The power head fixing plate is slidably connected to the left and right guide rods on the drilling rig track through the arc-shaped cylindrical sliding grooves. The rear connecting plate is located behind the upper and lower fixing plates, and the cylinder rod extension end of the push cylinder is hinged to the rear connecting plate.
[0010] The front of the drilling platform is also equipped with a drill pipe box. The drill pipe box opens upwards, and the top edge of the drill pipe box is inclined at the front and lower at the back. The front end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the front edge of the top of the drill pipe box, and the front end of the connecting rod is hinged to the rear root of the rear side plate of the drill pipe box.
[0011] The coal mining machine body may include a left traction box, an intermediate box, a right traction box, and an auxiliary platform. The left traction box, intermediate box, and right traction box are arranged from left to right. The auxiliary platform is connected between the intermediate box and the left traction box or between the intermediate box and the right traction box. Correspondingly, the intermediate box is directly connected to the right traction box or the left traction box. The auxiliary platform includes a platform box and a drilling pump station and a branch control box set in the platform box. The branch control box is equipped with a main incoming terminal, a pump station terminal, a coal mining machine terminal, and a pump station terminal switch for controlling the circuit connection between the main incoming terminal and the pump station terminal, as well as a coal mining machine terminal switch for controlling the circuit connection between the main incoming terminal and the coal mining machine terminal. The drilling pump station provides a hydraulic power source for the drilling system. The pump station terminal is connected to the power input terminal of the drilling pump station. The pump station terminal switch and the coal mining machine terminal switch are mechanically interlocked.
[0012] The integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine preferably includes multiple roof protection devices arranged horizontally. Each roof protection device includes a roof protection plate, a support column, and a support cylinder. The support column is fixed to the top surface of the machine body. The rear edge of the roof protection plate is hinged to the rear top of the support column. One end of the support cylinder is hinged to the support column, and the other end is hinged to the roof protection plate. Driven by the extension and retraction of the support cylinder, the roof protection plate opens and closes and flips up and down with its own rear edge as the axis. Whether the roof protection plate is in the upward unfolded state or the downward retracted state, it covers the support column and the drilling system. The roof protection plates of two adjacent roof protection devices are connected at the joint through multiple connecting structures arranged at intervals.
[0013] The beneficial effects of this invention are: The high-gas, easily collapsible coal seam drilling and mining process of the present invention can realize the alternation of drilling and coal cutting (one cut or multiple cuts) with a single integrated drilling and mining machine, eliminating the need for manual relocation of the drilling machine, greatly reducing labor intensity, reducing safety hazards, and improving mining efficiency.
[0014] By pushing the conveyor belt and pulling the support frame during each unidirectional movement of the coal cutting machine, the support frame is always kept in a supporting state for the collapsed top coal wall. Throughout the construction process, the telescopic beams of the support frame and the first and second-level side protection plates are kept in support of the collapsed coal wall, which effectively ensures support safety and guarantees the smooth implementation of the drilling and mining process.
[0015] By setting up a drilling system on the top surface of the coal mining machine to carry out multi-station parallel drilling operations, compared with existing operations such as manually moving drilling rigs on conveyors, drilling efficiency is greatly improved, thereby increasing mining efficiency, while also significantly reducing labor intensity and enhancing safety.
[0016] By setting up a higher-level overall control system, the drilling system and the coal mining machine system are separated. When the drilling system on the top of the coal mining machine is operating, the cutting and traction of the coal mining machine can be stopped, which improves safety.
[0017] The addition of an auxiliary platform increased the length of the machine body, providing more installation space for multiple drilling systems to operate in parallel on the top surface of the machine body.
[0018] The use of a distribution control box enables unified power access and separate power output for the coal mining machine and drilling rig systems, while simultaneously providing control and protection for the drilling rig pump station. Multiple drilling rig systems are uniformly controlled and electrically driven by an auxiliary platform, allowing multiple drilling rigs to operate in parallel and significantly improving drilling efficiency.
[0019] The power head fixing plate with a detachable upper and lower structure can greatly improve the convenience of drilling rig installation, keep the drilling rig production process simple and practical, and reduce the production cost of the drilling rig.
