Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent welding equipment, and discloses a metal fitting laser cutting clamp which comprises a base, a clamping assembly, a linear driving assembly, an abutting assembly and a supporting assembly, and the clamping assembly, the linear driving assembly, the abutting assembly and the supporting assembly are all arranged on the base. The abutting assembly comprises a sliding part arranged on the base in a sliding mode, a translation driving part used for driving the sliding part to linearly move and an abutting part rotationally arranged on the sliding part. Through the unique synergistic effect of the abutting assembly, the supporting assembly and the clamping assembly, the problem that a thin-wall pipe is prone to position deviation at the laser cutting tail end due to the gravity and rotation inertia of the thin-wall pipe is solved; according to the pipe cutting device, the end of a cut part of a pipe is transversely jacked by mainly utilizing the replaceable and synchronously rotating propping piece, and meanwhile, the weight of the pipe is supported by matching with the supporting assembly at the bottom, so that the cut part and a pipe main body are always kept at a stable relative position in the whole cutting process, and the problem that the cutting precision is reduced due to deviation of a workpiece is avoided.
