Intelligent vibration device for hydraulic tunnel lining

Abstract

The application provides a water tunnel lining intelligent vibrating device, and relates to the technical field of vibrating devices.The device comprises a crawler travelling trolley, a collection camera and a laser radar are installed on the crawler travelling trolley, an extension assembly is installed in the crawler travelling trolley, stirring mechanisms and vibrating mechanisms are respectively installed at two working ends of the extension assembly, and a steel wire cable is arranged at the tail of the crawler travelling trolley.The crawler travelling trolley carries the stirring mechanisms and the vibrating mechanisms to enter the inside of an arched steel reinforcement framework from a reserved opening at the top of a trolley, full coverage and blind area-free operation in the inside of a concrete pouring layer are realized, and the problems of many vibrating blind areas and uneven concrete compactness caused by the traditional trolley template window vibrating mode are fundamentally solved;simultaneously, the device integrates the functions of stirring and vibrating, can actively stir the concrete before vibrating, effectively corrects the aggregate sinking and slurry floating phenomenon caused by gravity, and improves the uniformity of the concrete components and the overall performance of the lining.