[0020] The drilling rig is supported by a connecting rod and a drilling platform. Changing the length of the connecting rod allows for easy adjustment of the vertical deflection angle of the drilling rig's power head, thereby enabling drilling at vertical deflection angles. This improves the loosening effect on the coal face and helps increase gas release efficiency, making it suitable for drilling in high-gas coal seams. By setting up a drilling rig track and a pushing cylinder, the drilling rig's power head and power head fixing plate can be precisely positioned, and a large, rapid pushing force can be provided.
[0021] Positioning the drill rod box at the lower front of the drilling rig facilitates single-person installation and removal of drill rods from a fixed workstation, eliminating the need for relocation. This reduces auxiliary time and improves drilling efficiency. Furthermore, the compact structural layout saves installation space, making the drilling rig system more suitable for installation on top of a coal mining machine. If there is sufficient space on top, an automatic drill rod installation and removal mechanism can be added, further increasing drilling efficiency.
[0022] The installation of the roof protection device greatly increases the safety space required for personnel to work and maintain operations.
[0023] Because the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine is a sliding rocker arm, appropriately moving the sliding part backward can reduce the distance between the drum and the conveyor, improving the loading effect. After the conveyor moves forward with the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine, the rocker arm with the sliding part positioned behind it is located above the conveyor, allowing it to easily move and be pulled above the conveyor after it has moved, unaffected by the coal wall. Therefore, the conveyor can be moved normally during each mining stroke, eliminating the need to reserve passage space for the drum that stops rotating during drilling operations. This greatly facilitates gas drilling and drainage operations at the working face and improves mining efficiency. Attached Figure Description

[0026] like Figure 1-25 As shown, this invention discloses a drilling and mining process for high-gas, easily collapsible coal seams, employing an integrated drilling and mining coal machine C (hereinafter referred to as the coal machine) to alternately perform drilling and coal mining. The integrated drilling and mining coal machine includes a double-rocker coal machine 01 and multiple drilling rig systems mounted on the top surface of the machine body 2. The drilling rigs 8 of all drilling rig systems are arranged at intervals along the length of the machine body, with the power head 82 of each drilling rig pointing towards the coal wall side of the coal machine. The drilling rigs are used to drill holes in the coal wall of the working face. By mounting the drilling rigs on the top surface of the coal machine body, the drilling rigs can move with the coal machine, eliminating the need for manual relocation, greatly reducing labor intensity and drilling efficiency, and improving safety.
[0027] like Figure 9-13 As shown, the rocker arm 1 of the coal mining machine includes a sliding part 12, a non-sliding part 11, and a sliding cylinder 13. The sliding part and the non-sliding part are slidably connected to each other on the left and right sides, respectively. The two ends of the sliding cylinder are hinged to the sliding part and the non-sliding part, respectively. Under the action of the sliding cylinder, the sliding part can move back and forth relative to the non-sliding part. The rocker arm 1 can be simply referred to as a sliding rocker arm. The states in which the sliding part is biased towards the coal wall side (or front) and the goaf side (or rear) of the coal mining machine relative to the non-sliding part are respectively called the sliding part being in front and the sliding part being in rear. During normal coal mining, the sliding part is in front, similar to a traditional rocker arm, but it is superior to a traditional rocker arm in that: for coal mining machines using traditional rocker arms, when matched with different specifications of conveyors, the distance between the drum and the conveyor may be too large. However, for coal mining machines using the sliding rocker arm, by appropriately moving the sliding part backward on the basis of the sliding part being in front, the distance between the drum and the conveyor can be reduced, thus improving the loading effect. After the conveyor moves forward with the coal mining machine, the cutting system behind the sliding section is located above the conveyor. The coal mining machine can easily move and be pulled above the conveyor after it has moved forward, without being affected by the coal wall. Therefore, the conveyor can be moved normally during each coal mining stroke. There is no need to reserve passage space for the drum that stops rotating during drilling operations, which greatly facilitates the gas drilling and drainage operations at the working face and improves mining efficiency.
[0028] The non-sliding section is equipped with a body connecting lug 101 and a height adjustment cylinder connecting lug 102 for hinged connection with the coal mining machine body 2 and the height adjustment cylinder. The axes of the connecting lug holes on the body connecting lug and the height adjustment cylinder connecting lug extend forward and backward. The sliding section is equipped with a cutting motor 103, a cutting transmission system 104, and a drum 105 connected in sequence, with the cutting motor closest to the non-sliding section. The sliding cylinder is equipped with a sliding cylinder stroke sensor for detecting the stroke of the sliding cylinder. The rocker arm is also equipped with a front sensor 18 and a rear sensor 19 for detecting whether the sliding section has moved to the end point of forward movement and the end point of backward movement, i.e., whether it has moved to the forward position and the rear position, respectively. The sliding cylinder stroke sensor, the front sensor, and the rear sensor are all for the automatic control of the forward and backward movement of the sliding section, applied to the automatic operation of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine.
