Steel band connector for passenger elevator

Abstract

A steel belt connector for passenger elevators relates to the technical field of auxiliary equipment for steel belt connections. Limiting mechanisms are installed on both sides of the connector body, and nut positioning mechanisms are installed on the limiting mechanisms. The limiting end of the nut positioning mechanism corresponds to the fixed end of the connector body, locking the position of the fixed end of the connector body. Two clamping plates are provided, each with two through holes, and a screw is slidably connected within the through holes. This steel belt connector for passenger elevators uses limiting mechanisms to provide secondary constraint on the connector body, allowing for better clamping of the steel belt. The nut positioning mechanism also limits the position of the nut on the connector body, preventing the nut from shifting due to vibrations in the elevator car. This also facilitates installation by workers and provides better fixation of the steel belt.