[0029] The structure and relative position of the body connecting lug and the height adjustment cylinder connecting lug on the non-sliding part are the same as those on the existing conventional coal mining machine rocker arm. Therefore, the rocker arm on the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine can be seamlessly replaced with the existing coal mining machine rocker arm.
[0030] like Figure 1 As shown, the drilling and mining process for high-gas, easily collapsing coal seams includes the following steps: A. Equipment Preparation: See [link / reference] Figure 1 Step 1: Position the conveyor S close to the coal face (here, "close" means not maintaining a specific depth between the conveyor and the coal face as is common in conventional coal mining machine setups). The conveyor should be parallel to the coal face and straight. Place one of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machines C on the conveyor, at end B of the working face, for example, the right end, with its sliding section positioned behind it. Position the hydraulic support Z behind the conveyor. Extend the telescopic beam and deploy the primary and secondary sidewalls to support the collapsed top coal face, preparing for drilling. Throughout the subsequent mining process, the support maintains this support for the collapsed top coal face by timely rigging. The primary and secondary sidewalls are only temporarily retracted when the drum approaches, and then deployed again after the drum has passed. See [link to relevant documentation] for the relative positions of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine C, conveyor 02, support 03, and the coal face. Figure 2 .
[0031] B. Drilling: Inspect the integrated drilling and mining coal machine. If the sliding section is not in the rear-positioned state, change it to the rear-positioned state. See also Figure 1In steps 2 and 3, the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves segment by segment from its current location at end B to the other end A of the working face. During this process, the drilling rigs on the top surface of the machine body drill holes in the coal wall segment by segment until a series of holes K are obtained covering the entire length of the coal wall of the working face. Typically, the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine drills a batch of holes covering the length of the machine body for every distance it moves. The relative positions of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine C, conveyor 02, support 03, and coal wall 05 during drilling are shown in [reference]. Figure 3 .
[0032] C. Conduct a round of coal mining: This further includes steps C1 and C2; C1. Coal Mining Preparation: See [link] Figure 1 Step 4: Position the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine in the sliding section forward position to prepare for coal mining.
[0033] C2. Coal Mining: See also Figure 1 Steps 5-9 involve the integrated mining and drilling coal cutting machine simultaneously cutting coal by moving once or repeatedly between ends A and B of the working face. This means the machine needs to travel one unidirectional stroke or multiple consecutive unidirectional strokes, making one cut per stroke. During each unidirectional stroke, the machine first pushes the conveyor and then pulls the support frame. This means not only must the conveyor move forward promptly, but the support frame must also move forward closely following the conveyor to ensure it remains near the coal face for safe support. During coal cutting, the telescopic beams of the support frame and the primary and secondary side plates continue to extend and support the collapsed top coal face.
[0034] For the relative positions of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine C, conveyor 02, support 03, and coal face 05 during coal cutting, please refer to [reference needed]. Figure 4 .
[0035] D. Judgment and Loop: After mining, if the block to be mined has not been completely mined, return to step B, that is, repeat steps B and C until all mining is completed.
[0036] Step C2 may further include the following sub-steps: Step C21. Forward Coal Cutting: The integrated mining and drilling coal cutting machine moves from the current end A to the other end B (for ease of expression, the current end is called end A, and the other end of the working face is called end B). Figure 1 Ends A and B are the left and right ends of the working face, respectively. The machine moves and cuts coal, simultaneously pushing the conveyor belt and then pulling the support frame (see...). Figure 1 Steps 5 and 6) cause the conveyor to form an S-shaped bend behind the traveling direction of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine; after the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine travels to end B, it moves towards end A through the S-shaped bend and completes the oblique cutting feed, then continues to push the conveyor first and then pull the frame to restore the conveyor to a straight state, that is, eliminate the S-shaped bend (see...). Figure 1Step 7), then the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves towards end B and cuts through the coal wall, that is, cuts through the end of end B. Step C22. Reverse Coal Cutting: The integrated mining and drilling coal cutting machine moves from end B to end A and cuts the coal, while simultaneously pushing the conveyor belt and pulling the support frame (see...). Figure 1 Step 8) causes the conveyor to form an S-shaped bend behind the traveling direction of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine; after the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine travels to end A, it moves towards end B through the S-shaped bend and completes the oblique cutting feed, then continues to push the conveyor first and then pull the frame to restore the conveyor to a straight state, that is, eliminate the S-shaped bend (see...). Figure 1 Step 9), then the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine moves towards end A and cuts through the coal wall, that is, cuts through the end of end A.
[0037] The number of cuts required between two drilling rounds, i.e., the preset number of coal cutting cuts, can be calculated in advance. Typically, in a cycle where drilling and coal mining alternate, the drilling depth is much greater than the coal cutting depth, leaving multiple incomplete boreholes in the coal seam to continuously release methane. The drilling depth is mainly determined by the methane content and release efficiency of the coal seam, with the goal of ensuring that the methane release concentration during mining does not exceed the regulations. For example, if the drilling depth is approximately four times the total coal cutting depth, say 20m, and the total coal cutting depth is about 5m, and each cut is 0.6-0.8m deep, approximately 6-8 consecutive unidirectional moving strokes are needed to cut 6-8 coal cuts; therefore, the preset number of coal cutting cuts is 6-8. If the borehole depth is shallow, around 2.5-3m, only one cut of coal needs to be mined between two drilling cycles. That is, it only requires one unidirectional movement from the current end to the other for coal mining. The preset number of coal cutters is 1. Generally, the latter is only applicable when the gas concentration in the coal seam is low. The range of borehole depth and the preset number of coal cutters can be implemented according to existing technology.
[0038] If the preset number of coal cutting cuts for this round is reached after the first execution of step C21, that is, only one cut is made per round of coal mining, it is suitable for situations where the borehole depth is relatively shallow. In most cases, multiple cuts are needed for each round of coal mining.
[0039] During coal mining, the front drum of the integrated mining and drilling machine cuts the top cutter in the direction of travel, and the rear drum cuts the bottom cutter in the direction of travel. The front drum cuts the top cutter before the support frame is erected, and the rear drum cuts the bottom cutter below the top beam after the support frame is erected. Due to the significant collapse of the top coal face, the remaining coal face to be cut is not much. During coal cutting, the front and rear drums can maintain a front-down, rear-up configuration in the direction of travel. The front drum cuts the bottom cutter first, and the rear drum is responsible for loading loose coal and the coal that falls in the next cut. The specific height is determined by ensuring that the mining height of both drums covers the entire height of the coal face to be cut. After cutting coal using this method, there is no bottom step remaining at the end of the working face, ensuring thorough cutting.
[0040] Furthermore, the method for placing the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine in the forward position of the sliding section can be to keep the machine body stationary, rotate the corresponding drum, and slowly move the corresponding sliding section forward, for example, at a speed of 10-30 mm / s, so that the drum moves forward slowly accordingly. When the coal wall is in front of the drum, when the drum is raised, the forward-positioned drum will slowly enter the space formed after the upper coal wall collapses. When the drum is below, the forward-positioned drum will slowly cut into the remaining loose coal wall at the bottom. By directly moving forward to switch to the forward position of the sliding section, compared to first moving the drum left and right to the end of the coal wall (i.e., moving the drum into the roadway to avoid the coal wall) before switching forward, the auxiliary time can be significantly reduced.
[0041] like Figure 2-4 As shown, during the implementation of the high-gas, easily collapsible coal seam drilling and mining process, the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine C, conveyor 02, and hydraulic support 03 are always positioned in a coordinated manner behind the coal wall 05. The top beam of the hydraulic support provides safety protection for the other equipment. When cutting coal, the support needs to be pulled up in time, and at the same time, the telescopic beam of the support extends, and the first and second level side protection plates unfold to support the collapsed top coal wall. The side protection plates are only temporarily retracted when the drum approaches to avoid being cut by the drum. Coal cutting and drilling are carried out alternately. When cutting coal, the rocker arm of the integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine is in the forward sliding position, and when drilling, the rocker arm is in the rear sliding position.
[0042] like Figure 14-22As shown, the drilling system may further include a drilling platform 7 and a connecting rod 74. The drilling rig also includes a power head fixing plate 821, a drilling track 81, and a pushing cylinder 83. The front end of the drilling track is hinged to the drilling platform, and the rear end of the drilling track is hinged to the rear end of the connecting rod. The front end of the connecting rod is hinged to the drilling platform. The drilling platform, drilling track, and connecting rod form a rocker mechanism. The drilling power head is mounted on the power head fixing plate, which is slidably connected to the drilling track. The cylinder body of the pushing cylinder is fixedly mounted on the rear end of the drilling track, and the extended end of the cylinder rod is hinged forward to the power head fixing plate. The power head fixing plate can move back and forth along the drilling track under the extension and retraction of the pushing cylinder, with a travel distance of Δ. The pushing cylinder can push the drilling power head and the power head fixing plate to precise positioning and can provide a large, rapid pushing force. The drilling platform is mounted on the top surface of the coal mining machine. The connecting rod is an adjustable-length connecting rod or a cylinder. The adjustable connecting rod allows for stepped adjustment of its length, while the hydraulic cylinder enables continuous adjustment. The connecting rod is tilted with a lower front and higher rear. The connecting rod and the drilling platform jointly support the drilling rig, and changing the length of the connecting rod allows for easy adjustment of the vertical deflection angle of the drilling rig's power head.
[0043] The drilling rig track may include a track frame consisting of a left guide rod, a right guide rod (collectively referred to as guide rods 812), and multiple reinforcing plates 813 connected between the left and right guide rods and spaced apart along the length of the guide rods. It also includes a front track mounting seat 811, a limiting plate 814, a rear mounting seat 815 for the push cylinder, and a rear track mounting seat 816, arranged sequentially from front to back on the track frame. The front track mounting seat is located at the front end of the track frame, and the rear track mounting seat is located at the rear end of the track frame. The front end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the drilling platform via the front track mounting seat, and the rear end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the rear end of the connecting rod via the rear track mounting seat. The cylinder body of the push cylinder is fixedly mounted on the track frame via the rear track mounting seat. The position of the limiting plate determines the rear limit position of the drilling rig power head. The small distance between the left and right guide rods, combined with the effect of the reinforcing plates, gives the track frame good rigidity.
[0044] The power head fixing plate includes an upper fixing plate 8211, a lower fixing plate 8212, and a rear connecting plate 8213. The upper and lower fixing plates are joined and fixed together to form two opposing arc-shaped cylindrical sliding grooves. The power head fixing plate is slidably connected to the left and right guide rods on the drilling rig track via these arc-shaped cylindrical sliding grooves. The power head fixing plate, with its detachable upper and lower structure, greatly improves assembly convenience, maintains a simple and practical drilling system manufacturing process, and reduces the production cost of the drilling system. The rear connecting plate is located behind the upper and lower fixing plates, and the extended end of the piston rod of the push cylinder is hinged to the rear connecting plate. Near the rear end of the rear connecting plate, a front connecting seat 8214 for the push cylinder is provided, and the extended end of the piston rod of the push cylinder is hinged to the front connecting seat.
[0045] The drilling rig power head includes a drive unit 822, a reducer 823, and a drill rod connection 824 connected in sequence. The drive unit is typically a hydraulic motor, and the reducer can be a planetary reduction mechanism. Both the input and output ends of the reducer are equipped with radial positioning structures to facilitate coaxial connection with the output shaft of the drive unit and the drill rod connection, respectively, for power transmission. The output end of the drill rod connection is configured as a square column structure with radial pin holes, which is used to insert and cooperate with the axial square hole structure with radial pin holes at the rear end of the drill rod to achieve a reliable connection with the drill rod.
[0046] Furthermore, a drill rod box 71 is provided at the front of the drilling platform, with its opening facing upwards to accommodate drill rods 84. The top edge of the drill rod box is sloped downwards from front to back. The drill rod box can function as part of the drilling platform. A platform slewing connector 72 is provided on the top front edge of the drill rod box, and the front end of the drilling rig track is hinged to the drilling platform via the platform slewing connector. A connecting rod mounting seat 73 is provided at the rear root of the rear side plate of the drill rod box on the drilling platform, and the front end of the connecting rod is hinged to the drilling platform via the connecting rod mounting seat. With this arrangement, the drill rod box is positioned below the front of the drilling rig, with its opening facing upwards, facilitating the loading and unloading of drill rods without requiring personnel to move, reducing auxiliary time and improving drilling efficiency.
[0047] The coal mining machine's body 2 includes a left traction box 21, a middle box 22, a right traction box 23, and an auxiliary platform 3. The left, middle, and right traction boxes are arranged from left to right. The auxiliary platform connects the middle box to the left traction box or the middle box to the right traction box; correspondingly, the middle box is directly connected to the right or left traction box. Adding the auxiliary platform increases the length of the machine body, providing more ample installation space for multiple drilling systems on the top surface of the machine body. Additionally, the auxiliary platform can accommodate the drilling system's control and power systems.
[0048] The auxiliary platform includes a platform housing 31 and a drilling rig pump station 32 and a branch control box 33 housed within the platform housing. The branch control box includes a main incoming terminal 331, a pump station terminal 332, a coal mining machine terminal 333, a pump station terminal switch 334 for controlling the circuit connection between the main incoming terminal and the pump station terminal, and a coal mining machine terminal switch 335 for controlling the circuit connection between the main incoming terminal and the coal mining machine terminal. The drilling rig pump station provides hydraulic power to the drilling system. The drilling rig pump station includes a pump motor 321, a pump 322, an oil tank 323, and a valve assembly 324. The pump motor drives the pump, delivering oil from the tank to the hydraulic actuators of the drilling system via the valve assembly. The pump station terminal connects to the power input of the drilling rig pump station, specifically the power input of the pump motor. The branch control box enables unified power input and separate output for the coal mining machine and the drilling system, and simultaneously provides control and protection for the drilling rig pump station. Multiple drilling rig systems are uniformly controlled and electrically driven by an auxiliary platform, allowing multiple drilling rigs to operate in parallel and significantly improving drilling efficiency.
[0049] The pump station line-end switch and the coal mining machine line-end switch adopt mechanical interlocking switches, which realize the single power supply of the drilling rig pump station or the coal mining machine through mechanical means (they cannot be powered on at the same time, but can be locked at the same time) to ensure the safety of personnel operation.
[0050] The integrated mining and drilling coal mining machine may also include multiple roof protection devices arranged side-by-side. These roof protection devices are used to protect the top surface of the machine body and the drilling system. For example... Figure 23-25 As shown, the roof protection device includes a roof protection plate 62, a support column 61, and a support cylinder 619, with the support column fixed to the top of the machine. The rear edge of the roof protection plate is hinged to the rear top of the support column. One end of the support cylinder is hinged to the support column, and the other end is hinged to the roof protection plate. Driven by the extension and retraction of the support cylinder, the roof protection plate opens and closes vertically with its rear edge as the axis. Whether the roof protection plate is in the upward unfolded state or the downward retracted state, it covers the support column and the drilling system. During drilling operations, the roof protection plate unfolds upward, and during coal mining operations, the roof protection plate retracts to protect the drilling system, providing good flexibility and reliability. In use, the front end of the roof protection plate is close to the coal face 05, and the rear end is away from the coal face. The roof protection plate can make full use of the extra space under the top beam of the medium-thick coal seam mining support for opening and closing. By setting up the roof protection plate, coal that may fall from the coal face is blocked, which is equivalent to creating a safe space above the machine body and below the roof protection plate for drilling operations and drilling system maintenance. The top plates of two adjacent jacking devices are connected at their joints through multiple connecting structures spaced at intervals, demonstrating the jacking device's expandability in the lateral direction. This allows it to meet the protection needs of larger drilling rigs operating simultaneously. The drilling rig pump station can also provide a hydraulic power source for the jacking device.
[0051] Preferably, a gas detector 91 is suspended at the front edge of the top protective plate, which can perform close-range real-time gas detection during drilling, providing safety assurance for drilling operations.
[0052] The support column is preferably a thin, flat frame-type steel structure in the left-right direction, which can improve the strength of the support connection. When installed on the top surface of the machine body, the support column extends forward and backward, and is arranged in the same direction as the coal mining machine. Furthermore, the hinge points of the top guard plate, the support column, and the support cylinder are all located in the middle of the top guard plate in the left-right direction, so that the center of gravity of the top guard plate and the support point are basically on the same vertical plane, which helps to improve the safety of the support. The top guard plate extends outward to the left and right sides of the support column. The top guard plate and the support column are preferably symmetrical in structure.
[0053] The support column includes a base plate 611 extending forward and backward, and left and right panels 614 and front and rear upright plates 617 vertically fixed to the base plate. The front and rear upright plates are located between the left and right panels and near the rear end of the base plate. The front and rear upright plates and the left and right panels form a hollow column with a rectangular cross-section. Rib plates 615 are also connected between the left and right panels. The support cylinder is located between the left and right panels, and the end of the support cylinder that is hinged to the support column is hinged to the left and right panels. The space enclosed by the base plate and the left and right panels is a maintenance space, which can be used to install a series of cylinders, pipelines, rods, etc. that are matched with the top protective plate. The space below the top protective plate and on the left and right sides of the support column is the working space 04, which is used to install the drilling system and carry out drilling operations.
[0054] The bottom surface of the base plate is provided with multiple support positioning pin holes spaced at intervals, which are used for pin positioning of the base plate during support installation. The positioning pins 612 used for positioning between the base plate and the top of the coal mining machine are installed in the support positioning pin holes.
[0055] The top guard plate includes a front part and a rear part, which form an angle with the opening facing downwards. Each of the left and right panels has a flat top edge, a sloping top edge (lower at the front and higher at the rear), and a front vertical edge extending sequentially from back to front. When the top guard plate is in a downward-folded state, its front and rear parts are respectively fitted and fastened to the front vertical edge and the sloping top edge. A recessed notch 6141 can be provided in the middle of the sloping top edge to facilitate the disassembly and replacement of cylinders, pipelines, rods, etc., installed in the maintenance space from the outside of the support column. It can also be used as a window to view the status of the aforementioned equipment from a distance. In the embodiment shown in the attached figure, the edge of the notch consists of a quarter-circle arc located in the middle and tangents on both sides of the arc in horizontal and vertical directions, respectively.
[0056] The stiffening ribs may include an upper stiffening rib 6152 and a lower stiffening rib 6151. The upper stiffening rib extends forward sequentially along the flat top edge and the sloping top edge until it partially overlaps with the rear edge of the notch. The upper stiffening rib closes the top surface of the column, and a support seat 613 can be installed above the closed portion for hinged connection with the rear edge of the top guard plate. The lower stiffening rib extends backward and downward from the junction of the sloping top edge and the front vertical edge to below the front part of the notch. Ideally, the lowest point should maintain sufficient distance between it and the bottom edge of the left and right panels. The lower stiffening rib provides better overall strength to the column. The lower part of the supporting cylinder in the front-rear direction is located between the upper and lower stiffening ribs.
[0057] The top protection device also includes a safety bar 625 and a safety chain 626. A rack 618 extends and is fixedly laid out between the left and right panels on the base plate. The upper end of the safety bar is hinged to the front edge of the top protection plate, and the lower end is free. One end of the safety chain is connected to the lower part of the safety bar, and the other end passes through the column and hangs behind it. The position of the lower end of the safety bar can be controlled by pulling and releasing the safety chain. When the top protection plate is in the upward unfolded state, the lower end of the safety bar is engaged between two adjacent teeth on the rack, providing auxiliary support for the top protection plate, equivalent to secondary protection, avoiding safety hazards caused by malfunctions in the support cylinder (such as hydraulic problems). In this state, the top protection plate can be unfolded in one direction. The safety bar is preferably located in front of the lower stiffener plate for better stress distribution when supporting the top protection plate. Before lowering the top protection plate to the downward retracted state, the lower end of the safety bar needs to be disengaged from the rack by pulling the safety chain. Then, during the downward flipping of the top protection plate, the safety bar is gradually laid flat on the rack. Because the safety chain is located behind the column, the structure ensures that the workers are positioned on the goaf side of the coal mining machine, effectively providing triple protection. The lower end of the safety bar should ideally be wedge-shaped, wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, with rounded corners at the head. A chain hole can be provided at the lower part of the safety bar, where the end of the safety chain connects to the safety bar.
[0058] The preferred connection structure is a floating connection structure 624. The floating connection structure includes a connecting pin 6241 and a connecting pad 6243. One end of the connecting pin has a radially protruding flange. During connection, the connecting pin is inserted from one side into a pair of connecting holes at the mating point between two adjacent top guard plates 6201 and 6202. The flange acts as an axial limit on the insertion side, and the connecting pad rests against the other end face of the connecting pin, acting as an axial limit on the opposite side of the insertion side. The adjacent top guard plates are connected together by passing bolts 6242 through the connecting pin and connecting pad, and by fitting anti-loosening washers 6244 and screw nuts 6245 onto the bolts. A radial gap 6246 exists between the connecting holes and the connecting pin. The connecting pin and the connecting pad form a radially outward double-sided annular groove. The distance from the inner side of the flange to the connecting pad, i.e., the groove width of the double-sided annular groove, is greater than the sum of the thicknesses at the mating point between the two adjacent top guard plates. Therefore, an axial gap 6247 exists between the mating point between the two adjacent top guard plates 6201 and 6202 and the double-sided annular groove. The two adjacent top guard plates 6201 and 6202 can move axially and radially relative to the double-sided annular groove, thereby achieving a "floating" effect. This allows for larger installation errors and larger flipping and repositioning errors of the top guard plates, reducing the installation difficulty of the top guard plates.
[0059] like Figure 9-13 As shown, the rocker arm of the coal mining machine can be further configured with the following structure: The non-sliding part is provided with a pair of large-span tracks (upper track 111 and lower track 112 in the attached drawing) or track grooves arranged vertically, and correspondingly, the sliding part is provided with a pair of large-span track grooves (upper track groove 121 and lower track groove 122 in the attached drawing) or tracks arranged vertically. The sliding part and the non-sliding part are slidably connected through the cooperation of the tracks and track grooves. The arrangement of the paired large-span tracks and track grooves can reduce the sliding contact force and improve the sliding reliability.
[0060] The track groove adopts a T-shaped groove. All surfaces of the track groove, including the top surface 1211, inner side surface 1212, outer side surface 1213, and bottom surface 1214, maintain a sliding fit with the corresponding surfaces of the track, including the top surface 1111, inner side surface 1112, outer side surface 1113, and bottom surface 1114. Since all surfaces in four directions (up, down, left, and right) are in contact, with one or two pairs of contact surfaces in each direction, the contact pressure is greatly reduced, and wear at the sliding fit is decreased, thus helping to improve the lifespan of the rocker arm.
[0061] A first groove-shaped structure extending forward and backward is provided between a pair of tracks or between a pair of track grooves in the non-sliding part, and a second groove-shaped structure extending forward and backward is provided between a pair of track grooves or between a pair of tracks in the sliding part. The first groove-shaped structure and the second groove-shaped structure form a cylinder mounting cavity. The sliding cylinder is set in the cylinder mounting cavity, which has good protection and is compact in structure and saves installation space.
[0062] Furthermore, the non-sliding part preferably includes a transition frame 14 and an inner connecting block 15 that are detachably and fixedly connected together on the left and right sides. The sliding part preferably includes a boom 17 and an outer connecting block 16 that are detachably and fixedly connected together on the left and right sides. The transition frame and the inner connecting block, and the boom and the outer connecting block are positioned by a first positioning structure and a second positioning structure, respectively. The sliding connection between the sliding part and the non-sliding part is achieved through the sliding connection between the inner and outer connecting blocks. The non-sliding part and the sliding part adopt the above-mentioned split structure, which allows for timely replacement of the inner and outer connecting blocks after wear, thus reducing maintenance costs.
[0063] Both the first and second positioning structures are composite positioning structures combining stop and pin, and their dimensions are preferably the same. Furthermore, if the transition frame uses a concave or convex stop, the boom preferably uses a convex or concave stop, allowing for direct positioning and connection between the transition frame and the boom, facilitating assembly to form the existing universal coal mining machine boom structure. During assembly, attention must be paid to the front-to-back position of the sliding part relative to the non-sliding part, as this determines the front-to-back position of the boom and drum relative to the non-sliding part. Only one position can form the existing universal coal mining machine cutting system structure. Taking the example where the front and rear width of the non-sliding part is greater than that of the sliding part, in order to facilitate the assembly into a coal mining machine cutting system with the existing general structure, the first positioning structure can be equipped with three spaced-apart pin-hole mating structures at the front, middle and rear, and the second positioning structure can be equipped with two spaced-apart pin-hole mating structures at the front and rear. The spacing between adjacent pin-hole mating structures in the first and second positioning structures is equal. As long as the front and rear positions of each pin-hole mating structure are designed, the transition frame and the boom can be directly positioned and connected using only the front and middle pin-hole mating structures in the first positioning structure, thus forming a cutting system with the existing general structure.
[0064] In this article, "left, right, front, back, up, down" are used to describe related structures to express the relative positional relationship between the corresponding structures, not to limit their absolute orientation. The left and right are borrowed from the traction direction when the coal mining machine is working, and the front and back are borrowed from the direction perpendicular to the coal wall, where front is the direction pointing towards the coal wall.
